The massive Indian market is changing fast. The pace of change is rapid with digital channels and constantly growing with volume and strength perpetually. Digital Marketing is really the High buzz in current scenario. It is one of those sectors in the marketing industry which is considered to be an experience an exponential growth due to this it makes studying about digital really interesting. At a high level, digital marketing refers to advertising of brands delivered through Businesses leverage digital channels such as search engines, mobile applications, website sales, social media, various e-mails to connect with current and prospective customers digitally. The term digital covers a wide range of marketing activities in current era, all of which are still not universally agreed upon, the current research focuses on the most common types of research which is known as exploratory research towards Digital Marketing in India. ABSTRAKPemasaran digital merupakan strategi promosi produk barang dan jasa dengan memanfaatkan media digital yang terintegrasi pada perangkat elektronik dan menggunakan koneksi jaringan internet. Terdapat 6% dosen STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia  mengelola usaha mikro secara mandiri, yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner, kosmetik, pakaian, pemanfaatan sagu, budidaya tanaman dan usaha pengolahan limbah plastik. Usaha mikro yang digeluti oleh dosen masih cenderung konvensional, dan belum memanfaatkan peluang digitalisasi dalam pemasaran produknya, sehingga perlu dilakukan pelatihan pemasaran digital untuk mengimbangi besarnya tantangan persaingan usaha saat ini. Kegiatan ini dibagi menjadi dua tahap, tahap pertama merupakan pemberian materi marketing digital yang terdiri atas (i) pemanfaatan website dan media sosial sebagai media promosi produk, (ii) penguasaan teknik dasar iklan, dan (iii) pemanfaatan video untuk iklan. Sedangkan tahap kedua merupakan praktek pemanfaatan web atau media sosial oleh peserta untuk mempromosikan produk yang dijual. Dari hasil pelatihan ini seluruh peserta dapat menerapkan pemasaran digital dalam mempromosikan produk yang dijual, dan terdapat satu orang peserta yang telah berhasil memanfaatkan video promosi untuk meningkatkan jumlah produk yang terjual. Kepuasan peserta terhadap pelatihan diukur menggunakan kuesioner, yang menunjukkan bahwa 88% peserta menyatakan puas terhadap pelatihan ini. Kata kunci: pemasaran digital; dosen; STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia. ABSTRACTDigital marketing is a strategy to promoting goods and services products by utilizing digital media integrated in electronic devices and using internet network connections. There are 6% lecturers of STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia managing micro businesses independently, engaged in culinary, cosmetics, clothing, sago, decorative plants and plastic waste treatment business. Micro businesses pursued by lecturers still tend to be conventional, and have not taken advantage of digitalization opportunities in the marketing of their products, so it is necessary to conduct digital marketing training to offset the magnitude of the challenges of business competition today. This activity is divided into two stages, the first stage is the provision of digital marketing materials consisting of (i) the utilization of websites and social media as a product promotional media, (ii) mastery of basic advertising techniques, and (iii) the utilization of video for advertising. While the second stage is the practice of using the web or social media by participants to promote the products sold. From the results of this training all participants can apply digital marketing in promoting their products, and there is one participant who has successfully utilized the promotional video to increase the number of products sold. Participants' satisfaction with the training was measured using a questionnaire, which showed that 88% of participants expressed satisfaction with the training. Keywords: digital marketing; lecturer; STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia.

