The village head carries out the tasks assigned by the central government to regulate and carry out these policies made in the framework of joint development with the community towards a prosperous society. Through Mr. Gunawan's leadership, Gading Rejo Village carried out development using the Village Fund in accordance with development priorities which were jointly developed with the community. Development carried out using village funds is the construction of roads, construction of water culverts, water irrigation channels, monuments, and community activity units. Village community development is a development movement based on community self-help and mutual cooperation. The type of research used in this research is descriptive type with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques, observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study indicate that the leadership of the village head Gadingrejo to increase community participation in the management of village funds focuses more on the democratic leadership style, the leadership style of the Gadingrejo Village Head obtains high direction of support from the community, in guiding the community, the village head gives instructions to the community such as mechanisms in the field and what is needed in development, so that the duties and functions of the village head can be carried out properly.

ABSTRAKKesejahteraan masyarakat menunjukkan ukuran hasil pembangunan masyarakat dalam mencapai kehidupan yang lebih baik yang meliputi peningkatan kemampuan dan pemerataan distribusi kebutuhan dasar seperti makanan, perumahan, kesehatan, dan perlindungan; kemudian ditambah dengan peningkatan tingkat kehidupan, tingkat pendapatan, pendidikan yang lebih baik, dan peningkatan atensi terhadap budaya dan nilai - nilai kemanusiaan; serta, memperluas skala ekonomi dan ketersediaan pilihan sosial dari individu dan bangsa terutama di wilayah pedesaan. Untuk itu perlu adanya andil pemerintah pusat maupun daerah dalam penyaluran dan pengelolaan anggaran atau Dana Desa secara efektif.Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat efektivitas Dana Desa serta bagaimana dampaknya secara langsung terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat yang ada di Kecamatan Pineleng. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa data sekunder Dana Desa Tahun 2015 sampai Tahun 2017 dan data primer yang di ambil secara langsung melalui kuisioner. Dan analisis yang dgunakan adalah analisis statistic deskriptif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dana Desa yang ada di Kecamatan Pineleng berkembang secara efektif dengan nilai diatas 100 persen yang menyatakan bahwa Dana Desa memiliki tingkat Efektivitas serta memiliki dampak yang positif sesuai dengan hasil penyuluhan secara langsung kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Pineleng. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Kesejahteraan Masyarakat dan Dana Desa ABSTRACTPublic welfare show result size the community development in achieving a better life which includes increased capacity and equity distribution basic needs such as food , housing , health , and protection; then added with increased the lives of , income levels , better education , and improving atensi on culture and value  and human value , extending economies of scale and the availability of social choice of individuals and nation especially in rural areas. Therefore it needed certainly made my share of the central government and the regions within distribution of funds and the management of the budget or funds the village have effective .In research aims to understand how big the effectiveness village funds and how it had directly against the level of community welfare in sub-district pineleng.The data in use in this research was in the form of secondary village funds 2015 up 2017 and primary data in extract directly through kuisioner.And analysis is analysis dgunakan statistic descriptive.Based on the results of the research indicated that existing in kecamatan village funds pineleng progressing in a effective with the value of above 100 percent expressing that the funds villages have the effectiveness as well as having have a positive impact in accordance with the results counseling directly to the community in kecamatan pineleng. Key word : The level of community welfare and village funds

