The purpose of this study was to analyze 1) How the time spent by female farm laborers in tobacco commodities in Jumo District, Temanggung Regency 2) What is the contribution of women's acceptance to family acceptance 3) What is the effect of the outpouring of women's working time on tobacco plantations on family acceptance. This research was conducted in February - March 2018 in Jumo District, Temanggung Regency. The research method was survey. The method of determining the sample was done by Slovin method with a total of 82 samples. The analysis was descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. The activities of women tobacco farmers are divided from planting land preparation, tobacco seed preparation, tobacco seed nursery, planting, maintenance, harvesting, and post-harvest. The results showed that the average HKSP of female farmers was 764 hours/activity, the average income of women tobacco farmers in Jumo District was Rp.5,596,451. Family welfare can be seen from the dual role of women farmers as housewives and as tobacco farming women to increase family acceptance. There is no significant effect between the working time of female farmers on the acceptance of women tobacco farmers in Jumo District Temanggung Regency because the acceptance of female farmers is given based on activities. There are reasons that keep women farmers working for example their role in to fill busy life and become a side job in addition to their role in domestic sector as housewife.

This research aims to determine the role female farmers in development of rural aquaculture and the factors that influence the role of women farmers in rural aquaculture Development. This research was conducted in January to February 2020 in Bulukumba Regency. The t test analysis method was the comparative test. The results indicate that the Role of Women Farmers in the Development of Rural Aquaculture in Bulukumba Regency had a positive impact and the average income of the groups receiving assistance had increased incomes. The results of the calculation of multiple regression analysis show that the factors that influence the role of women farmers in the economic improvement was age, degree level, land area, and level of experience, while the nature of work and the number of dependents do not directly affect the increase in income of farmers in economic improvement activities.

Empowerment of Women Farmers Groups (KWT) through the utilization of yardland is one way to improve the quality of life and women's independence. The purpose of the study is to describe, analyze, and formulate a strategy for empowering KWT through the use of yard land for healthy vegetable cultivation in Bojonggambir District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The number of samples was determined by the total sampling method. The results of descriptive analysis describe the characteristics of KWT on age (productive), education (low), length of farming (high), yard area (narrow), and all external factors (medium). The related factors are the area of the yard, the role of agricultural extension workers, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure. The strategy is in the form of extension activities with descriptive analysis to determine the material and Spearman Rank correlation to optimize factors related to empowerment, namely the area of yards (sig .044), availability of facilities and infrastructure (sig .037), and the role of extension workers (sig .000).

Abstract: The participation of women at work domain, does not only contributes in changing the mindset and economic structure of a region, but also has contributed greatly to family welfare. This research uses descriptive analysis method to analyze and describe the role of women in improving the economic welfare of the family in the perspective of maqashid syariah. Based on the results of the research, it is found that the implication is that the role of women is very positive in improving family welfare and in accordance with the objectives of Islam,; falah (prosperous in the world and the hereafter), and in accordance with the five main elements that must be maintained in Islam, namely hifz ad-din, hifz an. -nafs, hifz al-aql, hifz an-nasl, and hifz al-mall. Keywords: Islamic law, the role of women, family welfare.   Abstrak: Partisipasi peran perempuan dalam dalam dunia kerja tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap berubahnya pola fikir dan tatanan perekonomian suatu daerah, akan tetapi juga telah memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif untuk menganalisis dan mendiskripsikan peran perempuan dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi keluarga perspektif maqashid syariah. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan implikasi bahwa peran perempuan sangat positif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga dan  sesuai dengan tujuan Islam yaitu falah (sejahtera dunia dan akhirat), serta sesuai dengan lima unsur pokok yang harus dijaga dalam islam, yakni hifz ad-din, hifz an-nafs, hifz al-aql, hifz an-nasl, dan hifz al-mall. Kata-kata kunci: hukum Islam, peran perempuan, kesejahteraan keluarga.

