Purpose: This research has a purpose to know how PT. Granting Jaya implementing a digital marketing strategy to promote the Atlantis Land Surabaya theme park in the field of one of the tourism services located in Surabaya city. The Mayor of Surabaya has established the Atlantis Land area as an integrated marine tourism area since 2017. Ria Kenjeran Beach (Kenjeran Park) previously managed by the Government of Surabaya. Methodology: This study uses a qualitative approach and interview techniques for collecting material that is done with the question and answers verbally unilaterally face to face. Main Finding: The results of the study found that PT. Granting Jaya prefers to use Social Media as a Digital Marketing Strategy is a way to promote a new brand, build preference, and increase the visitors of Atlantis Land Surabaya through Instagram Strategic Marketing. Implications/ Applications: This research can have implications for the selection and use of promotions more precisely through social media. Because the novelty in this study can be applied to attracting the number of visitors in the world of tourism, especially in Surabaya and surrounding areas.

Technological developments have significantly changed the way how a business works, especially the culinary business named Seblak Jeletet Murni, that has located in Jakarta. This business is still relatively new, but consumers continue moldy and this spicy culinary product sales have been continue to increase. This phenomenon is a result of business which has entered the digital era in social media. Marketing of this product is not done intensively by the owner of this business, but consumers who moved to market virally in social media, especially social media video youtube. In this article the author analyzed descriptively about consumer behavior in digital marketing that has affected the sales of the culinary products. The analyzes were performed with case studies and associated in the literature on consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies. This article aims to describe the behavior of consumers in the digital age so that it can be input in determining the marketing strategy culinary efforts forward and be used for thought on the future of consumer research. ABSTRACTThis study discusses digital marketing strategies and hedonism on purchasing decisions. The research location was conducted at the Bali Tree House. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique, data collection techniques used are: observation, documentation, and interviews, with the validity method of triangulation data. The results found are as follows: Rumah Pohon Bali has used a digital marketing strategy using E-commerce, blogs, and social media for digital marketing optimization. Hedonism combined with digital marketing with visual summaries can increase consumer attractiveness. This digital marketing strategy and hedosme can increase purchasing decisions through policy factors and social factors regarding the part of the reference group that is expected to be a strategy that can provide maximum sales results for Balinese tree houses.

<p><em>The changes in people's purchasing patterns from offline to online cause companies to change the type of their business which also affects the changing of marketing strategy. One of the marketing strategies used by the OTA (Online Travel Agent) industry is affiliate marketing. This study was conducted to find out how Pegipegi affiliate marketers used the digital marketing to help market OTA products in the digital media they use to help provide sales. The method used in this study is qualitative with the case study of Pegipegi affiliate marketers. The data collection was conducted by interviewing. The results of this study indicate that the basic understanding of how to market Pegipegi products through blogs, how to market blog through Google Ads and Facebook Ads, as well as the understanding on the functions of each affiliate marketing tools play an important role in the success of a marketer of Pegipegi affiliate.</em></p>

This research is focused on communication marketing strategies at PT. Global Pay Indonesia (Cashbac). The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy of digital marketing platform (Cashbac) to increase consumer purchasing power. The main theory is Marketing Mix (4P). The object of this research is the communication marketing strategy by the sales team and the Marketing team at PT. Global Pay Indonesia (Cashbac). The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this study are that Cashbac has run all four aspects of prices, places, products and also promotions to increase consumer purchasing power from time to time to be even higher.

ABSTRACT Kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan degan melibatkan mitra IKM Renafa Food yang berlokasi di Tanjung Gedong, Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan berlangsung dari bulan Juli hingga Oktober 2021 yang diawali dengan identifikasi permasalahan, analisis kebutuhan, hingga program pendampingan. Hasil identifikasi permasalahan yang dilakukan oleh tim menunjukkan bahwa IKM Renafa Food membutuhkan bantuan untuk mendesain strategi pemasaran digital dalam memasarkan produknya. Dengan demikian, tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk menyusun strategi pemasaran digital bagi IKM Renafa Food, khususnya pemasaran di media sosial. Dalam kegiatan ini, tim PKM melakukan komunikasi intensif dengan pemilik IKM Renafa Food baik secara daring maupun luring. Hasil kegiatan ini berupa materi pemasaran digital yang dapat digunakan oleh IKM Renafa Food untuk melakukan promosi di media sosial. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan PKM dapat berjalan dengan lancar tanpa kendala yang berarti. Manfaat dari kegiatan PKM ini secara langsung dapat dirasakan oleh IKM Renafa Food untuk membantu melengkapi materi promosi di media sosial Instagram dalam bentuk poster digital.   Keywords: UMKM, strategi, pemasaran digital, pendampingan   ABSTRACT   This community engagement activity was carried out by involving the MSME's partner, Renafa Food, which located in Tanjung Gedong, Grogol Petamburan District, West Jakarta. The activity takes place from July to October 2021, starting with problem identification, analysis of partner's needs, and mentoring programs. From the identification of the problems, team indicates that Renafa Food needs assistance in designing digital marketing strategies in marketing their products. Thus, the purpose of this community engagement activity is to develop a digital marketing strategy for Renafa Food, especially marketing on social media. In this activity, the community engagement team had intensive communication with the owners of Renafa Food both online and offline. The results of this activity are in the form of digital marketing materials that can be used by Renafa Food to promote their products on social media. Overall, these activities can run smoothly without any significant problems. The purposes of this study are analyzing the production performance, identifying internal and external environment, and determining the priority of kerupuk kemplang agroindustry marketing strategy.  The location of the study is determined deliberately as the consideration the area is the production center of kerupuk kemplang agroindustry in Bandar Lampung.  The number of respondents are 14 kerupuk kemplang agroindustry owners that are randomly selected disproportionately.  Data were collected in January – February 2020.  The analytical methods used are the analysis of production performance, SWOT (Strenghts, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) analysis, and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) analysis.  The results of the study indicated that kerupuk kemplang agroindustrial performance based on productivity aspect, capacity, quality, and speed of delivery are in good category, while based on the flexible aspects are not in good category.  The main strength of kerupuk kemplang agroindustry is the location of strategic business and close to suppliers.  Main drawback is the location of the business away from some consumers. The main opportunities are the need and high consumer interest on the product.  The main threat is the supply of reduced raw material when approaching holiday seasons.  The strategy of priority is improving the quality of products, following the bazaar organized by the government, utilizing technologies such as e-commerce and social media, collaborating with a kerupuk kemplang agent, and optimizing the utilization of strategic business locations to increase production volumes by improving cooperation with suppliers. Key words: kerupuk kemplang agroindustry, marketing strategies, production performance

