The objective of the Export Product Science and Technology Division (IBPE) is to boost the export growth of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) of rattan handicraft products in Aceh Besar Regency "Kotaraja Rotan" through improved management and product quality. The program also aims to accelerate the transfer of technology and management from STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena Banda Aceh as the implementer of IBP to SME "Kotaraja Rotan" as an industrial society as well as developing link and match between STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena Banda Aceh, SME, Aceh Besar District Government and large community. The method implemented is to provide assistance to the quality of raw materials, production processes, product quality, production management and marketing, quality of manpower, facilities and finance of SME. The conclusion of the program in this first year is the solution offered has successfully solved the problems faced by partners that are marked with the issuance of business license for partners, the availability of mall tools to guarantee the quality of products concerning the size and shape, availability of production space and good and clean showroom with partner needs. This IbPE program has encouraged the public spirit to be able to produce export products in order to compete in the international market.

Equipment and machinery cocoa processing in KUB Lintas Sekayam not utilized properly. This study aimed to identify the factors that cause not usefulness the machinery and equipment in KUB Lintas Sekayam at Sanggau Regency in the process of cocoa processing production. Availability of raw materials, capital, labor, cocoa market, trade and management of KUB Lintas Sekayam also identified. The results showed that were 34 machines and equipments already exist in KUB Lintas Sekayam. Between them, that can serve as many as 19 machines and equipment. Among the machines and equipment that function is generally not meet the standards of processing to produce good product quality and capacity is very small, while for their operation need large energy so inefficiently. Other factors that cause machinery and equipment cocoa processing were not operated are the quality of raw materials was low, the quality of the powder and cocoa butter are produced not get the quality standard products as per SNI or health, production management is not running, there is no involvement of skilled personnel and experts in the industry and marketing, product and product quality is still not market-oriented and there is no involvement of capital providers

The purpose of this research is to find out what factors most influence the quality of products at PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Sukabumi. The method used in this research is qualitative and descriptive research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis methods used are data reduction and data presentation and conclusions or verification. The results of this study are wig products in accordance with established standards because PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Sukabumi Maintain good quality of the products used by sending samples of raw materials before processing. Conclusions, Product Quality at PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Sukabumi is very important to help increase the value of the company by paying attention to the quality of products marketed so that consumers are satisfied with the results of products made from wigs that have been produced at PT. The program also aims to accelerate the transfer of technology and management from STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena Banda Aceh as the implementer of program to SMEs "Leu Bago Awe" as an industrial society as well as developing link & match between STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena Banda Aceh, SMEs, Aceh Besar District Government and wide community. The method of implementation of this program includes: training and mentoring with activities such as: product design training, tool production training, knitting training for standard size and shape, production management training, administration and finance training, equipment procurement, participation in exhibition, web creation, arrangement of raw material storage space, goods and show room, cooperate with DJPEN and IPR processing. The result of this program is the creation of products that have export quality standards and have a product marketing system online so that it can cover all countries.   Abstrak Tujuan program ini adalah memacu pertumbuhan ekspor produk kerajinan rotan di Kabupaten Aceh Besar yaitu UKM “Leu Bago Awe” melalui peningkatan manajemen dan kualitas produk. Program ini juga bertujuan mempercepat alih teknologi dan manajemen dari STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena Banda Aceh sebagai pelaksana program kepada UKM “Leu Bago Awe” sebagai masyarakat industri disamping juga mengembangkan link & match antara STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena Banda Aceh, UKM, Pemerintah Kebupaten Aceh Besar dan masyarakat luas. Metode pelaksanaan program ini meliputi: pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan kegiatan antara lain: pelatihan mendesain produk, pelatihan penggunaan alat produksi, pelatihan perajutan untuk standar ukuran dan bentuk, pelatihan manajemen produksi, pelatihan administrasi dan keuangan, pengadaan peralatan, keikutsertaan dalam pameran, pembuatan web, penataan ruang penyimpanan bahan baku, barang dan show room, menjalin kerja sama dengan DJPEN serta pemrosesan HKI. Hasil dari program ini adalah terciptanya produk-produk yang memiliki standar mutu ekspor serta memiliki sistem pemasaran produk secara online sehingga dapat mencakup seluruh negara. This community service aims to solve the problems faced by the Mina Bahari 45 group related to the quality and production capacity to support product marketing. The activities done were to carry out the appropriate technology transfer activities and the strengthening of marketing that is strengthening the quality and capacity of processed products based on sea fisheries, strengthening production management; renovation and re-lay out the product display. The results of community service related to strengthening production management are the selection and handling of raw materials, processing and packaging. Operationalization of automatic cracker frying Machine and industrial scale steamer as well as renovation and re-lay out display place to support off-line marketing in Depok Beach. The use of appropriate technology can increase production capacity at least by 15% and improve the quality of products produced that include texture, shape and color and the availability of a product display space that is safe for products, attractive and adequate.

