Agro-tourism in Lebakmuncang Village has a selling value in the form of natural potential, agriculture, arts, crafts, and traditional culinary processing typical of the village. This agro-tourism has the potential of a sustainable tourism object. The purpose of this research is to measure the performance of agro-tourism from the perspective of naturalness, uniqueness, workforce involvement, land-use optimization, area arrangement, and education. The research design used is descriptive quantitative with a survey method. Collecting data using observation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis with a Likert scale. The results showed that agro-tourism performance on naturalness was in the very good category. Meanwhile, the performance of agro-tourism towards uniqueness, the involvement of labor, optimization of land use, zoning, and education are categorized as good.

Bawang merah merupakan  komoditi holtikurtura yang tergolong sayuran  rempah di mana komoditi ini cukup penting sebagai sumber penghasilan petani dan pendapatan  Negara. Itu artinya  produk  bawang merah sangat besar kontribusinya untuk masyarakat dan Negara, karena selain di pasarkan didalam  negeri komoditi ini juga diekspor. Desa Lam Manyang merupakan daerah sentra penghasil bawang merah di Kecamatan Peukan Bada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis saluran pemasaran, besarnya margin dan efisiensi pemasaran bawang merah di Desa Lam Manyang Kecamatan Peukan Bada. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, metode analisis margin dan efisiensi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Saluran pemasaran bawang merah menggunakan saluran satu tingkat dan saluran dua tingkat; (2) Margin pemasaran bawang merah pada Tipe I sebesar Rp.25.140 per kg dan pada Tipe II sebesar Rp.25.000 per kg; (3) Efisiensi pemasaran bawang merah pada Tipe I sebesar 55,86%%  dan pada Tipe II 55,55%.Marketing Analysis Onion (Allium Cepa) In The Village Of Lam Manyang Sub-District Of Peukan Bada Aceh Besar RegencyOnion is a vegetable horticulture classified as herbs, where commodities is quite important as a source of farmers' income and state revenue. That means that the product is very large onion contribution to society and the state, because in addition to the domestic market this commodity is also exported. The village of Lam Manyang an onion-producing centers in the sub-district of Peukan Bada. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of marketing channels, the amount of margin and marketing efficiency onion in the village of Lam Manyang sub-district of Peukan Bada. This study was conducted by survey method. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method margin and marketing efficiency. The results of study showed that: (1) Onion marketing channel using channel one and channel two-tier level; (2) Marketing margin onion on Type I Rp. 25 140 per kg and the Type II Rp. 25,000 per kg; (3) Marketing efficiency of onion by 55.86 % of Type I and Type II at 55.55%.

This research aimed to analyze the effects of knowledge, training, and competency on the performance, which local public agricultural mentors/officers in the Yapen Islands Regency are the unit analysis. Of 100 respondents were used as the saturated sample in this research. The research applied a survey method and used a five-point Likert scale as the instrument and the statistics program SPSS to analyze data. The analysis methods included descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, and regression analysis. The research results show that the variables knowledge, training, and competency had significant positive effects on local public agricultural mentors' performance at the Yapen Islands Regency.

This study aims to reveal the influence of individual caring and organizational trust on organizational commitment of private LPTK lecturers in Medan city. This research design is classified as ex post facto research which has a causal relationship using a quantitative approThis research was conducted at private LPTKs throughout the city of Medan. This study was planned for 6 months. The population of this research is all lecturers who work in LPTK in Medan City. Based on data from each LPTK in Medan City, it was found that an overall population of 489 lecturersach. This research design uses a survey method. The data obtained from the measurement results were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The stages in data analysis to be carried out in this study are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results reveal that: 1. there is a significant effect of individual Carring variance on organizational trust. 2. there is a significant effect of Organizational Trust on Organizational Commitment.

