Ngesrepbalong Village (Kendal) is considered feasible to be developed as a UNNES Assisted Village because it has various natural, social, economic, infrastructure, and institutional potentials. However, information about these potentials is still lacking. This community service activity aims to map the potential of the Ngesrepbalong Village area to be used for various interests, especially for development planning in the village. This service activity is carried out with a group-based approach (participatory mapping). The activities consist of socialization, increasing understanding and competence, implementing mapping activities, and handover mapping results. Mapping results show that the prominent potential in Ngesrepbalong Village is tourism potential. However, the problem of accessibility is one of the inhibiting factors for the development of this potential. The data and information obtained from the mapping of the potential of Ngesrepbalong Village can be used as material for consideration in preparing development plans or as the next target object for the implementation of further community service activities. Desa Ngesrepbalong (Kendal) dinilai layak untuk dikembangkan sebagai Desa Binaan UNNES karena memiliki beragam potensi alam, sosial, ekonomi, infrastruktur dan kelembagaan. Akan tetapi, informasi mengenai potensi-potensi tersebut masih kurang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memetakan potensi wilayah Desa Ngesrepbalong agar dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai kepentingan, terutama untuk perencanaan pembangunan di desa tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan berbasis kelompok, berbasis potensi lokal dan komprehensif. Tahapan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan meliputi sosialisasi, peningkatan pemahaman dan kompetensi, pelaksanaan kegiatan pemetaan, serta penyerahan hasil pemetaan. Hasil pemetaan menunjukkan bahwa potensi yang menonjol di Desa Ngesrepbalong adalah potensi wisata. Namun, permasalahan aksesibilitas menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat untuk pengembangan potensi tersebut. Data dan informasi yang diperoleh dari hasil pemetaan potensi Desa Ngesrepbalong dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk menyusun rencana pembangunan ataupun menjadi obyek sasaran berikutnya bagi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya.

The term Gampong means village which is a division of administrative territory in the province of Aceh, Indonesia. Thus, the Village Development Work Plan (RKPG) which is an obligation in the governance of the development of the Village of Gunong Kleng for the sake of community life. This RKPG becomes the obligation of the regional government in guiding the Gampong government apparatus in development management in accordance with applicable regulations. The general objective of this service is to build a good partnership between BAPPEDA and the Gampong government in realizing the regional development strategic plan through a bottom-up approach in sustainable development plans. Specific objectives in this service activity consist of, First; to enhance BAPPEDA and Gampong Government partnerships in Development planning; Secondly, it can realize the village development plan in accordance with the results of the musrenbang; Third, the implementation of development can be controlled through the document form RKPG provisions that have been determined in accordance with applicable regulations. The assistance model in the community service activities for the Gampong community to be able to fulfill the program of this activity can be carried out through 4 (four) stages, namely the FGD on the RKPG and RPJMG provisions, the Socialization of the MURENBANGDES Implementation Mechanism, the implementation of a social control mechanism that is directly imposed by the community in accordance with the RKPG provisions. The results of community service assistance are carried out through a bottom-up development model approach in the RKPG in the village of Gunong Kleng to plan the development of the Gampong in accordance with the Gampong RPJMG that has been set. Implementation of the development can increase community participation, and can increase the value of community trust in the Gampong government in governance. development in a transparent, accountable and sustainable development in Gampong Gunong Kleng, West Aceh.

The purpose of this community service activity is to develop a mini rafting vehicle for satay cliff tourism as a tourist attraction which has an impact on improving the economy of the people of the village of Soccerek Pringgarata, Central Lombok. Mini rafting satay gorge as a means of promotion, sports, recreation to attract tourists so that it fosters the economy of the soccer village community. The method of implementing activities is the community development method, which is an approach in community development activities where the community is directed to achieve better social, economic and cultural conditions and the Participatory method of implementation steps, namely Problem posing, problem analysis, problem determination objectives (objectives) and objectives (objectives), actions plans (action planning), the stage (implementation) of the implementation of activities and evaluation (evaluation). The material provided in this training and assistance includes 1) introduction of rafting equipment; 2) basic rafting techniques; 3) rescue rafting; 4) practice of using rafting equipment; 5) the practice of rescue rafting. 25 participants took part in the training and mentoring activities. The results of the training and assistance of mini rafting and rescue rafting showed that as many as 84% of participants understood "mini rafting" and 80% of participants understood "rescue rafting". Activities of structuring the Jurang Sate Tourism Area, PPIP IKIP Mataram Team in partnership with the Youth Organization "Duta Taruna", Pokdasrwis "Kanak Jarin", and Bumdes "Sahara Jaya" in the Village of Soccer, Pringgarata District, Central Lombok. Implementation of the arrangement of this tourist area also involves the people of the Village of Soccer to work together to organize the tourist area and prepare for the opening of a mini rafting vehicle.

