This study examines the efforts of PAI teachers in improving student religiosity. This study aims to determine the efforts of PAI teachers in improving student religiosity, supporting and inhibiting factors and giving solutions to overcome the inhibiting factors of PAI teachers in improving student religiosity. This study uses a qualitative research method through descriptive analysis. The results of the study could be concluded that there are some efforts made by PAI teachers in improving student religiosity including: providing guidance to all students to always worship and have morality, helping students with less religious knowledge, providing good examples for students, motivating students to actively perform worship and evaluate every activity. From the efforts made by PAI teachers, students coud be more diligent in conducting worship and having morality in accordance with the teachings of Islam. Supporting factors for teachers are internal factors, namely the teachers themselves; and external factors namely the existence of professional and qualified teachers who carry out their obligations properly, the existence of infrastructure supporting religious activities and the support from other teachers and all existing staff at school. Inhibiting factors for teachers include different student backgrounds and the environment or relationships that can affect students. The solution is to work with other teachers and students' parents so that they could supervise them.

This research was conducted at Al-Baitul Amien Elementary School Jember which aims to answer the problem 1) How is the concept of prophetic education implementation in shaping the character of students at Al-Baitul Amien Elementary School Jember? 2) How is the implementation of prophetic education in shaping the character of students at Al-Baitul Amien Elementary School Jember? 3) How to evaluate the implementation of prophetic education in shaping the character of students at Al-Baitul Amien Elementary School Jember ? The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The approach used is descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation. And the validity of the data use triangulation of sources and techniques. The results obtained from this study indicate 1) The concept of prophetic education in shaping the character of students at Al-Baitul Amien Elementary School Jember in 2019/2020 school year in the form of the formation of a unique curriculum made based on the mosque's historical values, religious habituation programs and commemoration of Islamic holidays. 2) Implementation of prophetic education in shaping the character of students at Al-Baitul Amien Elementary School Jember 2019/2020 academic year in the form of some activities: Dhuha Prayers, Dhuhur and Ashar prayer Congregational, Habituation of reciting Asmaul Husna, Tahfidz Qur’an. 3) Evaluation obtained from the implementation of prophetic education, is the formation of students' character is influenced by internal factors, from within the students selves and external factors which include the environment and school activities.Keywords : implementation, prophetic education, character Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Al-Baitul Amien Jember yang bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan 1) Bagaimana konsep implementasi pendidikan profetik dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Al-Baitul Amien Jember? 2) Bagaimana implementasi pendidikan profetik dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Al-Baitul Amien Jember? 3) Bagaimana evaluasi implementasi pendidikan profetik dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Al-Baitul Amien Jember?. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dan keabsahan datanya menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Konsep pendidikan profetik dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Al – Baitul Amien Jember tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 berupa pembentukan kurikulum khas yang dibuat berdasarkan nilai historis masjid, program pembiasaan keagamaan serta peringatan hari besar Islam. 2) Implementasi pendidikan profetik dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Al – Baitul Amien Jember tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 berupa kegiatan: Sholat Dhuha, Sholat Dhuhur dan Ashar Berjamaah, Pembiasaan Asmaul Husna, Tahfidz Qur’an. 3) Evaluasi yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan pendidikan profetik yakni, pembentukan karakter peserta didik dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal yakni dari dalam diri peserta didik dan faktor eksternal yakni meliputi lingkungan dan kegiatan sekolah. ITB students who use Muslim Pro application on their smartphones as a representation of digital society are a tangible form of techno-cultural-religious interrelationships. ITB students, if they need something related to Islamic religious knowledge and daily worship practices, only need to access the application. Analyzed from the perspective of religious studies, the dynamics and phenomena of techno-culture-religion are an interesting and important entity to study, because the religious activities of ITB students using the Muslim Pro application will have implications and polarization on their religious thought. The main objective of this research is to reveal the religious thoughts of the Muslim Pro application users among ITB students. This research is a qualitative research using netnographic research method (virtual ethnography) based on the theory of religious experience in the form of thought from Joachim Wach. The results of this research indicate that the religious thought patterns of ITB students who use the Muslim Pro application are classified into three types of thought, namely: scientific, literate, and contextual.

