This research background in IAIN Palangka Raya as one of the colleges that there is a container for printing human resources and potentional knowledgeable in the world of work. One of the graduate printed is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Business Islam with competence in the Islamic finance. But the facts on the ground are not little public data show that graduates become more dominant than the employees in Islamic banking scholars who really has the educational background of Islamic economics. The problem begins with the researcher tried to explore data about the SWOT analysis of the needs of potential economic scholars of sharia in Islamic banking city of Palangka Raya. The problem in this research are 1) Strength, 2) weakness, 3) opportunities, 4) the threats facing prospective Bachelor of Islamic Economics IAIN Palangka Raya on Islamic Banking city of Palangka Raya and 5) How can the application of a SWOT analysis in developing prospective Bachelor of Islamic Economics IAIN Palangka Raya Britain on Islamic Banking city of Palangka Raya. This study used qualitative research methods, the research subject is the faculty of economics and business of Islamic banking Islamic and 4 cities Palangka Raya ie BMI, BSM, BRIS and BPR Mitra Amanah. Data collection techniques through, observation, interviews and documentation; validating data through triangulation techniques, then the data analyzed by data reduction, a data display and conclusion verification. The results of this study are 1) The strength of a. have a basic knowledge of Islamic banking b. have a scholarly foundation related to Islamic financial institutions c. Output Islamic scholars who are experts in Islamic economics. 2) The weakness in terms of academic, SDM Teachers, curriculum learning, relationship. While the non-academic terms that mindset is still low degree candidate. 3) Opportunities have added value, priority religion, knowledge about Islamic banking contract-agreement, an understanding of the products; have communication skills and proficiency in a polite and courteous and knowledge in the field of Islamic religion. 4) Threats to the economy in the banking degree candidate is not looking at the educational background, dressed and physical conditions prescribed for frontline staff. 5) The results of a SWOT analysis required by prospective students of Islamic Economics Iain Palangka Raya on Islamic banking: a. Internal 1) Improving the teaching of human resources. 2) Development of the learning curriculum. 3) improve the relationship in the field of education. 4) Provide training in human resource development sharia economics degree candidate b. External Improvingstudent mindset to be able to develop themselves independent, creative, innovative and high work ethic.

Compared to other Islamic financial institutions, Islamic Fintech has some advantages in accelerating the growth of SME Enterprises in Indonesia. Nevertheless, the existence of Islamic Fintech is not free from various problems, such as regulation aspect, human resources aspect, also perception of society and potential fraud. This research sought to find solution of the problems with SWOT analysis, then comparing the aspects each other to find out strategies in the effort of growing Islamic fintech for accelerating SME Enterprises. The results are some strategies consisting of, first, ecosystem strengthening between Islamic Fintech, government, academics and civil society, including Islamic Fintech customers and Islamic Banks. Second, optimalization potential of Islamic Fintech in managerial skills also Islamic contracts capacity. Last, massive and targeted socialization and promotion of Islamic Fintech.

The low contribution of Sharia Banking to the growth rate of Gross Regional Domestic Product for seven years is present in the midst of the people of Sambas Regency, who in fact are the majority of Muslims, so it requires an effort to be able to make a bigger contribution. This study aims to formulate any strategies required by Islamic banking in order to increase the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Sambas Regency with a descriptive quantitative approach. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis and continued with the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis, there are seven alternative strategic sector development priorities that can be carried out by Islamic banking in order to increase the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Sambas Regency. Based on the assessment of strategic attractiveness, it shows that the most attractive strategy to be implemented is to collaborate with local governments and institutions in society, then follow the strategy of improving the quality of human resources and technology in the second position and then socializing the advantages of Islamic banking to all levels. community, expand networks, determine superior financing products, be active in financing management, and streamline educational, socialization and promotion activities to gather customers.