Maps are presented to provide information in the form of boundaries, facilities, buildings, land use and roads. Regional boundaries are one element of the village map so that it needs to be mapped in detail as a document in development planning. Enrekang Regency, which has a majority of its elders as protected areas, is still very limited in the ownership of mapping documents. The community still does not have knowledge about this mapping so that the problem of regional boundaries, regional boundaries and land use limits is still a trigger for problems in the community. Participatory mapping is a method that is needed in order to provide spatial information so that the mapping process and the resulting map are aimed at the interests of the community. In this case, counseling and mentoring activities are the beginning of the development of competence and capacity for the community in making mapping documents in Enrekang District. It is expected that this community service activity will continue in partnership activities between Unhas and the Enrekang District Government, both in training, formal education in regional and city development master programs, and assistance in planning and implementing the development of Enrekang Regency, in line with the tridharma activities of higher education.

The aimed of this community service activity is to increase understanding ofthe village stakeholders, members of the BPD and community representatives in thevillage of Makamhaji, Sub District of Kartasura, District of Sukoharjo about theformulation of the Village Medium Development Planning (RPJMDesa) Document ,this activity also provides assistance preparation of Medium Development Plan-Village formulation so that it appears the draft Development Plan-Village Makamhaji accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affair (MoHA) number 37 and 66 in the Year 2007.The methods used in these activities include training activities, discussions anddocument preparation assistance, the Village Development Plan implemented whichdirectly implemented in the Village of Makamhaji. Training was conducted over 2days at the Village Makamhaji, which was attended by 23 participants and technicalassistance activity was conducted over 2 months after the training done to provideguidance and assistance in order to improve the preparation of the document draft ofthe Village Development Plan, this assistance activities take place in two places,firstly in department of Accounting FE UMS, and Village meeting room Makamhaji.As a result of training and technical assistance of planning preparation produced thedraft of medium development plan document in Villages Makamhaji 2006 - 2012which has been prepared jointly by the trainees with reference to source documentssuch as RPJMD Sukoharjo, Kartasura District Strategic Plan, Development PlanningConsultation document (Musrenbang ) Makamhaji Village, District KartasuraSukoharjo.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. Learning French for residents and homestay employees in the homestay village, Dusun Ngaran, DesaBorobudur is carried out by the French Literature Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences,UGM as a community service activity in 2018. Tis learning is a follow-up of French languagetraining for homestay owners who have done in 2017. Using a tutorial system in small groups andcommunicative approaches, residents and homestay employees have been able and feel confdent ingreeting, offering, explaining, giving choices, and other verbal activities related to guests or potentialguests in French (francophones) through simple communicative expressions. Simple French languageskills are a powerful capital to attract more francophones guests to visit the homestays. Te supportof French Literature Study Program on tourism development in Borobudur Homestay Village wasalso given in the form of assistance in promoting the region's tourism potential through refnementof French language pages and brochures. Tus, francophones tourists can fnd out more easily andmore quickly their whereabouts and get to know the area in order to attract more tourists to stay ata homestay. Other results of this service are French language teaching materials in the form of textand documentary videos.

Desa Terong memiliki cukup banyak kasus stunting. Perhatian terhadap pemenuhan pangan yang bergizi perlu dilakukan. Upaya peningkatan gizi masyarakat lewat pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan penanaman tanaman buah seperti papaya California dan alpukat yang bergizi bisa menjadi solusi yang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan gizi dan ekonomi masyarakat sasaran dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Masyarakat sasaran sangat antusias dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini, terlihat dari jumlah peserta saat penyuluhan dan penyerahan bibit pepaya california dan alpukat. Meskipun hasil dari tanaman buah tersebut membutuhkan waktu, masyarakat sasaran merasa bahwa upaya ini cukup membantu dalam usaha perbaikan gizi masyarakat. Bahkan masyarakat berpikiran bahwa penanaman tanaman buah di lahan pekarangan ini bisa menjadi potensi pengembangan desa menjadi desa wisata berbasis buah. Jangka panjang dari dampak kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat berarti mulai dari level keluarga sampai wilayah desa. Pemenuhan gizi keluarga secara mandiri lewat lahan pekarangan perlu dikembangkan, masyarakat perlu lebih disadarkan. Selain memberikan asupan gizi yang baik, juga bernilai ekonomis. Attention on the nutrient food fulfillment need to be more serious. Efforts to increase people nutrition through homegarden utilization with planting california papaya and avocado can be solution here. This community service activity aims to increase people nutrition and economic through homegarden utilization. Method which was used is extension and assistance. The targeted community was very enthusiastic about this community service program, it can be seen from the number of participants during extension and handing over California papaya and avocado seeds. Although the results of the fruit crops need time, the targeted community feels that this effort is quite helpful to improve people nutrition. The targeted community thinks that planting fruit trees on homegarden can be a potential for village development to become a fruit-based tourism village. The long-term impact of these community service activities is significant from the family level to the village area. Fulfillment of family nutrition independently through the homegarden utilization, the community needs to be more aware. In addition to providing good nutrition, it is also economically valuable.

