This training aims to foster and increase interest in writing, especially writing scientific papers for vocational students in Simalungun Regency and Pematangsiantar City. This dedication is carried out in 2 different Vocational Schools which are Partners of the dedication team, Partner 1 is the National Children's Vocational School located in Simalungun district and an exemplary Private Vocational School located in Pematangsiantar City. The activity was held for 4 days during July 2019, at the National Private Vocational School. The activity was carried out on Saturday and Sunday 6-7 July 2019, starting at 08.00-17.00 WIB with 52 students participating, while the Exemplary Private Vocational School was held on the 13th -14 July 2019 at the same time, with 25 students. The targets of this activity are vocational students in Simalungun District (SMK Anak Bangsa) and Pematangsiantar City (Exemplary SMK). The reason for the selection of service locations is because of the lack of student interest in these schools in terms of writing scientific papers, as well as the lack of scientific papers produced. This activity uses the method of presentation / lecture, discussion, question and answer, and practice / practice. The results of this community service activity show that out of 52 student participants in the Vocational School Private Nation, 25 students were able to answer the questions (Post Test) correctly as many as 10 questions (48%) where previously only able to answer the questions (Pre Test) correctly 9 questions as many as 8 participants (15%). While from 25 student participants in Exemplary Private Vocational Schools, 12 students were able to answer questions (Post Test) correctly as many as 10 questions (48%) where previously only able to answer questions (Pre Test) correctly 9 questions as many as 2 participants (8%).

ABSTRAKDalam dunia akademisi plagiarisme merupakan suatu perbuatan tidak terpuji karena merupakan tindakan mencuri ide atau gagasan orang lain. Namun demikian, tindakan plagiarisme masih sering dilakukan mahasiswa dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah. Untuk mengatasi persoalan itu maka dilakukan sosialisasi wawasan plagiarisme karya tulis ilmiah sebagai bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang ditujukan kepada mahasiswa PGSD. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberi pemahaman yang baik kepada mahasiswa tentang definisi plagiarisme, ruang lingkup plagiarisme, faktor penyebab plagiarisme, tipe plagiarisme dan sanksinya, cara menghindari plagiarisme, simulasi cek plagiarisme dan teknik parafrasa. Metode Pelaksanaan sosialisasi kegiatan dilakukan secara daring (online) melalui media zoom meeting. Dari hasil pre test dan post test menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang plagiarisme. Wawasan tentang plagiarisme sangat penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam menulis karya ilmiah yang bebas plagiat. Kata kunci: wawasan plagiarisme; karya tulis ilmiah ABSTRACTIn the academic world, plagiarism is an act that is not commendable because it is an act of stealing other people's ideas or ideas. However, plagiarism is still often done by students in writing scientific papers. To overcome this problem, socialization of plagiarism insights into scientific writings was carried out as a form of community service activity aimed at PGSD students. This activity aims to give students a good understanding of the definition of plagiarism, the scope of plagiarism, the causes of plagiarism, the types of plagiarism and its sanctions, how to avoid plagiarism, simulation of plagiarism checks and paraphrasing techniques. Methods of the socialization of activities is carried out online through zoom meeting. The results of the pre test and post test showed that there was a significant increase in students' understanding of plagiarism. Insight about plagiarism is very important in supporting the success of students in writing plagiarism-free scientific papers. Keywords: plagiarism insight;scientific writing

Sebuah karya tulis ilmiah yang berisi karya inovatif dalam proses pembelajaran sangat diperlukan oleh guru-guru sebagai syarat kenaikan pangkat dalam pengembangan profesi mereka, termasuk guru-guru SMA/sederajat di Kabupaten Bintan. Namun, pada umumnya mereka mengalami kendala dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah disebabkan kesulitan dalam mencari sumber referensi yang relevan dengan topik penelitian, keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam TIK, dan kesulitan dalam mengolah kalimat agar tidak terdeteksi sebagai kegiatan plagiasi. Tujuan kegiatan ini agar para guru SMA/sederajat di Kabupaten Bintan dapat membuat karya tulis ilmiah yang sesuai kaedah penulisan yang baik dan bebas plagiasi dengan bantuan manajemen referensi Mendeley. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dalam bentuk workshop/pelatihan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan projek. Kegiatan dilakukan selama dua hari dalam bentuk workshop dan dua hari dalam bentuk tugas mandiri. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dianggap berhasil karena sebesar 80% peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang manajemen referensi Mendeley dan mampu mengaplikasikannya ke dalam bentuk karya tulis ilmiah yang bebas plagiasiKata Kunci: GMP; Terasi Tutok, Standarisasi; Kuala Pusing Kapal.Development of Mendeley Reference Assisted Scientific Writing Ability Management for High Schools Teachers in BintanAbstractA scientific paper containing innovative work in the learning process is very much needed by teachers as a condition of promotion in their professional development, including high school / equivalent teachers in the Bintan Regency. However, in general, they experience difficulties in making scientific papers due to difficulties in finding reference sources that are relevant to the research topic, limited knowledge in ICT, and difficulty in processing sentences so as not to be detected as plagiarism activities. The purpose of this activity is for high school / equivalent teachers in Bintan Regency to be able to make scientific papers in accordance with good writing methods and to be free of plagiarism with the help of Mendeley's reference management. The implementation of this activity is in the form of workshops/training using lecture, discussion, question and answer, and project methods. The activity was carried out for two days in the form of a workshop and two days in the form of an independent assignment. This community service activity was considered successful because 80% of the participants experienced an increase in knowledge about Mendeley's reference management and were able to apply it in the form of plagiarism-free scientific papers.