There was a government appeal that was communicated to the public during the co-19 pandemic. Including an appeal to business people to develop business strategies that are adaptive to conditions. There are people with disabilities who have culinary businesses which can maintain their business during the Covid-19 pandemic. This was expressed in a seminar which was held by the Community of Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Houses. In the seminar, Sri Arya Ramadani, a person with visual impairment disability and the owner of Ayam Geprek Petukangan business, shared her experiences and strategies for running a culinary business in the pandemic era. The challenge faced by entrepreneurs is the socioeconomic stability against competitors who have similar businesses with other entrepreneurs. However, a strong enthusiasm for learning, a strong mentality, not easy to despair and support from family and community make entrepreneurs able to compete with other similar businesses. Another challenge faced by disability entrepreneurs is the existence of the Covid-19 pandemic, entrepreneurs trying to adapt to crisis situations and developing an Efficiency, Creative and Healthy strategy. The strategy is supported by promotional tactics, including using social media in the form of Instagram, using professional photography services to get quality product photos, establishing relationships with consumers through the WhatsApp media platform, and also not easy to complain about social media. The digital marketing strategy is balanced with the alms strategy, which is believed to bring blessings on its business journey. Therefore, until now, entrepreneurs still survive and can meet their business needs.

Due to recent technological advances, marketing strategies have shifted from conventional to online. Traditional businesses use this digital marketing strategy because it is considered no more effective than other forms of marketing, such as using brochures and catalogs. Kopi Tuku as a business that mushroomed first during the Covid-19 pandemic, used digital marketing strategies to introduce digital products, one of which was social media. This is because social media is a platform that allows people to communicate information in the form of text, photos, videos, and audio with each other and with businesses, or vice versa. This study aims to find out how Kopi Tuku's digital marketing strategy during the Covid-19 pandemic uses content analysis. The method used is Krippendorff's content analysis via Instagram @tokokopituku for the period January 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021. The conclusion of this study is that Kopi Tuku's marketing strategy is more of an advertising strategy that highlights related information about Kopi Tuku.

The Covid-19 pandemic has a major impact on all aspects and sectors of public life, especially business actors. The impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic was also experienced by welding workshops, one of which was the Barakka Las workshop. This study aims to determine the implementation of marketing strategies in the welding workshop business "Barakka Las" in the New Normal Era after the Covid-19 Pandemic through the creation and design of social media and websites. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. The data were obtained through collecting supporting theories and conducting in-depth interviews with the owner of the "Barakka Las" welding workshop. From the results obtained, in increasing brand loyalty and reaching wider consumers, Barakka Las implemented a digital marketing strategy through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube and through websites with various interesting promotional content and additional information about the Covid-19 prevention protocol

Aims: This study aims to analyze the obstacles in digital tourism marketing in The Banggai brothers area (Banggai Luwuk, Banggai Islands, Banggai Laut), Central Sulawesi, to analyze the digital marketing strategies that have been applied and to formulate an effective collaborative digital tourism marketing strategy that can be used, and applied to the Banggai brothers in the future. Study Design: This research study design is a qualitative study Place and Duration of Study: This research was conducted in the Banggai brothers (Banggai Luwuk, Banggai Islands, Banggai Laut) Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, in February - June 2020. Methodology: This qualitative research method uses a case study. Collecting data through interviews and direct observation with regional tourism offices, destination management, local communities, and visitors to tourism objects in the Banggai brothers. Data analysis using Grounded Analysis (Reduction, Display, and Drawing Conclusion / Verification). Results: The result of this research is The dominant problem is the limited human resources in tourism. Conclusion: The marketing strategy plan aimed at the Banggai Brothers area is Digital collaboration tourism, namely; Planning phase using a collaborative market system. The implication of this research can help create a collaborative tourism marketing strategy 4.0 based on internet use, especially social media, for the Banggai area and destinations throughout Indonesia.
