The purpose of this study was to analyze the shifting of Belalek tradition as seen from the factors of socio-cultural change, especially in the agricultural sector in the Sambas Malay society of Sentebang Village. The method used descriptive qualitative using observation, interview and documentation. The results revealed that people of Sentebang Village preferred to use the wage system compared to the remuneration system or called Belalek, the ease and efficiency of machine technology as a result of modernization, and the openness to changes and developments that occur. These three things have caused a shift in Belalek tradition.

The aims of this research is to determine the wage level about wage system and the effect of the wage system towards the performance of seasonal employees in PTPN X (Sugar Factory of Camming Bone). The research applied descriptive qualitative type. The population of this study involves all the seasonal workers of the grinding section which consist of 65 employees as the samples. The results of this study indicate that the wage system reaches 79.2% or it is in good category andthe employees performance reaches 83% or is in very good category. Later, based on the results of the hypothesis test, itindicates that there is a significant influence between the wage system and the performance of seasonal employees in PTPN X (Sugar Factory of Camming Bone). Keywords: wage system, employee performance

Abstract: Wage is still one of the issues that has always been in thespotlight, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia, especially inthe agricultural sector. Women in the work environment in the public sectorare often still distinguished from men in terms of the division of labor. Thedifference in the division of labor between men and women in agriculture,this is what affects the wage system and the tendency of gender inequalityand injustice. This is given that wage are a major component of one’sincome, so the wage rate is one indicator that can reflect the welfare of thecommunity. One of the solutions that must be done is the need for criticalassessment of the livelihood of the workers which has been a problem,especially the fulfillment of the wage of women laborers who are still low. Abstrak: Upah masih menjadi permasalahan terutama di negara-negaraberkembang, khususnya disektor pertanian. Dalam pembagian kerjadi sektor publik, perempuan dan laki-laki masih dibedakan. Perbedaanpembagian kerja antara laki-laki dan perempuan inilah yang kemudianmempengaruhi sistem pengupahan, yang pada akhirnya melahirkanketimpangan dan ketidakadilan gender.Hal ini mengingat bahwa upahmerupakan komponen utama dari pendapatan seseorang. Upah merupakansalah satu indikator yang dapat mencerminkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satusolusi yang harus dilakukan adalah perlunya kajian kritis atas penghidupan buruh yang selama ini masih menjadi persoalan,khususnya upah buruh perempuan tani yang masih rendah.

In Indonesia the drive to create public service innovations has become a new trend in efforts to improve services to the public One of them is Public Service Innovation named Raskin PKP Pattern. This research will look at the PKP Raskin Innovation pattern, Supporting Factors and inhibiting factors as well as about the obstacles in implementing the PKP Pattern Raskin Innovation in TTU District. The method used is descriptive qualitative observation and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the PKP innovation Raskin was born from the internal government of TTU Regency as an effort to develop the agricultural sector. This innovation has many advantages for the community, taking into account the conditions and previous agricultural patterns and maintaining local values that exist in the community. This innovation is not intended to be an innovation of low complexity because it is very possible to be tested and easy to observe. the supporting factor that drives the successful implementation of the PKP Raskin program is the Leader's Commitment. Whereas the inhibitor of the PKP Pattern Raskin Innovation was the lack of support from the legislature.Di Indonesia Dorongan untuk menciptakan inovasi pelayanan publik telah menjadi tren baru dalam upaya peningkatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Salah satunya Inovasi Pelayanan public yang diberi nama Raskin Pola PKP. Penelitian ini akan melihat inovasi Raskin Pola PKP, Fakor Pendukung dan fator penghambat sekaligus tentang kendala yang dalam penerapan Inovasi Raskin Pola PKP di Kabupaten TTU. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Inovasi Raskin pola PKP ini lahir dari internal pemerintah Kabupaten TTU sebagai upaya pengembangan pada sector pertanian. Inovasi ini memiliki banyak keuntungan bagi masyarakat, dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi dan pola pertanian sebelumnya dan mempertahankan nilai-nilai local yang ada dimasyarakat. Inovasi ini tidak termaksud dalam inovasi dalam tingkat kerumitan rendah karena sangat memungkinkan untuk diuji coba dan kemudahan untuk diamati. faktor pendukung yang mendorong keberhasilan penyelenggaraan program Raskin pola PKP ini adalah Komitmen Pemimpin. Sedangkan fator penghambat Inovasi Raskin Pola PKP ini adalah minimnya dukungan dari pihak legislative

