This research aims to describe the management of recruitment of educators in MTs Darussalam Muara Tembesi. This study uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the procurement of well-managed education personnel includes several activities, first, establishing the number of teachers needed. Second, the determination of quality and placement of teachers according to the needs based on job description and job specification. Third, determine the number of teachers received according to the needs of madrasah based on the right man in the right place and the right man in the right job. Fourth, establish teacher welfare and career development so that teachers are always motivated to improve their skills in academic and non-academic fields. A well-managed recruitment process can produce qualified human resources in MTs Darussalam Muara Tembesi.

The purpose of this study was to describe the problematic of liberalization of Human Resource Recruitment in sharia banking by discussing the recruitment process until the placement of employees in banking, especially in Sampang. This research used descriptive qualitative method with phenomenological approach, data collection technique is done by observation, interview and document study. The results showed that Human Resources involved in banking can be from diverse educational background, not only from sharia banking education or a cognate education, such as economics and business, except health and literature graduated who cannot follow the admission selection. There is no protection against prospective employees from economic and business graduation and sharia banking. The recruitment process is done by the above office with a process that has already passed the standard. Structuring of Human Resources in sharia banking Sampang is based on organizational structure that has been standard with job description that has been arranged so that managers can easily place an employee in Islamic banking at Sampang Madura

The purpose of this research is to find out how the SANTRI PTSL application can accelerate the juridical data collection and the feasibility of developing the SANTRI PTSL application. Using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. SANTRI PTSL is an application that helps the work of the juridical task force. The output of the SANTRI PTSL application is a form of application for land registration that has been filled in automatically following the data submitted by the community to the officers. After training and simulating the use of the SANTRI PTSL application for juridical data collection officers, it is seen that this application is able to accelerate the collection and processing of juridical data, and in terms of the feasibility of developing this application it is also suitable for use in the Kampar Land Office after the feasibility test and simplification of the application forms according to the format used by the Land Office. By using the SANTRI PTSL application, the Kampar Land Office can optimize existing human resources and save time in completing PTSL activities. Inovasi pertanahan guna mendukung percepatan kinerja dan pelayanan pertanahan terus diupayakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aplikasi SANTRI PTSL dalam mempercepat pengumpulan data yuridis dan kelayakan pengembangan aplikasi SANTRI PTSL. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara.Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi SANTRI PTSL yang diimplementasikan dapat mengoptimalkan SDM yang ada dan menghemat waktu dalam penyelesaian kegiatan PTSL. Aplikasi ini layak digunakan setelah dilakukanya pengembangan dan penyederhanaan blanko permohonan disesuaikan dengan standar yang ada pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kampar. Aplikasi ini juga mampu mengintegrasikan data fisik dan data yuridis untuk mempermudah pengadministrasian pertanahan pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kampar.Kata kunci: Pendaftaran Tanah, Inovasi, SANTRI PTSL

Based on preliminary studies in Air Saga Village, the problems faced by villages to form BUM Desa are lack of ability to map village potentials, it is difficulty to find human resources who will manage BUM Desa, lack of understanding to start establishing BUM Desa, and lack of ability to compile BUM Desa administration.  These problems must be addressed immediately by conducting research activities aimed at formulating management strategies for the formation of BUM Desa, especially in Air Saga Village. The research method uses qualitative methods with the following steps: (1) conducting observations to obtain information about the potential of the village, (2) conducting interviews with village heads and BPD, (3) conducting FGD. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that an aggressive strategy is the right strategy to form a BUM Desa in Air Saga Village, Tanjungpandan District, Belitung Regency. The implementation of the strategy for establishing BUM Desa must involve village facilitators and be evaluated in each of its activities

