Agrotourism is a tourism activity that combines plantation or agricultural activities by offering unique experiences to visitors. Indonesia, which has natural resources in the plantation and agricultural sectors, provides great opportunities for the community, one of which is implemented by the Mulia Asih Farmer Group in Humbang Raya Village, Central Kalimantan. Agricultural and plantation activities require fertilizer as an important component in increasing crop production, and there are even demands for environmentally friendly use of organic fertilizer or compost as an advantage so that people innovate to create organic fertilizer processing machines from the surrounding environment. This article uses a qualitative approach to discuss the findings of local communities and analyze them with the copyright law which regulates the copyright of photographic works and portraits taken without permission. Article 12 paragraph (1) of the Copyright Law regulates economic rights to portraits, there must be written consent from the person being photographed or their heirs for reproduction, distribution, announcements, commercial use, and/or communications used for billboards, advertisements, banners, pamphlets and more. The results of this study show that the public has not realized unintentional errors due to limited information so that the innovations made are claimed to be their own work even though they have previously been discovered by other communities.

As políticas públicas ocupam importante papel no âmbito do planejamento estratégico e da gestão pública nos mais diferenciados setores. Sendo assim, este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a política pública de meio ambiente, tendo como foco principal o Plano Diretor da APA da Serrinha do Alambari, no município de Resende/RJ e sua correlação com a política setorial de turismo inscrita no Plano Diretor Municipal. A pesquisa se caracteriza como exploratória e de abordagem qualitativa, com estudo de caso. O resultado aponta para a falta de sinergia entre as políticas ambiental e a de turismo, comprometendo, pois, não só a atividade turística como a preservação do patrimônio natural. Espera-se que os dados e as informações obtidas norteiem o poder público para que sejam desenvolvidas ações efetivas, através das políticas públicas, para compatibilizar a prática do ecoturismo com a preservação e conservação dos recursos naturais, ambas pautadas na ótica do desenvolvimento sustentável. Public politics: Ecotourism X preservation of natural resources ABSTRACT Public politics have important role in the strategic planning and management of public in more differentiated sectors. Thus, this study aims to analyze the public environmental politic, focusing mainly on the Master Plan of the Serrinha Alambari Protect Area in the municipality of Resende (RJ, Brazil) and its correlation with the sectoral politic entered in the tourism Master Plan. The research is characterized as exploratory and qualitative approach with case study. The result points to the lack of synergy between environmental and tourism politics, compromising therefore not only to tourism activity as the preservation of natural heritage. It is expected that the data and information obtained will guide the government to be developed effective actions, through public politics, in order to reconcile the practice of ecotourism with the preservation and conservation of natural resources, both predicated in optics of sustainable development. This chapter examines the relationship between parody and an author’s moral rights. It first traces the evolution of the concept of moral rights as a means of providing protection not only of the authors’ personal interests but also the public interest before discussing the reasons why moral rights might conflict with parodies. It considers two competing theories underlying the protection of authorial interests—the ‘monist’ theory and the ‘dualist’ theory—and their implications for the parody exception. It also explains how jurisdictions differ in the nature and scope of protection afforded to moral rights, noting that the parody exception in ‘copyright’ law does not extend to moral rights. The chapter goes on to explore the author’s paternity and integrity rights as well as their right against false attribution. It shows that, in the case of parodies, an overlap exists between the regimes applied to moral and economic rights.

