Hoax management is a significant factor in maintaining government stability. Public Relations is necessary to respond and manage current developing issues, especially during the current era of information. Public satisfaction is dependant on how the government manages issues and ultimately increase public trust. This research employed the qualitative approach, i.e., case study research method, which describes researches carried out intensively in great detail and depth. The data were collected through unstructured observations, interviews, and documentation. This research investigated the Communication Excellence Theory proposed by Grunig and Hunt, which illustrate the symbolic processes of understanding human behaviour within an organisation. This research also studied how the concept of public relations strategies is implemented in solving the cases mentioned in this study. The results of the analysis found that, for the Presidential Staff Office, social media was essential in establishing an effective government public relations as well as to manage public issues.

AbstractAccreditation is one of the governments to improve the quality of education. Likewise, to ensure the quality of education at the PAUD and PNF levels, the government held an accreditation program. However, it still has issues that need to be resolved. This study aims to identify and describe the problems of accreditation and quality mapping in the Education Office of Kulonprogo Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Based on the results of this research, in mapping the quality of accreditation in PAUD and PNF in Kulonprogo Regency, the first activity carried out was to conduct a quality mapping analysis of each institution. And the results show that the average standard kindergarten, KB, Pos PAUD, LPK and PKBM institutions that must be supervised strictly is the standard of financing. After conducting the analysis, a workshop was conducted with the Dikpora and all PAUD and PNF heads. Keywords: Quality mapping, accreditation, PAUD, PNF.

The study, entitled "Analysis of Student Learning Interest in Physics Subjects in SMA Negeri 1 Sakti" raises the issue of how students' interest in learning at SMA Negeri 1 Sakti is towards physics. This study aims to measure the extent of the interest of students of SMA Negeri 1 Sakti towards physics. The subjects in this study were students majoring in Natural Sciences class XI MIPA1 in SMA Negeri 1 Sakti, the object of this study was the interest in learning for students of class XI MIPA1 in SMA Negeri 1 Sakti. The method used is a case study research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire delivery techniques for students and data processing was carried out using Analysis Interactive models from Miles and Huberman. After all, the result of data were presented in some precentages. Based on the results of data analysis of each indicator of interest it was found that overall XI MIPA1 students in SMA Negeri 1 Sakti had an interest in physics with an average percentage score of 48.4%. Interest in teachers with an average percentage score of 54.9%. There are goals to be achieved for the future with an average percentage of a score of 40.9%. Success in learning with an average percentage score of 72.8%. Finding benefits in the learning process with an average percentage of 70.6%. Have the initiative to learn with an average percentage of 72.8%. Concentration in learning with an average percentage score of 77.3%. Willingness in learning with an average percentage score of 81.8%. Based on the results of the analysis shows that students in SMA Negeri 1 Sakti have a good interest in physics. It is recommended that research related to the analysis of students' learning interest at the SMA / MA level and at the SMP / Mts level be continued by other researchers so that things that have not been revealed in this study can be revealed Keywords: Analysis of student learning interst, questionnaire, physics

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of accreditation on the standard aspects of PAUD management. This research method uses a documentary study method with a qualitative approach. This type of research in this study is a descriptive case study research. Based on the evaluation recapitulation of all aspects of the management standard that PAUD institutions on average do not yet have a work inspection and assessment document therefore it is a problem that the low achievement period of 8 standards in PAUD units that apply for accreditation in 2017 due to the low 2 aspects PAUD institutions have not yet been launched.