This study aims to determine and analyze the settlement of problem loans through the mediation of PT. Bank Central Asia Bengkulu Branch and to identify and explain the obstacles that arise in the settlement of non-performing loans at PT. Bank Central Asia, Bengkulu Branch. The research method used is empirical legal research, the research location was at PT Bank Central Asia Bengkulu Branch Office, the data collection technique was carried out through interviews. In PT Bank Central Asia, Bengkulu Branch, there are 178 people who are debtors. If the debtor does not fulfill his obligations, there will be default, which can cause the credit activity to become a non-performing loan. The settlement of non-performing loans at PT Bank Central Asia, the bank first carries out the negotiation stage, if the obligations are still not fulfilled by the debtor, the next step is to carry out the mediation process. The process of settling non-performing loans through mediation at PT Bank Central Asia Bengkulu Branch is carried out by means of internal mediation, which is the mediator, namely from the Legal and Compliance Task Force team at the Sentul Head Office, Bogor. There are 7 debtors who have completed problem loans until the mediation stage. The non-performing loan settlement process has never been carried out by means of litigation and never through OJK. Inhibiting factors have 2 causes, namely from internal factors and external factors. The suggestion for this research is to provide insights about the mediation process to the debtor so that the debtor understands the mediation process.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penanggulangan dan hambatan-hambatan pelaksanaan pelanggaran lalulintas, dan menganalisis deskripsi upaya yang dilakukan polisi dalam mengurangi angka pelanggaran lalu lintas di wilayah Polres Kabupaten Barru. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian fenomenologi dan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi: (1) Kanit Dikyasa, (2) Kanit Patroli, (3) Polisi Patroli, dan (3) Tokoh Masarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Implementasi Patroli Polisi dalam penanggulangan pelanggaran lalu lintas, yaitu: (a) Fasilitas patroli Polisi melengkapi patroli Polisi dalam mencegah terjadinya pelanggaran lalu lintas ternyata belum maksimal, dan (b) Intensitas patroli Polisi menunjukkan peningkatan kepedulian Polisi dalam mencegah terjadinya pelanggaran lalu lintas. (2) Faktor determinan yang menjadi hambatan Patroli Polisi dalam penanggulangan pelanggaran lalu lintas, yaitu: (a) Faktor internal pelayanan ketertiban jalan raya bekemampuan dalam. melakukan patroli untuk menanggulangi terjadinya pelanggaran lalu lintas, dan (b) Faktor eksternal pelayanan ketertiban jalan raya menunjukkan kondisi eksternal patroli polisi dalam penanggulangan pelanggaran lalu lintas kurang efektif. The aim of this study is to find out and analyze countermeasures and obstacles in handling traffic violations, and to analyze the description of the efforts made by the police in reducing the number of traffic violations in the Police Area of Barru Regency. The research method uses the type of phenomenological research and qualitative research approaches. The data collection is done through: observations, interviews and documentations. Research informants include: (1) Dikyasa Kanit. (2) Kanit Patrol, (3) Patrol Police, and (3) Community Leaders. The results showed that: (1) The implementation of Police Patrol in overcoming traffic violations, such us: (a) Police patrol facilities complementing Police patrols in preventing traffic violations were not yet optimal, and (b) The intensity of Police patrols showed an increase in Police concern in preventing traffic violations; (2) Determinant factors that become obstacles to the Police Patrol in overcoming traffic violations, such as: (a) Internal factors of road order services with internal capabilities in conducting patrols to cope with traffic violations, and (b) External factors of road order services indicate that the external conditions of police patrols in handling traffic violations are less effective.

The problem behind this research is that students’ difficulty in writing the letters ofthe Arabic alphabet and connecting letters to a word. The purpose of this researchis to find out the factors that cause students difficulties in writing Arabic alphabetletters. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research design with acase study approach.The results of the research has shows that students were stillvery difficult in writing Arabic alphabet. The student’s category of difficulty is thedifficulty in writing the letters of the Arabic alphabet either standing or straying,and the placement of the letters is still wrong. Then the letter writing which isconsidered difficult is the letters . د, ذ, س, ش, ص, ض, ط, ظ, ف, ق, م, و, هــ يAs for thecauses of students’ difficulty in writing the letter of the Arabic alphabet, it comesfrom both internal and external factors. Internal factors include students do notmemorize the letters of the Arabic alphabet, lack of talent, interest and motivation.External factors include means and less supportive learning infrastructure, and thelearning methods and media used by the teacher are less varied.

This research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu, with the aim of (1) to fnd out and describe the implementation of character education based on religious culture in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu; (2) to fnd out and describe the enabling and inhibiting factors in the implementation of character education based on religious culture in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu; (3) to describe the solutions taken in addressing the problems that arise in the implementation of character education based on religious culture in SMP Muhammadiyah2 Batu.This study uses qualitative research techniques. Where researchers plunge directly to obtain information related to the title of this research. The collection of data obtained from interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The informant that needs to be explored include, the principal of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu, vice of the student , vice of sarpras, PPKn teachers, religious teachers, and students of class VII, VIII, and IX. Then the data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the implementation of character education based on religious culture in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu, implemented through collaboration between the KTSP curriculum with the curriculum of Primary and Secondary Education Muhammadiyah assemblies and their development become specifc policies that have been agreed upon by the school. The development is carried out through habituation or cultural activities in schools are routinely carried out, namely: Culture 5S, Kultum and Duha prayer, Quranic Literacy (BTA), afternoon prayers in congregation , Fridayprayers, empathy (caring), study end-run council/IPM, and the Great Day of Islam (PHBI). Religious culture based on character education is very important in shaping the character and morals of students that possess akhlakul karimah corresponding to 18 values rooted in religious character, Pancasila, cultural, and educational purposes. Supporting factors in the implementation of character education based on religious culture in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu is a curriculum, agreements, teachers (human resource) that support, facilities andinfrastructure (Mosque) in the school, the program, control of community (community participation). Inhibiting factor is student input that are heterogeneous and plural so it can not evenly distributed, the external factors (social environment or community), the limitations of the existing facilities at the school, the programs are less agreed, student awareness is still low. The solution is the school needs to improve, and always keep the communication and cooperation with parents, provide insight to the child, parents, and related institutions, develop and optimizing potentials, as well as tighter regulations in the character formation of students.