Covid-19 pandemic has changed marketing patterns of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) entrepreneurs to allow them to survive adversities as the impact of public activity restrictions by the government. The decline in consumer intensity and flow of goods and services has caused the reduction of entrepreneurs’ income as well as the goods and services trade cycle. This condition then encourages the entrepreneurs to adopt digital technology and develop digital entrepreneurship. The employment of digital technology and combination of knowledge, creativity, and innovation are crucial to ensure the survival of MSMEs during this pandemic. Government support in the forms of assistance, training, and program support for the digitalization of MSMEs continue to do considering they are the most impacted sector. The government through its several agencies keep working together to make entrepreneurs familiar with digital marketing. This research uses qualitative approach with library research as its method combined with interviews with the MSMEs entrepreneurs. This research found that the MSMEs entrepreneurs need to adopt digital technology in the forms of digital entrepreneurship transformation, digital marketing and creativity, and innovation in order to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract - Marketing activities for tourism changes along with the development of the use of social media in the community. Traditional marketing methods that were used in marketing activities began to be shifted by digital marketing methods. One type of digital marketing method is social media marketing. Tourism official of denpasar cooperating with the Bali Tourism Board, and the Regional Tourism Promotion Agency uses social media in an effort to promote the tourism potencial of the city of Denpasar. The use of social media is very minimal in 2016 and 2017 to promote the tourism potential of the city of Denpasar. This Situation is not in line with the strategic plan of tourism official of Denpasar for 2011-2015 which states that promotion is carried out involving Information Technology. Mariani (2016) mentions that social media is very helpful in promoting a previously unknown tourist attraction into a favorite tourist attraction. When the use of social media that is very minimal by the manager, the promotion is declared successful. It is caused the strength of the content created by users of social media to introduce this attraction to other social media users. The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts made by the government in promoting tourism potential by utilizing social media. The research using quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data consist of number of posts, number of followers, number of likes. Qualitative data consist of social media content and data of interviews with sources. This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach. This research concludes that several social media-based promotion efforts have been carried out, namely greeting social media users through image and video content, inviting the public to attend certain tourism activities, involving social media users, and informing the calendar of events at the beginning of each month. Metode pemasaran Tradisional yang dulu digunakan dalam kegiatan pemasaran mulai digeser oleh metode pemasaran digital. Salah satu jenis metode pemasaran digital adalah Pemasaran media sosial. Dinas Pariwisata Denpasar bekerja sama dengan Bali Tourism Board, dan Badan Promosi Pariwisata Daerah menggunakan media sosial dalam upaya untuk mempromosikan potensi wisata kota Denpasar. Pemanfaatan media sosial yang sangat minim pada tahun 2016 dan 2017 untuk mempromosikan potensi wisata kota denpasar tidak sejalan dengan Rencana strategis satuan kerja perangkat daerah dinas pariwisata kota denpasar Tahun 2011-2015 yang menyebutkan bahwa promosi dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan Teknologi Informasi. Mariani (2016) menyebutkan bahwa media sosial sangat membantu promosi sebuah objek wisata yang sebelumnya tidak dikenal menjadi sebuah objek wisata yang ramai dikunjungi. Dengan pemanfaatan media sosial yang sangat minim oleh pengelola, promosi dinyatakan berhasil. Hal ini disebabkan kekuatan content yang dibuat oleh para pengguna media sosial untuk memperkenalkan objek wisata ini kepada pengguna media sosial yang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam mempromosikan potensi wisata dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan kuliatatif. Data kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah jumlah posting, jumlah follower,jumlah likes. Data kualitatif berupa konten media sosial dan hasil wawancara dengannarasumber. Penelitian ini merupakan merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan case study. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa beberapa upaya promosi berbasis media sosial telah dilakukan yaitu menyapa pengguna media sosial melalui content gambar dan video, mengundang masyarakat untuk hadir dalam kegiataan wisata tertentu, melibatkan masyarakat pengguna media sosial, dan menginformasikan calender of event disetiap awal bulan. Household economics reinforcement, especially in village areas, has become responsibility among government through village community empowerment programs and the family economic activity. Housewives, who were managing household economy, often lack of time, power and resources while managing their household economy. Meanwhile, the husband has main responsibility to support household economy to do their job in earning money. He also has limitation to fulfil household needs. One of the alternative breakthrough to empower housewives is using the digital media as an appropriate media which is one of the goods and services home production marketing channel through digital marketing. The writers has given digital marketing workshop using social media which has been installed in audience’s smartphone, in location Kejapanan Village, Gempol, Pasuruan, Jawa Timur to its related purpose. Furthermore, the workshop is aimed to develop creative-entrepreneur housewives in Kejapanan Villages which are able to use digital marketing media for promoting household products and services independently.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to explore digital marketing and tourism with a focus on opportunities with a case study of Africa, motivated by developments in tourism particularly the increase in tourist arrivals and the growth of digital statistics in the digital era. Design/methodology/approach Literature review as a research methodology was adopted in this study, and the integrative literature review was the method used as well as content analysis to review studies in digital marketing and tourism relating to Africa. Findings This paper reveals that digital media, content and mobile advertising are among the trends in digital marketing and, thus, affords Africa the opportunity to market its attractions to tourists in this digital era. Research limitations/implications Future studies can explore quantitative and qualitative methods to understand the phenomenon of digital marketing in relation to tourism. Practical implications Other countries within Africa to adopt similar digital marketing such as digital media and creative content in order to manage the digitization of marketing activities in the tourism sector. Originality/value This study explores digital marketing and tourism with a focus on opportunities for Africa as a case study by specifically examining social media marketing in relation to tourist arrivals using integrative literature review and content analysis methods.

The rapid development of digital communication technologies, the spread of Internet access to the population, the growing number of smartphones, increasing the number of social network users and other factors are the reason for the sharp growth of online operations and services in recent years. In 2020, the Covid-19 epidemic was added to this list of factors, creating an additional impetus for the growth of online business. This situation causes significant changes in the implementation of marketing activities by enterprises. Digital marketing is an important tool that allows companies to achieve their marketing goals, as well as influence a large number of people at a relatively low cost. More and more consumers are spending a significant amount of time on the Internet searching for information, products and services, communicating with other consumers about their experience and interaction with companies. The purpose of this article is to substantiate the theoretical and practical provisions of the use of digital marketing in the enterprise, to characterize the possibilities of using social networks as a tool of digital marketing, taking into account their features, limitations and advantages. The article substantiates that in modern conditions it is not enough to have only a website for the enterprise. Social networks play an increasingly important role not only in people’s lives, but also in business activities, which is an additional but important way to attract the attention of potential customers and promote trust. The most effective ways to use Facebook as a marketing tool are analyzed (direct advertising, social posting, detailed audience analysis, link sharing). It also describes a number of features that should be considered for forming a digital marketing strategy in 2021 and 2022. It is concluded that marketing in social networks can be a valuable tool that will help create an Internet brand awareness for the company, increase trust in it and develop the demand for goods and services.

Tourism has become one of the most active areas for digital marketing strategy development. Nowadays, almost all players have developed some kind of digital approach in order to publicise or promote their product. Trying to reach the European tourism market, the national travel and tourism authorities of small Cabo Verde have asked for a strategy based on digital media for global communication results. Their goal is to empower their touristic potential throughout social media and any others digital channels. This work presents a possible digital marketing strategy developed throughout social media dynamics generated by users´ interactions.
