AbstractCivic Education is a very important subject in efforts to build the nation's character. Character building through Civics includes integrating character values in lectures. Value clarification techniques are considered superior for affective learning (learning to form attitudes/values). Through value clarification, learning activities no longer require students to memorize and understand the values that have been chosen by others but are assisted in finding, analyzing, taking responsibility, developing, choosing, taking attitudes, and practising the values in their own lives. This research is a pre-experimental research design. The method used in this research is the Intact Group Comparison design method. The research subjects were students of the Department of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) UNJA who took the general course of civic education. Subjects were divided into 2 groups, namely the control group using the conventional approach, and the experimental group using the Value clarification techniques. The instrument used in this study is a test instrument. The collected data were analyzed using the t-test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the integration of character education in civic education courses through Value clarification techniques is more effective than conventional ones._________AbstrakPendidikan Kewarganegaraan merupakan mata kuliah yang sangat penting dalam upaya pembangunan karakter bangsa. Pembangunan karakter melalui PKn di antaranya pengintegrasian nilai-nilai karakter dalam perkuliahan. Teknik klarifikasi nilai dianggap lebih unggul untuk pembelajaran afektif (pembelajaran pembentukan sikap/nilai). Melalui pengklarifikasian nilai, kegiatan pembelajaran tidak lagi sekedar menuntut peserta didik agar hafal dan paham akan nilai-nilai yang sudah dipilihkan pihak lain, melainkan dibantu untuk mencari, menganalisa, mempertanggung jawabkan, mengembangkan, memilih, mengambil sikap, dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai dalam kehidupannya sendiri. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Pre-Eksperimental Design. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode rancangan Intact Group Comparison. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) UNJA yang mengikuti mata kuliah umum PKn. Subjek dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yakni kelompok kontrol dengan menggunakan pendekatan konvensional, dan eksperimen menggunakan Teknik klarifikasi nilai. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pengintegrasian pendidikan karakter dalam mata kuliah PKn melalui Teknik klarifikasi nilai lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan konvensional.

Civic Education is one of the courses that carry the mission of character education. Compared to other courses, Civic Education course play an important role in teaching character education, meaning that in both courses, character education must be the lecture’s main goal. Civic education is a field of study that carries out the national mission to educate Indonesian people through value-based education. One of the adaptive models in improving the quality of civic education as a manifestation of character building is through Project Citizen. This study aims to determine the effect of project citizen model in the learning interest of students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Sciences (FKIP) University of Jambi (UNJA) in learning civic education as an embodiment of character education. The type of research is an experimental research which is used in Pre-Experimental Design using the Intact Group Comparison draft. In this design, one group of study was divided into a treatment group and a non-treatment group. The population of the study was all of FKIP UNJA students, while the sample was students of class A of the Department of Early Childhood Education (PAUD). The research instrument used was a learning interest questionnaire with questions and statements measured using a Likert scale. The data was then analyzed by the T-test using SPSS 21 software for Windows. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the project citizen model has a significant effect on FKIP UNJA students’ learning interest in learning civic education as an embodiment of character education.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian positive reinforcement terhadap rasa percaya diri anak kelompok B TK Dharma Widya Kumara Denpasar Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Rasa percaya diri adalah perasaan yakin dan mampu akan kemampuan diri sendiri yang merupakan modal setiap manusia menuju suatu kesuksesan, mudah bergaul, beinteraksi, dan lebih mudah menyerap informasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperiment dengan rancangan yang digunakan adalah Intact Group comparison. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 4 kelas yang berjumlah 85 anak. sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 42 anak. Penentuan sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pada kelompok eksperimen diberikan positive reinforcement sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil analisis diperoleh thitung = 7,84 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk (21+21-2=40) diperoleh ttabel = 2,021 sehingga thitung 7,84 > ttabel 2,021. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian, maka H0 ditolak. Adapun nilai rata-rata rasa percaya diri pada kelompok anak yang diberikan positive reinforcement adalah 81,34 sedangkan pada kelompok anak yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional adalah 64,79. