Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil kondisi fisik khususnya komponen kecepatan, daya tahan, kelincahan, dan daya ledak siswa sekolah sepakbola (SSB)  kelompok umur 15 tahun  tingkat elit dan non-elit di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan sampel masing-masing berjumlah 30 siswa pada kelompok elit dan non elit. Komponen kondisi fisik siswa SSB kelompok umur 15 tahun tingkat elit memiliki profil kecepatan rata-rata 6,91 detik, daya tahan rata-rata 3,99 menit, kelincahan rata-rata 18,33, dan daya ledak rata-rata 52,80 cm, sedangkan tingkat non-elit memiliki profil kecepatan rata-rata 8,28 detik, daya tahan rata-rata 5,22 menit, kelincahan rata-rata 19,46, dan daya ledak rata-rata 48 cm dengan alat ukur kecepatan tes lari 50 m, daya tahan tes lari 1000 m, kelicahan dengan shuttle run test, dan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan tes vertical jump.  PROFILE OF PHYSICAL CONDITION: SPEED, ENDURANCE, AGILITY, AND EXPLOSIVE POWER OF 15 YEARS OLD FOOTBALL SCHOOL STUDENTS (SSB) OF ELITE AND NON- ELITE LEVEL IN YOGYAKARTA SPECIAL REGION PROVINCE Abstract This research intends to investigate the profile of the physical condition of speed, endurance, agility, and explosive power of 15 years old Football School (SSB) students of elite and non - elite level in Special Region of Yogyakarta Province.  The method used was by survey where each sample consisted of 30 students at the elite and non-elite group. The physical condition components of  15 year age SSB students of elite level has average speed 6.91 seconds measured by 50 m sprint, aerobic endurance average 48.7 cc / kg / minute, agility average 18.33 measured by shuttle run, and leg muscle explosive power average 52.80 cm, while the non-elite level has speed profile average 8.28 seconds, durability average 39.43, agility average 19,46, and explosive power average 48 cm with 50 m run speed measurement test, aerobic endurance, agility by shuttle run test, and leg muscle explosive power by vertical jump test.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui profil fisik atlet sepatu roda di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Profil fisik yang diukur meliputi daya tahan, kekuatan otot perut, kekuatan otot lengan, kelincahan, daya ledak, kelentukan, kecepatan dan keseimbangan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes dan pengukuran. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah atlet Puslatda Pra Pon Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 12. Indikator tes dan pengukuran yaitu tes kecepatan (sprint 30 m), kekuatan (sit up test dan push up test), power (standing long jump test), kelentukan (sit and reach test), kelincahan (shuttle run test), keseimbangan (stork stand), dan daya tahan (multistage fitness test). Pemilihan subjek penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling, diperoleh seluruh populasi sebagai subjek. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian profil kondisi fisik dengan tes dan pengukuran menunjukkan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Kecepatan atlet sepatu roda dikategorikan “kurang sekali” dengan presentase sebanyak 75%, (2) kekuatan otot perut atlet sepatu roda dikategorikan “baik” dengan presentase sebanyak 66%, (3) kekuatan otot lengan atlet sepatu roda dikategorikan “cukup” dengan presentase sebanyak 58.3%, (4) power atau daya ledak atlet sepatu roda dikategorikan “cukup“ dengan presentase sebanyak 66.6%, (5) fleksibilitas atau kelentukan atlet sepatu roda dikategorikan “baik sekali” sekali dengan presentase sebanyak 41.6%. (6) kelincahan atlet sepatu roda dikategorikan “baik” dengan presentase terbesar sebanyak 50%. (7) keseimbangan dikategorikan “baik sekali” dengan presentase sebanyak 100%. (8) daya tahan atlet sepatu roda dikategorikan “baik” dengan presentase sebanyak 50%. Jadi penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa profil konfisi fisik atlet sepatu roda dalam kategori cukup. PHYSICAL CONDITION PROFILE OF ROLLER SKATES ATHLETES IN THE SPECIAL REGION OF YOGYAKARTA AbstractThis study aims to determine the physical profile of roller skates athletes in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The physical profile measured includes endurance, abdominal muscle strength, arm muscle strength, agility, explosive power, flexibility, speed and balance. This research is quantitative descriptive. This study use survey method with data collection techniques in the form of tests and measurements. The population in this research is all athletes of the Pre-National Sport Week of Yogyakarta Special Region which is twelve athletes join progressively in training. Test and measurement indicators namely speed test (sprint 30 m), strength (sit-up test and push-up test), power (standing long jump test), flexibility (sit and reach test), agility (shuttle run test), balance (stork stand), and endurance (multistage fitness test). The selection of research subjects using purposive sampling, then obtained entire population as subjects. The data analysis technique uses descriptive. The results of the physical condition profile research with tests and measurements showed the following results: (1) The speed of roller skates was categorized as "very poor" with a percentage of 75%, (2) the abdominal strength of roller skates was categorized as "good" with a percentage of 66% , (3) the arm muscle strength of roller skates is categorized as "sufficient" with a percentage of 58.3%, (4) the power or explosive power of roller skates is categorized as "sufficient" with a percentage of 66.6%, (5) the flexibility or flexibility of the roller skates is categorized "Very good" with a percentage of 41.6%. (6) the agility of roller skaters are categorized as "good" with the largest percentage of 50%. (7) the balance is categorized as "very good" with a percentage of 100%. (8) endurance of roller skaters are categorized as "good" with a percentage of 50%. So this study can be concluded that the profile of physical roller skates athletes in the category is sufficient.