Bumdes is a village business unit whose capital comes from village-owned funds . The goal is to float the village potential into an independent village. Thus it takes effort and strategic and appropriate tips to achieve that goal. The first tip is to establish a forum for the development of economic networks in this case is the establishment of BUMDES. Some of the things that can be done are: (i) development of human resources capability so as to provide added value in the management of village economic assets, (ii) integrating rural economic products so as to have good bargaining position in market network, (iii) (iv) strengthening village economic institutions, (v) developing supporting elements such as micro-credit, market information, technological and management support, economic infrastructure and communication networks as well as support for guidance and regulation.

Abstract. This research is based on the phenomenon that the condition of tea plantation in Cianjur Regency is abandoned and damaged by the condition of underplanting population, whereas based on the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 46 / Kpts / PD.300 / 1/2015, Kabupaten Cianjur has designated as National Tea Plantation Area. The purpose of this research is to know: 1) Feasibility of Tea Tea farm in Cianjur District; 2) The condition of the tea community trading in Cianjur regency; and 3) The role of farmer institution in the development of Tea people in Cianjur Regency. The research was conducted in 3 (three) sub-districts of Cianjur People's Tea Center namely: Campaka, Takokak, and Sukanegara. The research methodology uses the descriptive and descriptive research with secondary and primary data sources collected through FGD. The result of this research are: (1) Farming Farming (agribusiness) of tea plantation in Cianjur Regency is not economically feasible; (2) Tatuiaga Teh shoot still using the village and / or village collectors trader channel, the margin obtained by farmers and traders of collectors is still reasonable, the added value of processing is still enjoyed quite large by the local green tea processor and dry / black tea; (3) Tea farmers' institutions in improving the bargaining position of farmers in the market have not been effective yet. Penelitian ini dilandasi oleh adanya fenomena bahwa kondisi perkebunan Teh rakyat di Kabupaten Cianjur banyak yang terlantar dan rusak dengan kondisi populasi yang underplanting, sedangkan berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Pertanian Republik Indonesia Nomor 46/Kpts/PD.300/1/2015, Kabupaten Cianjur telah ditetapkan sebagai Kawasan Perkebunan Teh Nasional.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Kelayakan usahatani Teh rakyat di Kabupaten Cianjur; 2)Kondisi tataniaga Teh rakyat di Kabupaten Cianjur; serta 3)Peranan kelembagaan petani  dalam pegembangan Teh rakyat di Kabupaten Cianjur. Penelitian dilakukan di 3 (tiga) kecamatan sentra Teh rakyat Kabupaten Cianjur yaitu: Campaka, Takokak, dan Sukanegara.  Metodologi penelitian menggunakan penelitiandeskriptif dengan sumber data sekunder dan primer yang dihimpun melalui FGD. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Usahatani (agribisnis) perkebunan Teh rakyat di Kabupaten Cianjur tidak layak secara ekonomi; (2) Tataniaga Teh  pucuk masih menggunakan saluran pedagang pengepul desa dan atau Kecamatan, margina yang diperoleh petani dan pedagang pengepul masih wajar, nilai tambah pengolahan masih dinikmati cukup besar oleh pengolah Teh hijau local dan Teh kering/hitam; (3) Kelembagaan petani Teh dalam meningkatkan posisi tawar para petani di pasar belum berfungsi efektif. This research to identify the condition of human resources in Village-Owned Business Entity (abbreviated as VOBE in this research) that ever inactive in West Tanjungjabung Regency . The method used in this research is survey with descriptive analysis. The result showed from 27 VOBE that were ever inactive in 2017, there are still 2 villages that haven't started to operate yet since they were built, due to passive administrators. Dominant businesses are service and trade. There was advantegous business unit in the VOBE, it didn’t prevent the VOBE to stop operating. The knowledge of VOBE management owned by respondents who are the village head and the head of VOBE was categorized as deficient. The motivation of the village head was in avarage category while the head of VOBE was persistence in the deficient level. The communication between respondents was categorized as adequate. Even though the head of village had avarage motivation, passable communication skill as the advisor, his knowledge was still minimum. The other obstacles for the village head was the head of VOBE was also having minimun knowledge about managing VOBE and also lack of motivation to run it.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. Candi Village in Bandungan District is one of the Chili Supply Sub-district for Semarang Regency and surrounding area has agro-climate suitable for the development of various agricultural commodities supported by wide market opportunity, so it is suitable for agricultural business development. The purpose of this research is to identify the distribution pattern of red pepper, to know each value of commodity chains and distribution, to design alternative distribution pattern of red pepper.Population in this research is 88 respondents from 735 of member of chilli farmer in Desa Candi with total area of 150,3 hectare consisting of rice field, moor and yard. Methods of data analyst using quantitative approach is done by using Margin Marketing Analysis. The results include: (1) The pattern of distribution of existing farming business grows naturally in accordance with the developments and needs of the perpetrators, the actors in this pattern are farmers, wholesalers, collectors, wholesalers, retailers, consumers. (2) The value of the red chili commodity chain in this naturally grown pattern often makes pricing more dominant by traders, so farmers receive prices slightly lower than market prices. (3) Some obstacles faced in distributing red peppers are the difficulty of changing the mindset of the community about advanced farming, this is best utilized by market participants (chain of distribution) who are more informed and always keep abreast of market dynamics. Conventional marketing pattern by farmer cause price level accepted by farmer in general relatively smaller compared to price received by trader. Suggestions shorten the chain of distribution patterns, increase the added value of products and improve the bargaining position of farmers and for the government always guide / accompany farmers in getting accurate market information, which can be used as farmers in bargaining, Increased market transparency can act as a trigger for the functioning of a market, improved competition and increased adaptation to meet the needs of supply and opportunity to compete with market prices. Desa Candi di Kabupaten Bandungan adalah salah satu Kecamatan Penyedia Cabai untuk Kabupaten Semarang dan sekitarnya memiliki agroklimat yang cocok untuk pengembangan berbagai komoditas pertanian yang didukung oleh peluang pasar yang luas, sehingga sangat cocok untuk pengembangan bisnis pertanian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pola distribusi cabai merah, untuk mengetahui masing-masing nilai rantai komoditas dan distribusi, untuk merancang alternatif pola distribusi cabai merah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 88 responden dari 735 anggota petani cabai di Desa Candi dengan total luas 150,3 hektar yang terdiri dari sawah, tegalan dan pekarangan. Metode analis data menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analisis Pemasaran Margin. Hasil meliputi: (1) Pola distribusi usaha pertanian yang ada tumbuh secara alami sesuai dengan perkembangan dan kebutuhan pelaku, pelaku dalam pola ini adalah petani, pedagang besar, pengumpul, pedagang besar, pedagang besar, pengecer, konsumen. (2) Nilai rantai komoditas cabai merah dalam pola yang dikembangkan secara alami ini sering membuat penetapan harga lebih dominan oleh para pedagang, sehingga petani menerima harga yang sedikit lebih rendah daripada harga pasar. (3) Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam mendistribusikan paprika merah adalah sulitnya mengubah pola pikir masyarakat tentang pertanian maju, hal ini paling baik digunakan oleh pelaku pasar (rantai distribusi) yang lebih banyak informasi dan selalu mengikuti perkembangan dinamika pasar. Pola pemasaran konvensional oleh petani menyebabkan tingkat harga yang diterima petani pada umumnya relatif lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan harga yang diterima pedagang. Saran mempersingkat rantai pola distribusi, meningkatkan nilai tambah produk dan meningkatkan posisi tawar petani dan bagi pemerintah selalu membimbing / menemani petani dalam mendapatkan informasi pasar yang akurat, yang dapat digunakan sebagai petani dalam tawar-menawar, Peningkatan transparansi pasar dapat bertindak sebagai pemicu berfungsinya pasar, meningkatnya kompetisi dan peningkatan adaptasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasokan dan peluang untuk bersaing dengan harga pasar.