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian positive reinforcement dapat berpengaruh terhadap rasa percaya diri anak kelompok B TK Dharma Widya Kumara Denpasar Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Berdasarkan simpulan tersebut, maka disarankan kepada guru agar menciptakan suasana belajar yang efektif dan menyenangkan dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif untuk membentuk rasa percaya diri anakKata Kunci : positive reinforcement, rasa percaya diri This study aims to determine the effect of giving positive reinforcement on the confidence of children in the B group Dharma Widya Kumara Kindergarten Denpasar Academic Year 2018/2019. Self-confidence is feeling confident and capable of one's own abilities which is the capital of every human being towards a success, easy to interact, interact with, and more easily absorb information. This research is a pre-experiment research with the design used is Intact Group comparison. The population of this study were 4 classes totaling 85 children. the sample used in this study amounted to 42 children. Determination of the sample is by using random sampling technique. In the experimental group given positive reinforcement while in the control group learned by conventional learning. Data collection is done using the observation method. The data obtained were analyzed using the t-test. The results of the analysis obtained thitung = 7.84 at the significance level of 5% with dk (21 + 21-2 = 40) obtained t table = 2.021 so that tcount 7.84> t table 2.021. Based on the testing criteria, H0 is rejected. Character education is so important that the essentiality is emphasized in families, schools, societies and even nations nowadays. Modern citizens should cultivate basic character education, in which responsibility is a character trait. In addition to situations, good instructional design and the application of proper instructional strategies, different experience operation in sporting activities, learning social behavior by participating in sports, and developing sportsmanship for social life are covered in character education for developing good character. Nonequivalent pretest/posttest control group design is applied in this study to precede quasi-experimental study, with total 112 students in two classes in a university in Fujian Province as the experimental research subjects. An experimental class (56 students) is taught with Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility, and the other control class (56 students) remains traditional teaching. The experimental teaching research is preceded for 32 weeks (3 hours per week for total 96 hours); Sport Education Model is integrated into the instruction in the last 16 weeks, but not the first 16 weeks. The research results are summarized as followings: Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility presents remarkable effects on sense of responsibility; Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility reveals notable effects on exercise self-efficacy; Sport Education Model appears significant effects on sense of responsibility; Sport Education Model presents remarkable effects on exercise self-efficacy; Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility integrated Sport Education Model could best enhance sense of responsibility; Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility integrated Sport Education Model could best promote exercise self-efficacy. According to the results, suggestions are proposed, expecting to cultivate good physical fitness of students and enhance the motor skills to achieve the idea of Sport for All as well as to cultivate personal responsibility and teamwork spirit of students.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the use of visual media-based office mix  media on science students in the third-semesterf PGSD study Program in Universitas PGRI Madiun in the academic year 2016/2017. This research was a quantitative research with experimental research method. The research design used in this research was Pre Experimental Design with Intact-Group Comparison. In this research, there were two groups selected, that were experimental group and control group. The research subjects were the third semester students consisting of 2 classes, consisting of 37 and 36 student. The data collection technique was done through test, observation and interview. The determination of control class and experiment class was done by simple random sampling technique. In analyzing the data, it was used tatistical methods with t-test (t-test). From the hypothesis test analysis by using t-test with 5% significance level, it was obtained the value of t obs = 19.18 while t table = 1.685. BecauseTobs>t table Ha is accepted. Penentuan kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Dalam menganalisis data, digunakan metode statistik dengan t-test (uji-t). Dari analisis uji hipotesis soal tes menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, diperoleh nilai = 19,18 sedangkan = 1,685 Karena > maka diterima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode bercerita menggunakan cerita rakyat terhadap perilaku empati anak kelompok B. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan desain intact-group comparison. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak kelompok B TK Negeri Pembina Kecamatan Abiansemal berjumlah 103 anak. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling, sehingga diperoleh kelompok B3 sebanyak 30 anak sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok B2 sebanyak 28 anak sebagai kelompok kontrol. Data perilaku empati dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik non-tes berupa observasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kelompok eksperimen (70,43) lebih tinggi daripada nilai rata-rata kelompok kontrol (53,32). Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t dengan dk = 56 dan α = 5%, diperoleh thitung > ttabel (6,155 > 2,003) maka Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan metode bercerita menggunakan cerita rakyat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku empati anak kelompok B TK Negeri Pembina Kecamatan Abiansemal Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disarankan kepada guru agar menggunakan metode bercerita jenis cerita rakyat sebagai metode pembelajaran dalam membentuk perilaku empati anak.Kata Kunci : metode bercerita, cerita rakyat, perilaku empati, anak usia dini This research aimed to determine the effect of story telling method use a folklore to an empathy behavior of children in group B. This research was a Pre-Experiment with Intact-Group Comparison design. The population was all children of group B in TK Negeri Pembina Abiansemal amount 103 children. The sample in this research was determine by using random sampling technique, with the result that B3 group of 30 children as experiment group and B2 group of 28 children as control group. Empathy behavior data collected by using non-test techniques, that was observation method, then analyzed by t-test. The results of this research indicate that the average score of the experimental group (70,43) is higher than the average score of the control group (53.32). Based on the result of t-test analysis with df = 56 and α = 5% obtained tcount > ttable (6,155 > 2,003) then Ho is rejected. Thus it could be conclude that there is story telling method using folklore influential to the empathy behavior of children group B in TK Negeri Pembina Abiansemal Academic Year 2017/2018. Based on the results, it can be suggest to teacher to use the story telling method of folklore as a method of learning in shaping empathy behavior of children.keyword : story telling method, folklore, empathy behavior, early childhood

