The study aims to discover: (1) the guidance model of narcotics convicts at Penitentiary of Class II A in Sungguminasa; (2) the implementation of guidance model for fostering narcotics convicts in Penitentiary of Class II A in Sungguminasa; and (3) the determinant factors in guiding the narcotics convicts in Penitentiary of Class II A in Sungguminasa. The study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Based on the source, the types of data used are primary and secondary data. The primary data were obtained through interview with narcotics abuse convicts and the officers of Penitentiary of Class II A in Sungguminasa as well as documentation and observation. While the secondary data were obtained from various literatures such as books, laws, and other related sources. Data process and data presentation were conducted descriptively. The results of the study reveal that: (1) there are two guidance models in Narcotics Penitentiary of Class II A in Sungguminasa, namely the personality development model and independence development model or work hard, (2) the implementation of guidance model at Narcotics Penitentiary of Class II A in Sungguminasa has been conducted such as personality development and independence development, (3) the determinant factors in fostering narcotics convicts at Narcotics Penitentiary of Class II A in Sungguminasa are (a) the supporting factors, namely convicts participation in the process of guidance implementation at Narcotics Penitentiary of Class II A and the officers’ enthusiasm in providing such guidance so all programs can be conducted and (b) the inhibiting factors, namely inadequate and unbalanced facilities and infrastructure between the number of convicts and the number of officers at Narcotics Penitentiary of Class II A in Sungguminasa.

The study aims to discover: (1) the dynamics of demonstrations in expressing opinions publicly in Makassar City; (2) the Police strategies in handling demonstrations in expressing opinions publicly in Makassar City;  and (3) the determinant factors in handling demonstration in expressing opinions publicly in Makassar City. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Based on the source, the types of data used are primary and secondary data. The primary data were obtained through interview with members of the Polrestabes Police from the Sat Sabhara Unit, the Sat Intelkam Unit, and the Brimob Unit as well as documentation. While the secondary data were obtained from various literatures such as books, laws, and other related sources. The data process and data presentation were conducted descriptively. The results of the study show that: (1) the dynamics of demonstration in expressing opinions publicly in Makassar City showed by the demonstration activities that occurred in Makassar City from January to December 2019 were fluctuating, (2) the Police's strategies in handling demonstration in expressing opinions publicly in Makassar city is based on the Regulation of the Chief of Police Number 1 of 2009 concerning the Use of Force in Police Actions, and (3) the determinant factors in handling demonstration in expressing opinions publicly in Makassar city are two, namely the supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors are: a) there is physical and mental readiness from the police, b) there is good cooperation between the police, c) there is a quick response from the demonstration activity agency; whereas the inhibiting factors are: a) permitting does not comply with administrative requirements, b) presence of provocateurs, c) making sudden requests for permits, and d) lack of communication between protesters and police officers.

Basically the right between female inmates and male inmates is the same, only in this case because the inmate is a woman then there are some rights that get special attention than male inmates. Female inmates are not only limited to their rights as inmates in general, but also have difficulty when facing the circumstances that become their nature as a woman. The purpose of this study was: a) To find out how the system of coaching female inmates who are pregnant in the Class II B Jambi Women's Correctional Institution; b) To find out what are the inhibition factors of coaching female inmates who are pregnant in the Women's Correctional Institution class II B Jambi and c) To find out what efforts can be made by correctional officers in overcoming the inhibition factor of coaching female inmates who are pregnant in the Women's Correctional Institution class II B Jambi. The research method is an empirical juridical approach. Empirical juridical approach in this study means that in analyzing the problem is done by combining legal materials (which are secondary data) with primary data obtained in the field that is about the development of pregnant female inmates in the Class II B Jambi Women's Society. In accordance with the theme, this research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The conclusion of this study is coaching of pregnant female inmates in The Class II B Jambi Women's Correctional Institution remains equated with the coaching of other female inmates in general, there are two coachings applied in the Class II B Jambi LPP, namely Personality Coaching and Self-Reliance Coaching. Pregnant female inmates get waivers from the LPP not to do heavy work such as room picket routines, gymnastics activities every Saturday, gotong royong or other activities that endanger the condition of the womb or mother. It can be said that the guidance provided by the LPP to pregnant female inmates in accordance with the author's current meticulous, for the fulfillment of his rights has not been fulfilled to the maximum due to the lack of funds.

This research aims to describe the form of collaboration application between educational components in realizing learning in grade II elementary school students. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method with a phenomenological approach to question natural phenomena. The subjects of this study were 92 people, consisting of 31 students of class II-B, 1 teacher of class II-B, 1 parallel teacher of class II-A, 1 representative of the school in the curriculum field, and 31 parents of students. The primary data of this research are based on the results of direct observations, while the secondary data are from documents related to collaboration, such as lesson plans, teacher research results, and the author's reflections on observations. The research instrument using observation and documentation techniques in the data. The results showed that to improve the quality of students positively and with quality, it is necessary to manage education through good collaboration from the school, family, and community so that positive stimulus through the interaction of educational components can develop aspects of students holistically. This study concludes that there are three forms of collaboration for educational components that can be carried out in realizing classroom learning, namely teacher and student collaboration, teacher collaboration, parallel teachers, and vice principal in curriculum, and teacher and parent collaboration (PaL's).