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Jatimakmur Village Owned Enterprise Management (BUMDes) in increasing Village Original Income (PADes) in Jatirejoyoso Village. The method used by researchers in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data from interviews with respondents related to the implementation of Jatimakmur BUMDes management in increasing Jatirejoyoso Village Original Income. According to Article 1 Number (6) of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, it is written that Village-Owned Enterprises, hereinafter referred to as BUMDes, are business entities whose entire or most of the capital is owned by separate villages to manage assets, services, and other businesses. for the welfare of rural communities. Then, amended through the Job Creation Act no. 11 of 2020 Article 117 and Article 185 explain that BUMDes is a legal entity established by villages and/or together with villages to manage businesses, assets, develop investment and productivity, provide services, and/or other businesses for the greatest welfare. public. Village Original Income (PADes) is all efforts made by the village government to support the implementation of Village Government in the context of implementing Village autonomy (Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages Article 71). According to the explanation of Law Number 6 of 2014 Article 72 paragraph (1) letter a what is meant by "Original Village Income" is income that comes from village authority in managing village assets based on origin and local scale authority. , results of separated village wealth management, results of self-help, community participation and mutual cooperation, other legitimate village original income (Nurcholis, 2011: 82). This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and factors that influence the leadership style of the Duampanua Urban Village chief in carrying out Government development and management.The research method used is descriptive qualitative by examining the influence of the implementation of the leadership of the village chief with in-depth interviews through questionnaires.The results of the study showed that the leadership style adopted by the chief of Duampanua village, Baranti District, Sidrap Regency was democratic leadership style and followed by patenalistic style. The main supporting factors are the level of education, followed by personality and work motivation   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan factor-factor yang mempengaruhi gaya kemimpiminan kepala Kelurahan Duampanua dalam melaksanakan Pembangunan dan manajemen pemerintahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriftif dengan menelaah pengaruhi implementasi kepemimpinan  kepala kelurahan dengan wawancara mendalam melalui kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menanujukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala kelurahan Duampanua Kecamatan Baranti Kabupaten Sidrap yaitu gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disusul dengan gaya patenalistik. Factor pendukung utama yaitu tingkat pendidikan, disusul kepribadian dan motovasi kerja

The assertion that the leadership style exhibited by the community leaders influenced the participations of community members in development activities was examined in this study using Irasa community in Ado-Ekiti as a case study. An instrument tagged ‘Questionnaire for Community Members’ was used for this study. The instrument was administered on thirty randomly selected respondents in the community. Information obtained revealed that respondents believed that community development involved setting up of goals which are done jointly through the involvement of all stake holders. Participation in Community Development Projects was not regarded as mandatory hence offenders were not liable to punishment. Also, the in-flow and out-flow of information were not restricted by the leaders and their directives were not strictly complied with. The leaders respected and protected the self esteems of the subjects. The leaders recognized the subjects’ worth and esteems, based their actions on trust, integrity, honesty, equality, openness and mutual respects. All these were features of democratic or participative leadership style. In conclusion, this study revealed that democratic leadership practised in the study area lends credence to the assertion that when good leadership is provided the people participate voluntarily in the accomplishment of stated objectives.

<p>The house is one of the basic human needs and have significance in the development of social life, economy and identity of its inhabitants. Limitations of the funds or budgets from the government in addressing the housing needs of the community led to the current government can reach out to new formal sector only. It is displaced lack access to Low-Income Communities to get home. Of self-governing society to build a house with many limitations in terms of manpower, materials and costs, so that the housing conditions of low-income communities become unfit for occupancy. For that government to the approach followed by Kemenpera Housing Improvement Program. Sub-standart housing upgrading program is intended as a stimulant or stimulus to the community in order to develop themselves and want to contribute to the development. The purpose of this study to measure and assess the extent of potential self- supporting community in the implementation of sub-standart housing upgrading program is applied in the Village Pringapus. This study uses the method mix method, mixing method used sequential explanatory design using patterns. Collection and analysis of quantitative data is beginning, after the completion followed by qualitative data collection and analysis, and interpretation of the analysis performed. Indicators and variables to be tested or analyzed are forms of non-governmental organizations and the amount of public good issued in the form of money, labor or material that is processed by techniques of quantitative analysis used descriptive statistics and explanations. While the sources of non-governmental organizations to build houses as well as the pattern of development palaksanaan processed using qualitative descriptive analysis, how to capture this data focuses on the nature exploratory interviews and field observations. The results of this study, the average total pure self-help communities make improvements issued a total of Rp 10,224,985 unloading, so self-released the 2-fold greater than with stimulants provided only Rp 5,000,000. As for the people who repair some of the average self-RP issued 2.7266 million, although this value is not too big but when viewed from the type of repair that is lightweight and does not require a large fee, a nominal 2 jt rupiah is relatively high when compared with funds stimulants. This shows that the potential for community-owned self-help program beneficiaries in the Village Pringapus PFM is very high. Apart from the magnitude-governmental organizations, community-owned self-help potential is also evident from the pattern of building a house. Society has a variety of ways as the efforts made to build his house, as done by yourself, using a carpenter, and mutual cooperation. The third way has a different essence, but in ways that use these beneficiaries is high potential in an effort to build a house. The high potential of the community indicate that the approach taken by the government through Housing Improvement program (PKP) is successful. It is evident that the approach taken by the government is able to encourage the willingness and the willingness of society to berswadaya in the implementation of their housing. But all this success can not be separated by BKM Sedya Mulya role that has empowered leading independent predicate. </p>