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode bercerita berbantuan boneka tangan terhadap perilaku empati anak kelompok B TK Nirartha 1 Benoa Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Perilaku empati adalah kemampuan seorang individu dalam mengerti, mengenal, merasakan dan merespon perasaan yang dirasakan orang lain. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperiment dengan rancangan yang digunakan adalah Intact Group comparison. Populasi pada penlitian ini berjumlah 5 kelas.. Penentuan sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kelompok B1 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dengan jumlah anak sebanyak 21 anak dan kelompok B5 sebagai kelompok kontrol dengan jumlah anak sebanyak 20 anak Pada kelompok eksperimen dibelajarkan dengan metode bercerita berbantuan boneka tangan sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil analisis diperoleh thitung = 6,27 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk 39 diperoleh ttabel = 2,021 sehingga thitung 6,27 > ttabel = 2,021. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian, maka H0 ditolak. Adapun nilai rata-rata perilaku empati pada kelompok anak yang dibelajarkan dengan metode bercerita berbantuan boneka tangan adalah 79,37 sedangkan pada kelompok anak yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional adalah 63,64. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode bercerita berbantuan boneka tangan dapat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku empati pada anak kelompok B TK Nirartha 1 Benoa Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Elektrokardiogram (EKG) merupakan suatu sinyal yang terbentuk sebagai hasil dari aktivitas listrik jantung, sinyal ekg mempunyai bentuk spesifik sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk menentukan kondisi kesehatan jantung. Pemeriksaan EKG pasien diharuskan membuka baju, di mana hal ini mengakibatkan pasien kurang nyaman. Hasil wawancara terhadap pasien yang akan dilakukan EKG, semua responden mengalami rasa malu atau kurang nyaman ketika pemasangan EKG terutama pasien perempuan karena daerah dada dibuka. Salah satu tindakan untuk meningkatkan rasa nyaman dengan menggunakan baju ANT-VGAR yang digunakan untuk menutupi area dada pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh baju ANT-VGAR terhadap rasa nyaman pasien pada pemeriksaan EKG. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasy exsperimen dengan pendekatan intact group comparison. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien yang akan dilakukan pemeriksaan EKG dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 30 responden yang dibagi dua kelompok, 15 responden kelompok intervensi dan 15 responden kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Standar prosedur Operasional  (SPO) baju ANT-VGAR dan kuesioner rasa nyaman untuk mengukur kenyamanan responden saat pemeriksaan EKG. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai rerata rasa nyaman pasien pada kelompok intervensi 22,53 dan pada kelompok kontrol 19,86. Hasil uji Man Whitney didapatkan perbedaan yang signifikan rerata rasa nyaman pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi dengan p-value (0,023). Baju ANT-VGAR meningkatkan rasa nyaman  pasien pada pemeriksaan EKG. Kata Kunci : rasa nyaman; baju ANT-VGAR; pemeriksaan EKG ANT-VGAR CLOTHING FOR PATIENTS’ COMFORT ON ELECTROCARDIOGRAM EXAMINATION ABSTRACT Electrocardiogram (ECG) is a signal that is formed as a result of electrical activity of the heart; ECG signal has a specific shape so that it can be used as a reference to determine the condition of heart health. ECG examination requires the patient to undress that’s causing the patient feel less comfortable. The results of interviews with the patients who would have an ECG examination showed that all respondents feel embarrassed or uncomfortable when installing an ECG, especially female patients because the chest area is opened. Using ANT-VGA cloth to cover chest area was an effort to reducing uncomfort feeling for patients. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of ANT-VGAR clothing on the comfort of the patient during the examination.This study used quasy exsperiment with an intact group comparison approach. The respondents used in this research were the patients of ECG examination with purposive sampling . A total of 30 respondents were divided into two groups, 15 respondents in the intervention group and 15 respondents in the control group. The instrument used was the Standart Operational Prosedure (SOP) ANT-VGAR shirt used during the ECG examination and a comfort questionnaire to measure the respondents' comfort during the ECG examination. The mean value of comfort in the intervention group was 22.53 and in the control group were 19.86. Whitney Man test results obtained significant differences in the average comfort in the control group and the intervention group with p-value (0.023). The results of this study concluded that there is an influence of the ANT-VGAR shirt on the comfort of the patient during the ECG examination. Keywords: patient comfort; ANT-VGAR shirt; ECG examination

The purpose of this study is to produce instructional media of ICT guidance based on Mobile Learning using Moodle Mobile App that is valid, practical, and effective. This type of research is Research and Development (R & D). The development model used is the ADDIE model. The experimental method used Intact-Group Comparison. The sample was students of class X at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Geringging. The instrument was validation questionnaire to measure validity, response questionnaires to measure the practice, and post-test questions of multiple choice to measure the effectiveness of developed media.  The results showed that media declared valid by the validator assessment, and practically use by teachers and learners. Percentage of classical completeness at experiment group reached 87,5%, and 12,5%  for classical incompleteness. While the control group reached 25% for classical completeness, and 75% for classical incompleteness. It means that ICT guidance media based on Mobile Learning using Moodle Mobile App is "valid, practically, and effective" to use in ICT guidance learning process.

