The level of education of parents is a major factor for students’ learning achievement. In addition to education, parents' socioeconomic status, learning environment and learning facilities also affect students learning if these factors are mediated by students’ learning motivation. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the effect of education, socioeconomic status, learning environment, and learning facilities on students’ learning achievement viewed from direct and indirect effects by the mediation of learning motivation. The research used explanatory research type involving samples from grade XI students of State Senior High Schools in the City of Jember in the academic year 2017/2018 in a total of 206 respondents. The study applied primary data collected by questionnaires, in addition to observation and documentation. The analytical tool used was path analysis to determine the direct and indirect effects. The results of the study showed that parents’ education, socioeconomic status, learning environment, learning environment and learning facilities directly affect learning motivation. Meanwhile, education, socioeconomic status, learning environment, learning facilities and learning motivation directly affect students’ learning achievement. Learning motivation mediates the effect of education, socioeconomic status, learning environment, and learning facilities on students’ achievement.

The kind of this research is causal descriptive. The research population is all students at grade XI of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency. Number of the population is 750 students in 2016/2017 academic year. The sample was taken by using the technic of Proportional Random Sampling. The research sampling is 261 students out of the whole population. Primary data in this research is taken from questionnaire given to the respondents, and the secondary data, is related to the research object which is presented by other authorities in the form of students learning achievement in final semester examination (UAS) in social science subject. The technic of data analysis is path  analysis with SPSS program 15.0 Version. The research findings are: (1) Learning facilities has significant influence  toward students learning motivation in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency (2) Learning interest has significant influence  toward students learning motivation in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency (3) Learning environment has significant influence  toward students learning motivation in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency (4) Learning facilities have significant influence  toward students learning achievement in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency(5) Learning interest has significant influence  toward students learning achievement in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency(6) Learning environment has significant influence  toward students learning achievement in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency(7) Learning motivation has significant influence  toward students learning achievement in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency.

The objective of this research was improving learning motivation and learning achievement of XI Accounting 1 Students of SMK Negeri 1 Pengasih Academic Year 2016/2017 using Cooperative Learning Model Team Game Tournament (TGT) on the subject Accounting for Trading Company. This research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) collaborating with teacher in two cycle. Data collection technique used were questionnare, documentation, and test. Based on research result concluded that implementation of Cooperative Learning Model Team Games Tournament (TGT) could improve Learning Motivation and Learning Achievement of XI Accounting 1 student of SMK 1 Pengasih Academic Year 2016/2017  evidenced by improvement of motivation score and achievement score. Motivation questionnare result shown improvement of students’ learning motivation improved to 5.97% from cycle I of 72.41% increased to 78.13% in cycle II. Improvement of Accounting Learning Achievement calculated from the average score increase of 23.78% in first cycle and increased of 19.61% in the second cycle.Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Team Game Tournament, Learning Motivation, Learning Achievement

This study investigates the effect of fintech on financial inclusion, and financial literacy, it was able to influence financial literacy on financial inclusion in Lubuklinggau. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to eight districts in the city of Lubuklinggau with a total sample of 401 people who use fintech as the main requirement. Data analysis was carried out with WarpPLS to identify direct and indirect effects on the tested variables. Based on the results, the perception of the ease and effectiveness of using fintech does not affect financial inclusion in Lubuklinggau. People are still not familiar with fintech and consider fintech as a new financial system and not easy to use. The level of risk and interest in using fintech has a significant influence on the financial inclusion variable in the Lubuklinggau. The indirect analysis explains it proves that financial literacy is able to moderate perceptions of the ease of using fintech and reduce the risk of fintech itself on financial inclusion. However, financial literacy is not able to moderate the effectiveness of using fintech and interest in financial inclusion to use of fintech after understanding financial literacy, people become more selective in using fintech.

Problems of efficiency of tourism development for the urban economy should be considered on the basis of a systematic approach, which involves the establishment of different criteria and indicators for different levels of government, as well as a hierarchy of goals and corresponding efficiency criteria. Based on the analysis, the article summarizes the concept of "tourist potential of the city". It is determined that the main components of tourist potential are resource, economic and social potential. The main methods of determining the tourist potential are identified, including expert, comparative, cartographic, technological, aesthetic methods of analysis. The directions of tourism impact on the economy of the territory are considered. Direct and indirect effects, as well as induced effects of tourism development are considered separately. The interrelation and interaction of different spheres of the city economy and tourism are shown. In the analysis it is necessary to consider significant sectors of the urban economy: hotel, construction, catering, retail, tour operators, industry, wholesale, housing and communal services, communications, transport, insurance and banking, medicine, education and others. To calculate the gross tourist product, calculate the sum of all costs incurred for the production of tourist goods and services for a certain period. These are the costs of tourist consumption, private and public tourism investments. In addition, calculate the amount of all income from the sale of tourist goods and services for a certain period. This income from the sale of tourist goods and services, income from renting rooms, apartments, etc. The use of a multiplier to determine the impact of tourism development on the city economy is proposed. The calculation of tourism multipliers involves determining the total income from the tourism industry and related infrastructure. Comprehensive assessment allows to identify the economic level of tourism development in the territory, the effect, and is also the basis for justification and management decisions. The study showed that in the modern scientific literature there are several types of multipliers. These are multipliers of income, employment, investment, commercial operations, production and sales. The foreign experience of assessment of social and economic effects from the development of the tourist sphere is analyzed and the possibility of its use in the conditions of Ukraine is substantiated. The objectives of this tudy are to describe (1) the influence of learning facilities toward the learning achievement of hydrolic system, (2) the influence of practice learning motivation toward the learning achievement of hydrolic system, and (3) the influence of learning facilities and practice learning motivation toward the learning achievement of hydrolic system in the academic year 2013/2014. This study shows that (1) there is a positif and significant learning facilities toward the learning achievement of hydrolic system, (2) there is a positif and significant practice learning motivation toward the learning achievement of hydrolic system, and (3) there is a positif and significant learning facilities and practice learning motivation toward the learning achievement of hydrolic system in the academic year 2013/2014. The practice learning motivation and learning facilities can improve knowledge, desire of the students to develop their knowledge and creativity in learning, so that the result of learning can be improved. The better practice learning motivation and learning facilities, soothe better improvement of learnig achievement of hydrolic system.

