This study aims to contain a statement that proves the influence the play of role methods to social skills of children. The subjects were 15 children and the characteristics of the subjects are: a ) children aged 4-5 years ( group A ) , b ) indicates a low social skills. The study design used one group pre - test - post - test design. Measuring instruments in this study used the Social Ability Scale from Likert Scale adaptation ( Scale Social Ability ) . Method of analysis used Mann - Whitney / Wilcoxon , to know descriptives Statistics for different test scores of pre - test and post - test . The Results of Mann - Whitney / Wilcoxon inter- rater high enough ( pre - test and post-test 86.80 154.07 . Results of Mann - Whitney / Wilcoxon shows that learning to play of role method can improve social skills of early childhood ( p = 0.000 ).

This study aims to look at the effect of drawing art with motivational interviewing in improving adolescent social skills issues at SMP 1 Wonosari. Drawing art as a tool to express problems while motivational interviewing is a step in changing behavior. This research is a quasi-experimental one group pre-test and post-test design, using purposive sampling based on the value of the low category social skills scale with a total of 10 students. Data analysis using SPSS and the Wilcoxon test. Data collection with a scale of social skills, observation, interviews, and documentation. Mean ranks or an average increase of 5.56. The final results using the Wilcoxon test can get the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.02 <0.05, the hypothesis is accepted meaning that there are differences between social skills from the pre-test and post-test results. It can be concluded that the use of drawing art with motivational interviewing can improve social skills in students in SMP 1 Wonosari.

ABSTRACTSocial skills of children aged 5-6 years is part of the maturation of social development of children in the transition from pre operational entering a concrete operational period. The ability of children aged 5-6 years in social skills can be seen from the behaviors that can be achieved in the child's ability to build interpersonal relationships and intrapersonal relationships. This research was conducted in kindergarden which aims to describe social ability of children aged 5-6 years and look for factors that affect the social skill ability of children. Subjects in this study were one of B Group students who had low social skills. This research uses qualitative approach with case study research method. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview and documentation. Instruments in this research use obsevation sheet and interview sheet. From the data collected and then processed to be used as a whole data. Based on the results of research that has been done in Group B Kindergarden related social skills of children aged 5-6 years, this study can be concluded as follows: social skills of children aged 5-6 years in group B TK Aisyiyah 2 Kota Tasikmalaya reach BG criteria ( Beginning to Grow) with the underlying cause of the lack of opportunities to get along with the people around him with different ages and backgrounds, lack of interest and motivation for children, lack of guidance and teaching from others, which is usually a model for children and lack of ability communicate well to the child. ABSTRAKKeterampilan sosial anak usia 5-6 tahun merupakan bagian dari pematangan perkembangan sosial anak dimasa peralihan dari pra operasional memasuki masa operasional konkrit. Kemampuan anak usia 5-6 tahun dalam keterampilan sosial dapat dilihat dari perilaku-perilaku yang dapat dicapai anak dalam kemampuan anak menjalin hubungan interpersonal dan hubungan intrapersonal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Taman Kanak-Kanak yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan sosial anak usia 5-6 tahun dan mencari faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan keterampilan sosial anak. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah salah satu siswa Kelompok B yang memiliki keterampilan sosial rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar obsevasi dan lembar wawancara. Dari data yang yang terkumpul kemudian diolah untuk dijadikan data yang utuh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terkait keterampilan sosial anak usia 5-6 tahun, maka penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: keterampilan sosial anak usia 5-6 tahun di kelompok B Taman Kanak-kanak  mencapai kriteria MB (Mulai Berkembang) dengan faktor penyebab kurangnya kurangnya kesempatan untuk bergaul dengan orang-orang yang ada disekitarnya dengan berbagai usia dan latar belakang, kurangnya minat dan motivasi anak untuk bergaul, kurangnya bimbingan dan pengajaran dari orang lain, yang biasanya menjadi model untuk anak dan kurangnya kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik yang dimiliki oleh anak.

Child social emotional development at this time requires the attention of all parties, especially teachers in the school because it is not optimal child social-emotional development because teacher learning activities do not provide stimulation to children. In addition, emotional tension possessed by children can reduce or interfere with the motor and mental activities of children. One way to develop children's social emotional and physical can be done through out door games. This research method is classroom action research with the aim of providing information on how the teacher acts in stimulating children's social emotional development through out door games. Based on the results of the study, the results of the initial conditions of development of the social-emotional abilities of group A children are still low, so it needs to be developed. After the implementation of the action through two cycles with three meetings per cycle shows the results of improvement. The results of the research conducted by researchers showed that learning activities through outdoor play activities applied to children showed an increase in the number of early childhood children who were able to master learning about the form of the game. The results of the research conducted by researchers showed that learning activities through outdoor play activities applied to children showed an increase in the number of early childhood children who were able to master learning about the form of the game. Based on the results of this study, children can grow mutual help, get new playmates, train their children to take turns playing, grow joy while playing, and children become brave to play alone without having to be accompanied. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in children's social emotional through out door games.Perkembangan sosial emosional anak pada saat ini memerlukan perhatian dari semua pihak terutama guru di sekolah sebab belum optimalnya perkembangan sosial-emosional anak karena kegiatan pembelajaran guru kurang memberikan stimulasi pada anak. Selain itu ketegangan emosi yang dimiliki anak bisa mengurangi atau mengganggu kesibukan motorik dan jiwa anak. Salah satu cara pengembangan sosial emosional dan fisik anak dapat dilakukan melalui permainan out door. Metode penelitian ini yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tujuan memberikan informasi bagaimana tindakan guru dalam menstimulasi perkembangan sosial emosional anak melalui permainan out door. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil kondisi awal perkembangan kemampuan sosial-emosional anak kelompok A masih rendah, sehingga perlu dikembangkan. Setelah pelaksanaan tindakan melalui dua siklus dengan tiga pertemuan per siklus menunjukan hasil peningkatan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran melalui kegiatan permainan outdoor yang diterapkan pada anak menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah anak usia dini yang mampu menguasai pembelajaran mengenal bentuk permainan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini anak-anak dapat menumbuhkan rasa saling tolong menolong, mendapatkan teman bermain yang baru, melatih kesabaran anak agar mau bergiliran dalam bermain, menumbuhkan keceriaan saat bermain, serta anak menjadi berani bermain sendiri tanpa harus ditemani. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan sosial emosional anak melalui permainan out door.