This study aims to describe the prevailing sijon system in clove farming in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months starting from the preparation phase until the preparation of the report that is since December 2017 s / d February 2018. The data used in this study is primary data which is research data obtained directly from the farmers as respondents and data secondary data which is a research data obtained indirectly through agency information or documents relating to this research and village data. Sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method, meaning that researchers determine their own samples taken because there are certain considerations. Data Analysis Method in this research is processed by using descriptive analysis and then Analysis This data is processed / presented in written form and table. The process of bond transfers in Raanan Baru Village has been going on for generations and has even taken root in the village community itself. From the results of case studies encountered in the field stated that the transaction system of ijon that occurred in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict of South Minahasa Regency is done on the basis of both parties have agreed and have good intention to do the transaction of debt by only having mutual trust with each other.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran budaya lokal dalam mendukung program ketahanan pangan. Penelitian dilakukan di daerah Baduy menggunakan metoda survei, observasi, wawancara mendalam dan analis deskriptif. Fokus kajian dilakukan terhadap huma sebagai sumber penghasil pangan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa huma sebagai sumber penghasil pangan diatur pengelolaannya mengikuti adat yang dilestarikan dengan  beberapa kriteria yaitu mempertahankan tata ruang melalui pembatasan perubahan tata guna lahan; memerhatikan  waktu yang diperlukan   untuk pengembalian status nutrisi lahan dan optimasi komponen biotik dan abiotik untuk mendukung produksi; mempertahankan komponen ekosistem untuk mendukung produktivitas huma, meminimalisasi biaya produksi melalui pembatasan pengolahan lahan, tidak merokok, mengurangi pembicaraan yang tidak produktif, lebih mengefisienkan waktu kerja, serta mengatur peruntukan padi dan beras dengan pengaturan pendistribusian yang ketat.  Penelitian ini memberikan 3 rekomendasi yaitu (i) kearifan lokal tetap dipertahankan dengan memerhatikan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi untuk mendukung swasembada pangan; (ii) menyesuaikan daya dukung lingkungan dengan program eksploitasi;  (iii)  menyusun tata ruang berdasarkan potensi penggunaan lahan dan kajian sosial budaya.  AbstractThis study aims to assess the role of local culture in supporting security programs of food self-supporting in the Baduyarea.  This research conducted a survey method, observation, in-depth interviews and descriptive analysis. This study focusonhuma as a source of food to meet the needs of the family. The results showed that the huma as a source of food is set to follow the traditional management preserved with some criteria.They are: maintaining spatial through the restrictions on land use changing, paying attention to the time required for returning the nutritional status of the land and optimizingthe biotic and abiotic components to support production, maintaining ecosystem components to support huma productivity, minimizing production costs through restrictions on land management, not smoking, reducing unproductive talks, being more efficient in working time, as well as regulating the allotment of rice and rice with a tightdistribution. This study provides three recommendations: (i) local knowledge is maintained by taking into account the advancement of science and technology to support food self-sufficiency; (ii) adjusting the carrying capacity of the environment to the exploitation program; (iii) developing spatial based on potential land use and socio-cultural studies.

This research aimed to find out consumption pattern and level of satisfaction of household consumers on “Palas” rice. The research was done in South Lampung with a survey method. The data was collected in Mei 2018. The technique used for sampling was nonprobability sampling with 40 respondents. The analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The research showed that the household consumers of “Palas” rice consumed 9.12 kg per month. They consume “Palas” rice because the quality of “Palas” rice is quite good such as the color, the cleanliness, and the price. The CSI value obtained is 73,60 percent which is in satisfying category. According to the results of IPA attributes that should be top priorities are taste and texture of rice.Key words: Consumption, Customer Satisfaction, “Palas” rice

