This study aims to describe the spiritual development of religious employees in the West Jakarta Municipal Government. The focus of the study is the performance of employees after following the spiritual development, as well as the implications of this development for the model of religious spiritual development of employees. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with the approach of Islamic Psychology which combines between reason and faith. With the framework of spiritual intelligence indicator according to Zohar and Marshall modified with atheistic perspective, this research finds that: (1) Spiritual spiritual development of employees carried out by the West Jakarta Municipal Government is done in the framework of the realization of workplace spirituality, which is done through the formation of spiritual culture ) stated in its programs; (2) In general, West Jakarta Municipal Government employees have sufficient performance to provide public services, especially for those who have experienced the process of spiritual development. Nine indicators of spiritual intelligence can be used as a benchmark for their performance, although there are still indicators that have not been fully fulfilled; and (3) The spiritual development of religious employees by the West Jakarta Municipal Government has theoretical implications for the model of religious spiritual development of employees.

The new village market that was built in Pademawu Barat Village, Pademawu District, is not yet fully able to compete with the traditional markets that were running earlier. The inability to compete, includes, the level of visits to the market is low, the income of market management is low, so that the people don't want to visit the village market. The Village Government prefers the important thing to build a physical market, rather than presentations on the future of the Village market. From these problems, researchers want to encourage the realization of thematic markets. As a result, the average community agreed that the market should be used as a thematic market. With the hope, the number of visitors can increase. The method in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive research method.

The waste problem that occurs in almost a number of big cities in Indonesia has a serious impact on these handling efforts. Through the policy launched by the City Government itself, efforts to deal with waste in the city environment itself continue to be carried out and pursued together. Depok City as one of the cities in the West Java region is highly committed to the waste problem that occurs in the Depok City Area.Every day the city of Depok has to deal with 1,250 tons of mounting waste, causing concern for the Depok City Government to immediately handle the waste problem. With the issuance of the Depok City Government Regulation Number 5 of 2015 concerning Waste Management, it has become an important issue of the Depok City Government's work program in the success of the waste management program.The main program carried out by the Depok City Government is through the Strategy  Duck Garbage which is expected to be able to solve the waste problem in Depok City. In this study the author uses a qualitative descriptive research method with government informants as competent sources and can answer the strategies carried out by the Depok City Government itself. Colonialism exerts its influence on the colonized in the fields of economy, politics, and ideology. Iksaka Banu, a well-known Indonesian writer, takes colonialism issues as the topic in his works. This qualitative descriptive research implemented postcolonial approach to uncover and explain various forms of the West hegemony and the East resistance in fictions entitled “Semua Untuk Hindia” and “Teh dan Pengkhianat”. The research results reveal that: (1) there are forms of hegemony carried out by the colonizer (West) in perpetuating its power in the colonized (East), (2) there are forms of resistance carried out by the colonized (East) to resist the power domination carried out by the colonizer, (3) The forms of hegemony carried out by the colonizer include torturing, restricting access, and degrading the natives, and (4) the forms of resistance carried out by the colonized include performing both passive and active resistances such as learning a language, wearing traditional clothes, building schools, building painting studios, performing coolie rebellion, and kidnapping the colonizer.

This research aims to describe the performance appraisal of Yogyakarta government employees as well as enabling and inhibiting factors in the assessment of employee performance in Yogyakarta government. This qualitative descriptive research shows there are two performance appraisals in the government of Yogyakarta namely Employee Performance Assessment and Job Performance Assessment government employee. Employee Performance Assessment carried out 2 times a year, in June and December and the performance appraisal only once a year. Assessment methods used in employee performance assessment is a method 360 degrees. Constraints in the evaluation of employee performance assessment is at fault understanding of the guidelines for the implementation of performance appraisal, lack of clear job description in job analysis make it difficult for employees to put it in the assessment and the absence of stylists executive staffing in evaluation of employee performance and timing issues assessment by the employer because constrained by other activity.Key Words: Performance Appraisal, Assessment Indicators, Government Employees of Yogyakarta.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of Islamic religious education teachers in developing emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence of students at SMK Negeri 1 Semarang. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research so that the collection of data using observation, interviews, and documentation to the parties concerned. While the data analysis I use is qualitative data analysis which includes three aspects, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there were changes given by religious teachers to their students. Where religious teachers are able to develop between emotional intelligence and spiritual students. In addition to providing material, religious teachers also provide exemplary learning, direct their students to pray in congregation, and control the activities of their students both at school and at home.�Keywords: Teacher Role, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengentahui tugas pokok Bidang Kaderisasi DPW PKS Jawa Barat, untuk mengetahui proses tahapan dan sistem model kaderisasi PKS yang marhalah (berjenjang), untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan data dalam memebentuk kader pemimpin Islami Bidang Kaderisasi DPW PKS Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskrptif kualitatif dengan tekinik pengeumpulan data berupa wawancara terstrurktur, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa model kaderisi dalam menciptakan pemimpin Islami melalui tahapan-tahapan pembinaan kader yang marhalah (berjenjang). Yaitu, Pertama, ta’lim proses pembelajaran yang mana bertujuan para kader diberikan kurikulum kaderisiasi partai. Kedua, Tandzhim yang mana setelah pembelajaran diharapkan para kader dapat mengasah dan mengimplementasikan hasil kurikulum kaderisasi. Ketiga, taqwin para kader harus dapat menginternalisasi ajaran Islam dalam partai maupun kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. This research was conducted to identify the main tasks of the West Java PKS DPW Cadre Field Division, to find out the stages and stages of the PKS cadre model model that is marhalah (tiered), to find out and obtain data in forming the Islamic leaders cadre of the West Java PKW DPW Cadre. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of structured interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the cadre model in creating Islamic leaders through the stages of training cadres who are marhalah (tiered). That is, First, ta'lim the learning process in which the cadres aim to be given a party cadre curriculum. Second, Tandzhim which after learning is expected that the cadres can hone and implement the results of the regeneration curriculum. Third, taqwin of cadres must be able to internalize the teachings of Islam in the party and the life of the nation and state.

