This article aims to determine the description and level of work engagement of millennial generation employees at PT X. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The study population was all employees of the millennial generation of PT. X total 132 employees. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with a total of 57 people. Collecting data in the form of a work engagement questionnaire with dimensions of vigor, dedication and absorption, interviews, and observation. The results obtained in this study are employees of the millennial generation of PT. X majority has high level of work engagement, meaning that most employees experience a positive state of mind regarding their work. This is shown when the millennial generation employees of PT. X   able to stay focused and concentrated on work even though the work is tough, feels that what he is doing is a noble job, and enjoys a very intense job (full of concentration).  Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan tingkat work engagement karyawan generasi milenial di PT X. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan generasi milenial PT. X yang berjumlah 132 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah 57 orang. Pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner work engagement dengan dimensi vigor, dedication dan absorption, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan generasi milenial PT. X mayoritas memiliki work engagement pada tingkat tinggi, artinya sebagian besar karyawan mengalami keadaan pikiran positif terkait pekerjaannya. Hal ini ditunjukkan ketika bekerja karyawan generasi milenial PT. X mampu tetap fokus dan konsentrasi terhadap pekerjaan walaupun pekerjaan tersebut berat, merasa apa yang dikerjakan merupakan pekerjaan mulia, dan menikmati pekerjaan yang sangat intens (penuh konsentrasi).

The purpose of this research is to know the students' ability in using question tags in the modal auxiliary format eleventh grade of SMA PGRI Tembilahan. Based on the limitation of the problem, the researcher limits the problem in using question tag in modal auxiliary form just focuses on the use modal of can, could, will, would, and should. The researcher conducted a short observation to know the number of classes at the eleventh grade of SMA PGRI Tembilahan. The number of eleventh-grade students just consists of one class, namely Class A. The total of the eleventh-grade students is 20 students. The population of this research was all of the eleventh-grade students because the sample of population less than 100 the researcher used total sampling technique. The researcher used a quantitative method to get the data needed. The research instrument in this research is testing and collected by individual test scores of students where they are asked to identify and using question tags according to the instruction given with the total correct (25). So that, each correct question tag in the modal auxiliary form will be scored by 4. Based on the result of the test, the mean score of the question tag in the modal auxiliary form was 82.6. It was categorized very high level, which included in the interval 81-100. Where 14 students get in a very good score, 5 students get in a good score, 1 student gets in a moderate score and there is no get in a low and very low score. Based on that explanation above, we can conclude that the students' ability in using question tag in modal auxiliary format eleventh grade of SMA PGRI Tembilahan includes in the realm of the category nice and understanding to use question tag in modal auxiliary form.

This study aimed to describe the resilience level of female adolescence who experienced as bullying victim. A crossectional design and descriptive approach were selected. About 329 female adolescence who experienced as bullied at some high school at Semarang city, Indonesia were recruited as respondent using purposive sampling technique. The Adolescence Resilience Scale was used to measure the resilience levels. Results showed that 48.93% respondent reached the high level of resilience; 41.34% respondents the middle; and only 9.73% respondents had the lower of resilience. Therefore, partnership between school nurses, school personnel, and parents are necessary to develop the anti-bullying program as holistic interventions; hence it can depress the negative impact of bullying by increasing the bullying victim’s resilience. This study aims to describe the motivation of STKIP Pasundan Cimahi students in participating in sports UKM activities. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The study population was STKIP Pasundan Cimahi students majoring in Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR) with a sample of students sitting at level one, two, and three as many as 148 people. The sampling technique uses probability sampling techniques namely Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data collection techniques using motivational instrument questionnaires developed refer to the dimensions of the concept developed by Decy & Ryan (1985, 2000) which Hidayat then adapted and developed the instrument in the context of physical education (2010), and the context of badminton training (2012). The results of this study show a probability value of 0.240 for gender, 0.974 types of sports and 0.365 interactions, both greater than 0.05, then Ho is accepted. This means that there is no influence of gender, type of sport and their interaction on extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation of students in participating in sports UKM.

The COVID-19 pandemic is a complex problem in the life of Indonesian society today, including aspects of individual personality. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the level of adolescent loneliness during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used quantitative method research with a descriptive approach. The sample were 300 adolescents that selected by convenience sampling technique. The results showed that the level of loneliness of adolescents during the COVID-19 pandemic was in a quite high category with a proportion of 43%, 10% in high category, and 1,7% in very high category. It means the adolescent need to be more attention so that teenagers can lead a normal life in their daily lives.

