The purpose of this activity is to provide supervision provisions for school principals and tutors so that tutors in particular are able to provide correct and measurable assistance to PGSD FKIP students who carry out PPL in elementary schools. The problem in this service is the lack of maximum assistance carried out by civil servant teachers to PPL students in Mataram District. The method applied in this counseling is multi-method, namely the lecture method, question and answer method, and demonstration method as well as the assignment method. The training was held at SDN 19 Mataram with a total of 34 teachers. It should be stated that this service was quite successful because 80% of all participants who were targeted for the training managed to complete the given training tasks. The number of participants who took part in the training was 34 of the 30 people planned, this result was due to the request of the principal from cluster 2 of Mataram District on average asking for additional participants, this means that the implementation of this service has met the previously desired standards.

<p class="Default">Community service activities such as mentoring in training methods tahsin quran aims to provide mentoring, knowledge and skills in Tahsin method for early childhood teachers for early childhood and kindergarten in kedungsepur region. This activity will be an innovative stimulus that Raudhatul Athfal and kindergarten teachers can interact and brainstorm in addressing the needs of the introduction of increasingly complex, particularly related to methods tahsin quran. The target audience in the activities is teachers Raudhatul Athfal and kindergartens in the region kedungsepur totaling 100 people. Assistance in the development of methods tahsin done with lectures, demonstrations and exercises are accompanied by question and answer. Lecture method is used to explain the concept of tahsin method. Demonstration methods used to denote a work process ie development stages tahsin learning the Qur’an, while the method of exercise to practice learning methods tahsin. While the question and answer method to allow participants to consult in overcoming obstacles in the learning method tahsin quran.</p><p class="Default">The availability of sufficient expertise in the development of teaching tahsin methods for teacher’s Raudhatul Athfal or kindergartens in the region Kedungsepur, the enthusiasm of the participants, support of school principals on the implementation of activities and funding support from Islamic Higher Education Directorate of Religious Affairs in 2015 is implementation supporting these activities. The constraints faced is limited time for training.</p><p>The benefits that can be obtained by the participants of this activity can know the various methods tahsin quran, such as: Nuroniyah, Qiraati, Ummi, and Yanbu'a.</p><p> </p><p class="Default">Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat berupa pendam­pingan dalam pelatihan metode tahsin al-qur'an bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam Metode Tahsin Untuk Anak Usia Dini Bagi Guru-Guru Paud Dan TK Di wilayah kedungsepur. kegiatan ini akan menjadi rangsangan inovatif agar para guru RA dan TK dapat saling berinteraksi dan <em>brainstorming</em> dalam menyi­kapi kebutuhan pengenalan yang kian kompleks, khususnya terkait metode tahsin al-qur'an. Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan PPM ini adalah guru-guru RA dan TK di wilayah kedungsepur yang berjumlah 100 orang. Pendampingan dalam pengembangan metode tahsin dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan latihan yang disertai tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep metode tahsin. Metode demons­trasi dipakai untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahap-tahap pengembangan pembelajaran tahsin al-qur'an, sedangkan metode latihan untuk memprak­tikkan pembelajaran metode tahsin. Sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta berkonsultasi dalam mengatasi kendala dalam pembelajaran metode tahsin al-qur'an.</p><p class="Default">Ketersediaan tenaga ahli yang memadai dalam pengem­bangan pembelajaran metode tahsin bagi guru RA dan TK di wilayah kedungsepur, antusiasme peserta, dukungan kepala sekolah terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan dan dana pendukung dari Diktis Direktorat Pendidikan Islam Kementerian Agama tahun 2015 merupakan pendukung terlak­sananya kegiatan ini. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan waktu untuk pelatihan.</p><p>Adapu manfaat yang dapat diperoleh peserta dari kegiatan ini antara lain dapat mengenal beragam metode tahsin al-quran, seperti : Nuroniyah, Qiraati, Ummi, dan Yanbu'a.</p>

