Tourism has become one of the most active areas for digital marketing strategy development. Nowadays, almost all players have developed some kind of digital approach in order to publicise or promote their product. Trying to reach the European tourism market, the national travel and tourism authorities of small Cabo Verde have asked for a strategy based on digital media for global communication results. Their goal is to empower their touristic potential throughout social media and any others digital channels. This work presents a possible digital marketing strategy developed throughout social media dynamics generated by users´ interactions.

Technological developments have significantly changed the way how a business works, especially the culinary business named Seblak Jeletet Murni, that has located in Jakarta. This business is still relatively new, but consumers continue moldy and this spicy culinary product sales have been continue to increase. This phenomenon is a result of business which has entered the digital era in social media. Marketing of this product is not done intensively by the owner of this business, but consumers who moved to market virally in social media, especially social media video youtube. In this article the author analyzed descriptively about consumer behavior in digital marketing that has affected the sales of the culinary products. The analyzes were performed with case studies and associated in the literature on consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies. This article aims to describe the behavior of consumers in the digital age so that it can be input in determining the marketing strategy culinary efforts forward and be used for thought on the future of consumer research. Today's world is technology-driven. Technology has penetrated almost every sphere of human life. Digital marking is one of the technologies that have attracted people from different age groups all over the world with their advanced nature of applications and uses. One of the foremost reasons why patrons like to use this technology is because these are not only user-friendly in nature and innovativeness but also carry the knowledge economies. Marketing and branding through digital media channels are very decent ventures that have steadily increased in value and are thereby considered safe and secure investments. The article focuses on the intense transformation of marketing in connection with the processes of digitalization and socio-economic transformations as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The features of using the main digital marketing tools as effective elements for establishing communications with the target audience are revealed. The expediency of introducing innovative approaches and technologies to increase the conversion rate has been proven. In the context of digital marketing, traffic generation involves the implementation of measures set that encourage potential customers to follow the company's links. The presence of an effective marketing strategy of the company in the digital environment involves the use of sales funnels, with the characteristics of the traffic involved at each stage. The focus of the company on generating organic and paid advertising traffic in accordance with the specifics of the company's functioning in the digital environment has been substantiated. The need for market research has been proven to create, on an ongoing basis, personalized content that will be in demand among the relevant groups of potential customers. It is not enough for modern subscribers to periodically provide access to thematic content, it is necessary to ensure the constant interest and desire of users to get acquainted with the materials, which is possible only with the implementation of flexible and original approaches. The necessity of using various digital marketing tools has been substantiated, since a large number of companies focus only on social media. The interest of large companies in creating specialized social media to promote specialized content increases competition and leads to the introduction of innovative products that can be used to increase the efficiency of formation and improvement of marketing strategies in the digital environment. The specificity of the machine learning algorithms application to improve the effectiveness of a company's marketing strategy in the digital environment is disclosed. Using a variety of data science approaches, it is possible to segment the target audience based on large amounts of data and increase the likelihood of increasing the level of potential customers loyalty.

With the digital boom that we have been experiencing for several years now and that has been significantly maximized due to the current situation caused by the pandemic, it is not a secret that the different economic, social, political, environmental initiatives, among others, have taken advantage of digital channels to convey their message to a greater number of individuals. The purpose of this editorial is, thus, to illustrate some digital marketing trends in the field of biodiversity conservation, trends that can be perceived from mechanisms such as social media advertising, virtual influencers, and mobile games. The current biodiversity crisis and what it represents for the survival of humanity has raised concerns among many people and organisations around the world. Hence, the interest in transcending barriers and engage a greater number of individuals who can contribute their solution. If digital is the future, why not continue exploring its true potential to tackle the biodiversity crisis?

This study raises the marketing communication strategy carried out by the Demandailing management in building the Demandailing Cafe brand image. This study describes the digital marketing strategy carried out by Demandailing Café in building a brand image on Instagram social media to the public, especially Demandailing Cafe consumers located in Surabaya. The benefits obtained from this research are as an academic reference on digital marketing in building a practical brand image on Instagram social media. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with an analysis of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) and digital marketing. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. This study concludes that in carrying out the Demandailing digital marketing strategy to build a brand image on Instagram social media, it is determined by how the products offered are highlighted in terms of the promotional content of the Demandailing Café product itself. Submission of the brand image itself indirectly becomes an interpersonal communication from Demandailing with customers who see Instagram. Demandailing always makes innovations in building a brand image that is not done by other cafe entrepreneurs, both in terms of soft selling and hard selling.