ABSTRAKHak terkait adalah hak yang berkaitan dengan hak cipta yang merupakan hak ekslusif bagi pelaku pertunjukan, producer fonogram, atau lembaga penyiaran. Berdasarkan pengertian hak terkait tersebut maka dapat dipahami bahwa yang merupakan pemilik hak terkait adalah pelaku pertunjukan, produser fonogram (lebih dikenal sebagai produser rekaman), dan lembaga penyiaran. Perlu adanya perlindungan untuk pelaku karena pelaku pertunjukan memiliki hak moral dan hak ekonomi yang terdapat pada pasal 23 UUHC. Yang memuat pada pelaku pertunjukan yang tidak dapat dihilang atau tidak dapat dihapus dengan alasan apapun. Namun pada prakteknya seringkali hak terkait ini dikesampingkan, karena lingkup perlindungan tidak hanya mencakup hak ekonomi dan hak moral. Permasalahan diatas menimbulkan isi hukum bentuk perlindungan terhadap hak terkait menurut undang-undang Hak Cipta dan perolehan Hak Terkait dalam Hak Cipta Isu hukum ini diteliti dengan menggunakan metode dengan tipe penelitian Normatif.Bentuk pelindungan Hukum terhadap Hak Terkait menurut Undang-Undang Hak Cipta terdiri dari 2 (dua) yaitu, perlindungn hukum preventif dan perlindungan hukum represif. Perolehan hak terkait dalam UUHC yaitu hak moral dan hak ekonomis. Hak moral pelaku pertunjukan merupakan hak yang melekat pada pelaku pertunjukan yang tidak dapat dihilangkan atau tidak dapat dihapus dengan alasan apapun walaupun hak terkait telah dialihkan. Hak Ekonomi Pelaku Pertunjukan adalah suatu hak yang diberikan oleh Undang-undang secara eksklusif kepada Pencipta untuk untuk memanfaatkan keuntungan suatu ciptaan yang biasanya berupa publikasi suatu salinan ciptaan atau fonogram supaya dapat tersedia untuk publik dalam jumlah tertentu. Kata Kunci : Perlindungan, Hak Terkait, Hak Moral, Hak Ekonomi  AbstractRelated rights are rights relating to copyright which are exclusive rights for performers, producer phonograms, or broadcasters. Based on the understanding of related rights, it can be understood that those who are related rights holders are performers, phonogram producers (better known as record producers), and broadcasting institutions. There needs to be protection for the perpetrators because the performers have the moral rights and economic rights contained in article 23 of UUHC. Which includes the performers who cannot be lost or cannot be removed for any reason. But in practice often these related rights are ruled out, because the scope of protection does not only cover economic rights and moral rights. The above issues give rise to the contents of the law in the form of protection of related rights according to the Copyright law and the acquisition of Related Rights in Copyright This legal issue is examined using methods with normative research types.The form of legal protection against Related Rights according to the Copyright Act consists of 2 (two), namely, preventive legal protection and repressive legal protection. The acquisition of related rights in the UUHC is moral rights and economic rights. The moral rights of performers are the rights inherent in the performers who cannot be removed or cannot be removed for any reason even though the related rights have been transferred. The Economic Rights of Performers is a right granted by the Law exclusively to the Creator to utilize the benefits of a work which is usually in the form of the publication of a copy of a work or phonogram so that it can be available to the public in a certain amount. Keywords: Protection, Related Rights, Moral Rights, Economic Rights

Copyright gives an author control over the presentation of her work. Economic rights afford control over copies, and the noneconomic rights known as moral rights afford control over changes. An author’s moral rights remain with her even after she sells her economic rights in copyright. The excessive control that copyright offers to copyright owners may be limited by cementing these authorial rights, for all authors. Some elements of copyright law allow the meaning of a work as perceived by its audience to develop and evolve. The strengthening of that support by extending rights to the public will further restrict copyright’s excesses.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan tentang Strategi Membangun Citra Melalui Program Edu Wisata Batik, yang terdiri dari tiga rangkaian kegiatan yang menjadi strategi membangun citra perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Strategi Membangun Citra yang dilakukan oleh Rumah Batik Komar adalah melalui program Edu Wisata Batik yang terbagi menjadi tiga rangkaian kegiatan. Yang pertama, pengenalan identitas perusahaan, yang mana Public RelationsOfficer Rumah Batik Komar menjelaskan sejarah singkat, visi misi, struktur organisasi, sumber daya manusia, dan prestasi yang pernah diraih. Kegiatan pengenalan identitas perusahaan ini dapat dikategorikan menjadi pengenalan identitas fisik dan pengenalan identitas non-fisik. Kedua, kegiatan edukasi sebagai upaya dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai falsafah batik dan melatih kesabaran melalui pelatihan membatik. Ketiga, kegiatan wisata yang terdiri dari tour ke tempat produksi dan tour showroom Rumah Batik Komar. Strategi Membangun Citra Melalui Program Edu Wisata Batik ini dirasakan cukup efektif dalam mengenalkan perusahaan kepada masyarakat, sehingga cukup efektif dalam membangun citra Rumah Batik Komar. This research aims to find out and describe about strategy to build its image Through Edu Wisata Batik. This research uses a paradigm of Constructivism. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The methods used in this research is a case study method. This study raised the uniqueness of the program a different company with other companies. On the research of it only exposes the social symptoms of an existing course. The results of this research show that the strategy of building up the image of Batik Home performed by Komar is through Edu Wisata Batik is divided into three series of activities. First, the introduction of corporate identity, which is the Public Relations Officer of Rumah Batik Komar describes a brief history, vision and mission, organizational structure, human resources, and achievement ever earned. This corporate identity introduction activities can be categorized into the introduction of the identity of physical and non-physical identity recognition. Second, educational activities as an effort in instilling the values the philosophy of batik and batik training through patience to train. Third, the tourism activity consists of production to the place of the tour and tour the showroom Rumah Batik Komar.

