The study examines the problem associated with the fact that features of dehumanization are largely manifested in modern society and in education. There is a loss of spiritual and moral values, a rejection of a worldview based on justice, a lack of attention and respect for a person is increasingly manifested, and his life and morality are being devalued. The leading role in forming the moral image of the younger generation should belong to the general educational organization, teachers and educators. In accordance with this, the goal of the study was set: to identify the level of humanization of pedagogical activity in modern sociocultural conditions. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set and solved: on the basis of a comparative historical and pedagogical analysis of scientific literature, trace the genesis of the concept of “humanism”; characterize the humanistic foundations of modern education; consider conceptual approaches to the humanization of education; determine the pedagogical conditions for the practical implementation of the humanistic paradigm in the professional activities of university teachers, school teachers and educators. Based on the results of a survey of junior students and their inclusion in project activities to study the heritage of humanist teachers of the XIX-XX centuries, conclusions are drawn that the values of their future professional activities can be formed in the course of studying pedagogy. When carrying out educational projects that have a humanistic orientation, future teachers develop a humanistic consciousness, reorient from material values to spiritual ones, and the personality of the future teacher is humanized.

Introduction. The educational environment is a cultural space open for the formation of a future specialist in his professional culture. However, to improve the effectiveness of training cadets, pedagogical conditions are needed that adapt training technologies to the realities of a modern military educational organization of higher education (hereinafter VOOVO). At present, training technologies have been developed and introduced for cadets who are able to function in the interests of the defense and security of the state, as well as to ensure the rule of law and law and order in the Russian Federation. However, the professional qualification of a modern officer requires the modernization of his knowledge, including on the basis of self-education, self-organization and self-actualization of existing experience. The purpose of the article is to identify pedagogical conditions conducive to the high-quality mastering of automobile technology by cadets by means of successfully solving situational problems, which, firstly, consolidate the skills of driving a car, secondly, form the reflexive abilities of introspection of the difficulties arising in this case, and thirdly, create a communicative environment, contributing to the comprehension of the service-combat mission by all participants in military-professional activity. Research methodology and methods. The study presents the structure of the educational environment of the modern VOOVO as a pedagogical condition conducive to the successful mastering of the discipline “Automotive training” by cadets. This structure was obtained through the analysis of existing ideas about the educational environment as a cultural space for the formation of a future specialist. However, the article takes into account the features of both a military educational organization and the specific content of the subject “Automotive training”. Research results. The realities of the time require the teacher to quickly respond to changes taking place in the education system, the dynamism of transformations increases, and it can contribute to increasing mental tension, in general, and increasing conflict tension, in particular. All this leads to an increasing interest in the psychology of pedagogical conflicts, both from the point of view of phenomenology and structure, and from the point of view of their influence on satisfaction with professional and pedagogical activity. The article presents the results of an empirical study to identify the specifics of correlations of strategies of behavior in conflicts and the level of satisfaction with the professional activities of university teachers, taking into account the stages of professionalization. The provisions on strengthening the influence of the role of behavioral strategies in conflicts in the assessment of professional satisfaction at the third and fourth stages of professionalization are formulated.

The relevance of the problem and task of modern society is to increase the motivation of teachers. Thus, the motivation of teachers' professional activity needs research. The purpose of the article is to study and compare the motivation of teachers' professional activity of preschool and primary education depending on the educational institution, its location, as well as the pedagogical experience of the respondents. Methods of the research: theoretical - in order to highlight the state of study and features of motivation of professional activity of teachers in preschool and primary education, formulation of conclusions of the study, etc. (comparison, generalization, etc.); empirical − to identify indicators of motivation (electronic survey, pedagogical observation); mathematical - to process the results using the computer program IBM SPSS Statistics 23. Results of the research: the attention of scientists (during 1970-2021, according to the Web of Science) is more focused on studying students' motivation than teachers' motivation. We conducted an online survey of 151 respondents (2019-2021). The Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient is equal to 0,830 (for the entire questionnaire). Most teachers of preschool (about 63%) and primary (about 77%) education have optimal motivational complexes, namely: internal motivation or external positive motivation prevails, or their values are the same, but greater than external negative motivation. The internal motivation of teachers prevails among other motivational complexes in the studied variants of comparison, namely depending on: the type of educational institutions of the respondents (preschool and primary education); from the pedagogical experience of the respondents, the location of educational institutions. We confirmed the formation of such (mostly optimal) motivational complexes for professional activities of teachers of preschool and primary education using the c2-criterion; did not find statistically significant differences in the studied indicators of motivation depending on the teaching experience, location of the educational institution.