Human resources are an important asset in the entire company operations activity. A human resources management support system should be provided to improve performance in  accordance with the company target. The purpose of this study is to design a model of operational and human resource management support systems that can integrate employee performance data, simplify management of employee data, and generate reports in the form of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Binusian Level. Methodology used in this study is using literature study, design, and test a model to make operational and human resource management information system. <p>The success of the development of a nation is determined by the Human Development Index (HDI). International scale parameter indicates the level of development of human resources emphasizes on three areas: education, health, and income per capita. The various dimensions of community development was a collective responsibility to make it happen. One way to do is through the proselytizing activities of community empowerment. This is as done in the village of Pemalang district, Danasari that has HDI levels is low compared than other villages. Community development in this village was done by taking three primary focus , they are the field of economics, health, and education and religion.</p><p align="center"><strong>***</strong></p>Keberhasilan pembangunan suatu bangsa ditentukan oleh Human Develop-ment Indeks (HDI). Parameter berskala internsional ini menunjukkan tingkat pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang menitiberatkan pada tiga bidang yaitu pendidikan, kesehatan, dan pendapatan perkapita. Pengembangan masyarakat yang berbagai dimensi tadi merupakan tanggung jawab bersama untuk mewujudkannya. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui kegiatan dakwah pemberdayaan masyarakat. Hal ini sebagaimana dilakukan di Desa Danasari Kabupaten Pemalang yang memiliki tingkat HDI yang rendah dibandingkan desa lainnya. Pemberdayaan masyarakat di desa ini dilakukan dengan mengambil tiga fokus utama yaitu bidang ekonomi, bidang kesehatan, dan pendidikan dan keagamaan. Potensi yang ada perlu diberdayakan secara bersama dengan tujuan pencapaian perbaikan kehidupan masyarakat desa Danasari.