ABSTRACTThe good quality of financial statements of the government can describe the good performance of governance management. The purpose of this study was to obtain a policy strategy to improve the quality of financial reports of Research, Development and Innovation Agency (RDIA) and to determine factors that influence the quality of financial report, and in the end could be hoped to get the better opinions of BPK. This study used questionnaires that distributed to respondents from technical unit of RDIA throughout Indonesia. SWOT and QSPM analysis methods were used in this study. The results of the study with SWOT analysis produced some priority strategy in the form of Strength-Opportunities combinations (SO). To get a better strategy, QSPM analysis was used with the results that RDIA should improve human resources capacity, especially for operator staffs that appropriate with educational background and enhancement of role and responsibilities of the leaders division on the financial statements as well. ABSTRAKLaporan keuangan pemerintah yang berkualitas baik dapat menggambarkan kinerja pengelolaan kepemerintahan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh strategi kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan Badan Litbang dan Inovasi dan menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas laporan keuangan. Strategi peningkatan kualitas laporan keuangan dapat menghasilkan opini BPK RI yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner kepada responden dari satuan kerja lingkup Badan Litbang dan Inovasi seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SWOT dan analisis QSPM. Hasil penelitian dengan metode SWOT menghasilkan beberapa strategi prioritas dari kombinasi Kekuatan-Peluang (SO). Untuk mendapatkan strategi yang lebih baik digunakan analisis QSPM dengan hasil strategi yang perlu dilakukan Badan Litbang dan Inovasi yaitu peningkatan sumber daya manusia terutama petugas operator sesuai kriteria dan pendidikan serta peningkatan peran dan tanggung jawab pimpinan terhadap laporan keuangan.

The study aims to analyze the education and training system and apparatus development at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Musi Rawas District with the study indicators, namely aspects of education and training of apparatus, career development, or apparatus and placement of human resources using SWOT analysis. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation study methods. The results showed that the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Musi Rawas District is in the prime and steady condition in developing human resources for apparatus. It is really possible to continue increasing growth and achieving maximum progress even though it poses a large enough threat. The strategic recommendation given is the Progressive Strategy, which means that the organization is stable. The human resource development strategy can be carried out progressively towards improving human resources by increasing activities that encourage the development of human resources intensively and continuously. To implement human resource development at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Musi Rawas District to run well and as needed, it is recommended to determine the priority scale of the education and training. It must be based on the results of the Training Needs Analysis. Then in the implementation of Movements and Promotions carried out based on Career Patterns, Workload Analysis, and Job Analysis.

So far, the rapid development of Islamic banking has not been supported by competent resources according to Islamic principles. The resources contained in Islamic banking so far have been a shift from conventional banking, resulting in the incompetence of these resources in Islamic banking. This study aims to analyze the optimization of human resource management in Islamic banking following Islamic principles. The method in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The analysis uses deductive and inductive techniques from various published literature. The results of the study show that human resources in Islamic banking are not yet optimal. The development and development of available resources must align with the position, training, and development of attitudes and managerial skills instilled with Islamic financial and ethical principles. Islamic banking must cooperate with universities in the coaching process to absorb potential resources with added value and have Islamic-based competencies.

The development of Islamic financial institutions, especially Islamic banking is fast enough not matched by a competent human resources. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the learning of Islamic economics in STIE Ahmad Dahlan Jakarta, which in turn can meet the needs of human resources. Methods used in this study was descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the learning of Islamic economics is good and effective.

The purpose of this study was to describe the problematic of liberalization of Human Resource Recruitment in sharia banking by discussing the recruitment process until the placement of employees in banking, especially in Sampang. This research used descriptive qualitative method with phenomenological approach, data collection technique is done by observation, interview and document study. The results showed that Human Resources involved in banking can be from diverse educational background, not only from sharia banking education or a cognate education, such as economics and business, except health and literature graduated who cannot follow the admission selection. There is no protection against prospective employees from economic and business graduation and sharia banking. The recruitment process is done by the above office with a process that has already passed the standard. Structuring of Human Resources in sharia banking Sampang is based on organizational structure that has been standard with job description that has been arranged so that managers can easily place an employee in Islamic banking at Sampang Madura

The purpose of writing this article is to describe the agency problems that arise in the application of the financing with mudharabah on Islamic banking. In this article the author describes the use of the theory of financing, asymetri information, agency problems inside of financing. The conclusion of this article is that the financing is asymmetric information problems will arise, both adverse selection and moral hazard. The high risk of prospective managers (mudharib) for their moral hazard and lack of readiness of human resources in Islamic banking is among the factors that make the composition of the distribution of funds to the public more in the form of financing. The limitations that can be done to optimize this financing is among other things; owners of capital supervision (monitoring) and the customers themselves place restrictions on its actions (bonding).

Bumdes is a village business unit whose capital comes from village-owned funds . The goal is to float the village potential into an independent village. Thus it takes effort and strategic and appropriate tips to achieve that goal. The first tip is to establish a forum for the development of economic networks in this case is the establishment of BUMDES. Some of the things that can be done are: (i) development of human resources capability so as to provide added value in the management of village economic assets, (ii) integrating rural economic products so as to have good bargaining position in market network, (iii) (iv) strengthening village economic institutions, (v) developing supporting elements such as micro-credit, market information, technological and management support, economic infrastructure and communication networks as well as support for guidance and regulation.
