Computer course is an important part of higher education. As a basic course, it will be opened in all majors, which is also determined by the current social reality. The development of our country’s financial industry can not do without new information technology. In this information age, all industries require the application of information technology. <p class="apa">The foreign students’ education has a great influence on the internationalization of higher education and the reputation of university. Since the 21st century, the foreign students’ education has developed rapidly and has been extending continuously in Shandong Province. However, a series of problems still exist, such as the imperfect of the specialty structure and curriculum, which have impeded the sustainable development of the foreign students’ education. This article would carry on the discussion about the current situation and existing problems of the foreign students education in Shandong Province from the following aspects: the scale, the construction of specialized curriculum system and the management, etc. And based on that, we put forward feasible countermeasures, in order to offer certain reference to the development of foreign students’ education.</p>

With the continued education reform, the significance of higher education institutions in the cultivation of professional talents has gradually become apparent. Among them, the teaching of students’ professional English abilities in higher vocational colleges has received extensive attention from all walks of life. Traditional higher professional English teaching only takes English as the basic subject of public courses. In the teaching process, it focuses on the students’ test-taking ability, ignoring the improvement of students’ practical ability of professional English, which hinders the future development of students. In this case, this paper analyzes and studies the existing problems in the teaching of professional English ability of colleges and universities, and proposes feasible professional English teaching programs, in order to improve the English teaching ability of colleges and universities and promote the comprehensive development of students.

This study considers the problems that people with disabilities face while entering higher education institutions inRussia, during education, and the ways how to solve them. The life examples of real people are quoted. A comparative analysis of the situation in Russian and foreign colleges and universities is provided. The authors suggest long list of improvements and technical means that can facilitate training conditions for people with disabilities. The final conclusion is that by drawing attention to the difficulties that a disabled person faces every day, the society can improve the current situation, continue the emerging positive trends, and develop effective mechanisms for putting into practice the large range of guarantees already provided by the legislation.