Nur Aida, 2021. Implementation of teacher skills in varying social studies learning through online learning at Inpres Layang Elementary School, Makassar City. Supervised by Nursalam and Rosleny Babo. This research includes qualitative descriptive research. This study aims to determine the skills of teachers in varying IPS through online learning. The results of the study showed that the implementation of teacher skills in varying social studies learning at Inpres Layang Elementary School Makassar, namely a) Variation skills in teaching styles, b) Skills to open and close lessons, c) Skills to explain, d) Skills to ask, e) Skills to provide reinforcement, and f) Class management skills. 2. The results of the interview on the implementation of Teacher Skills in Social Studies Learning through online learning at Inpres Layang Elementary School, Makassar City a) The reaction of students who do not understand online learning, students are very bored because sometimes they do not listen b) Students do not like social studies in online learning by reason of the network less clear and intermittent voice, c) The method used is the lecture method, and the assignment method, and uses the powerpoint media. d) Students like the lecture and assignment method. e) The efforts taken by the teacher in overcoming the difficulties of learning social studies in online learning by reading a lot, students must be trained to be able to listen to learning and arrange the best possible schedule. f) Factors that cause difficulties in online learning, namely students' internal factors, and technical and external factors. g) make use of technology in learning using more via zoom. 3.  The objectives of PkM are (1) the students can understand and identify the thoughts that can deny and erode the love of the homeland and the values of nationality so that it can be anticipated and carried out the prevention of its spread. (2) there is a community group that cares and optimally conducts the association in the framework of implementation of national values through state defending efforts. This PkM activity was conducted in the form of socialization / counseling during the day with the number of participants amounted to 60 students of class XII in SMK PGRI Pagar Alam. The method used in conducting this PkM activity is by lecture method, discussion, and question and answer. The results obtained during the PkM activity was an increase in student’s understanding of national values and preliminary state defense program of 73 % when viewed the comparison of the results of the pre test and post test.Keywords: optimization, nationality, state defending ABSTRAKTujuan PkM adalah (1) siswa dapat memahami dan mengidentifikasi pemikiran-pemikiran yang dapat mendangkalkan serta mengikis rasa cinta tanah air dan nilai-nilai kebangsaan sehingga dapat diantisipasi serta dilakukan pencegahan penyebarannya. (2) terdapat kelompok masyarakat yang peduli serta secara optimal melakukan perkumpulan dalam rangka implementasi nilai-nilai kebangsaan melalui upaya bela negara. Kegiatan PkM ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk sosialisasi/penyuluhan selama sehari dengan banyaknya peserta berjumlah 60 orang siswa kelas XII di SMK PGRI Pagar Alam.  Metode yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan PkM ini adalah dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab.  Hasil yang diperoleh selama kegiatan PkM yaitu adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai kebangsaan dan program pendahuluan bela negara sebesar 73% jika dilihat perbandingan dari hasil pre test dan post test .Kata kunci:  optimalisasi, kebangsaan, bela negara

The success of students in learning does not only depend on their own abilities. Several factors that can give effect need to be optimized. The teacher's strategy is very meaningful to optimize students' multiple intelligences according to the indicators that each student has. Every child in this world has various intelligences in different levels and indicators. This shows that all children, by nature, are intelligent. The difference lies in the level and indicators of intelligence. These differences are determined by various factors. One of them is the stimulation given when children learn in the learning process carried out by the teacher. The difference in intelligence among students demands a fair and existential way of thinking of educators. This research is a literature review to see more specifically the teacher's strategy in optimizing multiple intelligences in elementary schools based on research reference sources and books. Good educators are able to detect children's intelligence by observing the behavior, tendencies, interests, ways and qualities of children when reacting to the given stimulus. All indicators of intelligence can be recognized by educators to then make a profile of intelligence. Therefore, every teacher should know how to develop the intelligence of their students, by identifying each indicator of children's intelligence and realizing the importance of developing all the intelligences of their students.

