PONG's cassava chips are snack products that have a unique flavor and aroma compared to other similar products. The specialty of this product is due to its traditional processing and its use of the original spice from the village of Ponggang, Subang, west Java. The snacks are currently sold just around the village of Ponggang and traditional markets. The product packaging looks very simple. The community service team aims to increase the product sales volume by improving the packaging design, listing the P-IRT number obtained by registering to the Subang Regency Health Office, providing simple bookkeeping training, providing product processing training based on UU No. 18 of 2012 on Food, provides training on how to expand the marketing network. The Women Farmer Group in Semarang was established in 2013, and it has been developing small businesses in the processing of local fresh milk into various snack products. However, the selling value has not reached the optimum results since it faces a problem in packaging quality. Therefore, as one of the goals of Tridarma of Indonesian higher education which have directed the university to care about problems in society, an accompaniment to the business was carried out for improving the quality of product packaging. There were three activities conducted, i.e.a, training; re-designing; and monitoring. The results of the community service showed that the program was highly effective to enhance the understanding of Women Farmer Group members on the importance of product packaging as a strategy of marketing proved by the results of the average posttest score at 80.55. Product testing to consumers shows that the new packaging could increase consumer buying interest in comparison to the old one. Also, with the new packaging, the non-preservative snacks could have a longer storability compared to the old packaging. In this community service activity, an empowerment model can be obtained and can be further developed.

Sari Ne Lemon in East Denpasar is an UKM that is active in lemon cultivation. The lemon plantation owned by Sari Ne Lemon is located in Pelaga Village, Petang District, Badung Regency. Although the lemon plantation is currently still in the village of Petang, the production and sales center is located in East Denpasar. Initially the results of the cultivation of lemon plantations were only in the form of lemons that had not undergone further processing. Currently, Sari Ne Lemon has developed lemon juice into packaged lemon juice. In its effort to develop lemon juice products, Sari Ne Lemon encountered difficulties in terms of packaging and marketing. The packaging owned by Sari Ne Lemon is still very simple, namely lemon juice is packaged and sold in plastic bottles. Therefore, the resulting product has not been able to compete in the industrial market. This service activity aims to find and implement solutions to the problems experienced by partners. Packaging that is only in the form of plastic bottles without labels will be changed into 2 types of packaging, namely labeled plastic bottle packaging and labeled plastic press glass packaging. With the activities of making branding and training on packaging of processed lemon juice products, it will produce products that have higher competitiveness and selling value. UKM Sari Ne Lemon has been helped by the successful development of their new product packaging through packaging design and implementation in 14 oz glass cups and small plastic bottles.

Besides formal education such as schools and special training, education can also be obtained through libraries and other media such as the internet or television to access knowledge and information. Apuai Village, Aranio District, Banjar Regency is an underdeveloped village where people challenging to access the internet or telephone signals, and access roads to and from the village are not accessible. This condition is a significant obstacle to transferring information and knowledge from outside. To meet the community's needs in obtaining knowledge, the community service team took the initiative to establish the Apuai Village library. The hope is that the existence of this library can help the community, especially school children in the village, to have insight into creative thinking, cultivate spirituality, foster interest in reading, increase the efficiency and effectiveness of learning in the library. It is also hoped to increase entrepreneurship awareness for the readers for the local community with a low level of education. This community service activity also contains counseling to increase interest in reading. By diligently reading, people will find new knowledge to improve their ability to manage their natural and human potential. As a collection material, our library also provides books related to products and books on marketing strategies and product packaging to increase competitiveness. So far, the community can process natural products into something with better power. They also have difficulty in terms of packaging and marketing. It is because of the difficulty of access to information on attractive marketing and packaging techniques due to the problem of access to transportation, information, and telecommunications in this village.

Panjangrejo is one of the Tourism Villages located in the east of Bantul Regency. Geographically, the location of this Tourism Village is very strategic because this Pottery Tourism Village is on one of the Parangtritis beach tourist routes, which is very crowded by tourists. Due to a lack of attention and support from the village government, the pottery craft of the Panjamgrejo tourism village is not as popular as the Kasongan village. The main problems faced by craftsmen include the stiff competition between pottery artisans, the lack of demand from outside the region due to limitations in marketing digital products (digital marketing), and the fulfillment of safe and attractive packaging. The method used in this service is the method of training and substitution of science and technology. The solution of product packaging that is still simple is overcome by procuring durable and attractive packaging boxes to increase product sales power and minimize product breakage. Also, the promotion of products that have not been run optimally is overcome by digital marketing training both through social media Instagram to Facebook ads with better internet signal support due to the availability of modems to facilitate online product marketing.