Childhood is a stage in life where a children's foundation is starting to be built to prepare them for all aspects of life in adulthood. It is a stage where children learn and understand how to behave from the environment they live in. Childhood delinquency and immorality can continue up to adulthood. If that happens, it will affect the family's dwelling experience, the environment, and the child itself. That way, character building in childhood becomes very important. Children need moral and social education and training. The character education in elementary schools in Indonesia, one of the sources for the acquisition of knowledge for Indonesian children, is proven ineffective. A Place for Child’s Character Building in West Cengkareng aims to instill moral character values into children by giving moral lessons through play because play is an important component for child development. With the child-centric design method, children can freely and safely explore and use their imagination and creativity. This project is expected to be able to make children noble, confident, and responsible in interacting with the social and natural environment and living in society through pretend play, cooperative play, moral story books, moral films, dramatic role plays, service learning, and caring for animals and plants. The project is located close to the primary schools in West Cengkareng, acting as an educational facilities are located close to them to support character education in their schools. This project aims to create dwelling that prevents adult crime that is safe and enjoyable. Keywords:  play; child-centric design; dwelling; moral; character building AbstrakMasa kanak-kanak adalah masa dibangunnya pondasi anak untuk menjalani semua aspek kehidupan di masa dewasa, dimana anak-anak belajar, mengenal, mengetahui, dan mengerti cara bersikap dan berperilaku dari lingkungan sekitarnya. Kenakalan dan ketidakmoralan pada masa kanak-kanak mempunyai potensi untuk berlanjut dan bertumbuh menjadi kriminalitas pada masa dewasa. Jika hal tersebut terjadi, akan mempengaruhi pengalaman dwelling keluarga, lingkungan, dan anak itu sendiri. Dengan begitu, pembentukan karakter pada masa kanak-kanak menjadi sangat penting. Anak membutuhkan pendidikan dan pelatihan moral dan sosial. Pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar di Indonesia, salah satu sumber terutama untuk pemerolehan ilmu dan pendidikan bagi anak Indonesia terbukti kurang efektif. Wadah Pembentukan Karakter Anak Lewat Bermain di Cengkareng Barat sebagai proyek bertujuan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter bermoral ke dalam anak dengan memberi pelajaran moral menggunakan metode bermain, karena bermain berupa komponen penting bagi perkembangan anak. Dengan metode perancangan child-centric design, anak-anak dapat secara bebas dan aman bereksplorasi dan menggunakan imajinasi dan kreativitasnya. Proyek ini diharapkan dapat membuat anak menjadi berakhlak mulia, percaya diri, dan bertanggung jawab dalam berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sosial dan alam, dan hidup bermasyarakat melalui pretend play, cooperative play, buku cerita bermoral, film bermoral, dramatic role play, service learning, dan memelihara hewan dan tumbuhan. Proyek berada dekat dengan sekolah-sekolah dasar di Cengkareng Barat, sebagai fasilitas edukatif yang terletak dekat dengannya untuk mendukung pendidikan karakter di sekolahnya. Proyek bertujuan untuk menciptakan dwelling yang mencegah kriminalitas masa dewasa yang aman dan menyenangkan.

