Ferdinand De Saussure explains the meaning is concept that has or is present in a linguistic sign. Songs are a medium for expressing someone's feelings that are written in writing and have aesthetic values in these expressions. This study examines the meaning of a song, namely the Himalayan song sung by Maliq D'Essentials. The verse not only conveys the message openly, but there is a figurative meaning there. This research was conducted based on the author's observation of a song lyrics in the form of expressions of meaning, both denotative and connotative meanings. This research approach uses a semantic approach because semantics is a branch of science that studies the meaning of an expression. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used was the observation result technique, namely observing the Himalayan Maliq D'Essentials song as a research subject to study the meaning expression in each verse of the song with the depiction of the meaning of "Himalaya" as a figurative meaning expressed in denotation.

Abstract[English]: This study explains the experience of interfaith leaders in realizing religious harmony in Malang. The theory will be used the idea of spiritual connection and the meaning of religious peace on sharia and human rights theory. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological research approach. The research subject is an interfaith figure in Malang, who is incorporated in the Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB). The type of data presented is primary data from the results of in-depth interviews with the research subjects. The data that has been collected is analyzed in five stages, namely transcribing data as it is, reducing and eliminating data, classifying data, validating data, and making a description as a final report. The results of this study are twofold: The first, Malang City interfaith leaders are active in anticipating and resolving conflicts and maintaining religious harmony that has been created in various ways such as dialogue, silaturrahim and cooperation. The second, the interfaith leaders of Malang interpret religious harmony by mutual tolerance, mutual respect, and mutual freedom in terms of social and humanity but still in their faith by not uniting them.Abstrak[Indonesia]: Penelitian in menjelaskan pengalaman tokoh lintas agama dalam mewujudkan kerukunan umat beragama di Kota Malang. Teori yang akan digunakan adalah teori kerukunan umat beragama, teori hukum islam dan hak asasi manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian fenomenologi. Subjek penelitiannya adalah tokoh lintas agama di Kota Malang yang tergabung di Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB). Jenis data yang disajikan adalah data primer dari hasil wawancara mendalam dengan para subjek penelitian. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan lima tahapan yaitu mentranskrip data apa adanya, mereduksi dan mengeliminasi data, mengklasifikasi data, memvalidasi data, dan membuat deskripsi sebagai laporan akhir. Adapun hasil penelitian ini ada dua: Pertama, tokoh lintas agama Kota Malang aktif dalam mengantisipasi dan menyelesaiakan konflik serta memelihara kerukunan umat beragama yang sudah tercipta dengan berbagai cara seperti berdialog, silaturrahim dan gotong royong. Kedua, tokoh lintas agama Kota Malang memaknai kerukunan umat beragama dengan saling toleran, saling menghormati, dan saling memberi kebebasan dalam hal sosial dan kemanusiaan namun tetap dalam iman masing-masing dengan tidak menyatukannya.

This research to analyze the impact of closure policy Teleju brothel by Pekanbaru govermentin 2010. Guidelines for works are Pekanbaru Local Regulations No. 12 of 2008 on Social Order-liness. Closure this brothel inflicts positive and negative impact for society.The research wasconducted to obtain early stage formula for the government to take action against the prostitu-tion activities. This research uses policy research approach with a qualitative method, becausein prostitution activities and prohibition by goverment is an assessment that needs to be done byanalyzing documents and unstructured interview.The results showed that after the closing of the Teleju brothel have an impact on the deploy-ment of a prostitution and affect the economy of the surrounding residents. Government seeksto tackle prostitution in Pekanbaru by moving the brothel, conduct regular raids and providetraining. The effort is considered to be less than the maximum because the handling is not basedon the root of the problem and not programmed properly. There are several causes of failure ofgovernment to overcome the prostitution problem in Pekanbaru, including: policy content isless focus on the prostitution problem, the government did not proceeds with data, lack of finan-cial support, contra productive programs between local government with the police and TNI,and the policy object is difficult to be given understanding.