ABSTRAKKampung Adat Cireundeu merupakan salah satu wilayah industri Kota Cimahi yang masih mempertahankan kegiatan pertanian. Keunggulan daerah (comparative advantage) yang dimiliki meningkatkan potensi Kampung Adat Cireundeu mengembangkan agribisnis singkong melalui penerapan agroindustri dan agrowisata berbasis kearifan lokal. Jumlah pengunjung yang masih sedikit dan fluktuatif akan menentukan jumlah permintaan produk agroindustri singkong karena sebagian besar konsumen merupakan pengunjung Kampung Adat Cireundeu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya keterkaitan antara agroindustri singkong dan agrowisata di Kampung Adat Cireundeu, dan mengetahui strategi yang tepat untuk pengembangan agribisnis di Kampung Adat Cireundeu berbasis kearifan lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan melakukan analisis deskriptif kualitatif pada 37 responden dengan alat analisis yang terdiri dari persepsi pengunjung, WTP, IFE, EFE, dan SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya keterkaitan antara agroindustri singkong dan agrowisata di Kampung Adat Cireundeu dengan posisi strategi pada kuadran 3 sehingga Kampung Adat Cireundeu perlu melakukan diversifikasi strategi. Strategi yang tepat untuk pengembangan agribisnis singkong di Kampung Adat Cireundeu berbasis kearifan lokal, yaitu 1) Memperkenalkan produk melalui media berupa brosur yang diberikan kepada konsumen yang pernah datang, 2) Mendirikan restoran yang bernuansa Kampung Adat Cireundeu, dan 3) Memperbanyak saluran pemasaran agar jaringan hubungan konsumen semakin luas. Kata kunci: Agroindustri, Agrowisata, Analisis Persepsi Pengunjung, WTP, dan SWOT.  STUDY OF LOCAL WISDOM-BASED CASSAVA  (Manihot esculenta) AGRIBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE APLLICATION OF AGRO-TOURISM IN THE CIREUNDEU VILLAGE ABSTRACTKampung Adat Cireundeu is one of areas an industrial Cimahi City who maintain the agricultural sector. The purpose of research is to know the linkages between agroindustry and agrowisata in Kampung Adat Cireundeu and know strategy proper to the development of agribusiness in Kampung Adat Cireundeu based on local cultural. Methods used is the case study by doing descriptive qualitative analysis in 37 respondents with a analysis of perception visitors, WTP, IFE, EFE, and SWOT. The result of the research indicated that the existence of the links between agroindustry and agrotourism in Kampung Adat Cireundeu with the position of strategy at the quadrant 3 that Kampung Adat Cireundeu need diversified strategy. The right strategy to the development agribusiness of cassava in Kampung Adat Cireundeu based on local wisdom, such as 1 ) Introducing products through the medium of in the form of a leaflet given to consumers that never came , 2 ) Created a restaurant Kampung Adat Cireundeu’s nuance, and 3 ) Make many marketing line so the consumer relations the larger. Keywords: Agroindustry, Agrotourism, Analysis Of Percepstion Visitors, WTP, and SWOT.

The purpose of this research was to determine the wages for oil palm plantations within the Islamic economic system. Descriptive qualitative with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions drawing was applied in this study. The results showed that the oil palm plantation wage system in determining the sharing was in accordance with the Islamic Economics principles because plantation owners discussed the number of wages to be given in advance. Regarding the time of payment procedure, the owner of the oil palm plantation did not delay the payment, the wages are given directly to workers after they have finished their routine. The oil palm plantation wage system has fulfilled the value of justice because wages were distributed based on each type of work performed. However, the provision of wages has not met the eligibility value, because the stipulated wages have not been able to meet the living needs of the workers even though the wages paid were in accordance with the minimum wages’ regulation of Indragiri Hilir Regency.