Abstrak: Praktik bullying ataupun kekerasan di sekolah masih sering terjadi hingga saat ini. Sudah banyak kasus Bullying yang terungkap dan bahkan menyebabkan kematian bagi korban. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada siswa tentang bullying dan cara pencegahannya. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu Penyuluhan kesehatan tentang bullying dan pencegahannya serta diskusi bersama. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, tanggal 08 Februari 2020 pukul 09.20-11.00 WITA. Peserta kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Lelogama, Kecamatan Amfoang Selatan, Kabupaten Kupang kelas XI-XII. Peserta penyuluhan sebanyak 68 peserta. Penyuluhan Kesehatan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Pihak sekolah juga memberikan dukungan penuh dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini. Pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa semakin bertambah terkait bullying dan cara pencegahannya, dibuktikan dari hasil pre-test dan post-test dimana terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 30% setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Perlu dilakukan pengabdian lanjutan dengan waktu yang lebih lama untuk advokasi aturan/kebijakan terkait pencegahan dan penanganan bullying di sekolah.Abstract: The practice of bullying or violence in schools was still common today. There have been many cases of bullying that have been revealed and have even caused death to victims. The purpose of this service was to provide knowledge and understanding to students about bullying and how to prevent it. The form of service activities carried out was health counseling about bullying and its prevention and discussion together. This community service activity was held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 09.20-11.00 WITA. The participants of this counseling activity were students of SMK Negeri 1 Lelogama, Amfoang Selatan District, Kupang Regency in class XI-XII. There were 68 extension participants. Health education can run well and smoothly. The school also provides full support in this service activityStudents' knowledge and understanding is increasing regarding bullying and how to prevent it, as evidenced by the results of the pre-test and post-test where there is an increase in knowledge of 30% after being given counseling. Further service needs to be done with a longer time for advocating for rules / policies related to the prevention and handling of bullying in schools.

Fertilization is an action in plant care. Fertilization provides additional nutrients for the soil. Fertilization has a large influence on plant growth and production. Fertilization consists of organic and inorganic fertilizers. Both of these fertilizers must be balanced so that the nutrient content can be maintained properly. The use of fertilizers an organic fertilizer that is widely used, but the use of chemical fertilizers on an ongoing basis will reduce the level of soil fertility. This must be balanced with organic fertilizer. One of the organic fertilizer is guano fertilizer. This fertilizer is fertilizer made from animal waste, namely bats. This fertilizer has a very good content including nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Knowledgethis fertilizer will still be low, so that an introduction and practice about guano fertilizer is needed. Therefore a community service activity was carried out on the development of the manufacture of guano fertilizer. Guano fertilizer development is carried out in the form of granules (granules). The targets of this service are vocational students who are related to agriculture. Vocational students are selected as the young generation to know about organic fertilizers and are able to contribute to the implementation of the agricultural industry. Community service activities were carried out with a presentation of the theory and practice of making guano fertilizer. As a result of this activity, students learned about organic fertilizer, namely guano fertilizer and its contents, nutrient content in the soil, balance in maintaining nutrient content in the soil, the practice of making guano fertilizer, and the creation of granule form from guano fertilizer.

The work world related to office administration, mastery of Microsoft Office is needed as an office administration work tool that must be mastered by vocational students. However, students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa hasn’t been maximal in mastering Microsoft Office 2019, especially in making mail merge on Ms. Word. They are only limited to know the use of Microsoft Office 2019 in the basic stages. Community Service Activity aimed to provide training on introduction of Microsoft Office 2019 computer applications in making mail merge on Microsoft Word to students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa majoring in Office Management. The method used in this service activities were the tutorial, the question and answer, and the practical method. This activity was done well and gained the expected results. The result of this activity was students’ improvement in the ability and skills of making mail merge for letters, certificates and labels using Microsoft Office 2019. It hoped that Students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Office Management Department understands to create mail for letters, certificates and labels, and if they follow Competency Test for their mail merge material, they can pass and get a Competency Certificate that is given by the State.

The method applied by the community service activity is in the form of short training using lecture, discussion, question and answer method and the demonstration which was followed by 9 teachers held at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Purworejo which cover the planning, implementation, and production process</em><em>.</em></p>

One of majoring in Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya is accounting. There are two problems faced Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya. They are the limited learning of banking accounting and the accounting learning process is still done manually. This community service activity is carried out by providing banking accounting training of back office transaction in Conventional Bank for Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya. This activity provides additional knowledfe for teachers and students of Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya about back office transaction in Conventional Bank both in theory or practice.