Badung Regency is more dominated by beach tourism. More than ten famous beaches in Bali are in Badung Regency. These beaches are only located in a few districts in Badung Regency. Inequality between sub-districts also occurs between areas that have tourism potential such as beaches and areas that have other tourism potential such as waterfalls or other tourism. This will create new problems for Badung Regency in the future. In fact, sub-districts that do not have coastal tourism potential have challenges as well as opportunities to develop. One of them is Petang District, Pelaga Village. This village does not have beach tourism but has other natural potentials that can be used as an attraction for tourists to come and visit Pelaga Village. These potential differences must be implemented which can then be used as opportunities for Pelaga Village. The purpose of this research is to produce a strategy to develop Pelaga Village as a tourism destination. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data is then processed using data triangulation techniques to reduce the researcher's subjectivity and is also analyzed using SWOT analysis to produce a development strategy. In this study, it was found that Pelaga Village has a lot of potential for agro-tourism and can be developed such as asparagus and some hydroponic plants. . Not only that, the community's high interest in developing agro-tourism also supports the development of Pelaga Village. After assessing the potential that is owned by the opportunity, the threat from Pelaga Village came up with several development strategies for Pelaga Village, namely to further activate the community, especially farmer groups in developing their agro products. increasing the existence of the Agricultural Culture Festival in Pelaga Village, refining the missing destination components such as the availability of restaurants and inns, creating an organization that can bring together various farmer groups in Pelaga Village, in relation to the community in developing and managing the potentials of Pelaga Village.

This study aims to see the phenomena of the tradition of pilgrimage to the grave of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka in Dusun Senuko Sidoagung Godean Sleman. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. This study has two types of data and data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data interview techniques in this study were carried out by direct field observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data, data reduction, data presentation, and data collection. The data validity checking technique used was the source triangulation technique and the technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate the phenomenon of the pilgrimage tradition at K.H.Rr's grave intending to pray for and interpret the values of life, pilgrims who visit the grave of waliyullah K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka can trace the struggle of previous scholars in Islam. The existence of Sendang Bagusan as an example of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka is still used by the Javanese mystical adherents for the kungkum ritual to achieve certain goals. The development of the Tomb of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka also had a positive impact on the construction of hamlet roads, gates, and youth organization activities in Senuko Village.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Strategy for the Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management (K3) implemented by the company to minimize or reduce the number of accidents and occupational diseases. This type of research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach and the data needed are primary data and secondary data derived from observations, interviews and documentation analyzed by researchers so as to obtain accurate and clear data regarding the strategy for implementing K3 Management by PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatra in Pekanbaru City. The results of this study indicate that the Strategy for Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Management by PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatra in Pekanbaru City However, the implementation of occupational safety and health management carried out by PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatra has not achieved the expected goals, this happens because there are still inhibiting factors, namely low employee competence, lack of awareness from employees of the importance of K3 and lack of K3 supervision with reference to Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012.

This study aims to determine whether the marketing mix (products, prices, promotions, distribution places/channels, people, processes and physical facilities) simultaneously influence purchasing decision at Gramedia Manado. This research was conducted at Gramedia Bookstore, Jl. Sam Ratulangi No. 45, South Wenang, Manado City. This research was conducted from October to November 2020. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach to see causal relationships. This study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data is the result of direct data collection from informants by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have made at least two purchases at Gramedia Manado. Secondary data is obtained from existing sources (books, journals, websites, etc.) for reference in making reports. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the marketing mix simultaneously had an effect and was significant on purchasing decisions at Gramedia Manado.*eprm*

This study aims to determine the factors of production that affect oyster mushroom farming and analyze the level of efficiency of the use of production factors on oyster mushroom farming in UPT Agriculture Area Sukaraja. The method used in this research is survey with explorative descriptive approach. The data used are primary data secondary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The results analsis show a total coefficient value of 2.143. This value indicates the scale of oyster mushroom production is in phase I or increasing return to scale (IRS). The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 92.3 percent means that 92.3 percent of oyster mushroom production can be explained by variable use of production factors, while the remaining 7.7 percent is influenced by other variables besides the use of production factors not included in the model. The use of production factors that significantly influence the variation of oyster mushroom production are land and sawdust. While seeds, bran labor polybag, lime, paralon ring, rubbe and paper have no significant effect.

It is unthinkable that errors in the pronunciation of Arabic voices can hinder understanding and lead to ambiguity and ambiguity in meaning. This study aims to determine the sound errors that researchers witnessed in Luqman al-Hakim Surabya school students. This study uses descriptive and qualitative methods for field research. The source of the data consists of primary data (samples of class II A students) and secondary data found from references related to research. While the method for collecting research data is using observation and interviews. After conducting research at the Luqman Al-Hakim School in Surabaya, the researcher found a sound error, namely the mention of letters that are similar to Tatwiriyah errors and errors in the mention of sounds in Arabic that are not found in Indonesian, namely the Prayer of Blessing. the cause of errors in the mention of the sound of Arabic in class II A students at Luqman Al-Hakim Surabaya School is ignorance and lack of application of rules in terms of sound also because of the influence of mother tongue, namely Indonesian.It is unthinkable that errors in the pronunciation of Arabic voices can hinder understanding and lead to ambiguity and ambiguity in meaning. This study discusses the existence of the management of harmony between Islam and Buddhism in Tanjung Batu Kota. This study aims to describe the factors that cause religious harmony in Tanjung Batu Kota, Kundur District, Karimun Regency.This study used the conflict theory according to Lewis Coser. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. purposive sampling technique was used to select the informant that consists of 10 people. The types of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies were used in collecting the data. Meanwhile, the data analysis unit used by the group was Milles and Huberman's data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study reveal that several factors are causing religious harmony: 1) Tolerance in the Economic Sector. 2) Inter-Religious Harmony. 3) Mutual Respect and Respect for Other Religions. 4) The Management of Religious Harmony in Tanjung Batu City, Kundur District.