AbstrakTulisan ini merupakan penelitian studi lapangan dengan Judul Peran Elit Masyarakat: Studi Kebertahanan Adat Istiadat Di Kampung Adat Urug Bogor ini bertujuan pertama, menguji teori Ajip Rosidi mengenai Perubahan Sosial Budaya melalui data lapangan atau secara empiris. Kedua untuk mengungkapkan nilai-nilai budaya dalam adat istiadat atau kearifan lokal di Kampung Adat Urug dan menjelaskan peran Ketua Adatnya sebagai elit masyarakat dalam menjaga keberlangsungan adat istiadat tersebut. The role of the sub plantation sector in developing the economy of the province of Jambi is no doubt already seen from the large number of residents who work and drape perekonomiannya in sub plantation sector. the data showed more than 60 percent of farmland in the province of Jambi is used as a plantation. The problem related goals of this research are (1) to analyze the development of the vast land, labor, and GRP sub plantation sector in the province of Jambi, (2) analyze contributions subplantation sector against the agricultural sector and GDP the province of Jambi, (3) analyze the effect of Extensive Land and labor against the Output of the Sub Sector Plantation Jambi province. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative models by using regression Linear Regression and the contribution Multiplied by the method of OLS. The research results showed that (1) the development of land area, the workforce and GDP of sub sectors of the 2000-2015 period of Jambi province plantation continues to increase each year. (2) the variable land area and number of labor jointly or simultaneous affect GDP sub plantation sector province of Jambi. In the partial variable positive effect land area and significantly to GDP sub plantation sector province of Jambi. The main problem in this study is how to pay wages for making cages in Jorong Cambodia, Nagari Lubuk Jantan, North Lintau Buo District, Tanah Datar Regency, and how to review muamalah fiqh on wages for making quail cages in Jorong Cambodia, Nagari Lubuk Jantan, North Lintau Buo District, Tanah Regency. Flat. The purpose of this study was to find out and explain the wages for making quail cages and explain the fiqh muamalah review of wages for making quail cages in Jorong Cambodia, Nagari Lubuk Jantan, North Lintau Buo District. The type of research that the author uses is qualitative research, while the nature of the research is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative descriptive research is to describe phenomena that occur in the field as they are according to reality. Data collection was carried out using interview and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the research that the author did, it was concluded that the implementation of the wage system in the manufacture of quail cages, the owner of the cage asked for the contents of one box of 40 quails, then the total wages of one box was Rp. 120,000,-. If one row of wages Rp. 9,000,000, - then after the cage is ready, the owner fills a box with 50 quails, then the craftsman suffers a loss in one box of Rp. 30.000,-. one row of 75 boxes, the craftsman suffers a loss of Rp. 2.250.000,- in one row of quail cages. The form of aqad carried out by the owner of the cage with the worker who made the cage verbally, this is not in accordance with the agreement because there is an element of gharar which is not allowed because it will cause harm to one party or a mutual agreement and harm the party concerned. Overview of Fiqh Muamalah on wages in making The quail cage that occurred in Jorong Cambodia Nagari Lubuk Jantan was not in accordance with the Fiqh Muamalah concept because there was a loss caused by one of the parties. Islam forbids anything that harms one of the parties to the muamalah, every loss and harm must be eliminated.

Abstract This study aims to answer how a system remuneration wich are applied in the bricks business center in Limboto District and then review it in terms of the Islamic perspective. The research data is obtained through some samples business owners and laborer who works  in business center bricks  be subject  to this research. Technique data collection used is interview, observation and documentation then the data collected  next analyzed by using analysis with a pattern think inductive namely describe or explained  and assess data relating that deals  with remuneration system as argument with reason and legal basis. The research found the fact that remuneration system wich are applied in sentra bricks in Limboto District is a system  remuneration given in, while according to Islamic law that the system is not allowed, for in islam workers should pay their obligations then receive wages from then job.Abstrak  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab bagaimana sistem pengupahan yang diterapkan dalam sentra usaha batu bata di Kecamatan Limboto dan kemudian meninjaunya dari segi perspektif Islam.Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui beberapa sampel pemilik usaha dan buruh yang bekerja di sentra usaha batu bata yang menjadi subyek penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi kemudian data yang berhasil dikumpulkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis dengan pola pikir induktif yaitu menggambarkan atau menjelaskan dan menilai data terkait yang berhubungan dengan sistem pengupahan sebagai argumentasi dengan alasan dan dasar hukum.Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan fakta bahwa sistem pengupahan yang diterapkan dalam sentra batu bata di Kecamatan Limboto adalah sistem pengupahan dibayarkan diawal pekerjaan, sementara menurut hukum Islam bahwa sistem ini tidak diperbolehkan, sebab dalam Islam pekerja seharusnya menunaikan kewajibannya barulah menerima upah dari pekerjaan tersebut.

With the high competitiveness of organizations, the role of labor resources is increasingly growing as one of the fundamental factors of success. The staff, as the main source for the implementation the mission, have to be promoted. A fair remuneration system affects the employee’s performance. To my mind, the best system of remuneration is based on grading. The article deals with the theoretical features of the use of the grading system in a modern organization in terms of staff motivation. The article highlightes the importance of fairness in the wage system, there are several grading systems, which are divided depending on their complexity. Moreover, the stages of the introduction of the grading system based on grading are described, practical recommendations are given for the implementation of grading in the organization. What is more, the modern method of approving grades based on official grades is considered.
