Colonialism exerts its influence on the colonized in the fields of economy, politics, and ideology. Iksaka Banu, a well-known Indonesian writer, takes colonialism issues as the topic in his works. This qualitative descriptive research implemented postcolonial approach to uncover and explain various forms of the West hegemony and the East resistance in fictions entitled “Semua Untuk Hindia” and “Teh dan Pengkhianat”. The research results reveal that: (1) there are forms of hegemony carried out by the colonizer (West) in perpetuating its power in the colonized (East), (2) there are forms of resistance carried out by the colonized (East) to resist the power domination carried out by the colonizer, (3) The forms of hegemony carried out by the colonizer include torturing, restricting access, and degrading the natives, and (4) the forms of resistance carried out by the colonized include performing both passive and active resistances such as learning a language, wearing traditional clothes, building schools, building painting studios, performing coolie rebellion, and kidnapping the colonizer.

The purposes of this research are analyze the effectiveness of online learning strategies used during teaching and learning activities and analyze the obstacles experienced during online teaching and learning activities. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative research is a research that is descriptive and describes the object of research/events studied and using analysis. The research results were obtained through extracting data through interview, observation, and documentation. Some data will be loaded in the form of diagram to show the research results obtained. The conclusion obtained is that this research is a descriptive qualitative research which aims to describe the learning strategies at Muhammadiyah 10 Junior High School Sidoarjo in English subject during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This study aims to describe the spiritual development of religious employees in the West Jakarta Municipal Government. The focus of the study is the performance of employees after following the spiritual development, as well as the implications of this development for the model of religious spiritual development of employees. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with the approach of Islamic Psychology which combines between reason and faith. With the framework of spiritual intelligence indicator according to Zohar and Marshall modified with atheistic perspective, this research finds that: (1) Spiritual spiritual development of employees carried out by the West Jakarta Municipal Government is done in the framework of the realization of workplace spirituality, which is done through the formation of spiritual culture ) stated in its programs; (2) In general, West Jakarta Municipal Government employees have sufficient performance to provide public services, especially for those who have experienced the process of spiritual development. Nine indicators of spiritual intelligence can be used as a benchmark for their performance, although there are still indicators that have not been fully fulfilled; and (3) The spiritual development of religious employees by the West Jakarta Municipal Government has theoretical implications for the model of religious spiritual development of employees.

BUMDes is an institution managed by the community and village government to strengthen the village economy and is formed based on the needs and potential of the village. BUMDes performance must make a significant contribution to improving the welfare of citizens. This study aims to find out how the Government of Panggungharjo Village, Bantul Regency in Strengthening Village Institutions (BUMDes). The method in this research is qualitative descriptive research and research results emphasizing the meaning of generalization. BUMDes Panggung Lestari, Panggungharjo Village as an effort to utilize the potential of the village has become an entity and can lift the economy of its community by establishing economic business development and social services, and establishing BUMDes institutional strengthening programs

This research was motivated by there is an opportunity for the use of Islamic scholarship concepts that serve as material in Islamic guidance and counseling services to improve self-regulation of santri. the final result proposed in this study is guidance and counseling Gestalt-based Islam can improve self-regulation of santri. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of guidance and counseling Gestalt-based Islam to improve the regulation of boarding school boarding school Al-Falaah Pandak Bantul Yogyakarta. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The population of this study is all students aged 13-14 years. The sample in this research is determined by random assignment technique from a population. The sample in this research is determined by random assignment technique from the population. The total number of samples in this study were 24 santri given intervention in the form of guidance and counseling Gestalt Islam based Data collected by questionnaire, observation, and interview. Gestalt counseling on the basis of Islam is quite effective in improving the self-regulating ability of the students at the boarding school Al-Falaah Pandak Bantul Yogyakarta. Therefore, the findings of the research results can be used as a reference in developing Islamic counseling and counseling to develop the potential of an individual.

The new village market that was built in Pademawu Barat Village, Pademawu District, is not yet fully able to compete with the traditional markets that were running earlier. The inability to compete, includes, the level of visits to the market is low, the income of market management is low, so that the people don't want to visit the village market. The Village Government prefers the important thing to build a physical market, rather than presentations on the future of the Village market. From these problems, researchers want to encourage the realization of thematic markets. As a result, the average community agreed that the market should be used as a thematic market. With the hope, the number of visitors can increase. The method in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive research method.

