The globalization era has changed the economic order of society such as the demand decrease of souvenirs in traditional markets because the increasing number of modern market, especially in Bali. The aim of this research is to find out variables that influence the demand of souvenirs in traditional market and hopefully can be used as a benchmark in maintaining the existence of traditional art market, increasing the demand of souvenirs , income, and increasing the number of tourist visits to Ubud traditional market, Gianyar Bali. The respondent in this study include visitors and tourists of Ubud art market. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling method as much as 130 respondents. Technical data using questionnaires and interviews. This research use data analysis technique such as; of validity and reliability test, classical clinical test, determination test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. Partially, the results showed if motivation on buying souvenir with influence equal 18,955 (2) perceived value of souvenir with influence equal 3,525, (3) consumer behavior with influence equal 20,212. Meanwhile, simultaneously showing motivation to buy souvenirs, perceived value of souvenir and consumer behavior shows the total influence 419,961. From the result of quantitative descriptive analysis, known that the most influence variables of demand analysis in Ubud art market is consumer behavior which consist of market location, cleanliness, price, parking area, infrastructure, and market hours (opening – closed hours).

The aim of this research is to find out how big the influence of viral marketing that has elements of information spreading, credibility of information, expressing positive feelings, economic incentive, and helping the company towards the number of Indonesian tourists visit to South Korea, Sample determination in this study using accidental sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, nonparticipation observations, interviews, and literature. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS version 17.0. The results of this study indicate the influence of viral marketing towards the number of Indonesian tourists visit to South Korea is very significantly simultaneous and partial effect with a value of 91,6%. For the economic incentive dimension, the result of analysis is 3,705, helping the company 3,311, credibility of information 2,461, information spreading 2,220, and expressing positive feelings 2,020. The data collected through online questionnaires to the respondents who have ever visited South Korea.

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia.The results obtained on the whole of the working environment (X1) and discipline (X2) are all very significant influence on employee performance (Y) in PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Keywords:Work Environment, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

In the era of globalization, the competition in the business world becomes very tight. Companies vying to be able to continue to compete and survive in the business world. Each consumer must have had the expectation that the products they buy are able to provide satisfaction for them to be making purchasing decisions. Consumer purchasing decisions of companies to seeds virtual brand still low due to the brand image and quality of seeds that are still unsatisfactory.This study aims to determine the responses of respondents regarding brand image, product quality, purchasing decisions and how big an impact on the brand image itself against purchase decisions on the PT. Prabu Argo Mandiri Bandung and how much influence the quality of products on the purchase decision.The method by which the samples is Simple Random Sampling consists of 80 respondents. The method of analysis in this research using descriptive analysis and verification which is composed of multiple linear regression analysis. Product moment correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination used to measure the level of influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions.The results based on descriptive analysis of brand image variable is in good enough category, variable quality of the product is in the unfavorable category, and the purchase decision variable is in the unfavorable category. The results based on correlation test showed that the brand image is partially significant effect on purchasing decisions by 68% and the product quality is partially significant effect on purchasing decisions by 13%. Hypothesis test results suggested that the increased purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously influence through brand image and product quality.

This research is aimed to determine The Influence of Direct Marketing to Business Consumer Behavior Using Meeting Package at Grand Tjokro Hotel Bandung. Respondents from this research are 44 consumers selected by simple random sampling. This research used quantitative methods with approach descriptive analysis. Data was collected through survey, questionnaires and interviews. The test results validity and reliability variables X and Y are valid and reliable. The data analysis used statistical test of correlation pearson product moment and the coefficient of determination. Calculated used SPSS version 21. The data of this research is obtained from consumer data Grand Tjokro Hotel Bandung. From the result obtained correlation coefficient of 0,633. This tells that there is strong relation between Direct Marketing of Business Consumer Behavior. The influence of Direct Marketing to Business Consumer Behavior to 40,0% and remaining 60,0% is influenced by other factors not examined. The problems are competition between hotels is very tight, lack of coordination between sales. The suggestions given to fix the problem are 1) Do a better promotion to attract the attention of consumers; 2) Evaluation between Manager and Sales especially in Sales and Marketing Division.

A B S T R A C T Fraud can happen in the work environment in field of education. The purpose of this study was to demonstrate and explain empirically that there is the influence of the working environment, personal attitude and administration system against fraud. The study was conducted by survey method. Samples are 84 administrative employees and teachers in SMA and SMK Sukabumi. Testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. Instruments adopted from previous research. Validity and reliability tests conducted before hypothesis test. The research proves that the work environment against fraud. Personal influence attitude and system administration against fraud is not proven significantly. A B S T R A K Kecurangan dapat terjadi di lingkungan kerja di bidang pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan dan menjelaskan secara empiris bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja, personal attitude dan sistem administrasi terhadap fraud. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey. Sampel adalah 84 pegawai tata usaha dan guru di SMAN dan SMKN Sukabumi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji regresi liner berganda. Instrumen diadopsi dari peneliti sebelumnya. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja terhadap fraud. Pengaruh personal attitude dan sistem administrasi terhadap fraud tidak terbukti secara signifikan. JEL Classification: H22, I22