<em>The objective of this is research was conducted to find out how the influence of the price and quality of products against customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo Jakarta. This research was conducted in Alakasa Extrusindo PT by doing data collection, through the primary data and secondary data.  The research results showed that the simultaneous price variables  and product quality  has a positive and significant effect against the variable customer loyalty. partially showed that price variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty. And partially showed that product quality variables  has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty</em>

  The purpose of research is to know the influence of religiality, quality of service, quality of products to customer loyalty savings at PT. Bank Aceh Branch Helper Darussalam. Sample of this research as much as 100 customers using the formula Slovin with a sample technique is purposive sampling. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The data used is the primary data obtained by using questionnaires. The results of this study showed that religiusity, quality of service, the product quality is the simultaneous effect on customer loyalty savings at PT. Bank Aceh Branch maid Darussalam. A partial factor of religiusity and quality of service, the culinary products to give positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Aceh, but one of the variables (product culitas) has a level of Lower influence than the variable religiusisity and quality of service.

In the world, product quality has long been one of the major instruments for ensuring the economic development of companies. Achieving high quality parameters, in turn, is an important part of the economic strategy of any success-oriented business organization. The article is aimed at developing directions for improving products of PJSC «Beer and Non-Alcoholic Plant «Radomyshl». The object of the research is the quality of beer produced by PJSC «Beer and Non-Alcoholic Plant «Radomyshl». The assessment of the quality level of the selected product in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 3888:2015 was carried out using the following groups of indicators: microbiological, organoleptic and physic-chemical. The process of assessing the product quality parameters is presented, which consists of seven consecutive stages and is carried out throughout the product life cycle. The factors under the influence of which the quality of products are formed and which may cause deviation from the specified quality parameters are analyzed and structured. The defects that appear due to these factors have been identified. The basis for improving the quality of products is primarily a thorough study of changes in demand for the business organization products. Three groups of measures are singled out, with the help of which one can achieve the desired level of product quality, namely: technological, organizational and socio-economic. A complex of priority measures to improve the quality of products of PJSC «Beer and Non-Alcoholic Plant «Radomyshl» is proposed. The element of scientific novelty is the development of an algorithm for the implementation of measures to improve the quality of products. During the implementation of measures to improve the quality, it is necessary to carry out systematic monitoring and generate reports on the implementation of the project in order to make possible an adjustment of the final result.

The rise of trade in this era makes the market tougher competition to make companies have to take appropriate steps and strategies in order to win competition with competitors in the market. This was also experienced by motorcycles, one of which was a Yamaha motorcycle which experienced a decline in sales in 2019 from month to month. Many factors affect it. In this study the variables used are product quality, after sales service, and customer satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive approach, and verification. Samples obtained were 383 respondents who were consumers of PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang by using purposive sampling technique, data analysis used in this study was the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate the quality of products and after-sales services have a strong enough relationship, which is equal to 50.3%. then partially product quality has an effect of 39.3 then partially after sales service has an effect of 15.3% on customer satisfaction. Together the quality of products and after sales service has an effect of 50.3% which is the contribution of other variables not examined. Then it can be seen that product quality is more dominant in influencing customer satisfaction. PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang is advised to pay more attention to Product Quality and After Sales Service for customer satisfaction.

Under the multi-point production management mode, Researchers establish a unified cooperative production multi-point product quality analysis standard, set benchmarks, compare performance, create a process quality management atmosphere of ratio, learning, catching up and exceeding, so that multi-point quality management ability can be obtained together to improve, product quality has been continuously improved. At present, the quality analysis of multi-point processed products in cooperative production is only a simple average and standard deviation detection and comparison of key processes and individual indicators, or a single analysis of the appearance quality of cigarettes. The analysis is relatively isolated and no in-depth research is conducted. It is impossible to comprehensively and comprehensively compare the processing quality levels of various processing enterprises. In response to these problems, this paper compares and analyzes several quality controlling schemes, selects the “platform + module” scheme and designs and constructs it. The article discusses the specific implementation measures of the design plan. From the perspective of the implementation effect of the plan, it can provide guarantee for improving the production quality of cigarettes.


Purchasing decision is the decision of consumers to buy a product or service as desired. This study aims to determine the effect of trust, product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions at e-commerce Shopee in Palembang. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who showed the results that the variables of trust, product quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in ecommerce Shopee. there is one variable that has dominant influence on purchasing decisions, namely the variable trust in purchasing decisions