The waste problem that occurs in almost a number of big cities in Indonesia has a serious impact on these handling efforts. Through the policy launched by the City Government itself, efforts to deal with waste in the city environment itself continue to be carried out and pursued together. Depok City as one of the cities in the West Java region is highly committed to the waste problem that occurs in the Depok City Area.Every day the city of Depok has to deal with 1,250 tons of mounting waste, causing concern for the Depok City Government to immediately handle the waste problem. With the issuance of the Depok City Government Regulation Number 5 of 2015 concerning Waste Management, it has become an important issue of the Depok City Government's work program in the success of the waste management program.The main program carried out by the Depok City Government is through the Strategy  Duck Garbage which is expected to be able to solve the waste problem in Depok City. In this study the author uses a qualitative descriptive research method with government informants as competent sources and can answer the strategies carried out by the Depok City Government itself. In addition to Interview with informants, the author also uses Observation and Study of documents to support information

<p><strong>Abstract: </strong>This study aims to analyze the teaching material requirements animals and human physiology courses for undergraduate students of Biology Education, State University of Malang. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collected by questionnaires and structured interviews with lectures. The analysis of the results is shownn that 80% of students get difficulty in learning the animals and human physiology courses. The main learning resources used by students are worksheets, e-books, handouts, and textbooks. Most students never learned a teaching material that contains research results done by lecturers, and a large part of students agree to be added teaching materials that contain research results to improve studens’s knowledge. Based on the results, it will be developed modul that contains the results to support the physiology of animal and human physiologist.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bahan ajar yang dibutuhkan pada matakuliah Fisiologi Hewan dan Manusia oleh mahasiswa S1 jurusan Biologi Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket dan melalui wawancara terstruktur terhadap dosen pengampu. Berdasarkan analisis hasil angket diketahui bahwa 80% mahasiswa masih mengalami kesulitan materi pada matakuliah Fisiologi Hewan dan Manusia. Sumber belajar utama yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa adalah berupa LKM, <em>e-book, handout</em>, dan buku teks. Sebagian besar mahasiswa menyatakan belum pernah menggunakan bahan ajar yang memuat hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dosen, dan menyatakan setuju untuk ditambahkanya bahan ajar yang memuat hasil penelitian untuk menambah wawasan dan meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, untuk menunjang perkuliahan fisiologi hewan dan manusia maka akan dikembangkan bahan aj<strong>a</strong>r berupa modul cetak yang memuat hasil penelitian.

In teaching Arabic a teacher needs special ways that can facilitate students to receive lessons. This particular method is based on the educational background of students, age, social, culture, factors of need and so forth. To formulate it, a comparative study between student language and the second language is studied. This formulation is very helpful for students in understanding and applying Arabic, which begins with a comparative study of the syntax of the two languages. This qualitative descriptive research results in the conclusion that students are able to apply certain sentences easily because the elements of similarity are preferred in learning them.

This research is conducted to analyze the infatuation that occurs to the main character, Noah Calhoun in Nicholas Sparks The Notebook. The objective of this research is to describe the main character and the conflicts in Sparks’s The Notebook. It also reveals the main character infatuation and desire based on the concept of psyche using Lacanian psychological approach. This research uses qualitative-descriptive research to answer the question about the infatuation that occurs to the main character and it explains in the form of words. The research results in several findings as follows: 1) the infatuation described in Spark’s The Notebook can be seen through its intrinsic element especially the character and the conflict. The main character, Noah Calhoun is described as a patient, kind, and faithful man. The conflict and the struggle Noah faces through Allie and her family show how Noah cannot move on from Allie. 2) The infatuation occurs to Noah Calhoun show by the concept of psyche using the Lacanian Psychology approach. Based on Noah's concept of psyche analysis tell that the main character, Noah Calhoun is feeling lacks and always looking for Allie to complete his lacks. The main character's psychological development toward his first love brings out the desire to be loved and have his relationship back. The desire tells that Allie is the one Noah needed in his life. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengentahui tugas pokok Bidang Kaderisasi DPW PKS Jawa Barat, untuk mengetahui proses tahapan dan sistem model kaderisasi PKS yang marhalah (berjenjang), untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan data dalam memebentuk kader pemimpin Islami Bidang Kaderisasi DPW PKS Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskrptif kualitatif dengan tekinik pengeumpulan data berupa wawancara terstrurktur, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa model kaderisi dalam menciptakan pemimpin Islami melalui tahapan-tahapan pembinaan kader yang marhalah (berjenjang). Yaitu, Pertama, ta’lim proses pembelajaran yang mana bertujuan para kader diberikan kurikulum kaderisiasi partai. Kedua, Tandzhim yang mana setelah pembelajaran diharapkan para kader dapat mengasah dan mengimplementasikan hasil kurikulum kaderisasi. Ketiga, taqwin para kader harus dapat menginternalisasi ajaran Islam dalam partai maupun kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. This research was conducted to identify the main tasks of the West Java PKS DPW Cadre Field Division, to find out the stages and stages of the PKS cadre model model that is marhalah (tiered), to find out and obtain data in forming the Islamic leaders cadre of the West Java PKW DPW Cadre. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of structured interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the cadre model in creating Islamic leaders through the stages of training cadres who are marhalah (tiered). That is, First, ta'lim the learning process in which the cadres aim to be given a party cadre curriculum. Second, Tandzhim which after learning is expected that the cadres can hone and implement the results of the regeneration curriculum. Third, taqwin of cadres must be able to internalize the teachings of Islam in the party and the life of the nation and state.