This study aimed to describe the value of cohesion and coherence contained in the translation of the Qur'an surah Al Zalzalah. This study was a qualitative descriptive research, research data collection techniques using three techniques namely, inventory, rading and understanding, and record keeping. The data analysis used the coding of data, classification data, and the determination of the data. The results showed that the cohesion markers used in the translation of surah Al Zalzalah discourse are: 1) reference, 2) pronouns, ie pronouns second person, and third, the relative pronoun, the pronoun pointer, pen pronouns and pronouns owner, 3 ) conjunctions, namely temporal conjunctions, coordinating conjunctions, subordinating conjunctions, and conjunctions koorelatif, and 4) a causal ellipsis. It mean that there was a coherence in the translation of surah Al Zalzalah discourse are: the addition or addition, pronouns, repetition or repetition, match words or synonyms, in whole or in part, a comparison or ratio of conclusions or results. Keywords: Cohesion, Coherence, sura Al Zalzalah AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai kohesi dan koherensi yang terdapat dalam terjemahan Al-Qur’an surah Al Zalzalah. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tiga teknik yakni, inventarisasi, baca simak, dan pencatatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengodean data, pengklasifikasian data, dan penentuan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemarkah kohesi yang digunakan dalam wacana terjemahan surah Al Zalzalah adalah: 1) referensi, 2) pronomina, yaitu kata ganti orang kedua, dan ketiga, kata ganti penghubung, kata ganti penunjuk, kata ganti penanya dan kata ganti empunya, 3) konjungsi, yaitu konjungsi temporal, konjungsi koordinatif, konjungsi subordinatif, dan konjungsi koorelatif, dan 4) elipsis kausal. Sarana koherensi yang terdapat di dalam wacana terjemahan surah Al Zalzalah adalah: penambahan atau adisi, pronomina, pengulangan atau repetisi, padan kata atau sinonim, keseluruhan atau bagian, komparasi atau perbandingan simpulan atau hasil.Kata Kunci: Kohesi, Koherensi, surah Al Zalzalah

The Impact

The COVID-19 pandemic, an ongoing and fast-spreading virus outbreak caused the most recently discovered coronavirus, has changed the way the world community works, especially Indonesia. This new way of work is called remote online work or working from home. This diseases has changed people's culture by switching to digital culture using information technology. Information technology has several advantages because it can make people complete their work quickly, exibly and qualitatively. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that aims to provide effective information about the impact of information technology on the performance of government employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research information was obtained through library research, observations and interviews with employees of the Environmental Service of Padang City, West Sumatra. The results of the study show that there is good impact of information technology on employee performance. Information Technology can improve employee performance because it enables the employees to work faster. This condition provides space for work collaboration, and works can be carried out far more effectively. During the Covid-19 pandemic where information technology is a vital necessity at work, all works can be done online or work from home so that employee performance can still be mantained. Since Information technology has no space and time limits, work during the COVID-19 pandemic can be accomplished anytime and anywhere.

The pronunciation of inappropriate words to exemplify, thus rendering the child devoid of good manners and word-tours, and often against parenthood, is because her parents are unspoiled when she speaks disrespectful and also against parental sayings becomes a phenomenon often encountered in society particularly in coastal communities. Family is very important in child education. The problem formula in this study is (1) How is the behaviour of children in the family? (2) What kind of factors affects the child's crisis of morality in the family? The purpose of the study is (1) to find out how child behaviour in the family is. This research focuses on how leadership has a major role in addressing environmental issues, especially through the garbage bank program as a form of case study. Furthermore, the problems that occur in the midst of society are often rely solely on political will or political desire to solve them. The research is to know and learn Lurah's (head of village) leadership in the management of waste banks specifically. This research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques through structured interviews, documentation and observations. Researchers conducted an analysis using leadership theory from Yukl, where the theory discusses leadership comprehensively. Researchers only focus on five parts of the concept that are considered relevant, namely: visionary, guidance, affiliative, democratic and communicative concepts. The results of this study based on these dimensions are good enough Lurah (head of village) leadership. But there are several things that are considered able to optimize the running of the program through the role of Lurah (Head of village) leadership, namely: first, involving active knots and community leaders such as MUI, academics to support scientific aspects, and professionals in the field of practical management.