This study aims to identify local wisdom in Green Village Gedangsari, Gunungkidul Regency. This research uses qualitative method with combined data collection technique, there are observation, interview, and documentation. Some invention that have been identified as the findings of this research are (1) Tourism development in Green Village Gedangsari; (2) Some of the taboos that local people believe; (3) Local culinary; (4) The place of the sacred; (5) Nyadran and Rosulan Traditions; and (6) 4G development plan by Gedangsari community. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran simulasi berbasis TIK dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis siswa kelas IV SD/ MI dalam pembelajaran matematika ?. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir logis siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika serta persepsi siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika yang sulit dipahami dan menakutkan, sehingga dihadirkan sebuah inovasi dengan memanfaatkan model simulasi berbasis TIK. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain penelitian kepustakaan (library research), sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencari berbagai dokumentasi dari beberapa jurnal yang relevan dengan penelitian ini, kemudian dianalisis dan diambil kesimpulan. Jurnal yang digunakan adalah  terbitan sepuluh tahu terakhir yaitu mulai tahun 2010-2020. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa model simulasi berbasis TIK yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis siswa, dengan kata lain model pembelajaran simulasi berbasis TIK dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir logis siswa kelas IV SD/ MI. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari analisis 33 artikel yang relevan dengan penelitian ini, sehingga dapat dipakai dalam menentukan kesimpulanKata Kunci : simulasi, tik, berpikir logisAbstract :This study aims to determine Whether the ICT-based simulation learning model can contribute to the logical thinking skills of grade IV SD/ MI students in mathematics learning. This research is motivated by the low ability of students to think logically in mathematics learning and students’ perceptions of learning mathematics which is difficult to understand and scary, so that an innovation is presented by utilizing an ICT-based simulation model. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with library research desaign, while the data collection technique is done by looking for various documentation from several journal relevant to this research, then analyzed and conclusions drawn. The journal used are those of the last ten years, starting from 2010-2020. The results of this study indicate that the ICT-based simulation model applied in learning can contribute to student’s logical thinking skills, in other words, the ICT-based simulation learning model can foster logical thinking skills in grade IV SD/ MI students. This can be seen from the analysis of 33 articles relevant to this research, so that it can be used in determining conclusions.Keywords : simulation, ict, logical thinking

ABSTRACT Character education is one of the focus of educational goals in Indonesia. The importance of character education because of the declining ethics, morale of learners and the increasing popularity of student delinquency, such as brawl and drug addicts. Implementation of character education is very important to evaluate how the process and results. The research was conducted at SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The purpose of this study describes the implementation of lisa program, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Knowing the value of characters generated in the program lisa, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection technique, observation, interview and documentation. Suggestion of research result that is importance of socialization about character education to learners, teachers and society to support the embodiment of school program libra libra patujar. Schools should involve parents and community as partners in the coaching and habituation of student characters. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Mengetahui nilai karakter yang dihasilkan dalam program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Saran hasil penelitian yaitu pentingnya sosialisasi mengenai pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik, guru dan masyarakat untuk menunjang keterwujudan program sekolah lisa libra patujar. Sekolah harus melibatkan orang tua dan masyarakat sebagai partner dalam pembinaan dan pembiasaan karakter siswa. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Karakter, Nilai Karakter, Lisa, Libra Patujar

This study aims to find the economic development strategies of converts in the city of Padang. The research approach was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method by collecting data through interviews, documentation and focus group discussions. The research explains that the economic problems of converts to cities in the city are caused by the severance of family relations, lack of ability, lack of converts, lack of assistance and lack of community awareness. The strategy in the economic development of converts in the city of Padang is happy with four processes. First, the making of converts as a means of gathering converts and becomes problem solving for all converts in the city of Padang. Second, capacity building is carried out by conducting trainings that provide theability of converts so that converts have the opportunity to make a business. Third, the provision of financial assistance aims to enable the ability of entrepreneurs who have been trained to be implemented in the form of business through financial assistance from both the government and the private sector. Fourth, supervision and assistance to the business carried out by converts in order to survive and be developed so that they can help other converts. To see the effects of the concept of this strategy it is necessary to implement all of these strategies so that they can be assessed and evaluated in an effort to improve the economy of converts.