This research is aimed to investigate (1) role of Civics Education teachers in building students’ character through nationalism attitude. The research results show that the teachers’ role is highly needed because they are role models to make the students’ behavior and character better and beneficial in terms of life, so that students of SMA 1 Petir can improve their character of nationalism. (2) factors which influence the building of nationalism character (3) the teachers’ effort toward the students’ character building. Based on the results of the research, in their way to solve the problem, the teachers use PAIKEM method, where the learning teaches active, innovative, creative, and fun learning. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis research with a qualitative approach. The source of data in this qualitative research is gotten by digging information /explanation directly from sources of information that are considered to be related to the building of students’ characters in XI IPS 2 of SMA 1 Petir. As for the informants, this research gets Civics Education teachers and students of SMA 1 Petir. Data collection techniques used by the researchers in this research are interviews, observations, and documentation. In addition, the data analysis technics used by the researchers in this qualitative research are data reduction, display, and verification.

Sunda Wiwitan is a belief held by traditional Sundanese society or native Sundanese religion. Sundanese Wiwitan community is spread in West Java, one of which is Cigugur Village, Kuningan. In carrying out their religious activities, this group usually presents offerings. The rituals of offerings in Sunda Wiwitan have existed since the stone age. This ritual is a legacy from the ancestors handed down to the younger generation of Sunda Wiwitan through the communication process. This ritual is still carried out by the Sunda Wiwitan community until this day. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of offering rituals on Sunda Wiwitan adherents and what are the preparations needed at the time of the ritual. Theories used in this research are communication theory, culture and ritual communication. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative research method with a phenomenological method. The data to be analyzed was obtained from the results of in-depth interviews with three speakers. The conclusion from this study is that ritual offerings are not a negative thing. But the offerings ritual is a ritual that presents the work of human beings to Sang Hyang Kersa or the Creator, creatures that appear or do not appear as expressions of gratitude and. This ritual is also a symbol that describes the relationship between humans and nature and humans with the Creator. Sunda Wiwitan merupakan sebuah aliran kepercayaan yang dianut oleh masyarakat tradisional Sunda atau agama Sunda asli. Masyarakat penganut Sunda Wiwitan tersebar di daerah Jawa Barat salah satunya adalah Desa Cigugur, Kuningan. Dalam menjalankan kegiatan agamanya kelompok ini biasa menyajikan sajen. Ritual sajen dalam Sunda Wiwitan sudah ada sejak zaman batu. Ritual ini merupakan warisan dari para leluhur yang diturunkan kepada generasi muda Sunda Wiwitan melalui proses komunikasi. Ritual ini masih dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat Sunda Wiwitan sampai saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah proses ritual sajen pada penganut Sunda Wiwitan dan apa saja persiapan yang dibutuhkan pada saat ritual sajen dilakukan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori komunikasi, budaya dan komunikasi ritual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode fenomenologi. Data yang akan dianalisis diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam dengan tiga orang narasumber. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ritual sajen bukanlah sebagai suatu hal yang negatif. Tetapi ritual sajen merupakan ritual yang mempersembahkan hasil karya olah manusia kepada Sang Hyang Kersa atau Sang Pencipta, makhluk yang tampak maupun tidak tampak sebagai ucapan rasa syukur dan terima kasih. Ritual sajen juga merupakan simbol yang menggambarkan hubungan antara manusia dengan alam dan manusia dengan Sang Pencipta.

Murder is an inhuman crime, where the perpetrator of the crime kills with the intention of being planned in advance because it will kill other people's lives for a specific purpose, this crime is a crime of enmity between individuals and groups so that the victim is helpless, so the police investigator reveals his identity. Carefulness is needed. The problems discussed are what are the factors causing the crime of murder and how are the efforts to overcome the crime of murder. The research method used is normative juridical research. Data collection is based on literature study, based on the results of the research that the author has done, the factors that cause murder are internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely internal factors, and external factors, namely economic, environmental, and family factors. Efforts to tackle the crime of murder, namely penal and non-penal measures, are efforts to reduce the space for movement and opportunities for the committing of crimes. The suggestion in this research is that there is a need for cooperation between legal institutions and the government through police and military officers to prevent and cope with future premeditated murder, prosecutors and judges are requested to be able to prosecute and impose the maximum possible punishment on the perpetrators of the murder guided by the Criminal Code.

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of regional disaster management policies in Sukabumi City and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors of the successful implementation of regional disaster management policies. This research method uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of regional disaster management policies was not optimal. The conclusion is that the socialization activities are still lacking and equitable, human resources and infrastructure have not been added yet. The inhibiting factors are in terms of institutional, apparatus discipline, budget, resources, facilities and environment that are less conducive. Supporting factors are the existence of regulations or regulations on disaster management. for communication carried out by BPBD Sukabumi City in carrying out socialization activities or training on disaster management to the public is still lacking and uneven.