Learning strategies/methods are very important in learning. Errors in the selection of strategies/learning methods can be a barrier to the course of teaching and learning activities (KBM). Arabic is one of the subjects that is highly emphasized in Darusy Syahadah Islamic boarding school. The ability of the Arabic language for a santri is like a weapon that they will use in battle to search for and explore the Islamic sciences. However, in his journey there were several problems encountered in learning Arabic, including the emergence of drowsiness and boredom that befell students while attending Arabic learning. With these problems, it is necessary to have community service activities in order to create a more creative and attractive learning atmosphere for students. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide assistance in the application of the Musābaqah Biṭāqah Mukhtaliṭul Kalimah method in learning Arabic. The implementation method in this community service activity includes four stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation phase, the observation and evaluation stage, and finally the reflection phase. With the application of the Musābaqah Biṭāqah Mukhtaliṭul Kalimah method, it is proven that it can increase the activeness and enthusiasm of student learning which impacts on increasing student learning outcomes. So the development of the Musābaqah Biṭāqah Mukhtaliṭul Kalimah method as well as other active learning methods is very necessary in order to increase student interest in learning.

 Abstrak  Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan kegiatan lanjutan dari program sebelumnya, dimana dilakukan pelatihan terkait penerapan teknologi dalam pembelajaran bahasa atau disingkat TELL (Technology in Language Learning). Seiring berkembangnya lembaga-lembaga kursus yang jumlahnya semakin banyak, terutama di wilayah Bangkalan. Banyak siswa-siswi mulai dari tingkat sekolah dasar sampai menengah atas mendaftar dan mengikuti program-program yang ditawarkan oleh lembaga kursus. Tren inilah yang menjadi dasar terpilihnya lembaga kursus sebagai tempat melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Penerapan audiobook lit2go di lembaga kursus  Bahasa Inggris ini dilakukan oleh para tutor di lembaga kursus E-Home untuk membantu proses pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran, yang nantinya diharapkan bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan pengajar Bahasa Inggris di lembaga kursus dalam menggunakan teknologi saat pembelajaran, dalam hal ini penggunaan audiobook lit2go.  Kata kunci: Audiobook Lit2go, Tell, Pembelajaran, Teknologi   Abstract    This community service activity is a continuation of the previous program, where training is carried out related to the application of technology in language learning called TELL (Technology in Language Learning). As the number of course institutions grows, especially in the Bangkalan region. Many students ranging from elementary to high school level register and participate in programs offered by institute courses. This trend is the basis for the selection of course institutions as a place to do community service. The application of lit2go audiobook at English language course institutions is carried out by tutors at E-Home course institutions to assist the learning process by utilizing learning technology, which in turn is expected to improve student learning outcomes. Pertanian merupakan bidang yang sangat strategis untuk dikembangkan terutama oleh remaja agar memiliki kepedulian dengan lingkungan sekaligus juga membangun jiwa social entrepreneur. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk memotivasi remaja Cepokojajar Sitimulyo Piyungan Bantul untuk meningkatkan rasa kepedulian terhadap lingkungan melalui wirausaha di bidang pertanian. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode diskusi, tanya jawab dan praktik yang dikemas dalam kegiatan sosialisasi serta simulasi. Materi yang diangkat yaitu tentang ketahanan pangan, perawatan tanaman, pembuatan nutrisi tumbuh, dan pupuk kompos dalam biopori, dan social entrepreneurship. Peserta nampak antusias dan kegiatan terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. Hasil kegiatan ini antara lain: 1) remaja mampu mempraktikkan perawatan tanaman, pembuatan nutrisi tumbuh, pembuatan pupuk kompos dalam biopori; 2) remaja termotivasi untuk memulai peduli terhadap lingkungan dengan mengelola sampah rumah tangga/sampah organik dan menanam tanaman; dan 3) remaja termotivasi untuk memulai merintis usaha. Karangtaruna hendaknya dapat mengikuti pelatihan secara berkala sehingga potensi mereka dapat semakin berkembang dan bermanfaat bagi sekitarnya.Kata Kunci: peduli lingkungan, social entrepreneurshipAbstractAgriculture is a very strategic field to be developed specially by adolescents so that they have concern for the environment while also building a social entrepreneur spirit. This community service activity aims to motivate young people in Cepokojajar Sitimulyo Piyungan Bantul to increase their sense of care for the environment through entrepreneurship in agriculture. This activity is carried out with the method of discussion, question and answer and practice that is packaged in socialization and simulation activities. The material raised is about food security, plant care, manufacturing of growing nutrients, and compost fertilizer in bio pores, and social entrepreneurship. The participants seemed enthusiastic and the activities carried out well and smoothly. The results of these activities include: 1) adolescents are able to practice plant care, manufacture growing nutrients, compost fertilizer in bio pores; 2) youth are motivated to start caring for the environment by managing household / organic waste and growing plants, and 3) teenagers are motivated to start starting a business. Karangtaruna should be able to take part in regular training so that their potential can further develop and benefit the surrounding area.Keywords: care for the environment, social entrepreneurship.