  Abstract The objectives of this study are (1) To determine village financial management in Hinekombe Village, Sentani District, Jayapura Regency in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management. (2) To find out the obstacles faced by the village government in financial management and accountability in Hinekombe Village, Sentani District, Jayapura Regency. This research method is descriptive using a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. The primary data sources were interview data and secondary data from the hinekombe village profile. The research informants were 10 people. The results show that (1) the government of Hinekombe Village, Sentani District, Jaypura Regency is good enough in managing village finances in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management. This shows that the Hinekombe Village Government has tried its best to be able to implement the central government regulations on village financial management even though there are some activity items that are incomplete in their reporting. (2) Constraints faced by the village government in financial management in Hinekombe Village, Sentani District, Jayapura Regency. Namely, community self-help is still lacking, supervision is also lacking. In addition, budget changes were not carried out through deliberations with community leaders or unilaterally by the Hinekombe Village Government Apparatus which made the community less confident in financial management carried out by the hinekombe village government. Keywords: Financial Management; Hinekombe Village. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengelolaan keuangan desa di Kampung Hinekombe Distrik Sentani Kabupaten Jayapura sesuai dengan Permendagri Nomor 20 tahun 2018 Tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. (2) Untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi pemerintah kampung dalam pengelolaan dan pertanggung jawaban keuangan di Kampung Hinekombe Distrik Sentani Kabupaten Jayapura. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif . Sumber data primer yaitu data wawancara dan data sekunder profil kampung hinekombe. Informan penelitian sebanyak 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis yaitu reduksi data, pengelompokan data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pemerintah Kampung Hinekombe Distrik Sentani Kabupaten Jayapura sudah cukup baik dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan kampung sesuai dengan Permendagri Nomor 20 tahun 2018 Tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Kampun Hinekombe telah berusaha bekerja dengan maksimal untuk dapat mengimplementasikan peraturan pemerintah pusat tentang pengelolaan keuangan kampung walaupun ada beberapa item kegiatan yang kurang tidak lengkap dalam pelaporannya. (2) Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi pemerintah kampung dalam pengelolaan keuangan di Kampung Hinekombe Distrik Sentani Kabupaten Jayapura.yaitu Swadaya Masyarakat masih kurang, pengawasan juga masih kurang. Selain itu juga perubahan anggaran tidak dilakukan melalui musyawarah dengan tokoh masyarakat atau sepihak oleh Aparatur Pemerintah Kampung Hinekombe yang membuat masyarakat kurang begitu percaya terhadap pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan pemerintah kampung hinekombe. Kata kunci : Pengelolaan Keuangan, Kampung Hinekombe.