The growth of Modern Stores in Indonesia is very rapid, experiencing growth from year to year, this condition is offset by demand from large communities and increasingly enjoys the convenience and comfort of shopping in modern stores. However, Sleman Regency D.I. Yogyakarta provides a number of rules as outlined in Regional Regulation No. 18 of 2012 concerning Licensing of Shopping Centers and Modern Stores, which it is hoped that this regulation will have a significant impact on equitable distribution between modern shops and traditional markets in Sleman Regency, YogyakartaReferring to the Regional Regulation, this research was carried out to see the impact of the application of the Modern Shop business permit to the existence of traditional markets in Sleman Regency D.I. Yogyakarta. In this study 200 samples were taken by distributing 250 questionnaires with a distribution of 125 questionnaires to managers and modern shop owners and 125 questionnaires to traditional shop owners in the traditional market of Sleman Regency D.I. Yogyakarta, which finally received 200 questionnaires. The method used for sampling is a non probability sampling method that is sampling by specifying specific criteria on respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and data processed with SPSS software. The variables used in this study are 4 independent variables namely Business Location Aspects, Social Aspects, Partnership Aspects with MSMEs and Use of Local Workers Aspects, and 1 dependent variable namely the Existence of Traditional Markets. From the results of the research analysis it was concluded that the business location aspect variable (X1) had no impact on the existence of traditional markets with negative B1 (- 0.799) and t count was smaller than t table, Variable Social Aspects (X2) had no impact on the existence of Traditional Markets with B2 negative (-1,334) and t count smaller than t table, Variable Aspects of Partnership with MSME (X3) have an impact on the existence of Traditional Markets with positive B3 (9,153) and t count is greater than t table, Variable Aspects of Use of Power Local Work (X4) has an impact on the existence of Traditional Markets with positive B4 (1,646) and t count is greater than t table, and the four Independent Variables together have an impact on the dependent variable The existence of Traditional Market Sleman DIY Regency is allegedly also influenced by variables other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : modern shop, traditional market, Sleman Regency D.I. Abstract Every consumer would expect rice at an affordable price with a very good quality. This study aims to determine the quality of rice and estimate the hedonic price model of rice in the traditional market of Tarakan City. This research was conducted at the traditional market in Tarakan City, North Kalimantan. Analysis of the data was is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of rice found in the traditional market in Tarakan City was medium grain. The characteristics of rice that affected rice prices were chalk grains, head grains and yellow grains. While foreign objects, small grains, red grains and broken grains had no effect on the price of rice.

This study aims to examine the influence of trust, customer satisfaction, perceived value on loyalty simultaneously and test the influence of trust, customer satisfaction, and perceived value on loyalty partially. Respondents in this study are consumers of notebook users. The sampling technique is done through convenience sampling technique. The number of respondents that can be used as a sample is as much as 250 respondents. Before the first analysis is done the validity and reliability test with the aim of knowing the level of validity and reliability, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of analysis shows that trust, consumer satisfaction and perceived value have positive influence on loyalty simultaneously, then based on partial test of trust variable does not affect to loyalty, while consumer satisfaction and perceived value have positive effect on loyalty.Keywords: Trust, Consumer Satisfaction, Perceived Value, Loyalty.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan, kepuasan konsumen, nilai yang dipersepsikan pada loyalitas secara simultan dan menguji pengaruh kepercayaan, kepuasan konsumen, dan nilai yang dipersepsikan pada loyalitas secara parsial. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pengguna notebook. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik convenience sampling. Jumlah responden yang dapat digunakan sebagai sampel adalah sebanyak 250 responden. Sebelum dilakukan analisis terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan tujuan mengetahui tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kepercayaan, kepuasan konsumen dannilai yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas secara simultan, kemudian berdasarkan pengujian secara parsial variabel kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas, sedangkankepuasan konsumen dan nilai yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas.Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan, Kepuasan Konsumen, Nilai yang Dipersepsikan, Loyalitas

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is STIE Eka Prasetya and the observation unit is students from STIE Eka Prasetya. The population in this study were 993 respondents from STIE Eka Prasetya. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and amounted to 91 respondents. The research method used is the technique of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires that conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the t test show that the variable Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction, and the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The results of the F test show that the Service Quality and Promotion simultaneously effect the Customer Satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that Customer Satisfaction was effected by Service Quality and Promotion variables, while the remaining is explained by other variables such as perception, digital marketing and personal selling that are not discussed in this study.

Employee motivation is important for a district office and is used to measure the success of the leadership and work environment in improving employee motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze employee perceptions of leadership and work environment in improving employee motivation. Respondents in this study are civil servants in the District office in Lumajang Regency totaling 78 people. Data analysis used is instrument test which includes validity and reliability test, classical assumption test include data normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Then multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. As an independent variable that is leadership and work environment, and the dependent variable is motivation. From the hypothesis test concluded that the two hypotheses that have been built are rejected. The results showed that the leadership perceived employees have no significant effect in improving motivation, meaning there is no important effect of leadership in increasing motivation. The employee's perceived work environment has no significant effect on improving motivation, meaning that the work environment does not have an important effect in increasing motivation. Based on the findings, leadership needs to get attention in improving employee motivation
