Research methods using literature studies that review or critically review the knowledge, ideas, or findings contained in journals, books, and other scientific works The results of research show that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 and 5.0 contributed significantly to Indonesian education. One of them is the existence of technology-based learning innovations that make it easier for students to learn without knowing space, time, and place. Industry 4.0 is technology-driven, society 5.0, however, is value-driven. The former requires the latter to remind society's essential needs, values, and responsibilities as the primary target; The latter requires the former for a technological push and solution. Therefore, the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and 5.0 is expected to bring progress to the development of education, especially in Indonesia, by creating change and preparing superior and innovative graduates with skills that have been prepared in advance.

This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Telaga Biru and aimed to produce quality physics learning tools using the Team-Based Learning (TBL) learning model. The device was developed using the 4D development model developed by Thiagarajan Semel and Semel. The research results on the device show that the developed device is of high quality. Learning tools are said to be valid for use with slight revisions. This can be seen based on the average validation results with a value of 3.5 and 3.6. The level of effectiveness of learning devices is seen in the increase in student learning outcomes consisting of the cognitive domain at the first meeting until the third meeting, N Gain iRat is 0.46 with n criteria of moderate gain, at tRat is N Gain 0.5, in the attitude domain with an average the percentage of 80.240%, the results of observing student activities for 3 meetings are 80.890% with good criteria and the psychomotor aspect an average percentage of 80.128%, and the practicality of the developed device seen from the observation sheet on the implementation of learning 93.650% and the teacher's response questionnaire and student responses with an average percentage of 81.653% and 79.752%. Get a positive response.

This study aimed to describe the causes of students' demotivation in using English for daily communication and find its solutions. The present researcher used the descriptive qualitative method. It was conducted on EFL Learners. There were 15 students to be participants in this study. The data were collected by observing, interviewing, and giving questionnaires to participants about English usage in their Islamic boarding schools. The participants' answers and the video of their daily communication were analyzed by interpreting the handy camera and checking the result of interpretation to the result of questioner and interview. Second, the present researcher compared the result of the handy camera, questioner, and interview to the existing theory to determine the causes of students' demotivation in using English as daily communication and its solution. The result analysis showed that the cause of students' demotivation is their lack of ability to use English, especially in mastering vocabulary and its pronunciation. Other factors were learning contents and materials, teachers, and failure experience. In addition, they prefer to use Arabic because Arabic has been rooted as daily communication in that Islamic boarding school. In comparison, the solution for that problem is that the teachers should pay considerable attention to the students' English ability, especially mastering and pronouncing vocabulary. Also, the teachers are suggested to pay more attention to teaching methods and their behavior to increase students' motivation and interest in second language learning. In addition, the teachers should explicitly make a regulation to divide a period for the student to speak English and Arabic.