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and assess the ability of the physical condition of the participants in the football extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 15 Malang. This study used a quantitative descriptive survey design. The subjects of this study were 30 participants in extracurricular football activities at SMP Negeri 15 Malang. The data was collected using a test form measurement technique, namely a test of the ability of the physical condition in the form of a test of motion agility, movement speed, flexibility of motion and leg muscle explosive power. The results of data analysis on the participants of the extracurricular football activities at SMP Negeri 15 Malang included (1) shuttle run agility 43, 3% medium category (2) running speed 50 m 5.33% medium category (3) body flexibility sit and reach 43.3% medium category and (4) leg muscle explosive power standing board jump 33.3% moderate category. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the participants of extracurricular football activities at SMP Negeri 15 Malang, the physical condition of the agility element was included in the "medium" category, the element of running speed was included in the "medium" category, the flexibility element was included in the "medium" category, and the element of leg muscle explosive power was included in the "category" medium ”.   Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji kemampuan kondisi fisik peserta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 15 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan survei bentuk deskriptif kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang peserta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 15 Malang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pengukuran bentuk tes yaitu tes kemampuan kondisi fisik berupa tes kelincahan gerak, kecepatan gerak, kelentukan gerak dan daya ledak otot tungkai.Hasil analisis data pada peserta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 15 Malang antara lain (1) kelincahan shuttle run 43,3% kategori sedang (2) kecepatan lari 50 m 5,33% kategori sedang (3) kelentukan tubuh sit and reach 43,3% kategori sedang dan (4) daya ledak otot tungkai standing board jump33,3% kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pada peserta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 15 Malang kemampuan kondisi fisik unsur kelincahantermasuk kategori “sedang”, unsur kecepatan lari termasuk kategori “sedang”, unsur kelentukan termasuk kategori “sedang”, dan unsur daya ledak otot tungkai termasuk kategori “sedang”.

The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of leg muscle explosive power and leg length to the results of straddle-style high jumping at SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru students. This type of research is correlation. Population and sample in this study were all students of class X IPS 2, 25 people and the sample of 15 students. The instruments of this study include the leg muscle explosive test that is vertical jump, leg length test using a meter and straddle style high jump test. The data analysis technique is the correlation value test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a contribution of leg muscle explosive power (X1) and high jumping straddle force results in 6 Pekanbaru (Y) High School (Y) students, where rcount = 0.53 At significant level 5% is found rtable = 0.514, thus rcount> rtable or 0.53> 0.514. There is a contribution of leg length (X2) and straddle force high jump results in 6 Pekanbaru (Y) High School students, which is found to be r = 0.53 At a significant level of 5% found rtable = 0.514, thus rcount> rtable or 0, 53>0.514. There is a contribution of leg muscle explosive power (X1) and leg length (X2) with the high jumping result of straddle force in high school 6 Pekanbaru (Y) high school students, which is found to be counted = 0.699 At a significant level of 5% found rtable = 0.514, thus rcount > r table or 0.699> 0.514 in the strong category. Kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai dan panjang tungkai dengan hasil lompat tinggi gaya straddel pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru   AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai dan panjang tungkai dengan hasil lompat tinggi gaya straddle pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini ialah korelasi. Populasi serta sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IPS 2 yaitu 25 orang serta sampelnya siswa putra yang berjumlah 15 orang. Instrument penelitian ini antara lain tes daya ledak otot tungkai yaitu vertical jump, tes panjang tungkai menggunakan meteran dan tes lompat tinggi gaya straddle. Teknik analisis datanya yaitu uji nilai korelasi. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang telah di lakukan maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai (X1) dan hasil lompat tinggi gaya straddle pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru (Y), di mana di dapati rhitung = 0,53 Pada taraf signifikan 5% didapati rtabel = 0,514, dengan demikian rhitung > rtabel atau 0,53 > 0,514. Terdapat kontribusi panjang tungkai (X2) dan hasil lompat tinggi gaya straddle pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 pekanbaru (Y), dimana di dapati rhitung = 0,53 pada taraf signifikan 5% didapati rtabel = 0,514, dengan demikian rhitung > rtabel atau 0,53 > 0,514. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan 30 second box drill dan 60 second box drill terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi) dengan rancangan the non-randomized pretest posttest control groups design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent, uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis antara gaint-score kelompok pelatihan 30 second box drill, 60 second box drill dan kelompok kontrol pada variable daya ledak otot tungkai, hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan 30 second box drill dan 30 second box drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan 0,000 (SigKata Kunci : pelatihan 30 second box drill, pelatihan 60 seond box drill, daya ledak otot tungkai This study aimed to know the effect of 30 second box drill training and 60 second box drill training toward the increase of explosive power of leg muscle. Muscle power was defined as the combination between speed and strenght of muscle contraction and enters in the fitness components. Plyometrics exercises can be used to improve the skills of volleyball players. This study was an experimental study using research designs pre test and post test control group design. The sampling technique inthis study with a simple random sampling. The total sample of 20 person so in one group consisted of 10 person. The first group was given additional ballistic stretching on knee tuck jump exercise. The second group was given knee tuck jump exercise. Measurements of leg muscle power using vertical jump test. Normality test p > 0.05 and homogeneitytest p > 0.05. The results showed an increase in leg muscle power in first group amounted to 14.30 cm and in second group an increase of 7.70 cm. Paired samples t-test p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) in first group and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) in second group. Test increase explosive power leg muscle after exercise in both groups using independent sample t-test obtained first group and second group where p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with an increase in the percentage of 30.95% in the first group and 16.73% in the second group. From the research done can be concluded that the addition of ballisticstretching on knee tuck jump exercise is more effective than knee tuck jump exercise in increasing explosive power leg muscle in male volleyball players Medical Faculty Of Udayana University. The problem in this study is that volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City still have jumps and punches in the weak category, this is due to the weak power of the students' leg muscles which causes the smash to be performed less than optimal. The research objective was to determine whether there was a relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the smash ability of volleyball players at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City. The variables of this study were the leg muscle explosive power as the independent variable, and the smash ability was the dependent variable. This type of research is correlational research. This research was conducted on 14 male volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City. The instrument for collecting the explosive power of the leg muscles used the vertical jump test and the smash used the smash ability test. The data analysis technique used the product moment correlation formula. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between the leg muscle explosive power (x) and the volleyball smash ability (y), the calculation result was rxy = 0.55 from this value can be categorized as moderate. The results stated that there was a significant relationship between the explosive power of leg muscles on the smash ability of volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City, this was stated based on hypothesis testing where t hit = 2.280 > t tab = 2.178.

  El propósito del estudio fue identificar los efectos de una intervención durante recreos escolares sobre la condición física y actividad física en una muestra de adolescentes chilenos. Participaron 50 escolares voluntarios (27 chicas), con un promedio de 14,2 ± 1,3 años. Grupo control (n=21) y grupo intervención (n=29). Se realizaron actividades dirigidas en el patio del colegio durante los dos recreos de las mañanas por 12 semanas. Se evaluó el test de 20m ida-vuelta, dinamometría manual, composición corporal, cuestionario PAQ-A y acelerometría. El grupo intervención (GI), tuvo mejor nivel de actividad física que el grupo control (GC), durante los recreos, clase de Educación Física, hora de almuerzo y más pasos/día (p<0,05). En conclusión, la participación activa durante los recreos puede aumentar los minutos de actividad física moderada-vigorosa y mejorar la condición física cardiorrespiratoria. Abstract. The purpose of this project was to identify the effects of an intervention during school recesses on physical condition and physical activity in Chilean adolescents. Fifty volunteer students (27 girls) participated, with an average of 14.2 ± 1.3 years. Control group (n=21) and intervention group (n=29). Targeted activities were carried out in the schoolyard during the two recesses in the morning, for 12 weeks. Pre and post test, the 20m shuttle run test, manual dynamometry, body composition, PAQ-A questionnaire and accelerometry were evaluated. The intervention group (GI), had better levels of physical activity than the control group (GC), during recess, physical education class, lunch time and steps/day (p <0.05). In conclusion, the active participation during recesses can increase minutes of moderate-vigorous physical activity and improve cardiorespiratory fitness.