     The village head is the head of government at the village level is expected to be able to run the village government well in providing services to the community, so that if the village head shows good performance in the administration of village governance, it will also affect the performance of government at the district, provincial and central levels . The village head as a leader in the village scope has aspects of a distinctive personality / leadership style that can support his efforts in realizing good relations with members of his community. The style of leadership of the village head is closely related to the objectives to be achieved by a village government. Therefore, the leadership style of the village head is always associated with the activities of the village head in directing, motivating, communicating, decision making, and supervising members to realize the objectives of village governance. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership style of the village head in the physical development of the village.     The results showed that the Village Head Leadership Style in Increasing Community Participation in the Physical Development of Uma Beringin Village, Unter Iwes District, Sumbawa Regency in general, according to researchers, is good, and the village head can be said to be a democratic leadership style, because it is always open to subordinates and conducts joint deliberations. Penggunaan dana desa secara umum untuk Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa, Pelaksanaaan Pembangunan Desa, Pembinaan Kemasyarakatan dan untuk Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa. Dari keempat bidang tersebut, penggunaanya diprioritaskan untuk kegiatan pembangunan dan pemberdayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan dana desa untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan mengambil studi kasus di Kecamatan Borobudur, Magelang, Jawa Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian yuridis-normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa paradigma Undang-undang yang dianut oleh pemerintah desa dalam memahami ketentuan tentang penggunaan dana desa untuk kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat telah melahirkan jenis-jenis kegiatan pemberdayaan yang limitatif pada kegiatan pelatihan, kegiatan keagamaan, bantuan keuanga dan penyertaan modal. Apabila pemberdayaan difahami sebagai strategi pembangunan maka jenis-jenis kegiatan pemberdayaan akan lebih variatif dan dapat menjangkau berbagai kegiatan yang selama ini dimasukan dalam bidang pembangunan. Chamber mengidentifikasi 4 prasarat kegiatan pemberdayaan, yaitu people centered, participatory, empowerment and sustainable. Apabila pendekatan chamber ini dipergunakan maka penggunaan dana desa akan lebih membawa dampak yang lebih besar. Dana desa tidak hanya akan difahami sebagai bantuan/hibah dari pemerintah pusat namun lebih pada stimulant pembangunan yang menuntut adanya partisipasi maupun swadaya dari masyarakat.The use of village funds is generally used for the Implementation of Village Government, Implementation of Village Development, Community Development and for the Empowerment of Village Communities. From these four pillars, the use is prioritized for development and empowerment activities. This research intended to analyses the use of village funds to conduct community development, by taking case in the Borobudur Subdistrict, Magelang, Central Java. The result of this study indicates that the paradigm of the law adopted by the village government in understanding the provisions on the use of village funds for community empowerment activities has given birth to limited types of empowerment activities in training activities, religious activities, financial assistance and equity participation. If empowerment is understood as a development strategy, then the types of empowerment activities will be more varied and can reach various activities that have been included in the field of development. Chamber identifies 4 principles of empowerment activities, namely people centred, participatory, empowerment and sustainable. If this chamber approach is used then the use of village funds will have a greater impact. Village funds will not only be understood as assistance / grants from the central government but rather to development stimulants that demand participation and self-help from the community.

This study is entitled Leadership of Selected Village Heads in Carrying Out Government Duties (Analysis Study of Sidoharjo Village Head, Susukan District). The focus of this research is about how the Village Chief Leadership Style in Sidoharjo Village Head, Susukan District and the purpose of this study is to find out the Village Head Leadership Style in Sidoharjo Village Head, Susukan District. This study is classified as a descriptive study with core questionnaire instruments and data analysis techniques using the presentation of the frequency table of the results of questionnaires from respondents who have been determined based on questions about the 4 leadership styles based on expert theory used as grand theory in this study. The results showed that the leadership style that tends to be applied by village heads in carrying out their daily tasks and functions is the leadership style of Democracy. Democratic leadership style can be seen from the involvement or active participation of Sidoharjo village head in deciding problems in every activity of the organization / office. In addition, the Village Head also prioritizes democracy in his administration by always holding deliberations to reach consensus in making every decision.

This study describes the leadership style of principals, describes the teaching supervision program, describes the implementation of teaching supervision, describes the techniques in carrying out supervision of teaching, describes the follow-up by the principal, describes the inhibiting factors of teaching supervision. Descriptive methods with qualitative approaches, carried out in Al-Muhajirin Purwakarta Middle School, observed by the principal, vice-principal and colleagues. The results of the research style of principals' leadership in improving teacher discipline is to use authoritarian and democratic leadership styles. Teaching Supervision techniques used by principals are: Techniques for supervising individuals by doing and group techniques with activities. Follow-up of the results of supervision by the Principal: guidance based on the results of class visits, teacher training programs, opportunities to actively participate in MGMP activities, training both by the local government and the central government or other agencies. Obstacles to supervision: low competence of some appointed supervisors, activities outside the supervision schedule, and difficult to change old habits.
