The effort to implements 3R is an effort made to manage plastic waste produced by the community so that the plastic waste they produce every day. In addition, the people in the village, even though the result of the combustion are dangerous for health. The purpose of this study was the determine the efforts to apply 3R and public knowledge of plastic waste management in Beringin village teluk kuantan in 2020. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. Conducted by distributing questionnaires and field observation to 88 respondents by purposive sampling. Research location in the Beringin village teluk kuantan in may 2020. The results showed that the p-value > ? (0.05) with the p-value application of reduce variable (0.009), the p-value application of reuse (0.007), application of recycle p-value (0.010) and knowledge p-value (0.002). From the results of the study it can be concluded that all variabels have a relationship between the application of reuse, reduce, recycle dan public knowledge of plastic waste management in Beringin village teluk kuantan in 2020. And researchers suggest that government should invite the public to manage plastic waste in particular so that it can be used as an item that produces economic value.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors in community-based waste management and analyze the environmental, economic and social impacts of waste management in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. The approach of this research is quantitative analytic with cross sectional research design. The population in this study were all family heads in the Tangkerang Barat sub-district Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru City as many as 4,345 households with a sample of 98 people. The results of this study are there is an influence between education (p value = 0.006), infrastructure (p value = 0.003), knowledge (p value = 0,000) with community participation in household waste management in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. The logistic regression analysis results found that the education variable has a value of p = 0.048 and an OR 2.888 which means that education has 2 times the risk of waste management. Infrastructure variable has a value of p = 0.001 and OR 6.838 which means that infrastructure has 6 times the risk of waste management. Knowledge variable has a value of p = 0,000 and OR 9,617 which means knowledge has 9 times the risk of waste management. The environmental impact of proper waste management is decreasing the volume of waste generation and environmental damage. Economically, there is currently no economic value to waste management, other than the public does not understand waste management that has economic value with 3R. Inadequate waste management causes low levels of public health, so people need to pay more for treatment. Socially, most people do not care about waste management and even though there is waste management it is still individual and not organized in an integrated way.

The waste generation of Padang City at the Final Processing Site (TPA) is 495.50 tons/day, and the amount of unmanaged waste is 62.42 tons/day, of which 40% is plastic waste. Efforts to reduce the use of plastic bags have begun in Padang, referring to Perwaliko number 36 of 2018. Shopping centers and modern stores must use plastic shopping bags that meet SNI no later than December 31, 2020, especially in various retail and contemporary shopping centers. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the effectiveness of plastic use policies and the decrease in the use of plastic bags in people who shop at modern retailers in Padang City. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The number of samples is 116 respondents who shop at modern shopping centers, namely Matahari Dept. Store, Food Mart Padang, Ramayana Padang and SPAR Padang. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that 46.6% of respondents stated that the plastic bag policy was not adequate, and 46.6% of respondents stated that there was no reduction in plastic bags. There is a significant relationship between the effectiveness of the plastic bag policy and the decrease in the use of plastic bags in the people of Padang City (p=0,029). With this paid plastic bag policy, government, retailers, and the public will be more concerned with the environment.

The activity of community service on the improvement of area’s hygiene in the district of Bahari Belawan is one of the appropriate activities in improving the hygiene and awareness of the people on the importance of keeping their area clean. Within this community service, the team together with Yayasan Fajar Sejahtera (YAFSI) and the government officer Belawan Bahari district have conducted socialization about the importance of hygienity and ways to manage and dump the waste properly. The method utilized is lecturing method, question and answer, demonstration and simulation. The lecturing method and question and aswer used to provide knowledge and theories about a clean environment. The simulation and demonstration method were used in order to train the people to practice what they have received about the management and development of waste bank. After the socialization had been conducted, the community service team has facilitated the waste bank in Bahari Belawan district and assisting the society in managing it. The result of this community service is an increase in awareness from the public regarding the importance of disposing and managing waste and creating economic opportunities from waste through managing plastic waste into economic value items such as paving blocks.Keywords: waste bank, socialization, clean environment, Bahari Belawan distict.