The transition of the educational system to a distance format due to the spread of COVID-19 has led to a transformation in the nature and content of professional activities of university teachers. A wide range of research methods, the results of sociological surveys and interviews, as well as an analysis of text arrays from Internet resources, are used to assess the socio-psychological consequences of remote employment. Drawing a conclusion on their remote employment, teachers note the acquisition of a unique experience consisting not only in the mastery of online educational technologies but also in the implementation of new models of professional interaction with students and colleagues. Teachers associate the perspectives for further transformation of their professional activity with the formation of new combined (multi-format) models of education. At the same time, there forms a system of negative expectations as teachers believe that the launched process of transformation of education will lead to stricter requirements for the teacher as the subjects of educational and labor relations, as well as to the destabilization of the situation in the professional labor market.

The forced transition to distance learning during the pandemic has determined the development of new models of university teachers’ professional activity. The results of the “first wave” show that the community of teachers was not prepared for distance learning not only due to the lack of necessary competencies and skills of working in the online environment but also psychologically. In particular, the psychological unpreparedness of teachers for the transition from traditional formats of interaction to the remote ones, the collapse of the familiar “live” models of communication with students and colleagues turned up to be a major difficulty. Based on the results of research, the key problems of the organization of teachers’ remote work are determined and the socio-psychological consequences of remote employment are revealed. The main groups of risks faced by teachers due to the forced transition to remote employment are also identified. The impact of remote formats on the professional activities of teachers cannot be assessed unequivocally. On the one hand, in the time of remote work, teachers have developed new skills and competencies, mastered innovative online technologies, managed to overcome numerous psychological struggles, etc. On the other hand, teachers are aware that the necessary process of transformation of education will not only substantially change their professional activity but will also lead to the emergence of fundamentally new social roles and models of professional behavior. There is a growing sense of unease and confusion in the teaching community and negative expectations associated with uncertainty in the professional labor market are developing.

Тhis study was conducted to determine, outline the main characteristics of improvement of psychological-pedagogical basis of the concepts of «profile-oriented school», «profile-oriented school in foreign languages» at secondary pedagogical educational institutions and institutions of higher education. The author investigated, analyzed the leading role and conceptual impact of the profile-oriented direction of education in the training of future highly qualified professionals in the field of pedagogical education of foreign language. It was noted that profile teaching of a foreign language is a purposeful training of students for further educational and / or professional activities related to the use of a foreign language as an object of future (professional) activity or as a means of professional communication. Today, school profiling is one of the important directions of modernization of Ukrainian general education system. The author analyzed the following principles of specialized education in a specialized school of a foreign language, which, according to the author, play the greatest role: the principle of social balance; the principle of continuity and continuity; the principle of flexibility, the principle of variability; the principle of diagnostic and prognostic feasibility, the principle of differentiation; the principle of individualization. The model of profile-oriented studying in foreign language has not yet been implemented in the practice of the school in full. Teachers work to create a logistical, methodological and didactic base of the model. Work plans of circles, mini-textbooks, electronic manuals, other materials are developed. Therefore, the integration of profile – oriented studying will maximize the continuous studying of both students and teachers and achieve high performance. We understand that our observation is only part of the research program we have created for this issue. Further studies we see in the analysis of the practical-methodical system of profile-oriented studying of future teacher of foreign languages.