To support economic growth and stability, the development of the agricultural sector is directed at increasing agricultural production and added value, expanding employment opportunities and increasing the income of most members of the community, ie women farmers. By using the above ideas, this paper takes the form of descriptive analysis to find the direction of explanation of the events experienced by the people of Indonesia. Subsequent events are organized into governance frameworks to address the problems occurring in Indonesia. Governments should continue to provide mutual support and engage women's cooperatives for collective decision-making to address unemployment and the poverty line. In addition we can not deny again that with the characteristics of Indonesia is very unique it is necessary role of Food SOEs to exist in the national food management. It takes the scope of cooperation through the MoU in order to benefit both parties in order to meet the regulations in their respective countries as well as to facilitate communication and exchange of information from the governments of both countries.Keywords: village, village administration, Decentralization

The purpose of this study are identifying the types and the role of the subsystems of production facilities in the agribusiness system cassava managed by Farmer Group of Sungai Suci, subsystem farming analyzed in agribusiness system cassava managed by Farmers Group in Sungai Suci, analyze subsystem agroindustry in the agribusiness system managed by Farmer Group in Sungai Suci, analyze marketing subsystem in cassava agribusiness system managed by Farmers Group in Sungai Suci, identifying the types and subsystems supporting role in the system of cassava agribusiness managed by Farmer Group in Sungai Suci.The determination location methode is purposive. Respondents determination in this study using census methode in the Sungai Suci Farmer Group. Data collected was primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, farming analysis, agroindustry analysis, and marketing channels analysis.The result showed that Cassava farm incomes on average per ha in one growing season is the real income is Rp 18.681.033, unriil revenue is Rp 12.626.045 Cassava agroindustry every month have the income namely: from the farmers directly to agroindustrial Cassava Farmers Sungai Suci and from farmers to collectors village level and then to the consumer artisans cassava processing while the processed agroindustrial cassava there are three grooves, namely: mocaf flour processing Rp 1.707.500,- Rengginang Rp.1.650.693-, and Rp.2.513.400 chips. Flow marketing of cassava includes two strands, namely: from the farmers directly to agroindustrial Cassava Farmers Sungai Suci and from farmers to collectors village level and then to the consumer artisans cassava processing while the processed agroindustry cassava there are three grooves, namely: from farmer groups to consumers artisan cakes and households, the second from farmer groups to household consumers, and a third of farmers' groups to a merchant retailers and then to consumers.         Agriculture is the main source of livelihood for Indonesian people. Women or housewives in Nangamua Village are generally vegetable farmers. Women here play a dual role, women as housewives are also the backbone of the family. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of women and the outpouring of female labor devoted to vegetable farming, the contribution of vegetable farming income to family income and the relationship between the amount of labor spent by female farmers and the amount of family income. The method used is descriptive analysis, income analysis and correlation analysis.  The results of this study were that female farmers had a role in vegetable farming, such as seeding, planting, maintaining, harvesting and post-harvest, outpouring of female farm laborers in vegetable farming was 42.49% of all vegetable farming activities, vegetable farming opinion contribution in income the family is 33.33% and the correlation of the outpouring of female labor with vegetable farming income has a positive correlation with a value of 0.70.

The purpose of this study is to know the role of women in improving family economy in the South Sakra Village, Sakra District East Lombok Year. The type of research used in this study is research Qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique used is technique observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study indicate that there are several factors within socio-cultural life of the people of the Sakra Village south of Dasan Tereng Village which affects the women farmers to help in life the family economy, namely: mutual cooperation and help in the life of the farmer's family. and there are four important factors that become encouraging women of South Sakra Village farmers to take part in help the family's economic life, including: (1) environmental factors the availability of supporting facilities in the form of agricultural land and markets that can support in expanding marketing of agricultural products (2) economic factors, namely: the decreasing level of income of farmers, in the farming community Southern sakra village has three forms of the role of female farmers in life his family, namely: in family income, in financial management and in household settings. (3) family factors, namely: number dependents, the more the number of dependents the more you have to fulfilled. (4) education factor, which does not require higher education, so this work becomes an alternative. The form of the role of female farmers in improving the family economy in the South Hamlet Sakra Village Dasan Tereng has three things: (1) working in the agricultural sector, (2) working in the livestock sector, (3) working in the trade sector. Based on the things above women farmers in the southern sakra village have a dual role, namely public role and domestic role to help economic life his family.