Purpose This paper aims to examine the current practice in Singapore regarding an inheritance issue: disposal of the residual net estate to the bayt al-māl, which is identified as the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura, MUIS). The issue arises when the deceased leaves farḍ (fixed-share) heir(s) and/or dhawū al-arḥām (outer family members) but there is no ʿaṣabah (agnatic residuary heir by blood). Farḍ legal heirs are those beneficiaries for whom the Qurʾān prescribes inheritance of a pre-determined share. Disposal of the residual net estate to the bayt al-māl results in a reduction in the share due to the farḍ legal heir or worse, a total loss to the dhawū al-arḥām legal heirs. Design/methodology/approach A qualitative approach based on library and case study research has been adopted to elaborate practices that fall under the purview of the Administration of Muslim Law Acts (AMLA), Chapter 3. Findings The current practice seems biased against, especially, women and spouses. It creates high dissatisfaction in the community, especially those affected by such practices. This paper elaborates on the practice of residual net estate distribution in Singapore and the contemporary practices of the four Sunni madh-habs – the Ḥanafī, Mālikī, Shāfiʿī and Ḥanbalī jurisprudential schools – in other countries. Research limitations/implications In Singapore, Muslim law is defined and implemented by the civil court, not the Syariah Court or MUIS. The recommendation to change from the current classical practice by the Syariah Court and MUIS to the contemporary practice that is relevant to today’s context lies with the civil court and Government of Singapore. The choice for the Syariah Court and MUIS to adopt the contemporary practice as per Ḥanafī School by rule of the court or the government is beyond this research. Zayd ibn Thābit, Caliph Abū Bakr and a small number of companions held the view that the residue net estate asset must go to the bayt al-māl, the current classical practice. The contemporary practice adopted by Sayyidina ʿUthmān ibn ʿAffān, Jābir ibn Zayd and majority of the companions’ view, is not in favour of the residue net estate asset to go to the bayt al-māl; rather they view that it must be returned to the legal heirs. Practical implications Awareness in the community in the current controversial practice in Singapore when the residue net estate through the farāʾiḍ law was giving to bayt al-māl instead of returning to farḍ or dhawū al-arḥām in the absence of the ʿaṣabah legal heir as stated in the Inheritance Certificate issued by Syariah Court. Social implications To understand the contemporary Muslim law and the practical and just application in today’s Singapore context as supported by the AMLA, Chapter 3. Originality/value This is the first study that challenges the current practice by the Syariah Court and MUIS in Singapore, thereby endeavouring to restore justice to the community.

This research is motivated by the growth of coffee consumption in Indonesia which has been getting higher since 2016. This phenomenon can be seen from the expanding of the coffee industry in Jakarta. Brookland Coffee has become one of the coffeeshops that has been around since 2019 and is in demand by the public. This study aims to determine the use of brand experience for brand loyalty in Brookland coffee. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study research method. Researchers collected data for this study through interview sessions, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the use of brand experience for brand loyalty at Brookland Coffee has a positive and significant effect on the bicycle community, which means that with a good brand experience consumers can get an impression and have a positive response so that it can make customers loyal to the product. Brand loyalty can also be defined as how often consumers buy the product. Loyalty is an emotional thing, and can be interpreted as a customer's loyal attitude towards a brand or productPenelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh pertumbuhan konsumsi kopi di Indonesia yang semakin tinggi sejak 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan brand experience terhadap brand loyalty pada brookland coffee. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Peneliti mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian ini melalui sesi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan brand experience terhadap brand loyalty di Brookland Coffee berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada komunitas sepeda, yang berarti dengan pengalaman merek yang baik konsumen dapat mendapatkan kesan dan memiliki respon yang positif sehingga dapat membuat pelanggan loyal pada produk tersebut. Loyalitas merek juga dapat di artikan dari seberapa sering konsumen membeli produk tersebut. Loyalitas adalah hal yang emosional, dan bisa diartikan sebagai sikap setia pelanggan terhadap suatu merek atau produk tersebut.

AbstractProtection of vital records in an organization is a must. The position of the vital records in the organization's performance enables the organization to do some protection to its vital records. This study aims to analyze the application of disaster recovery and contingency plan in the protection of vital records in the Yogyakarta Land Regency. This research uses qualitative approach with case study research method. Data analysis is used to identify any vital rechords managed by BPN DIY, as well as possible disasters. Disaster Recovery and Contingency Plan concept is used to perform strategy mapping in disaster management for protection of vital records at  BPN DIY. The results of this study are expected to gives recommendations to government for the implementation of disaster management strategies (pre disaster, during disasters and post disaster) to vital records in government agencies.IntisariPerlindungan arsip vital dalam suatu organisasi merupakan keharusan. Posisi arsip vital dalam kinerja organisasi memungkinkan organisasi untuk melakukan perlindungan terhadap arsip vitalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Disaster Recovery and Contingency Plan dalam perlindungan arsip vital di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Analisis data digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi setiap arsip vital yang dikelola oleh BPN DIY, serta kemungkinan terjadinya bencana. Konsep Disaster Recovery and Contingency Plan digunakan untuk melakukan pemetaan strategi dalam penanggulangan bencana untuk perlindungan arsip vital di BPN DIY. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi kepada pemerintah untuk pelaksanaan strategi penanggulangan bencana terhadap arsip vital di lembaga pemerintah (pra bencana, selama bencana dan pasca bencana).