The Phenomenon of Bia Music in Batu village community needs to be closely examined considering that the Bia Music in the past to the present time is shifting and changing, due to lack of awareness, people's behavior towards Mia Music. The music of this tradition is very apprehensive to see the reality of the players from year to year diminishing in quantity and quality. The purpose of this research is to analyze: (1) Function of Bia Music, (2) Social reality that happened in society. This research uses qualitative method with data collection technique of interview, observation and document study. The technique of data validity is based on the credibility criteria, using triangulation of data. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the Functions of Bia Music, among others, as a medium of ritual, communication media, into evangelism media, events of cultural festivals, education, association, entertainment and publicity. There are three moments of dialectics in the social realities of externalization, objectivity, and internalization.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemberian insentif RT dan RW yang diukur pada sembilan indikator kinerja yang semuanya terkait dengan aplikasi program Pemkot Makassar. Tehnik pengumpulan data studi lapang ini terdiri dari observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Makassar tepatnya di Kecamatan Rappocini dengan 11 Kelurahan sebagai obyek penelitian yang akan dikaji. Pendekatan peneltian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif yang tujuannya untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai fenomena yang terjadi. Dampak yang diharapkan dari perwali Kota makassar No 3 tahun 2016 tentang pemberian insentif kepada RT dan RW sekota Makassar khususnya Kecamatan Rappocini adalah penerapan pelayanan yang mampu bersinergi secara positif antara masyarakat dengan aparatur pemerintah terkecil RT/RW dan pemberian insentif bagi RT/RW sesuai dengan kebijakan yang ada. Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Pemerintah, Pemberian Insentif, Ketua RT/RW Abstract The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of RT and RW incentives as measured on nine performance indicators, all of which are related to the application of the Makassar Municipal Government program. This field study data collection technique consists of observation, interview and documentation. The methods of data collection in this study are interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted in makassar city precisely in Rappocini sub-district with 11 villages as the object of research to be studied. This research approach uses qualitative analysis with descriptive type whose purpose is to provide an overview of the phenomenon that occurs. The expected impact of makassar City Trust No. 3 of 2016 on providing incentives to RT and RW in Makassar, especially Rappocini Subdistrict, is the implementation of services that are able to synergize positively between the community with the smallest government apparatus RT / RW and provide incentives for RT / RW in accordance with existing policies. Individuals use language as a means of communication everywhere and at all times. In today's world, figurative language is often encountered in everyday life, such as in song lyrics. Figurative language is a way of describing something without saying it directly. This research aims to investigate the figurative languages found in the lyrics of the song "Grenade" by analyzing their context and attempting to decipher their meaning. The data tool is song lyrics found on the internet, and the research approach is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results revealed that this album employs figurative language such as metaphor, hyperbole, and repetition. Furthermore, the most figurative words used in the lyrics is hyperbole. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan alih kode dan campur kode yang terdapat dalam lirik lagu  Aimer album Dawn dan Sleepless Nights. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang mengandalkan uraian berupa lirik lagu. Dalam lirik lagu  Aimer album Dawn dan Sleepless Nights  menunjukkan bahwa terdapat alih kode ekstern (outer code switching) dari bahasa Jepang ke bahasa Inggris. Adapun bentuk campur kode yang terdapat adalah campur kode ekstern (outer code switching) dalam wujud frasa, kata, dan kalimat.Kata kunci: Sosiolinguistik, dwibahasa, alih kode, campur kode, lirik lagu  Abstract: This study aims to describe the code switching and code mix contained in the lyrics of the song Aimer album ‘Dawn’ and ‘Sleepless Nights’. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, a research that relies on the description in the form of song lyrics. In the lyrics of the song Aimer album ‘Dawn’ and ‘Sleepless Nights’ shows that there is an external code switching from Japanese to English.