 Land grabs and land tenure are one of the potential conflicts that often occur in the community. One of the conflicts that occurred was a case of land control over the former mine of PT. Antam Tbk. in the Sungai Enam sub-district began in 2005. Conflicts started from different meanings of land between PT. Antam Tbk. with the Sungai Enam community. This research was carried out to determine the dynamics of the conflict over the control of the former mining area of PT Antam Tbk. in the Sungai Enam sub-district, Bintan Timur, Bintan district. This research method uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations and documentation studies selected as techniques in data collection. The results of the study show that the conflict that occurred was still in the phase of conflict over the perception of the land of the former PT Antam Tbk. mine between the official owner of PT Antam Tbk. and the community. The Flores people who currently occupy the land consider that the land belongs to God so that they have the right to occupy the land and make it a place to live and grow crops, this assumption is considered right because they can live for decades without any direct request from PT. Antam Tbk. hasn't moved them yet. While the PT. Antam Tbk. can only make a warning by making a notice in one corner of the land with the writing that the land belongs to PT Antam Tbk.Perebutan lahan dan penguasaan lahan merupakan salah satu potensi konflik yang sering terjadi di masyarakat.Salah satu konflik yang terjadi adalah kasus penguasaan lahan atas eks tambang PT Antam Tbk. di Kelurahan Sungai Enam dimulai sejak tahun 2005.Konflik bermula dari pemaknaan yang berbeda atas tanah antara PT Antam Tbk. dengan masyarakat Sungai Enam. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dinamika konflik penguasaan lahan eks tambang PT Antam Tbk. di Kelurahan Sungai Enam Kecamatan Bintan Timur Kabupaten Bintan. Metode penenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi serta studi dokumentasi dipilih sebagai teknik dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konflik yang terjadi masih pada fase pertentangan atas persepsi lahan eks tambang PT Antam Tbk. antara pemilik resmi PT Antam Tbk. dengan masyarakat. Masyarakat Flores yang saat ini menempati lahan tersebut menganggap tanah tersebut milik Tuhan sehingga mereka berhak menempati lahan dan menjadikannya sebagai tempat tinggal dan bercocok tanam, anggapan ini dinilai benar karena mereka bisa hidup puluhan tahun ditanah tersebut tanpa adanya permintaan langsung dari PT Antam Tbk. untuk mereka pindah. Sedangkan pihak PT Antam Tbk. hanya bisa membuat peringatan dengan membuat pemberitahuan di salah satu sudut lahan dengan tulisan bahwa tanah tersebut milik PT Antam Tbk.

The problem in this study is poverty in the people of Sofan Village, South East Taliabu District, Taliabu Island Regency. The purpose of this study was to assess poverty in the community of Sofan Village, South East Taliabu District, Taliabu Island Regency. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Milles and Huberman technique. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique. The results show that in general the Sofan Village community is a poor community, and the factor that causes poverty in the Sofan Village community is the low education factor, this lack of employment can be seen in general from the work of the community is farmers and fishermen. Another thing that causes poverty is the lack of income and the habit of some people who were still sitting before working. Another factor that causes poverty in the people of Sofan Village is the attitude of being dependent on other parties, especially the Government. This attitude of being too dependent on others is what causes them to live in poverty.

Penelitian ingin menganalisa penanaman nilai-nilai yang ada pada ajaran Islam pada kegiatan kepramukaan. Dalam dharma pramuka terdapat nilai-nilai keIslaman terutama pada sembilan poinnya. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam penelitian ini. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yakni pendekatan sosiologi. Objek penelitian yang menjadi focus dalam penelitian ini, ialah pembina pramuka, pemangku adat dan anggota pramuka Racana Raden Mas Said-Nyi Ageng Serang IAIN Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam pada anggota pramuka Racana Raden Mas Said-Nyi Ageng Serang IAIN Surakarta, melalui tiga fase (fase pengenalan, penerimaan dan fase pengintegrasian). Dari tiap-tiap fase tersebut terdapat sembilan nilai pendidikan agama Islam, yang terdapat dalam dasa dharma pramuka. Kontribusi dari internalisasi nilai tersebut memunculkan values consciousness, well being, agency, Connectedness dan transformation. Dari kelima poin tersebut dideskripsikan tentang proses internalisasi nilai pendidikan agama Islam pada diri anggota. Hasil dari proses internalisasi tersebut menghasilkan perubahan yang cukup signifikan, dalam artian ke arah yang lebih baik (memiliki rasa empati, tanggung jawab, berani mengemukakan pendapat karena setiap anggota memiliki hak untuk menentukan plihan, dapat membangun hubungan yang positif antara satu dengan yang lainnya), sehingga tercipta sebuah kerukunan, serta bertransformasi dari yang semula tidak peduli dengan lingkungan sekitar menjadi lebih peduli dan bersifat humanis terhadap sesama rekan organisasi.[The research wants to analyze the inculcation of values that exist in Islamic teachings in scouting activities. In the dharma of scouting there are Islamic values, especially on the nine points. The author uses qualitative methods in this study. The approach used in this research is a sociological approach. The object of research that is the focus of this research, is the scout coach, traditional stakeholders and members of the Racana Racana Mas Said-Nyi Ageng Serang IAIN Surakarta scouts. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the process of internalizing the values of Islamic religious education in Racana Raden Mas Said-Nyi Ageng Serang scout members at IAIN Surakarta, went through three phases (introduction, acceptance and integration phases). From each of these phases there are nine values of Islamic religious education, which are contained in the Dasa Dharma of Scouts. The contribution of the internalization of these values gives rise to values consciousness, well being, agency, Connectedness and transformation. From the five points, a description of the process of internalizing the value of Islamic religious education is described in members. The results of the internalization process resulted in significant changes, in the sense of a better direction (having a sense of empathy, responsibility, daring to express opinions because each member has the right to make choices, can build positive relationships with one another), so as to create a harmony, and transform from being initially indifferent to the surrounding environment to being more caring and humanist towards fellow organizational partners.]