Method of training currently has not focused in improving physical conditions that can improve the ability of basic techniques of Pencak Silat. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of zig-zag run training on the crescent-kick agility of Persaudraan Setia Hati Terate's Pencak Silat athletes. The type of research used experimental research, which is a type of research that is intended to seek the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions. Experiments in this study are more pre-experimental types of pre-test and post-test in a group. The sampling technique used saturated samples with a sample amount of 19 athletes. The results showed that training of zig-zag run had an effect on the agility of the sickle kick in Setia Hati Terate Persaudaraan Pencak Silat athlete in Rokan Hulu Regency. From the results of the data analysis, the researcher recommends for the future study, namely the physical condition of the leg muscle explosive power and speed so that the agility of the sickle kick can be maximized.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah dan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP N 3 Banjar tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 berjumlah 32 orang, kemudian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 16 orang diberikan pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah dan 16 orang diberikan pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Data yang di dapat dianalisis dengan uji-t Independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya perubahan nilai rata-rata pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai. Pada kelompok perlakuan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah terjadi peningkatan sebesar 9,75, pada kelompok perlakuan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir terjadi peningkatan sebesar 15,88. Hasil uji-t Independent variabel daya ledak otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah dan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir didapat nilai thitung sebesar 2,789 dan signifikasi 0,009 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah dan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data Post-test nilai rata-rata kelompok perlakuan, maka kelompok pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai sebesar 15,88. Dari hasil analisis data dalam pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah dan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah dan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir lebih baik daripada sprint 50 meter pada media tanah terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. This type of research is an experiment with the design of non randomized control group pretest posttest design. The result of t-test of Independent variable of explosive muscle limb between sprint treatment group 50 meter on soil media and sprint 50 meter on sand media obtained tcount value 2,789 and significance 0,009 which means there is a difference of effect between 50 meter sprint exercise on soil media and sprint 50 meter on sand media to explosive power of leg muscle. Based on the result of data analysis Post-test average value of treatment group, The 50 meter sprint training group on the sand media is better than the 50 meter sprint training on the soil media against an increase in explosive muscle power of the legs of 15,88. From the results of data analysis in the discussion concluded that : (1) 50 meter sprint training on soil media and 50 meter sprint on sand media affect the increase of explosive power of leg muscle. (2) there is a difference of influence between 50 meter sprint training on soil media and sprint 50 meter on sand media to increase power of explosion of leg muscle. Abstract The purpose of this study was to study and obtain information on the ability of arm muscle strength, agility of motion, and the explosive power of leg muscles and arm muscles of the extracurricular activities of volleyball teams of Junior High School 21 Malang City. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with the subject of the study, namely the volleyball team extracurricular activity participants in Junior High School 21 Malang City, totaling 30 students consisting of 15 boys and 15 girls. The research instrument used in the form of test and non-test instruments, while the data collection using the form of test measurement techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the analysis show that: 1) the physical condition component of the arm muscle strength component as a whole is at the moderate criteria of 50 percent, 2) the physical condition component of the agility of the motion element as a whole is in the medium criteria of 43.3 percent, 3) the physical condition component of the leg muscle explosive power component overall is in the medium criteria of 46.8 percent and the physical condition component of the arm muscle explosive power component overall is at the criteria of less than 36.8 percent. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the elements of arm muscle strength, agility of motion, leg muscle explosive power in the overall dominant are in the medium category, and the explosive power of the dominant arm muscle are in the less category. Keywords: physical conditions; extracurricular; volleyball Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan memperoleh informasi kemampuan kekuatan otot lengan, kelincahan gerak, dan daya ledak otot tungkai dan otot lengan peserta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tim bolavoli SMP Negeri 21 Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian yaitu peserta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tim bolavoli di SMP Negeri 21 Kota Malang yang berjumlah 30 siswa yang terdiri dari 15 putra dan 15 putri. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa instrumen tes dan non tes, sedangkan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pengukuran bentuk tes. Analisis data menggunakan teknik statistika deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pada komponen kondisi fisik unsur kekuatan otot lengan pada keseluruhan berada pada kriteria sedang 50 persen, 2) pada komponen kondisi fisik unsur kelincahan gerak pada keseluruhan berada pada kriteria sedang 43,3 persen, 3) pada komponen kondisi fisik unsur daya ledak otot tungkai pada keseluruhan berada pada kriteria sedang 46,8 persen dan pada komponen kondisi fisik unsur daya ledak otot lengan keseluruhan berada pada kriteria kurang 36,8 persen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa unsur kekuatan otot lengan, kelincahan gerak, daya ledak otot tungkai pada keseluruhan dominan berada pada kategori sedang, dan daya ledak otot lengan dominan berada pada kategori kurang.