Waste is something that is, not used, disliked, or something that is disposed of that originates from human activities and does not happen by itself. The purpose of this study  to find out what factors influence the people of LantasanBaruVillage so that they dispose of any trash. The type of research used is descriptive research with a cross sectional approach, namely an analytic (survey) researcher. The sample of this researcher was 64 respondents using total sampling. The Data Analysis Conducted univariate and bivariate with chi square test between knowledge shows p value of 0.027 which means there is a relationship between knowledge and waste management. Based on the attitude of p value of 0.025 which means there is a relationship between attitude and handling of waste. Based on the action of p value of 0.049 which means there is a relationship between action and handling of waste. Based on education p value is 1,000 which means there is no relationship between education and waste management.Based on the work p value of 0.305 which means there is no relationship between work and waste handling. Based on participation p value of 0.031, which means that there is a relationship between participation and waste management. Based on the trash facility p value is 0.23 which means there is a relationship between the trash facility and waste handling. Handling household waste in order to prevent the occurrence of variouskinds of diseases from improper garbage handling, separating organic and inorganic household waste, adding self support and participation and providing garbage facilities in handling waste.

 The low membership of National Helath Insurance (NHS) with only 56.85% family owning JKN Card identified as the main problem based on urgency, seriousness, and growth in Payaman Village, Ngraho Sub-district, Bojonegoro District,. The purpose of this study is to identify the root cause of low JKN’s membership using Fishbone Analysis. This study was an Cross-sectional. Sample in this research that is 204 family selected using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques with interviews and direct observation. The root causes of the problems are the low level of public knowledge, lack of socialization, lack of health promotion media, The head of the family is less aware of the importance of jkn and Low level of education. Efforts that can be done by the village management that is in cooperation with Pondok Kesehatan Desa (Ponkesdes) Payaman Village and Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial(BPJS) Bojonegoro District to educate the public regarding the importance of JKN card ownership, Increasing the availability of socialization media to make  easier in understanding JKN and formin JKN cadres in Payaman Village. Keywords : worker, informal, rural, national health insurance, fishbone

Tujuan kegiatan KKN tematik Citarum Harum yang berlokasi di Desa Cileunyi Kulon ini adalah untuk menanamkan kepribadian yang kuat pada mahasiswa tentang nasionalisme, jiwa Pancasila, tanggungjawab, kepemimpinan, kewirausahaan, serta meningkatkan empati dan kepedulian mahasiswa secara langsung dengan kehidupan masyarakat. Dalam kegiatan ini yang menjadi fokus perhatian adalah membantu masyarakat mencari solusi dari permasalahan-permasalahan yang berkenaan dengan lahan kritis, konservasi air dan pengendalian erosi, pengelolaan sampah dan limbah pertanian, sanitasi, serta mitigasi bencana, melalui penyelenggaraan beberapa workshop/pelatihan kepada masyarakat, melakukan berbagai kegiatan sosial seperti kerjabakti, olahraga bersama, beribadah bersama, berdialog dengan para perangkat desa dan masyarakat Desa Cileunyi Kulon, memberikan beberapa tong sampah, serta poster-poster yang berisi himbauan untuk hidup sehat dan menjaga keberlanjutan alam. Berdasarkan hasil survei, wawancara, dan observasi yang dilakukan terhadap masyarakat sekitar Desa Cileunyi Kulon terutama masyarakat sekitar DAS Citarum, bahwa keperdulian masyarakat terhadap pengolahan sampah sangat minim yang dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan dan mengganggu kelestarian fungsi lingkungan, baik lingkungam pemukiman, hutan, persawahan, dan sungai. Untuk mengurangi volume timbunan sampah yang tidak terkelola dengan baik, maka dilakukan upaya pemanfaatan limbah plastik untuk pembuatan paving block di Desa Cileunyi Kulon. Sasaran dari kegiatan KKN ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Desa Cileunyi Kulon. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilgunakan dalam kegiatan KKN ini adalah survei, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil dari kegiatan KKN ini secara umum adalah antusiasme dari masyarakat untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan lebih meningkat. Hal itu diperlihatkan dengan banyaknya masyarakat yang terlibat dalam kegiatan kerjabakti yang diselenggarakan oleh mahasiswa, bertambahnya jumlah masyarakat yang menyediakan tong sampah di depan tempat tinggal mereka, serta limbah plastik di Desa Cileunyi Kulon dapat dikelola dengan lebih baik.   The Citarum Harum thematic KKN program, which is located in the village of Cileunyi Kulon, generally aims to instill strong personalities in students about nationalism, the spirit of Pancasila, responsibility, leadership, entrepreneurship, as well as increasing student empathy and concern towards people's lives. In this program the focus of attention is helping the community find solutions to various problems, one of which is the management of waste and plastic waste. Based on the results of surveys, interviews, and observations made on the communities around the village of Cileunyi Kulon, especially communities around the Citarum watersheds, that communities care for waste management is very minimal and there are many piles of plastic waste that can cause negative impacts on health and disturb the preservation of environmental functions, neighborhoods, forests, rice fields, and rivers. To reduce the volume of plastic waste that is not managed properly, an attempt is made to utilize plastic waste for the manufacture of paving blocks in Cileunyi Kulon Village. The method used in the effort to utilize plastic waste is by providing counseling and assistance to the people of Cileunyi Kulon Village about the process of collecting plastic waste, management, and how to market online the results of plastic waste management. The results of efforts to utilize plastic waste for the manufacture of paving blocks in the village of Cileunyi Kulon are very good response and enthusiasm of the community. So that the utilization of plastic waste can be sustainable, it is advisable to provide regular counseling to the community of Cileunyi Kulon village.

