This research aims to produce a blended learning model combined with teaching materials that integrate traditional, online, electronic, or digital sources. It uses Research and Development method with the Dick and Carey model. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, documentary studies, questionnaires, and tests, while analysis was performed qualitatively. The data obtained were analyzed by condensation, presentation, and verification. The design of Ulumul Qur'an at UIN Alauddin Makassar postgraduate was determined from the learning process and results. Traditional learning involved the use of syllabus sources, including RPS, textbooks, as well as learning media, such as libraries, whiteboards, markers, and erasers. Students were given assignments, examples, and checklist instruments. Moreover, the learning process employed digital sources and media, such as LCDs, laptops, and PowerPoint presentations. Online sources included information search engines, such as Google, and the use of e-mail for assignment submissions. The implementation of Ulumul Qur'an is supported by the development of a blended learning model, using a weblog and printed materials.           Keywords: Blended Learning, Web-Blog, Ulumul Qur’an, Online;

The aims of this study are: 1) Describe the learning models used by the teachers on Citizenship Education subject. 2) Explain the relevance of the learning models used with the basic competencies in Citizenship Education subject. According to the results of the study, there are two conclusions. The first one is the teachers use a few learning models in Citizenship Education. The first model is the class based-passive cognitive pedagogies model. The teacher has planned the subject as stated in the lesson plan (RPP). This model emphasizes traditional learning about how the teacher provides initial definitions, principles, and concepts of learning materials and provides examples of problem-solving exercises in the form of lectures, demonstrations, question and answer, and assignments. The second model is the application of the model used by the teacher, namely lectures. The second conclusion is, the learning model used by the teachers in Wikarya Vocational School is not yet relevant to the basic competencies in the school. This can be seen from a number of facts, namely: a) the plan for implementing learning that has been prepared by the teacher does not fully reflect the circumstances during the learning process. b) The teachers do not apply everything contained in the lesson plan and the teachers still use the traditional learning models which is the lecture model. c) On average more than 70% of students have low minimum completeness criteria. d) Attitudes and behaviors of the students in the school show the lack of achievement of basic competencies to be achieved. In addition to the facts mentioned above, the unsuccessful learning model applied by the teachers at Karanganyar Wikarya Vocational School in maintaining a conducive atmosphere during the learning process makes the students feel bored and not concerned with the importance of the lesson. Then, it results in failure to achieve the expected basic competencies. Keywords : learning model, teacher, basic competence

ABSTRACTThe research is an action research aiming at improving the learning output of social science using cooperative learning model of Numbered Head Together. The subjects of the research are the fifth grade students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri Batu Kembar in the even semester, the year of 2015/ 2016 with the number of students of 21 consisting of 12 boys and 9 girls. The research used cycling procedure containing four steps of planning, doing, observing, and reflecting. The action research is done in two cycles. Each cycle is conducted in one meeting. After the implementation of Numbered Head Together, the learning output of students social science improves from the first to the second cycle. The result shows that the average score in the first cycle is 65, and the learning completion is 50.00%, while in the second cycle, the average score is 74 and the learning completion is 85.00%. The learning process score in the first cycle is 75.75%, and it improves in the second cycle to be 90.00%. The result of students behavior observation shows improvement of students discipline, cooperation, bravery which in the first cycle is 80.50% and it improves in the second cycle to be 85.50%. Therefore it can be inferred that the implementation of the cooperative learning model of Numbered Head Together is able to improve the learning output of the fifth grade students social science in an elementary school. The process and student learning outcomes in science learning material properties of light is a problem faced by class IV SD Negeri 3 Mengwi. Student activity and learning outcomes have not been maximized because the teacher delivered science learning materials using the lecture method. This is the background of the researchers to conduct research with the aim of improving the process and learning outcomes of science with material properties of light with learning models Contextual Teaching and Learning. This research is a type of classroom action research conducted in SD Negeri 3 Mengwi. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students, amounting to 27 students consisting of 14 female students and 13 male students. The implementation of this study used 2 cycles. Instruments used to collect data are observation sheets, interviews, documentation and test questions. The results of this study indicate that science learning outcomes with material properties of light using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model in SD Negeri 3 Mengwi have increased in two cycles with quite satisfactory values. There was an increase in learning outcomes from cycle 1 an average value of 68.51 to 75.37 in cycle 2. In addition, there was an increase in the learning process of students in science learning carried out by teachers using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model.
This research was conducted for the purpose of getting a clear and complete
picture conserning the quality of teaching and learning process through eveloping and implementing jigsaw type cooparative learning model for subject of Thermodynamics. The quality of teaching and learning process can be viewed by positive response of university students towards thermodynamics subject using the implemented jigsaw type cooparative learning model. The subject of this research were students of high school class X, semester II in the academic year of 2011/2012, which were listed as learning tools needed for thermodynamics of jigsaw type cooparative learning model. The learning tool which were being developed consist of teaching materials, learning plan, and student worksheet. The research prosedure consisted of developing the tools of teaching and learning process, and the followed by realization of learning in class using the jigsaw type cooparative learning approach. The research instruments were to be observation sheet and student response questionaire towards the learning process. The reseach data were analyzed using percentage statistic. Based on the refection result towards the action which was planned beforehand and also the researh result discussion, it was found that the learning process of hermodynamics which was done by implementing the jigsaw type cooparative learning model can increase student activity in his study. Implementing the jigsaw type cooperative learning can increase the learning result of students. Most of the students who partisipated in the thermodynamics class agree and give a positive apreciation towards the implementation of cooperative learning model. They believe that with the learning group can help them overcoming the learning deterrent.

The selection and determination of appropriate learning strategies can improve the results to be obtained from the application of classroom learning models. This writing aims to discipline students to develop individual abilities of students to be more active in the learning process and improve the quality of learning. The learning process in Indonesia in general only uses conventional learning models that make students passive and undeveloped. In order for the quality of learning to increase, the Team Assisted Individualization learning model is combined with the task learning and forced strategies. The Team Assisted Individualization cooperative learning model is one of the cooperative learning models that combines learning individually and in groups. Meanwhile, task and forced learning strategies are strategies that focus on giving assignments that require students to complete them on time so that the learning process can run effectively. Students are required to do assignments according to the given deadline. This makes students become familiar with the tasks given by the teacher. Combining or modifying the learning model of the assisted individualization team with forced and forced learning strategies is expected to be able to make students more active, disciplined, independent, creative in learning and responsible for the tasks assigned. Therefore this method of incorporation is very necessary in the learning process and can be applied to improve the quality of learning in schools.