Competitiveness, sustainability and innovation have been studied by the tourism literature at least since the 1990s. In spite of the advances made in the comprehension of these concepts, the dynamic nature of the industry continually generates new practical challenges for the public and private agents of the sector and scientific challenges for tourism researchers. Currently, globalization and digital progress, the emergence of new marketing platforms, the increased saturation of certain destinations and the COVID-19 pandemic are significantly affecting the competitiveness and sustainability of tourism activity. This calls for a scientific review of what we know about the competitiveness and sustainability of the sector and an analysis of its feasibility in this new competitive environment that is constantly and intensely transforming, even more so in the post-COVID19 era. The objective of this article is to conceptually analyze the state of this question, using Spain as a case study, as it has been the global leader in tourism competitiveness in recent years. The high level of consolidation of the Spanish tourism sector enables us to make a more in-depth analysis of the implications of these phenomena and to extract practical lessons for destinations that are in the more initial phases of their life cycles.

The North Sumatera province has the fifth largest goat population in Indonesia after Central, East, Lampung and West Java. Meanwhile, solid and liquid goat manures have great potential as a source of organic fertilizer. Therefore, this study aims to examine the potential of goat manure as a source of organic fertilizer and its role in improving soil quality, growth and crop production. The data were collected from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the results of previous studies. Furthermore, the potential of goat manure was calculated by multiplying the total goat population in North Sumatra by the goat manure production /head/day and converted to one year. The parameter measured was the total goat population in North Sumatera, goat manure production/head/day, and the covered agricultural land area. The results showed that goat manure only fulfilled 3.69% of the agricultural land area in North Sumatera. In addition, the case study in Deli Serdang District showed that the application of goat manure compost with biourine and balanced inorganic fertilizers increased red chilies’ productivity by 46%. Therefore, it was concluded that the potential of goat manure as organic fertilizer is still very low.

Intellectual Property Rights translated from Intellectual Property Right are the right to do something on the intellectual property which is regulated by applicable norms or laws. The purpose of this thesis research consists of general objectives and specific objectives, namely to find out and analyze the form of legal protection for Portraits, legal consequences, and efforts to resolve Portrait disputes. The research method includes the juridical - normative research type, while the research approach used is the statute approach. The result of this research is that portrait work is one of the copyrighted works protected by copyright law. which is contained in article 40 paragraph 1. This protection is given to the creator, namely the photographer and the copyright holder is the person photographed. This protection is given to motivate and encourage the creativity of creators who can create economic growth based on the scope of art, literature and science and provide an understanding to the public that portrait works are protected by law No. 28 of 2014 concerning copyright, where there is a prohibition for other people. use the copyright work arbitrarily without the permission of the creator or copyright holder. Acts of violating the copyright of Portrait's works that are used commercially without rights can be sued civil or criminal or can be done both, but if you want to do both, you must prioritize civil settlement then criminally. but the verdict of his civil case cannot waive his criminal sentence. Then to resolve the dispute, it can be done by litigation and also in non-litigation, namely dispute resolution by negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.

This research was conducted to determine the Effectiveness of Jakarta Siaga 112 Emergency Services in Fire Management by UPT. Disaster Data & Information Center of BPBD DKI Jakarta Province by paying attention to aspects contained in the Effectiveness of the Jakarta Siaga Emergency Service Program 112. The research method was carried out with a case study method with data collection techniques using interview methods and document review. Interviews were conducted on 10 (ten) key informants, document review focused on documents related to the Jakarta Emergency Alert Service 112 Effectiveness research in Fire Management. The results showed that the Effectiveness of Jakarta Siaga 112 Emergency Services in Fire Management by UPT. The Center for Disaster Data & Information BPBD DKI Jakarta Province Its effectiveness is still low, due to the Implementation of Emergency Services Jakarta Standby 112 in Fire Management implemented by UPT. Disaster Data & Information Center of BPBD DKI Jakarta Province in terms of the Target Group Understanding of the Program, the Achievement of the Program Objectives aspects, and the Program Follow-up aspects. It is recommended to continue to disseminate this Emergency Service to the public, it is necessary to increase the firm commitment of the Head of 8 SKPD related to fire management so that all units play a role in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Fire Management and the evaluation and follow-up of program services that are held periodically 3 once a month.Keywords: Effectiveness, Emergency Services, Fire Handling

The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Based on theresults of the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors, the strategy used is toimprove product quality by improving the appearance of packaging and quality ofcontent and quality of service by providing uniforms to employees and providingstandards of service to consumers. .Keywords: Strategy, Consumer Loyalty, SWOT