Livestock is an integral part of agriculture which significantly contributes to the economic and socio-economic development. Based on its potential in natural resources and human resources, East Kalimantan Province has opportunity to become a beef cattle development area. The development of a corporate-based beef cattle breeding area is an approach which taken toward industrial and business-oriented beef cattle breeding. The concept of breeder corporation will create new strengths such as strengths in human resources, capital, and banking in business development, which can more open the opportunities for the success and growth of the breeder's business. The development of a corporate-based beef cattle breeding area provides opportunities, including: 1) improving the competitiveness and added value of the region and beef cattle commodities in order to support national sustainable food security; 2) strengthening the livestock business system in one area management in a holistic manner; and 3) strengthening breeders institutions in accessing information, technology, public facilities and infrastructure, capital, processing and marketing, so that the concept is expected to be applied in East Kalimantan Province.

Based on preliminary studies in Air Saga Village, the problems faced by villages to form BUM Desa are lack of ability to map village potentials, it is difficulty to find human resources who will manage BUM Desa, lack of understanding to start establishing BUM Desa, and lack of ability to compile BUM Desa administration.  These problems must be addressed immediately by conducting research activities aimed at formulating management strategies for the formation of BUM Desa, especially in Air Saga Village. The research method uses qualitative methods with the following steps: (1) conducting observations to obtain information about the potential of the village, (2) conducting interviews with village heads and BPD, (3) conducting FGD. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that an aggressive strategy is the right strategy to form a BUM Desa in Air Saga Village, Tanjungpandan District, Belitung Regency. The implementation of the strategy for establishing BUM Desa must involve village facilitators and be evaluated in each of its activities

Troso is a village that was developed by the government of the district of Jepara to be a tourist village. It has the potential of home-based crafts such as weaving which could be developed into industrial centers. However, not all community members realize the potential. The community members don?t recognize that Troso is going to be developed as a tourist village. On the other hand, the way the community member doing their business is very ineffective. There is no coordination with other businessmen to accommodate and to control the business. Each entrepreneur is working on their tradition to enrich their own business. One entrepreneur to another is a competitor. For these reasons, the village needs to be developed in order to be efficient for the welfare of all people in Troso. Purpose of this research is to understand the existence of Tenun Ikat Troso industrial center and to evaluate development strategy of Tenun Ikat Troso industrial center as a tourist village in the district of Jepara. SWOT. The results show that (i) Strength – Opportunity strategy was focusing on digging deeper of the potency and then wrap them up in a specific brand which will impact on economic sector, (ii) Strength – Threat strategy was focusing on offering the potency of the village to investor to create added value of the village to attract tourists, (iii) Weakness – Opportunity strategy was focusing on building the community awareness of a tourist village plan and the importance of Troso weaving industry association, and (iv). Weakness – Threat strategy was focusing on identifying existing weaknesses of the Troso tourist village and then inviting other stakeholders to get involved in developing the village. The devastating earthquake on 28 July 2018 in Lombok and the COVID-19 pandemic have put high economic pressure on the community. It is not only the damage to economic infrastructure that stops business activities, but also very strict health protocols, especially social distancing and avoiding crowding that make business activities impossible. Trigona bee farm has been one of the productive activities to support the family economy for the people of North Lombok since decades ago. During the Covid-19 pandemic, which has been running for almost 10 months, the activities of Trigona beekeeping are still running; in fact, the demand has actually increased. This research aims to develop the best strategy to make business scale of Trigona honey and community income increase, using the SAST (Strategic Assumption Surfacing and Testing) method and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The results showed that the demand for trigona honey during the pandemic has actually increased, because this honey has a very complete nutritional content, which can be used to increase immunity against of COVID-19. There are three main problems that were faced by the trigona bee farmers to develop their business: Trigona seeds, cultivation technology, and business management. The best strategy to increase their business and income is cultivation system technology and providing added value.