study aims to determine and explain the results of the implementation of the authority of the Camat in fostering the Implementation of Village Government in Rokan IV Koto Sub-District Rokan Hulu and to know the factors inhibiting the tasks of the sub-district Head in fostering the Village Government, and to know the appropriate pattern of coaching for the implementation of the village government in Rokan IV Koto Subdistrict, this research is in the form of field research by way of survey with Likert-scale processing, while viewed from the nature of this research is descriptive analysis that explains and develops various research findings in the field and analyze the data so that obtained an answer to the problems formulated, the population is mostly and some are small, so the researchers do the sampling. For the Village Head is directly limited to 3 Villages with 3 Village Heads, Village Secretaries with 3 Sekdes, Village Governors 3, Dusun Head 3, and BPD 19 using techniques using saturated sampling techniques other term census techniques. To analyze the data, in this case the data that have been collected are grouped according to each data type then presented in Likert scale table. Furthermore, the data that has been presented in the form of the table is analyzed descriptively, ie analysis in the form of descriptions and explanations of the table presented, from the results of the discussion that has been done it can be drawn conclusions, among others are: Evaluation of District Camat in Fostering the Implementation of Village Government in Rokan IV Koto Sub-district Rokan Hulu District with 6 indicators of assessment are: Efficiency, Effectiveness, Responsiveness, Supervision, Consultation of Government Affairs Implementation, it can be categorized as Good Enough. Based on observation items obstacles observation faced in the implementation of village administration is the budget for the implementation of these activities so that the element of the builder is a major element that must be improved prior to coaching on the specially developed in Rokan IV Koto District Rokan Hulu District.

The use of pesticides is widely used in the production of citrus fruits for protection before and after harvest. The use of pesticides on a broad scale can pollute the environment and leave residues in plants and in plants such as fruit leaves and tubers. A survey was conducted to evaluate the level of pesticide residues in citrus fruits. The survey method is carried out by recording pesticide use by farmers and traders. The survey will be conducted in Dau, Batu and Poncokusumo Districts, Malang Regency by interviewing 10 farmers and 10 orange traders in each District. The Gas Cromatography method was carried out to measure the levels of pesticide residues tested at the Angler Biochemlab Laboratory, Surabaya. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the levels of pesticide residues in citrus fruits then compared to the Maximum Residue Limit (BMR) through SNI 7313: 2008 quality standards on agricultural products. The residue levels of profenofos in farmer samples were found to be higher at 0.108 ppm compared to the sample from traders, namely 0.050 ppm at the Tegalweru village research site. In addition, traders in the village of Poncokusumo knew the imidaclroripid content was close to the maximum threshold of 0.040 ppm in farmer samples and 0.010 ppm in the merchant sample. Decreased levels of pesticide residues on food can be done with several approaches, namely physically and chemically. Reduction of pesticide residues in agricultural products can be done in several ways including by washing products with running water for several times or can also be done by soaking in water for one hour

People’s perception on mangrove forest is one form of mangrove responses concerning the function and benefits of mangrove ecosystems including physical, biological, chemical, economic and social benefits. One of example mangrove forests  is  Sungai Kupah village, Sungai Kakap subdistrict, Kubu Raya district. This study aims to understand people’s perceptions of the mangrove forests in the Sungai Kupah village and to understand the relationship between perceptions of the individual factors of age, education, knowledge, cosmopolitan levels, income levels, and dependability. The research uses the survey method and analyzed with Kendall tau’s correlation and descriptive analysis. People’s perception on mangrove forests in the Sungai Kupah village it’s positively inclined, which is 51,14%. Knowledge factor have a significant positive correlation; Education, income, cosmopolitan and dependency factors are low in their positive correlations; While age and distance factors tend have a negative insignificant correlation with people’s perception of mangrove forests in the village of the Sungai Kupah. The perception can be used as a reference to bringing communities into further mangrove.Keywords : Communities, individual factors, mangrove forests, perception, qualitative data

This study aims to determine how much women's participation in the construction of agricultural road infrastructure. This research was conducted in Watulaney Village, East Lembean, Minahasa Regency and lasted for 3 months, from October to December 2018. Methods of data collection in this study used primary data collected through interviews based on a list of questions, using Likert Scale, that had been prepared previously. Secondarydata obtained from the Office of the Village Watulaney Timu, local book stores, and internet throught google scholar to get article from journals and thesis from others university that related to this research topic . Dataanalysis using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, where this method describes each data taken from women's participation and then presented in table form. For the measurement of women's participation using a Likert Scale. The research results showed that the level of women's participation in agricultural road infrastructure development programs was classified as very active in providing participation in the form of thoughts, energy, skills and assets and objects at the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. With a total score of 426 or 71%, it can be said to be classified as very active.*eprm*