This study aims to determine the writing of specific instructional objectives at SDN SARAKAN 2. The method that will be used at the time of research is descriptives method through a qualitative approach. The object to be studied is a grade 3 teacher at SDN SARAKAN 2. The process to be used at this time is interview and documentation techniques. The formulation of specific learning objectives includes only learners and behavior. The teaching method in genral the teacher applies the lecture method using the powerpoint slide media which takes place when online learning begins and online question and answer wuestions are the given online and the assignment is collected. Special instructional management is manidested in the presence of a coordinator who is responsible for equipment and supplies such as primary school teachers or commonly referred to as homeroom teachers, who have design favtors, namely: 1) Espertise in designing online-based learning; 2) Realization of teacher training; 3) The skill of applying concepts to new situations in different ways; 4) Make the school a learning organization; 5) The school is able to manage in planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising; 6) The ability to solve problems with systematic step in learning; 7) Skill to elaborate and evaluate learning outcomes.


ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة الإدارات المدرسية بمدارس المرحلة الأساسية بمحافظة غزة للانضباط الذاتي وعلاقته بمستوى إدراك المعلمين لمفهوم النظام المدرسي. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، مستخدمة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من قبل عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في معلمي مدارس المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا التابعة لوكالة الغوث بمحافظة غزة والبالغ عددهم (250) معلم ومعلمة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإدارات المدرسية في المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا التابعة لوكالة الغوث بمحافظة غزة يمارسون مبادئ الانضباط الذاتي في سلوكهم وأعمالهم بنسبة (68.56). كما بينت النتائج أن معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي يدركون مفهوم النظام المدرسي بدرجة كبيرة وبنسبة(78.68). وأن هناك علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية بين الانضباط الذاتي الذي تمارسه إدارة المدرسة وإدراك المعلمين لمفهوم النظام. ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة الإدارات المدرسية بمدارس المرحلة الأساسية التابعة لوكالة الغوث بمحافظة غزة للانضباط الذاتي تعزى لمتغيرات ( الجنس – سنوات الخدمة ). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام إدارة المدرسة بتوفير البنية الأساسية المناسبة للانضباط الذاتي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الانضباط الذاتي – الإدارة المدرسية- مفهوم النظام المدرسي- المرحلة الأساسية. Abstract The study aims to identify the degree of practice of self-discipline by school principals in the primary stage schools in Gaza Governorate and its relationship with the level of teachers’ awareness of the concept of the School discipline. The study was based on the descriptive analytical method, using the questionnaire as a data collection tool by the study sample represented by(250) of teachers of the basic elementary schools of UNRWA in Gaza Governorate. The study concluded that the the school administrations in the primary stage schools of UNRWA in Gaza Governorate are practicing self discipline in their behavior and work. the average weight was(78.68). The results also showed that the teachers of the basic education stage are very familiar with the concept of the School system. And that there is a positive correlation between self-discipline practiced by the school administration and teachers’ perception of the concept of the School system. There are no statistically significant differences between the average of the sample of the sample of the study of the degree of the practice of the school departments in the elementary schools of UNRWA in Gaza Governorate for self-discipline due to the variables(gender – years of service). The study recommended that the school administration provide adequate infrastructure for self-discipline. ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى دور المشاركة المجتمعية في تطوير المدارس القرآنية بمرحلة الأساس بولاية الخرطوم وعلاقته بمتغير الوظيفة(مدراء المدارس- المعلمين – المعلم الشيخ) وعدد سنوات الخبرة، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقت استبانة على عينه عشوائية بسيطة بلغت (238) من مدراء المدراس والمعلمين والشيوخ من العاملين بالمدارس القرآنية (حكومية خاصة، حكومية شراكة خاصة) بولاية الخرطوم، وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج الاتية: 1. الدرجة الكلية للمشاركة المجتمعية في تطوير المدارس القرآنية بمرحلة الأساس بولاية الخرطوم بلغت ( 15) . 