Research method is cross-sectional. Sampling technique was stratified random sampling, whereas data collection technique is interview using questionnaire. The data were a analyzed with chi-square (p value < 0,005). The result showed that parent’s role has significant relationship with sexual driving (p value < 0,005), whereas activity do not have relationship with sexual driving (p value > 0,05). Parent’s role was giving direction to their children to have good behavior. Student who has good faith will avoid something that prohibited in Islam. Hypertension is a global health problem. The prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia is 26.5% and there have been 9.4 million people out of 1 billion people in the world die from cardiovascular disorders. Data from the Jambi Provincial Health Office shows that hypertension ranks 2nd out of the 5 biggest diseases in Jambi. factors that affect blood pressure such as; age, stress, ethnicity, gender, daily variation, medication, activity, weight, and smoking. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between stress and physical activity with blood pressure. The method of this research is in essential hypertensive patients in the Working Area of Talang Bakung Health Center, Jambi City. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The study was conducted on 1 - 11 August 2018 with a sample of 41 people, purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done using guided interviews using a questionnaire. The results of the study were analyzed using the chi square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents 35 (85.4%) experienced hypertension, some respondents 24 (58.5%) experienced stress and most 26 (63.4%) respondents had heavy physical activity. The results of statistical tests were obtained (p-value 0.003 & 0.018) p-value <0.05, meaning that there was a significant relationship between stress and physical activity with blood pressure in essential hypertensive patients. The conclusion of the study is that, as severe as stress is deep in patients with hypertension, the higher the blood pressure and the more severe physical activity carried out will cause an increase in blood pressure. It is expected that nurses can provide health education to people with hypertension in order to avoid stress and reduce physical activity so there is no increase in blood pressure

Background: Poskestrens' cadres as the ambassador in improving Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (CHLB) of the students at boarding school. They also could plan and solve the problems that happened at boarding using any available potential resources. However, the CHLB survey at boarding schools conducted by cadres shows that most students at boarding were not interested in doing the CHLB. This study analyses the determinant factors of Poskestren cadres' behaviour to increase CHLB practice at Islamic boarding schools.Method: This research was quantitative and analytical research with a cross-sectional approach. Sixty-seven Poskestren cadres were selected in this study by using a stratified proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. Results: The results show that 52.2% of Poskestren cadres had good behavior in improving CHLB at Islamic boarding schools, and the remaining 48.8 were still less behaviour. The Chi-Square statistical test shows no significant relationship between age, education, facilities, infrastructure availability, and the Poskestren cadres' behaviour. However, there was a significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes, encouragement from health workers, motivation from the boarding school caregivers, and the Poskestren cadres' behaviour. The most substantial relationship of this study was the knowledge of Poskestren cadres (p value = 0.000, OR = 16,500). This study suggests that health workers' encouragement by providing virtual-based counseling to the cadres needs to be conducted to improve the Poskestrens cadres' knowledge and attitudes to CHLB.

The sampling technique was using Simple Random Sampling. The population was all students in seven Islamic boarding school in Medan. The samples were 436 santri (students). Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Result:  The age of students who washed their hands with soap had an insignificant difference in proportions, in which the p-value was 0.204 > 0.005 with Prevalens Risk (PR) on 95% CI 1.331 (0.855 – 2.071). The sex of students who washed their hands with soap had a p-value of 0.137 > 0.005 with PR on 95% CI 0.725 (0.475 – 1.108), which means there was no significant difference in the proportion. The education level also did not have a significant difference with the behavior of washing hands with soap with a p-value of 0.210 > 0.005 with PR on 95% CI 1.375 (0.835 – 2.266). The practice of washing hands with soap among santri was poor. The highest percentage of washing hands with soap among santri was in the boarding school with a percentage of 47.9%. Abstract: Coronary heart is a disease that offense to blood vessels and heart attack due to constriction of blood vessels. A high level of cholesterol in blood or exceeds the normal limit can form sediment in wall of blodd vessels which cause blood vessels constriction or blockage. This research object to determine whether there is a correlation between cholesterol level total and hypertension with coronary heart disease in patients who hospitalized in Regional Public Hospital of dr. Soedarso Pontianak. This study was used cross sectional design, purposive sampling technique, it gained 50 people as samples. The measurement of blood pressure was done in heart poly and cholesterol total level in clinic laboratory of Regional Public Hospital of dr. Soedarso by using enzymatic CHOD-PAP method. It can be obtained that 10 people had hypertension and 40 people did not.the average of total cholesterol was 224 mg/dl. Maximum value of total cholesterol was 224 mg/dl and 152 mg/dl as minimum value. Data has been analyzed by using statistical test, Chi-Square, to determine the correlation of total cholesterol wit coronary heart disease, obtained p value=0,024 (less than α=0,05). Correlation of hypertension and coronary heart disease gained p value=0,923 (more than α=0,05), it can be concluded that total cholesterol correlated with coronary heart disease, and there was not a correlation between hypertension and coronary heart disease.
