Hospitals have professional human resources in various service fields. One of them is a nurse. This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, organizational factors, and job satisfaction on the performance of nurses. This type of research is analytical survey by design (cross sectional). The research sample consisted of 165 nurses with accidental sampling method. This study uses a questionnaire on organizational factors, job satisfaction, and performance. The study was conducted from November to December 2019 at Bunda Thamrin General Hospital. Bivariate data analysis using Chi-square (X2) statistical test and multivariate using logistic regression. The results showed that there was an effect (p<0.05) years of service (p=0.02; RR=0.30), supervision (p=0.00; RR=3.83), rewards (p=0, 00; RR = 5.20), and job satisfaction (p = 0.00; RR = 8.00) on the performance of nurses. Supervision has an effect of four times (OR=3.76) and job satisfaction has an effect of 10 times (OR=10.36) on the performance of nurses. There was no effect (p>0,05) gender (p=0,55; RR=0,38), age (p=0,29; RR=0,52), education level (p=0,32; RR=1,72), career path (p=0,08; RR=0,41), and marital status (p=0,74; RR=0,73) on nurse performance. Job satisfaction and supervision are variables that have the greatest influence on the performance of nurses. So it is important for institutions to improve the quality of supervision (increase supervisory competence, determine materials and supervision schedules) and increase job satisfaction (considering motivational and hygiene factors). In addition, it provides appropriate rewards and maintains the nurse's tenure, so that it can improve nurse performance

This study conducted an expert validity test with three experts. Univariate and bivariate data analysis. The statistical test used is the contingency coefficient test by including a 2 x 2 contingency table and using a significance level of 0.05.The results of statistical tests show the chi square value of 7.468 and a significance level of 0.006, this means that family support is needed for mothers who are facing premenopausal anxiety with a strong enough relationship. From this study it can be concluded that the existence of family support can reduce the anxiety experienced by premenopausal mothers when facing menopause. AbstractThe study was undertaken to assess job satisfaction among health care workers (HCWs) who work with disabled patients and to identify the factors that contribute to their job satisfaction. This was a cross-sectional study conducted at nine rehabilitation centers in Serbia. The study sample consisted of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other HCWs (social workers, work and speech therapists, and psychologists). A self-administrated questionnaire was distributed to 170 HCWs. Chi square testing and multivariate logistic regression analyses were applied. The response rate was 97.1% (165/170). Overall job satisfaction was reported by 22.4% of the respondents and was associated with hospital politics (odds ratio [OR], 4.16; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.13–15.30], personal relationships (OR, 13.96; 95% CI, 4.07–47.92) and the feeling of being able to provide a good quality of care (OR, 5.24; 95% CI, 1.62–16.99). Profession, age, and gender did not affect job satisfaction. In conclusion, the results show very low job satisfaction among HCWs. Improving contributing factors may lead to higher job satisfaction and a better quality of health care.

The research sample was all children under two years of age who were collected at the Riskesdas 2018 as many as 36,248 children. Bivariate data analysis using schi-square test and multivariate data analysis using logistic regression test. The results of the analysis showed that the risk factors for pneumonia in children under two years were the child's weight at birth (OR: 1,393; CI 95%: 1,009-1,923), the habit of opening a kitchen window (OR: 1,434; CI 95%: 1,097-1,874) and the smoking habit of other household members in the house (OR: 1,311; CI 95%: 1,088-1,580). Objective: To investigate the implication of quality of obturation and coronal restoration on periapical tissue in failed endodontically treated teeth. Study Design and Setting: This cross-sectional research was performed in the Operative Department of BUMDC on 187 patients reporting with root canal failure from March 2019 to August 2019. Methodology: Patients of both genders aged between 20-60 years were considered for this study. Single and multirooted teeth indicated for repeated endodontic treatment due to under filled, overfilled obturation, voids in obturation, absence and presence of coronal restoration were included. One operator carried out clinical examination of the teeth and periapical radiograph was taken for each patient by using E-Speed film and evaluated by the same operator using an illuminated viewer box. SPSS 17 for windows software was used for data entering and chi- square test was applied for statistical calculation of the outcomes. Results: Total n=187 endodontic treated failed teeth were evaluated, out of which 52.9% were of females and 47.1% to males. The number of obturations with acceptable length were 81(43.3%), with adequate density were 107 (57.2%) and with consistent taper were 116(62%). Periapical lesion was observed in 118(63.1%) cases. Quality of obturation significantly affects the periapical health. Cross tabulation showed a significant association (p-value <0.000) between inadequate coronal restoration and changes in periapical area. Conclusion: The successful prognosis of the root canal treatment relies on the good quality of obturation and adequate coronal filling.

Background and purpose: Patient satisfaction, including on radiography services, is an important component of health care provision. Surveys on patient satisfaction have been carried out particularly in government hospitals, but a more detailed study to determine the relationship between patient satisfaction with the responsiveness of service providers has yet to be carried out. This study aims to determine the relationship between the six domains of responsiveness of service providers and outpatient satisfaction at three conventional radiography facilities in Denpasar. Methods: Study was conducted by cross-sectional survey of 158 respondents selected consecutively in three conventional radiography services, namely a government hospital, a private hospital and a private radiology clinic. Data were collected through interviews using modified questionnaires on responsiveness from WHO. Data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate (chi-square test) and multivariate logistic regression method. Results: Univariate analysis indicated that patient satisfaction was 69% but still below the minimum service standards (>80,0%). Multivariate analysis showed that factors associated with satisfaction were the domain of attention (AOR= 3.77; 95%CI: 1.62-8.76), the quality of infrastructure (AOR=4.57; 95%CI: 1.61-12.93) and communication (AOR=6.30; 95%CI: 1.75-22.64).Conclusion: Patient satisfaction was generally still below the standard. Domains of responsiveness associated with patient satisfaction were the quality of infrastructure, level of attention and communication skills of service providers.