ABSTRACTPharmaceutical serviced have an important role in creating quality health to improve the quality of life of patients. The research purposed to measure the percentage of compliance wit the implementation of pharmaceutical serviced at Kimia Farma Pharmacy in Kotamobagu City, based on the Regulation of the Indonesia minister of health regulation Number 73/ 2016. This research used quantitative method with descriptive approach. The population in this study were all Kimia Farma Pharmacy in Kotamobagu City. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling Data were obtained through observation and filling out questionnaires. Based on the research results, it is known that the resource management of Pharmacy A, B, C has a percentage of 96% and Pharmacy D of 92%. The percentage of pharmaceutical services at Pharmacy A and C is 100%, Pharmacy B is 97% and Pharmacy D is 87%. Based on the research results, it is known that all Kimia Farma pharmacies in Kotamobagu City are categorized as good, including the aspects of resource management and clinical pharmacy services. Keywords : Pharmacy, Pharmacist, Pharmaceutical Service Standards ABSTRAKPelayanan kefarmasian berperan penting dalam mewujudkan kesehatan yang bermutu untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur persentase kesesuaian penerapan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma di Kota  Kotamobagu berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Rupublik Indonesia Nomor 73 Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh Apotek Kimia Farma di Kota Kotamobagu.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Pengambilan data melalui observasi langsung dan pengisian kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui pengelolaan sumber daya Apotek A, B, C memiliki persentase sebesar 96 % dan Apotek D sebesar 92 %. Persentase pelayanan kefarmasian pada Apotek A dan C sebesar 100%, Apotek B sebesar 97 % dan Apotek D sebesar 87 %. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa seluruh apotek Kimia Farma di Kota Kotamobagu dikategorikan baik yang meliputi aspek pengelolaan sumber daya dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Kata kunci : Apotek, Apoteker, Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian

AbstractDuring the past decade, a great deal of research has been carried out on the importance of employee engagement. In various studies, engagement is viewed as a positive state of mind of overwhelming satisfaction, which is characterized by feelings of vigour, dedication and absorption. In this article, ‘vigour’ refers to a state of mind in which individuals feel energetic, fit, strong and indefatigable. ‘Dedication’ refers to a state of mind in which individuals feel highly engaged by their work, which inspires them, and makes them feel proud and enthusiastic. ‘Absorption’ refers to a pleasant state of mind in which individuals are fully immersed in their work. This article provides an overview of a number of perspectives on leadership and discusses which leadership factors are likely to be the most effective in ensuring that employees remain engaged and productive. It also provides a conceptual model for further research on the relationship between leadership styles and work engagement.

This research aims to determine the students' motives in pursuing e-sport games. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 50 students at Suryakancana University, and used a questionnaire instrument with the motives of students pursuing e-sport games. The results obtained are 23% motives for spending time, 22% motives for seeking information, 21% motives for interpersonal relationships, 20% motives for convenience, and 15% motives for entertainment. It is recommended for students to make university education a top priority and not to make e-sport games an obstacle to keep achieving at university. E-sports competitions in Indonesia are often held, especially at the student level. With more frequent competitions to encourage students to excel.Key words: motives, students, e-sport games.

Summary The aim of this article is to exemplify the results of researches on work engagement in the company operating in the IT sector. The research methodology includes the studies of scientific literature and the quantitative method (survey questionnaire). The sample in the study comprises 509 employees of a company operating in the IT sector. Work engagement was measured with of the original 17-item Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). Using in the research a standardized tool gives the opportunity to compare different results obtained in subsequent periods of time in the company, as well as, it can be the point of reference in the assessment of work engagement in other companies of the IT and other sectors. The results of the research show a relatively high level of work engagement in the composite aspect and its individual dimensions and subdimensions in the company operating in the IT sector. The scientific literature studies provide the managers with information on how various issues are related to the level of work engagement and on the usefulness of periodic researches in the company. However, the results of the empiric research help the managers to diagnose of the work engagement and to take more conscious decisions how to improve or maintain it on the same level. The research findings give the overview on the topic of work engagement level in a big IT company.

The positive psychology movement involves putting an emphasis on investigating positive qualities of individuals. The movement has also affected work psychology domain. One of the most outstanding topics in the work psychology domain has been work engagement. Work engagement, defined as a positive state of mind, characterized by vigor, dedication, and absorption, has been studied in relation to individual resources and performance indicators. Primary objective of this chapter is to provide assumptions on the dark side of work engagement. In this respect, the dark side of employee engagement, which has not received great attention in the literature, will be discussed in order to inspire a more balanced focus for future studies and organizational settings. The recommendation section includes avenues for future studies and suggestions for gatekeepers/managers.

This study aims to determine the attention of parents in student career planning. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were students of class X SMK, amounting to 231 people. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique by using the criteria of students who live with their parents. So that the sample size is 171 students. The instrument in this study was a Likert scale model with five alternative answers and a questionnaire containing statements about parental attention in student career planning. Data were analyzed using the Rasch Model application and using descriptive statistics. The results of the study show that the parental attention instrument is very good for measuring the parental attention that students have. In addition, the results also show that there are students who have parental attention who are in the medium, high, very high, and low categories.