Recruitment is the process of identifying and hiring the right talent for a job in an organization, within a timeframe and by incurring the least expenses. The life cycle of the recruitment process starts from identification of an open position which needs to be filled to the candidate joining the organisation formally. On hearing the word recruitment, what flashes in an individual's mind is the process the HR group would follow to choose a candidate, get him interviewed, cross levels, offer, joining formalities completion, and to integrate the new joinee with the organization's philosophy. But, over a period, this process has evolved and it has transformed its existence from a simple process to a much more organized and digitally equipped one. The importance of a recruitment service though has remained the same, that is, the candidate should have the right skills, right knowledge, aptitude, and most importantly, attitude. But what has been the focus of improvement of the Human resources is the time duration and the cost effectiveness.

Recruitment is one of the main pillars for the proper functioning of a healthy environment, which meets its objectives and is a process coordinated by the human resources department, together with the respective managers for each position. The recruitment process consists in promoting vacancies using the most appropriate channels, means and tools to maximize the attraction rate of the most suitable candidates, as addressability and accessibility within the target group of potential applicants to meet almost all the conditions. and the criteria set out in the profile of the ideal candidate. There is an acute need for skills in a labor market that demands competitiveness as soon as possible. The most important thing that managers and leaders do in an organization is to hire the right people for the right job. At present, the recruitment process has become very dynamic and is constantly changing. We are currently facing an impressive increase in the use of technology and automation in almost every aspect of the recruitment industry. Undoubtedly, the automation of the recruitment process and the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms in these systems has brought a number of benefits and changed the way candidates are selected. The authors of the article aim to conduct a bibliographic research to illustrate the current state of human resources management and the methods adopted in its optimization. The latest trends in this field are researched and the main challenges that appear are exposed. There are presented the means used to maintain employees within the organizations and increase their productivity. The collected data are interpreted and a model of systematization of the recruitment process is proposed using process modeling, for an easier implementation. In conclusion, it is found that the role of recruiters will change through the adoption on a larger scale of solutions to automate the process of search and selection of candidates. Although the benefits of recruiting automation could outweigh the arguments against it, it is prudent for recruiters to combine technology with the human factor in the selection process of the right candidate. The most important strategic challenge in HR for companies is to maintain a high level of employee involvement, which is difficult to achieve only through technology.

Benchmark is the parent company of Basha Market and Of Sorts. The main problem of Benchmark is a lack of human resources. In their new organizational structure, there are still seven vacant positions in their three departments. New qualified employees are needed to fill these positions. In order to do that, recruitment and selection tools are needed. The first tool, the recruitment tools, can help Benchmark attract the right people for the jobs. They consist of job advertisements and an application form. The second tool, the selection tools, can help the company screen the candidates to finally pick the best people to work for them.  The tools consist of a pre-interview questionnaire and the an interview question sheet. Banyu Tibo Beach is one of the beaches in Pacitan Regency. This beach has uniqueness of a waterfall overlooking the beach. This research aims to find out the right management strategy for Banyu Tibo Beach to be ecotourism. This research method used  a descriptive qualitative analysis method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires with non-probability sampling techniques to 100 respondents in Banyu Tibo Beach by taking using incidental sampling techniques. The data obtained is then processed using SWOT analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist in Banyu Tibo Beach. From the data processing, obtained the right strategies to manage the Banyu Tibo Beach in ecotourism, namely by providing or adding infrastructure to support ecotourismbased tourism activities, making or adding environmentally friendly tourism products, conducting training on ecotourism for human resources managing Banyu Tibo Beach, in collaboration with all parties to play an active role in the implementation of sustainable tourism activities.