Watutulis village is the name of one of the villages in the lowlands, geographically this village is a small village that is very beautiful, the place is located north of the Krian District. In this village there are still many towering trees and lush, as well as very green rice fields. Watutulis villagers are very welcoming. Concerning the problem of plastic waste in Watutulis Village, Sekelor Utara Hamlet RT 001 RW 006, RT 002 RW 006, and RT 003 RW 006 Some residents of Sekelor Utara Hamlet still lack awareness in processing household plastic waste. Most of them are not aware of the importance of managing household plastic waste to make the village cleaner and healthier. Residents of North Sekelor Hamlet have no awareness of disposing or utilizing plastic waste. In addition, in the North Sekelor Hamlet area there are still empty gardens which are only used as landfills or burning trash. So it can be said that the people in the Sekelor Utara Hamlet area are still lacking in optimizing vacant land for better waste management. Therefore there needs to be community awareness of how citizens love the environment so that it becomes a clean and healthy Hamlet.Keywords: Management of Plastic Waste; Garbage Bank

Diarrhea is the number one cause of death worldwide. Data for 2017 states, nearly 1.7 billion cases of diarrhea occur in children with a mortality rate of around 760.000 in children under five each year WHO (2017). seconds one child dies of diarrhea. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the occurrence of diarrhea in the community. The design of this study was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach, with a sample of 50 respondents taken by saturated sampling technique. The results of the study are the relationship of clean water sources (p value = 0.001), family latrines (p value = 0.012), waste management (p value = 0.024), to the incidence of diarrhea in the community in RT 02 RW 03 Kulim Village Work Area Puskesmas Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru with the stipulation of p value (<0.05) thus it can be concluded that the source of clean water, family latrines, and waste management are related to the incidence of diarrhea. The suggestion of the results of this study is that the people who become respondents can recognize and understand the clean environment in order to avoid diseases caused by damage to the environment that is less healthy.

Inorganic waste is a type of waste that is difficult to decompose naturally by microorganisms. Inorganic waste processing is carried out by collecting, disposing and transporting it to the final disposal site (TPA). There needs to be an effort to utilize inorganic waste, especially plastics, into useful products. People in Limbungan Village, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City already have a waste bank, but the benefits have not been felt by the community because inorganic waste is still being disposed of. There is a need for efforts to socialize and educate the public to process inorganic waste into handicraft products that have economic value. The method is carried out by educating the public about waste processing in general and demonstrating the use of plastic waste into handicraft products. After the counseling was carried out, the community had knowledge about waste management in general and skills in processing plastic waste into handicraft products such as bags, candy containers that were suitable for use and worthy of sale

Abstract: Knowledge, Attitude with Merchants Participation In The Management of Market Waste. In Banjarbaru city waste volume transported by TPS officers per day about 90 tons / day to TPA. One of the source of waste is the market which is a big problem because most of the market waste is wet garbage. So these waste piles become flies nest, rats, insects.Waste management is also influenced by the participation of merchants that were still lacking awareness to play an active role in the implementation. The purpose of this study is to determine the relations of knowledge, attitude with the participation of merchants in waste management in the Bauntung market Banjarbaru. The type of this research is analytical survey research with Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study is all merchants in the Bauntung market Banjarbaru. The sample is 85 respondents, obtained by proportional sampling method. The research variables consist of independent variables, namely knowledge and attitude while the dependent variable is the participation of merchants in waste management. Data analysis used is univariat and bivariate (using Chi Square with α = 0,05). The result of the research stated that there is no correlation between knowledge level and participation (p-value 0,747> 0,05). There is a correlation between attitudes with participation (p-value 0.001
