<p>One of the Government's efforts to achieve food security is through increasing People’s Business Credit (KUR) fund. KUR disbursement, so far, is relatively low and it is necessary to implement the new scheme perspective on KUR. This paper presents the new scheme perspective on KUR to improve its disbursement as well as agricultural production. The basis for the new scheme perspective is derived from Agricultural Financing Program review, KUR implementation, driving factors and the benefits. Agricultural Financing Program before and during KUR era shows that the success of KUR disbursement is affected by socialization and human resources capacity. This finding is supported by the review that KUR disbursement success is determined by human’s character. Existing KUR scheme gets better and successful in increasing the farmers’ income. On the other hand, some unsuccessful results ok KUR is due to moral hazard. The new scheme of KUR should focus on effective and efficient socialization of this program credit to all stakeholders. For example, socialization is implemented using social media which is easily understood and accessed. Utilizing applications of cellular phone is also very useful to improve the program knowledge and to deal with moral hazard. Additionally, it is necessary to include ecological aspect as well as youth and women access in the scheme.</p>

Healthcare organizations have turned to social media to attract applicants to hard-to-fill positions. This chapter is focused on the use of social media as part of e-recruiting strategies in two healthcare organizations—one located in the Rocky Mountain region and the other in the Mid-Atlantic region. Interviews with human resources recruiters and administrators provided insight into the mechanisms by which healthcare organizations are utilizing social media to move the needle within their organizations.

Sidodadi Village is one of the villages located in southern Malang area located in Gedangan sub-district. The village is one of the villages that has the most extraordinary natural potentials such as Ungapan Beach, Bajulmati Beach, Parangdowo Beach, Jolangkung Beach, Bengkung Beach, Ngudel Beach, and Ngantep Beach, which is a beach located in the southern cross of Malang Regency. Rows of mountains are sturdy and beautiful to make the tourists interested to travel there.Sidodadi village area bounded with Sumbermanjing wetan district in the east, village elephant rejo in the west. On the other hand, not only the potential of nature is extraordinary, but the results of the abundant earth. Rice, corn, coconut, banana, rice, cassava, mangosteen, durian, and palm are natural products that can be processed there. The potential possessed and remarkable until now has not been published or promoted through websites and social media, to hog the visitors who more aplagi most visitors see the first reference before coming directly.The abundant natural resources with the stammered human resources of technology will make the potential of nature unknown to the wider community. Coral cadets and devices in the village of Sidodadi maximal educated High School (SMA) and only two people who can take the bench lecture. This is where the turmoil experienced by villagers Sidodadi where they can not publish the area. This study aims to portray the role of teachers in fostering the framework of Islam rahmatan lil alamin. It is worth noticing to declare that education is one of very pivotal themes in Islam. Millennial era is a digital and online era that illustrates the vast advancement of technology, including the use of social media. There is lot of information provided in the internet. On the other side, students have no ability yet to filter any information that they got. This condition encourages teachers to guide their students in filtering the internet content. This study reveals that teacher responsibilities in the millennial era are very complex. A teacher plays an important role as not only an instructor, but also an educator. It indicates that the role of teachers is not only teaching or transferring knowledge, but the most important thing is creating good behavior of the students. They are encouraged to have not only good academic qualification, but also good moral values such as rahmatan lil alamin values including humanity, cooperation, prophetic social ethic, tolerance and pluralism, balance, good modeling, dialogic pedagogy, and the enhancement of human resources.

In a context of sustainable development and food security, the fight against climate change has become a priority. In tropical rural areas, its effects are beginning to appear by affecting agricultural production, which is a factor that aggravates socio-economic impacts. Indeed, understanding the determinisms of climate change as well as their perception and the adaptation strategies developed by rural populations is an issue of food security and socio-economic development. In the sub-prefecture of Séguéla, the perceptions and adaptations to climate change of populations living from rain-fed agriculture are acute. This article analyzes on the one hand the climatic variability of this sub-prefecture based on scientific observations of the annual accumulations of precipitation from 1986 to 2015. And on the other hand, following a questionnaire survey, the perception and representation of this climatic variability as well as the strategies developed in response by farmers were noted. The main results indicate a decrease in rainfall in general modifying the crop calendar of farmers. In addition, the study attests that peasant perceptions and representations are linked to their local beliefs. This then results in dynamics and modalities of adaptation through the introduction of new cultures / associations of cultures, the development of lowlands reflecting the interactions of the peasant population with its environment.

The purpose of writing this article is to describe the agency problems that arise in the application of the financing with mudharabah on Islamic banking. In this article the author describes the use of the theory of financing, asymetri information, agency problems inside of financing. The conclusion of this article is that the financing is asymmetric information problems will arise, both adverse selection and moral hazard. The high risk of prospective managers (mudharib) for their moral hazard and lack of readiness of human resources in Islamic banking is among the factors that make the composition of the distribution of funds to the public more in the form of financing. The limitations that can be done to optimize this financing is among other things; owners of capital supervision (monitoring) and the customers themselves place restrictions on its actions (bonding).

The covid-19 resulted in broad range of spread throughout the world in which India has also became a prey of it and in this situation the means of media is extensively inϑluencing the mentality of the people. Skills and competencies are highly regarded in todays global market. Different agencies specifically those seeking for  technologists, technicians, and engineers, have stressed out that skills and competencies as major components  for individual workers.  This aimed to determine  the relevance and appropriateness of acquired skills and competencies by industrial technology graduates, and determine the extent of use of skills and competencies in the current employment. Review of related literatures and studies have been considered in the realization, understanding, analysis, and interpretation of this research exploration. A descriptive method of research was used with 78 graduates from 2015-2016 and 117 graduates from 2016-2017, who participated in the study survey process. The BatStateU Standardized Questionnaire was used to gather data. A brief interview and talk during the visit of alumni in the university was also considered, as well as the other means of social media like email, facebook, messenger, and text messaging.   Results show that skills and competecnices acquired by industrial technology graduates are all relevant and appropriate.  The study also found that there is some to great extent use of acquired skills and competencies to their current employment. The study implies that the acquired skills and competencies from the university significantly provided the graduates the opportunities ins the national and global markets and industries.

Character education is a vital instrument in determining the progress of a nation. Therefore the government needs to build educational institutions in order to produce good human resources that are ready to oversee and deliver the nation at a progressive level. It’s just that in reality, national education is not in line with the ideals of national education because the output is not in tune with moral values on the one hand and the potential for individuals to compete in world intellectual order on the other hand. Therefore, as a solution to these problems is the need for the applicationof character education from an early age.