This study aims to examine the imaging of punakawan figures in Javanese puppetry in order to increase the values in the character education of students in the world of education through symbolic meaning, especially in early childhood, namely the PGPAUD Study Program at STKIP Bina Insan Mandiri Surabaya. This research was conducted because the authors see that education quality is increasingly declining today. This proves that education without character and character has been considered a failure to educate the children of the nation, especially in preserving Javanese culture through wayang. Many school children and students are clever in answering exam questions, intelligent, but mentally weak, timid, and behavior is not commendable and commits prohibited acts. With the theory of images and symbols in the puppet writer's analysis to analyze the image of clowns. The Punakawan is a symbol of the imaging of values in Javanese puppetry which is transferred to knowledgekan in early childhood. This understanding is carried out as a provision of understanding on the cultivation of character in life. Cultural and national character education is very intensively carried out in the world of education because it aims to prepare students to become better citizens, namely citizens who have the ability, willingness, and apply the values of Pancasila in their lives as Indonesian citizens starting from early childhood. This study uses interpretive descriptive methods and literature using image theory and symbols in wayang. The research used in this study also aims to understand what phenomena are experienced by the research subjects. Through this research, descriptive data collected is in the form of words and symbols. In this study, early childhood or humans play an important role as an instrument. The instrument is a primary data collection tool in the form of observations, interviews, or a review of documents. The results of this study can be formulated that the image of punakawan figures in Javanese puppet shows a symbolic meaning, namely punakawan in Javanese puppets as pandawa servants who have exemplary attitudes (honesty, justice, not easy to give up / despair, and a high sense of nationalism) that is very necessary and implied into the value of character education. Character education in character education courses for students especially PGPAUD STKIP Bina Insan Mandiri Surabaya study program students so that they can produce a nation of good quality in terms of intellectual, personality and character in the future.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pencitraan pada tokoh punakawan dalam pewayangan Jawa guna meningkatkan nilai-nilai dalam pendidikan karakter peserta didik di dunia pendidikan melalui makna simbolik khususnya pada anak usia dini yakni pada Prodi PGPAUD di STKIP Bina Insan Mandiri Surabaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena penulis melihat pendidikan yang kualitasnya semakin menurun dewasa ini. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pendidikan tanpa karakter dan budi pekerti telah di anggap gagal mendidik anak bangsa khususnya dalam melestarikan budaya Jawa melalui pewayangan. Banyak anak sekolah dan peserta didik yang pandai dalam menjawab soal ujian, berotak cerdas, tetapi mentalnya lemah, penakut, dan perilakunya tidak terpuji serta melakukan perbuatan terlarang. Dengan adanya teori citra dan simbol dalam pewayangan penulis melakukan analisis untuk mengkaji citra punakawan. Punakawan tersebut merupakan simbol dari pencitraan nilai dalam pewayangan Jawa yang di transfer knowledgekan pada anak usia dini. Pemahaman ini dilakukan sebagai bekal pemahaman pada penanaman budi pekerti dalam kehidupan. Pendidikan budaya dan karakter bangsa sangat gencar dilaksanakan di dunia pendidikan karena bertujuan mempersiapkan peserta didik menjadi warga negara yang lebih baik, yaitu warga negara yang memiliki kemampuan, kemauan, dan menerapkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupannya sebagai warga negara Indonesia yang dimulai dari anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif interpretatif dan kepustakaan dengan menggunakan teori citra dan simbol pada pewayangan. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian. Melalui penelitian ini, deskriptif data yang dikumpulkan yaitu berupa kata-kata dan simbol. Dalam penelitian ini, anak usia dini ataupun manusia berperan penting sebagai instrument. Instrumen tersebut menjadi alat pengumpul data utama yang berupa pengamatan, wawancara, atau penelaahan dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dirumuskan bahwa citra tokoh punakawan dalam pewayangan Jawa didapatkan makna simbolik, yakni punakawan dalam pewayangan Jawa sebagai para abdi pandawa yang mempunyai keteladanan sikap (kejujuran, keadilan, tidak mudah menyerah/berputus asa, dan rasa nasionalisme yang tinggi) yang sangat diperlukan dan diimplikasikan kedalam nilai pendidikan karakter. Pendidikan karakter pada mata kuliah pendidikan budi pekerti untuk mahasiswa khususnya mahasiswa prodi PGPAUD STKIP Bina Insan Mandiri Surabaya sehingga bisa mencetak generasi bangsa yang berkualitas baik dalam segi intelektual, kepribadian dan karakter di masa depan.