In the VAT Act taxable entrepreneurs have the obligation to calculate, calculate, deposit and report using the VAT Period VAT. The implementation must be fulfilled by taxpayers as a form of compliance and compliance with the Taxation Law. At present the taxable entrepreneur (agent) of 3 kg LPG cylinders, especially Malang Raya, is in the midst of an issue related to the debt owed and the non-payment of VAT on delivery. The purpose of this study is to evaluate in detail the facts or phenomena related to the implementation of VAT on subsidies for 3 kg LPG cylinders applied to PT. Gunawan Migas and PT. Lancar Putra Jaya in accordance with the VAT Act. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. This research is a case study research with descriptive analysis technique with a qualitative approach. The results of the study are: a) Differences in the implementation of VAT applied at PT. Gunawan Migas and PT. Lancar Putra Jaya. b) Differences of opinion between taxpayers, tax authorities and practitioners in the field of taxation between VAT payable and VAT unpaid for submission. c) Taxpayers consider that the tax authorities only pursue the budget function compared to the regularend function. This research is important to be conducted as a study material for the Government and the Tax Service Office (KPP) to follow up on policies related to the regulation of subsidized LPG 3 kg cylinders. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaknai nilai kesenian Kuda Renggong dalam upaya melestarikan budaya daerah di Kabupaten Sumedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam kesenian Kuda Renggong antara lain: spiritual/religius, interaksi antar makhluk Tuhan, teatrikal, estetika, kerja sama, kekompakan dan ketertiban, kerja keras dan ketekunan, dan sosial. Kesenian ini secara tidak langsung membentuk karakter manusia/masyarakat menjadi lebih baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan lewat tindakan kerja bersama, saling menghargai satu dan yang lain, kebersamaan, ketekunan, ketertiban, dan semangat religius yang tinggi sebagai ungkapan rasa syukur terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Pelestarian kesenian ini didukung oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sumedang, seniman, dan masyarakat. Interpreting the Art Value of Kuda Renggong in Preserving the Local Culture in Kabupten Sumedang. The research aims to interpret the art value of Kuda Renggong in preserving the the local culture in Sumedang. The research uses qualitative approach with a case study as the research method. The subject of research covers the Local Government of Sumedang, PASKURES and society. The data collection techniques use the observation, interviews, and documentation. Kuda Renggong contains some values such as: spiritual/ religious values, the value of the interaction among the God’s creatures, theatrical value, universal value, aesthetic value, cooperative value, cohesiveness and order value, hard work and perseverance value, and social value. Kuda Renggong indirectly forms human or social character better. It can be shown through out the team-work action, mutual appreciation,to getherness, perseverance, discipline, and high religious spirit as the expression to thank to God the almighty. The preservation of Kuda Renggong is supported by the government of Sumedang Regency, artists, and the society.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses yang dilakukan PT. Persib Bandung Bermartabat dalam menjalankan program atau kegiatan Manajemen Humas dalam Mempertahankan Sponsor mulai dari proses defining Public Relations, planning and programming, taking action and communication hingga evaluating the program. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitiatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Manajemen Humas dalam Mempertahankan Sponsor dimulai dengan proses defining Public Relations problem, planning and programming, taking action and communication dan diakhiri dengan evaluating the program,sehingga melalui proses ini dapat ditentukan masalah apa yang akan dijadikan suatu fokus kegiatan melalui analisa data-data yang didapatkan, mampu menjadikan sebuah program atau kegiatan dapat terlaksana dengan efektif, melakukan kinerja serta berkomunikasi didalam sebuah program atau kegiatan dengan tujuan untuk menentukan waktu, kapan, dimana, dan bagaimana program atau kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi dari keseluruhan program atau kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan untuk mengukur sejauh mana pencapaian yang sudah dilakukan. This study aims to determine the process carried out by PT. Persib Bandung Bermartabat in carrying out Public Relations Management programs or activities in Maintaining Sponsors starting from the defining process of Public Relations, planning and programming, taking action and communication to evaluating the program. The research method is using a case study with a qualitative approach. The results showed that Public Relations Management in Maintaining Sponsors began with the defining process of Public Relations problems, planning and programming, taking action and communication and evaluating the program, so that through this process what problems would be a focus of activities through analysis – the obtained, is able to make a program or activity can be carried out effectively, perform performance and communicate in a program with the aim of determining, and evaluating the entire program has been carried out to measure the extent of the achievements that have been made.

The success of a company depends on its branding managed human resources. Therefore it is important for the company to pay attention to the image or image attached to the company. This article seeks to find out how employer branding is implemented at the e-commerce company Shopee Indonesia. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and a case study research method. Data collected from interviews with key informants throughout 2018. The results stated that the application of employer branding in Shopee Indonesia is carried out through a program that refers to the company's vision and mission, personality, and core value. Employer branding program refers to the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy of internal marketing and external marketing. Shopee packages the program through #LifeAtShopee which is run by several departments within Shopee. Employer branding programs at Shopee are not only to attract potential employees and keep employees as company assets, but also to influence Shopee's image in the eyes of the public externally and internally.