2. أما المشاركة المجتمعية المطلوبة لتطوير أداء إدارات مدارس الأساس القرآنية على أنواع المشاركة وحصل على نسبة (82) , يليه المشاركة المجتمعية في رفع المستوى التحصيلي لتلاميذ مدارس الأساس القرآنية وحصل على نسبة ( 82.77) , يليه المشاركة المجتمعية في توفير فرص التنمية المهنية لمعلمي ومشايخ مدارس الأساس القرآنية وحصل على نسبه (82.65) ، يليه المشاركة المجتمعية في تمويل مدارس الأساس القرآنية وحصل على نسبة ( 82.11) , وجاءت كل هذه المجالات مطلوبة بدرجة كبيرة جداً. 3. لا توجد فروق ذات دالة إحصائية في المشاركة المجتمعية في تطوير المدارس القرآنية بمرحلة الأساس بولاية الخرطوم تعزى لمتغيري ( الوظيفة – عدد سنوات الخبرة ). الكلمات المفتاحية: المشاركة المجتمعية, المدارس القرآنية Abstract The present study aimed to identify the role of community participation in the development of Quranic schools in the Khartoum state, and its relation to job variables(School principals, teachers, Teacher Sheikh) and the number of years of experience. The descriptive analytical method was used, and a simple random sample was applied to 238 principals of schools, , A private partnership government) in the state of Khartoum, The results: 1. The total degree of community participation in the development of Quranic schools at the base stage in Khartoum State was (82.15). 2. The social participation required to improve the performance of the schools of the Quranic schools was the highest of the types of participation and got84.82%, followed by the community participation in raising the level of achievement of the pupils of the Quranic elementary schools and 82.77% followed by the community participation in providing professional development opportunities for teachers and sheikhs (82.65), followed by community participation in the financing of the Koranic elementary schools (82.11), all of which were very much required. 3. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kinerja guru bisa mempengaruhi sekolah dan motivasi yang diberikan oleh kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah berupa penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, maksudnya adalah dalam penelitian deskriftif kualitatif, dimana data yang dikumpulkan bukan berupa angka-angka melainkan data tersebut mungkin berasal dari naskah wawancara, catatan lapangan dokumen pribadi, catatan memo, dan dokumen resmi lainya. subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru dari 6 Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Curio Kabupaten Enrekang. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, Wawancara dan pembagian angket. Dan dalam penelitian tentang motivasi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dari 6 sekolah dilaksakan 5 asas yaitu (1) Kepribadian dan Sosial (2) kepemimpinanan pembelajaran (3) pengembangan sekolah/madrasah, (4) manajemen sumber daya (5) supervise pembelajaran. Dari kelima asas tersebut terdapat kepala sekolah memiliki kategori tinggi dan ada kepala sekolah memiliki kategori Sedang. This study aims to determine whether teacher performance can affect schools and motivation given by principals can improve teacher performance. This type of research is in the form of qualitative descriptive research, meaning that the data collected is not in the form of numbers but the data were collected from interview scripts, personal document field notes, memo notes, and other official documents. The subjects in this study were principals and teachers from 6 elementary schools (SD) in Curio District, Enrekang Regency. The data in this study were collected using the method of observation, interviews and questionnaires. And in research on principal motivation towards teacher performance from 6 schools, 5 principles were implemented, namely (1) Personality and Social (2) learning leadership (3) school / madrasah development, (4) resource management (5) learning supervision. Of the five principles, there are school principals in the high category and there are school principals in the Medium category.

The obtained results of the study that the application of teaching methods debriefing in order to enhance students 'understanding of intensive reading and reading drama in the classroom texts on subjects Indonesian was able to increase the students' understanding. This study aims to determine how much entrepreneurial competence influences the performance of the Principal of Elementary Schools in Peranap, Indragiri Hulu District. The method used in this study is a causal method with quantitative research. Data is taken from the distribution of instruments to 34 public elementary school principals from Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The results showed that: There was a significant influence between entrepreneurial competence (X) on the Principal's Performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient ry = 0.343 and a regression equation = 71.301 + 0.463X.