This study investigates the impact of socioeconomic status (SES), perceived utility indicators, and news media use on public affairs knowledge. A LISREL model was used to evaluate various theoretical arguments that have been used to account for public affairs knowledge. Results reveal that SES was significantly linked to knowledge through each of the aforementioned factors. In addition, we located a strong direct SES effect on public affairs knowledge.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the use of Kahoot and the variation of questions on learning achievement with motivation as a moderator. The populations were the tenth-grade students of social sciences at SMA Negeri 1 Sumberejo in the 2019/2020 academic year, with a sample of 81 students determined using a Cochran formula. The study adopted a descriptive verification method with ex-post facto and survey approaches. The collected data were analysed using a linear regression test with path analysis. The results indicate that there is an influence of the use of Kahoot media, the variation of questions, and learning motivation on the economic learning achievement among the tenth-grade students of social sciences at SMA Negeri 1 Sumberejo in the academic year of 2019/2020.

This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effects of viral marketing on endorsers on purchasing decisions mediated by brand awareness as mediation. This research is a type of quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were users of Oppo smartphone products in Makassar City. The sampling technique used accidental sampling and purposive sampling. The number of samples was 100 respondents using the Hair formula. The data used are primary data derived from questionnaire answers. Data analysis used Path Analysis with the help of SPSS 21. The results showed that viral marketing and endorsers had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. Furthermore, viral marketing, endorsers and brand awareness directly have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, the results of this study also show that brand awareness is able to mediate the relationship between viral marketing and endorsers on purchasing decisions. The implication of this research needs to be reinforced in product promotion so that consumers are able to remember products continuously which can have an impact on product purchasing decisions.

This study aims to find out that there is an increase in the use of teaching aids so that they are motivated to study in Grade III Islamic Elementary School Datok Sulaiman Palopo, To find out student learning motivation can be improved by using teaching aids in class III Islamic Elementary School Datok Sulaiman Palopo. (PTK) which consists ofB two cycles each cycle carried out 3 meetings with the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were Grade III Islamic SD Datok Sulaiman Palopo students in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year with 28 students. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. data obtained shows that the average value in class III before the use of props in prasiklus 53.39. In the first cycle researchers have used teaching aids and the results of the average student scores are 80.53, but in this learning there are still a number of students who have not been maximal and researchers plan to make improvements and continue to cycle II. Then the average student score reaches 89.82. Based on completeness criteria (KKM) in mathematics subjects have achieved results and researchers ended this study until the second cycle.

This study aimed to know (1) the use of audio visual to improve learning motivation and (2) learning achievement of motor fuel system among the eleventh grade students of vocational school Bina Mandiri Klampok Banjarnegara in academic year 2015/2016. The type of this study was a classroom action research. Data collection techniques used questionnaire to know learning motivation and test to know learning achievement of motor fuel system. The research instruments were questionnaire and test. Data analysis technique used qualitative analysis.  This study shows that (1) the use of audio visual could improve learning motivation among the eleventh grade students of vocational school Bina Mandiri Klampok Banjarnegara in academic year 2015/2016. The average percentage of learning motivation in cycle I was 70.03 in fair category at the interval between 65,85 <  ≤ 84,15. The average percentage of learning motivation in cycle II was 84.75 in fair category at the interval between 84,15 <  ≤ 102,45. The average percentage of learning motivation in cycle III was 100.34 in fair category at the interval between 65,85  <  ≤ 84,15.  (2) The use of audio visual could improve learning achievement of motor fuel system among the eleventh grade students of vocational school Bina Mandiri Klampok Banjarnegara in academic year 2015/2016. The average score of test in pre cycle was 61.29, cycle I was 71.39, cycle II was 76.59, and cycle III was 81.15.  Based on these results, it could be concluded that the use of audio visual could improve learning motivation and learning achievement of motor fuel system among the eleventh grade students of vocational school Bina Mandiri Klampok Banjarnegara in academic year 2015/2016