Pademi global Covid-19 telah menyebar ke banyak Negara dan benua, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu Provinsi yang menerapkan PSBB dalam mengurangi dampak penyebaran Covid-19 adalah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Dalam penangaanannya tidak hanya bisa dilakukan oleh Pemerintah sendirian dan mesti melibatkan berbagai element masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi di lingkungan masing-masing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat melalui partisipasi komunitas peduli warga terdampak Covid-19 di Nagari Pulakek Koto baru Kecamatan Sungai Pagu Kabupaten Solok Selatan.  Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, edukasi dan pengumpulan serta penyerahan donasi kepada warga terdampak. Hasil kegiatan yaitu terlaksananya persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pertemuan dengan wali nagari, relawan desa dan perwakilan komunitas peduli. Pengumpulan donasi yang berasal dari warga peduli sebanyak  Rp. 6.000.000.- dan penyerahan paket sembako kepada warga terdampak  sebanyak 60 paket sembako kepada 60 kepala keluarga terdampak yaitu 56 KK dari warga sekitar komplek perumahan bukit pematang permai Jorong Mantirai Indah dan 4 KK berasal dari luar Jorong Mantirai Indah namun sehari-sehari bekerja di keluarga yang tinggal di Perumahan Bukit Pematang Permai. Bantuan diserahkan seminggu sebelum Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1441 H sehingga terasa sangat bermanfaat bagi warga terdampak.  Disamping penerahan donasi juga dilakukan edukasi dan sosialisasi kepada warga terdampak tentang pentingnya mematuhi protocol kesehatan.       Kata kunci: Partsipasi, Peduli Warga Terdampak, Covid-19  ABSTRACT The Covid-19 global academy has spread to many countries and continents, including Indonesia. One of the provinces that have implemented the PSBB in reducing the impact of the spread of Covid-19 is West Sumatra Province. The handling is not only done by the Government alone and must involve various elements of society to participate in their respective environments. This community service activity aims to empower the community through community participation in caring for residents affected by Covid-19 in Nagari Pulakek Koto baru, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency. Methods of implementing activities include socialization, education and collection and delivery of donations to affected residents. The result of the activity is the implementation of preparations for the implementation of activities, namely meetings with the village guardian, village volunteers and representatives of the caring community. The collection of donations from caring residents is Rp. 6,000,000.- and the handover of 60 basic food packages to the affected residents to 60 affected families, namely 56 families from residents around the Jorong Mantirai Indah Pematang hill housing complex and 4 families from outside Jorong Mantirai Indah but working daily in family who live in Bukit Pematang Permai Housing. The aid was handed over a week before Idul Fitri 1441 H, so it was very beneficial for the affected residents. Apart from distributing donations, education and outreach was also carried out to affected residents about the importance of complying with health protocols. Community Capacity Building and Identification of Tourism Potential in the Development of Watu Tiri Village as a Tourism VillageThis community service activity aims to increase the capacity of the Watu Tiri Village community in the tourism sector and identify existing tourism potentials. In this activity, there are three approaches taken, including Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Community-based development, and participatory. Data collection used focus group discussion (FGD) techniques and field observations. The tourism potentials identified in this community service activity include Mberenang Beach and hot springs as natural tourism potential, while cultural potential includes the activity of weaving single for women and traditional ceremonies in Watu Tiri Village. It can be concluded that in developing Watu Tiri Village as a tourism village, assistance activities such as promotion and e-commerce training, guiding training and English language training, and improving the mitigation system in the Mberenang Beach area are still needed to improve its image

The Village

A clean and healthy tourist village is the main attraction for visitors because the beautiful and clean environment makes visitors feel comfortable. Based on the results of the FGD conducted by the University of Bengkulu LPPM in the village of Rindu Hati, several problems were found, such as the cleanliness of the village, the absence of a garbage disposal site. This of course can cause various problems for visitors and the community, one of which can affect public health and the environment. Efforts that can be made are the Guidance of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS). The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education to the Rindu Hati village community so that they can maintain environmental cleanliness and health through the proper and correct application of PHBS, increase community knowledge and skills in managing household waste and environmental waste, and improve community skills in disease management. environmental impacts and independently in preventing and overcoming the health problems it faces. The methods used are: health education about waste management, training to utilize waste. The participants who took part in this activity were 50 people consisting of environmental groups, PKK cadres, health cadres, village officials, and housewives. The results of this community service activity show an increase in community participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness and health, this can be seen from the community's ability to implement PHBS and utilize waste that has economic value.