Purpose: This research has a purpose to know how PT. Granting Jaya implementing a digital marketing strategy to promote the Atlantis Land Surabaya theme park in the field of one of the tourism services located in Surabaya city. The Mayor of Surabaya has established the Atlantis Land area as an integrated marine tourism area since 2017. Ria Kenjeran Beach (Kenjeran Park) previously managed by the Government of Surabaya. Methodology: This study uses a qualitative approach and interview techniques for collecting material that is done with the question and answers verbally unilaterally face to face. Main Finding: The results of the study found that PT. Granting Jaya prefers to use Social Media as a Digital Marketing Strategy is a way to promote a new brand, build preference, and increase the visitors of Atlantis Land Surabaya through Instagram Strategic Marketing. Implications/ Applications: This research can have implications for the selection and use of promotions more precisely through social media. Because the novelty in this study can be applied to attracting the number of visitors in the world of tourism, especially in Surabaya and surrounding areas.

Social media is currently being used by both large companies and SMEs. For large companies the use of social media has been used successfully in reaching potential consumers. However, for SMEs, the marketing strategy of using social media is still being questioned. The purpose of this study is to fill the gaps in previous research by examining the driving factors for SMEs in using social media in promoting their products and testing how the performance of SMEs after adopting this technology is good both in financial and non-financial aspects that have not been done much research. The results of this study found that the compatible, cost-effective, interactive variables had a positive effect on the use of social media and subsequently had a positive effect on both financial and non-financial performance. However, the moderating role of social media capabilities cannot strengthen the relationship between use and the performance of SMEs. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for evaluating SMEs so that they can use digital media to support their business. The government must also pay attention to this to actively socialize the use of digital media for MSMEs so that the performance of SMEs can increase.

ABSTRAKPemasaran digital merupakan strategi promosi produk barang dan jasa dengan memanfaatkan media digital yang terintegrasi pada perangkat elektronik dan menggunakan koneksi jaringan internet. Terdapat 6% dosen STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia  mengelola usaha mikro secara mandiri, yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner, kosmetik, pakaian, pemanfaatan sagu, budidaya tanaman dan usaha pengolahan limbah plastik. Usaha mikro yang digeluti oleh dosen masih cenderung konvensional, dan belum memanfaatkan peluang digitalisasi dalam pemasaran produknya, sehingga perlu dilakukan pelatihan pemasaran digital untuk mengimbangi besarnya tantangan persaingan usaha saat ini. Kegiatan ini dibagi menjadi dua tahap, tahap pertama merupakan pemberian materi marketing digital yang terdiri atas (i) pemanfaatan website dan media sosial sebagai media promosi produk, (ii) penguasaan teknik dasar iklan, dan (iii) pemanfaatan video untuk iklan. Sedangkan tahap kedua merupakan praktek pemanfaatan web atau media sosial oleh peserta untuk mempromosikan produk yang dijual. Dari hasil pelatihan ini seluruh peserta dapat menerapkan pemasaran digital dalam mempromosikan produk yang dijual, dan terdapat satu orang peserta yang telah berhasil memanfaatkan video promosi untuk meningkatkan jumlah produk yang terjual. Kepuasan peserta terhadap pelatihan diukur menggunakan kuesioner, yang menunjukkan bahwa 88% peserta menyatakan puas terhadap pelatihan ini. Kata kunci: pemasaran digital; dosen; STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia. ABSTRACTDigital marketing is a strategy to promoting goods and services products by utilizing digital media integrated in electronic devices and using internet network connections. There are 6% lecturers of STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia managing micro businesses independently, engaged in culinary, cosmetics, clothing, sago, decorative plants and plastic waste treatment business. Micro businesses pursued by lecturers still tend to be conventional, and have not taken advantage of digitalization opportunities in the marketing of their products, so it is necessary to conduct digital marketing training to offset the magnitude of the challenges of business competition today. This activity is divided into two stages, the first stage is the provision of digital marketing materials consisting of (i) the utilization of websites and social media as a product promotional media, (ii) mastery of basic advertising techniques, and (iii) the utilization of video for advertising. While the second stage is the practice of using the web or social media by participants to promote the products sold. From the results of this training all participants can apply digital marketing in promoting their products, and there is one participant who has successfully utilized the promotional video to increase the number of products sold. Participants' satisfaction with the training was measured using a questionnaire, which showed that 88% of participants expressed satisfaction with the training. Keywords: digital marketing; lecturer; STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia.
