The purpose of this paper is to describe the preferences of visitors to the service quality at Grhtama Pustaka Yogyakarta. The library has a function as a place of recreation that should be able to provide good services to visitors. The services provided must be based on visitor preferences when visiting and getting services. Visitor preferences for service quality that is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Grhtama Pustaka as the largest library in Yogyakarta must be able to provide good services, as a form of support to become a place of recreation in Yogyakarta.  The method in this research is a descriptive study, with a population of visitors to Grhatama Pustaka, selected by the probability sampling method with a simple random sample technique, by interviewing 118 visitors. The results of this study found that tourist preferences for services in Grhatama Pustaka in the tangible part are strong preferences for visitors to visit, while the reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy factors in library services are good preferences for visitors who need library services. Furthermore, hospitality services are needed if the manager wants to make visitors make Grhatama Pustaka a choice of the recreation area. Key Word: Preference, Visitor, Service Quality, Library

In the present study, Nutrition knowledge scale has been constructed and standardized of the High School Students. This scale consists of 54 statements. The simple random sample technique was used for this study. The sample consists of 50 High School Students are randomly selected from the Kancheepuram Districts. The ‘t’ value was sued to standardize the tool and finally 29 statements were retained for the final study.

The spread of covid-19 is increasingly out of control. Every individual has the potential to transmit covid to other humans. Various recommendations from the government for a healthy life have been made in an effort to break the chain of transmission, however it is not easy to change people's behavior into healthy behavior. This study aims to determine the description of student behavior in the prevention of covid transmission 19. This study is a descriptive study of 110 students residing in the FIKES dormitory of X University, taken using simple random sample technique. Variables are student behavior. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed with the help of Google forms. Data analysis uses univariate test. The results showed that the majority of students namely 57 people (52.8%) had a co-19 prevention behavior with a very bad category. It is recommended that researchers further provide health education to students about clean and healthy living behaviors related to co-19 prevention, given that co-19 transmission is increasingly widespread and has become an epidemic in the world

The library serves as a supporting university tridharma in education and teaching, research, cooperative extention. Therefore, the college library in charge of collecting, processing, providing and disseminating information in accordance with the curriculum in the college concerned. In addition, the library should also try to enrich the knowledge of teaching staff / lecturers to improve the quality of student achievement. The purpose of this study to determine and explain the extent of influence the quality of library services to the level of student satisfaction as users of AMIK Kosgoro Solok library. Viewed from 5 determinations of service quality: 1) tangibles, 2) reliable services, 3) responsive service, 4) assurance services, 5) empathetic services (emphaty ). The population is the student who visited the library. The sample of the study was taken from some population with incidental sample (accidental sample) technique. The sample size is 150 students. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Data were collected through questionnaire given to the students, then the data were analyzed by simple regression and multiple regression with the help of SPSS program. The result of research about library services is viewed from 5 service quality determinant that is tangible, reliability, responsive, assurance and emphaty affect student's satisfaction level. The conclusion of this research is library service as a whole is quite satisfactory / influential equal to 68,1% with significance 0,00 to level of student satisfaction as user of AMIK Kosgoro Solok library. 31.9% is influenced by other factors. Advice to librarians to further improve services for the future so as to achieve maximum student satisfaction level.Keywords: library, service, level of satisfaction

Tax revenue has a significant role for Indonesia towards the state expenditure budget every year. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of tax service quality and tax penalties towards individual tax payer’s compliance.  Objects in this study are the individual tax payers who are listed in Tax Service Office (Kantor Pelayanan Pajak) Kosambi - Tangerang. The samples are selected by Convenience Sampling Method. Data sources used in the form of primary data and techniques of data collection is done by distributing the enclosed questionnaire instruments that have been given a score.  The results of this study are (1) Tax Service Quality has significant impact towards individual tax payer’s compliance, (2) Tax Penalties has significant impact towards individual tax payer’s compliance. OBJECTIVE Implementing cross-mapping of Nursing language terms with the terminology of NANDA International, contained in records of patients with Parkinson's disease in rehabilitation. METHOD Descriptive study of cross mapping, carried out in three steps. A simple random sample of 67 files of patients who participated in the rehabilitation in the period between March 2009 and April 2013. RESULTS We identified 454 terms of Nursing language that resulted in 54 diagnoses after cross-mapping, present in 11 of the 13 taxonomy domains. The most mapped diagnosis was "Impaired urinary elimination" (59.7%), followed by "Urgent urinary incontinence" (55.2%), "Willingness to self-control improved health" (50.7%), "Constipation" (47.8%) and "Compromised physical mobility" (29.9%). Seven described terms were not mapped due to a corresponding defining characteristic being absent. CONCLUSION It was possible to determine the profile of patients, as well as the complexity of nursing care in the rehabilitation of patients with Parkinson's disease.

Research to examine the role of tax knowledge and tax awareness for tax compliance by e-commerce entrepreneurs. The sample is 50 e-commerce entrepreneurs, obtained by a simple random sample technique. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the effect of tax knowledge and awareness on tax compliance. The important point of the research results is that knowledge and awareness of taxes owned by e-commerce entrepreneurs have a positive effect on tax compliance.

The current investigation is a struggle to find the University’s environment’s contributions to the teachers’ performance in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The overall population under this study was 4000 teachers and 79000 students enrolled in 19 universities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Different sampling techniques were used at different levels (Multistage). At the first stage out of 19 public sectors HEC recognized general universities, only six universities were selected through simple random sample technique. At second stage a stratified random sample of 270 students of six universities was taken for this study. Two questionnaire one for performance of teachers and second for internal environment was used. The ANOVA, t-statistic and Regression were used. The result shows the significant contributions of environment in the teachers’ performance

Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. The results showed that: Service quality in UPAKWU Karanganyar Regency according to customer perceptions has not been satisfactory, despite having good service performance / above average. The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

Tax Revenue is one of the most important sources of revenue for making the state expenditure budget (APBN). As a revenue dominant source for APBN derived from tax sector. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of tax sanctions and tax service quality on individual tax compliance.   This study focus on individual entrepreneurs tax payer those registered at the Primary Tax Office Tigaraksa (KPP Pratama Tigaraksa) especially in Gading Serpong Tangerang. Samples were selected by convenience sampling method, the data used in this study is primary data.  The results show indicate (1) tax sanction has significantly affect to individual tax compliance, (2) tax service quality has significantly affect to individual tax compliance, (3) tax sanction and tax service quality have significantly affect to  individual tax compliance.
