The Industrial 4.0 Era encourages educators to be able to apply information technology in the learning process. One application of technology in the learning process is the use of learning videos. Especially during the current Covid 19 pandemic that applies online learning, videos can be an alternative source for learning. However, in reality, many teachers in Indonesia cannot make learning videos. Online learning is currently mostly only in the form of providing material from textbooks, discussions via WA, visiting students' homes to give assignments, and so on, so it is not optimal. Therefore, this training activity aims to train teachers in making learning videos so that teachers have other alternatives as a source of student learning. This activity is in the form of training in making and editing videos using the Bandicam application, Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, and the Kinemaster application. The results of this activity are participants/teachers for the Bandicam application with a 100% success rate, Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 100% success rate, Kinemaster the first stage success rate 70%, then the second stage 100%.

Researchers are trying to create new breakthroughs to increase student learning motivation to increase, namely by utilizing interactive learning media based on kahoot in brave learning. This study uses a literature review method where the data obtained from research comes from articles or journals that are relevant to the topic, or other people's research results are then analyzed again to draw a conclusion. The results of this research kahoot interactive media can be used in bold learning because of its easy use and includes a link or website so that it can be accessed by students. This interactive media also makes students not easily bored in the learning process. Learning that increases in fun can make students' learning motivation, this is because students do not feel bored easily when learning takes place, so students feel motivated and feel comfortable when learning using Kahoot media.

This research is a Classroom Action Research conducted at Public Senior High School 3 Bengkulu City, especially class XI MIPA 4. Online learning in this class reduces student learning activities. Many students are passive in learning. This affects decreasing their learning outcomes. For that, it is necessary to provide the appropriate treatment for solving the problem. This treatment is to apply a learning model that requires students to be more active in learning. One of them is the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model. This study aims to increase student activeness in the online learning process and improve student learning outcomes using the NHT model, especially chemical equilibrium material. The subjects of this study were 34 students of class XI MIPA 4. The instruments used were the student activeness observation sheet and the learning outcome test instrument. This research runs in 2 cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results obtained, overall, there was an increase in student activity in the online learning process and student learning outcomes. The percentage of student activeness in online learning increased from 40.19% in cycle I to 85.29% in cycle II. Meanwhile, the percentage of student learning outcomes completeness was risen from 55.88% in the first cycle to 82.35%. Both have achieved the target set, which is 75%.

This study aims to determine the description of the mathematical connection ability of class XI MIPA students based on the learning styles of students of convergers, divergers, accommodators, and assimilators in online learning using discovery-based worksheets. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of the study were the students of class XI MIPA SMAN 17 Pandeglang. Data collection is done through learning style questionnaires, tests of mathematical connection abilities, and interviews. All students of class XI MIPA were identified by the type of learning style using the Kolb learning style questionnaire. Data about mathematical connection ability is analyzed with interview data. 8 students consisting of 2 students representing learning styles were selected to interview their mathematical connection abilities. Based on the analysis of the data obtained a description of the results of research that in general students of the type of converger, diverger, accomodator, and assimilator have good mathematical connection abilities. the assimilator type is rather weak on the indicator using the mathematical connection ability indicator. As for the type of accomodation learning style, it is rather weak in finding and understanding concepts in mathematical connection abilities. Students of the Converger learning style style and assimilator understand the material by reading and observing in the ongoing learning while students of the Diverger learning style type and the accomodator understand the concepts in general by following the learning process in progress and actively trying to try in working on the discovery-based worksheets.