The aim of the study was to find out the time allocation of women's activities in wetland rice farming in the form of nursery activities, planting, weeding, fertilizing, harvesting until processing land, and controlling pests and diseases only carried out by men. The outpouring of a woman's work time in productive activities depends a lot on socio-economic factors and the condition of her family. Socio-economic factors that influence the outpouring of working time for female farmers are age level, number of family dependents, wage level, land area, marital status, education level, and level of experience. The study lasted for 4 (four) months starting from April to July 2018 in Rasi Satu Village, Ratahan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The data used are primary data collected through interviews with 20 women farmers as respondents. Secondary data was obtained from the Rasi Satu Village office. The analysis used is descriptive in table form. The results showed that the outpouring of working time of women in wetland farming in Rasi Satu Village was at nursery activities of 6.86%, planting of 22.08%, weeding of 20.26%, fertilization of 10.06%, harvest of 40.74%. But land management, and control of pests and diseases is only done by men.*eprm*.

One of the efforts to realize a healthy society is to empower the community by involving community members or cadres willing to volunteer to engage in health issues. Posyandu is very dependent on the role of cadres. The activeness of these cadres is the determinant of the success of posyandu as the spearhead of health services. This research generally aims to analyze the factors that affect the activeness of posyandu cadres, so that can be used as a reference in determining the policy to be taken by Stakeholders. Specifically, the purpose of this research is to analyze the motivation of Posyandu cadres in implementing posyandu, to analyze the factors of reward system and to analyze the role of health workers to posyandu activities. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Bergas Kecamatan Bergas Kab Semarang by researching 50 cadres. In line with the objectives to be achieved in this research, which is analyzing the factors that influence the activeness of posyandu cadres, this study uses a corelative discriptive method. Data obtained then analyzed by descriptive analysis method and simple regression analysis using SPSS program. The results showed that there is a significant influence Motivation (X1), Awards (X2), and Performance Together Against the Activity of Posyandu Cadres at Puskesmas Bergas Semarang Regency. Suggestion It is expected that village midwives are more active in the implementation of posyandu and can do a good support to the cadre so that the cadre more spirit in the implementation   posyandu.

Poverty is a major and complex problem, various efforts are made to alleviate poverty, but poverty rates do not decrease significantly, due to the low quality of human resources, which causes limited ability to improve welfare. Improving family welfare through UPPKS is a real contribution, and as a driving force for micro businesses in the community. So it needs to be maintained and developed, because it is a place of creativity to be independent and able to work creatively. The study aims to analyze the factors that influence the empowerment of UPPKS members. Data collection was conducted through interviews with 192 UPPKS members. Data analysis in this study included: (1) descriptive analysis in the form of frequency distribution with the help of SPSS and (2) PLS-SEM. The results showed that this hypothesis was tested by comparing tcount values and t-tables for each variable. The t-count value is greater than t-table (1.96) at the 0.05 level. The results of testing the hypothesis indicate that the factors that influence the empowerment of members are the characteristics of members (X1), the empowerment process (X2), the role of members (X3), and the support of the socio-cultural environment (X4). The empowerment of members is more dominantly influenced by the empowerment process (X2) of 0.427. Positive influences indicate that the higher the characteristics of members, the empowerment process, and the support of the socio-cultural environment, the more empowerment will be. Negative influence is that the higher the role of the group, the lower the empowerment of the member. The empowerment of members significantly influences business independence by 0.354, meaning that the higher the empowerment of members, the greater the independence of the business.