Abstrak: Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  tingkat  kehilangan cairan dalam tubuh pada anggota gym Soemantri Brodjonegoro Kuningan Jakarta Selatan pada tanggal 26 November 2012. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan “One Group “Pre-Test Dan Post Test Design. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling, sampel yang berjumlah 20 orang dari populasi  80 orang. Hasil perhitungan kadar cairan tubuh awal dan akhir setelah melakukan aktivitas senam aerobik mix impact di peroleh selisih rata-rata (MD) 1,005 dengan standar deviasi perbedaan (SDD) 0,258 standar error perbedaan rata-rata (SEMZ) 0,059 dalam perhitungan selanjutnya di peroleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 17,03 dan nilai t tabel 2,09 pada taraf signifikasi 2,86 dengan demikian nilai t-hitung > t-tabel yang menunjukan bahwa hipotesis nihil (Ho) di tolak. Jika hasil perhitungan tersebut dinyatakan bahwa aktivitas senam aerobik  mix  impact selama 45 menit pada anggota gym Soemantri Brodjonegoro mempengaruhi hilangnya cairan tubuh dengan signifikan. The development of children under five is very important part. Various forms of disease, malnutrition, lack of and love stimulation at this age will lead a negative impact that persists until adulthood even to old age. The purpose of this study is to determine the differences in language skills of children with the treatment of story telling methods without story telling. The method this study used quasy experiment with pre test – post test design of treatment and control group. A sample of 50 children in the Nusantara and Kasih Bunda play ground in Sudimoro Village, Megaluh, Jombang. Sampling was carried out using a simple ramdom sampling. The results of study found that treatment group had an influence of story telling on language skills in pre-school children, whereas there were no differences in story telling of language skills in the treatment and control groups.

Abstract: The pain, TENS, Myofascial Release. The research objective was to determine the effect of administration of TENS and Myofascial Release to decline Mechanical Neck Pain. This study design is one group of pre and post-test design. Subjects and treatment are 20 people who suffer from neck pain mechanic who met the study criteria given TENS and myofascial release treatment for 2 weeks. Points clinical research "Fitasoma" Colomadu, Karanganyar, Central Java. The results of the significance of pain before and after treatment have a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is an influence of TENS and Myofascial Release to the reduction of mechanical neck pain. TENS and Myofascial Release have the effect of reducing pain in patients with mechanical neck pain

The aim of research to determine the effect of guava on Hb levels during menstruation. The study design used Pre-Eksperiment method with one group pre test post-test design. The population are all sophomore of DIII Kebidanan Study Program in STIKES Muhammadiyah Lamongan. Sample taken by purposive Sampling technique. Data taken with observasion and analyzed using Paired T-Test. The result showed that guava was influence Hb levels during menstruation with p=0,000.Keywords: haemoglobin, guava, menstruation, anemia

This paper examined the impact of communal conflict on early childhood (the toddlers and the preschool) development in Nigeria. The position of the p a p e r is that communal conflicts in their various dimensions, inter and intra-religious, socio-political and socio-cultural have actually impacted negatively on the social, psychological and physical development of the early childhood. The author was also convinced from reviewed literature that the mental and physical health of the toddlers and preschools are affected by communal conflicts as the growing child is denied opportunities of acquiring social skills for the socio-political development of the country, Nigeria. Though the toddlers and preschools do not contribute to the executing o f the conflicts the impact fe lt by them as the adolescents and the adults. This paper, therefore, recommends among other things that counsellors and government and non-governmental agencies should never relent in advocating and campaigning for peace among the citizenry in any forum available to them. Group and individual counselling are recommended for children to enable them to forget the atrocities of the hostilities. Perpetrators of violence should never be left to go scot-free because to initiate a communal conflict is the worst crime to a nation and humanity in general.

This research raises the problem of: Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program titled "Improving Early Childhood Social Skills Through Traditional Games Babancakan At Pos Paud Melati O3" .The goal to be achieved through this research is to know and describe: In general, research aims to "To know the description of objective conditions of social intelligence in POS PAUD Melati 03. To know the process of implementation of traditional games in POS PAUD Melati 03 to improve and motivate the child in improving social skills.To know the results of traditional games in order to improve the social skills of children early age in POS PAUD Melati 03 ". This research is carried out with the approach used in this research is qualitative research approach. Sugiyono (2009: 21-22). The source of this research data is the child of World Kid Students Cimahi. While the sample amounted to 30 children as well as used as a sample refresentatif are 2 teachers and 5 children to be a case. The research data was collected by using instrument in the form of interview guide and observation guideline. The use of traditional games to improve children's social intelligence in this study was conducted through two observations. From the results of observations that have been done there is a fairly good improvement on the development of social skills of children in every action on each activity. The results of observations from the improvement of the development of Child Social Skills are seen by comparing the results of each assessment indicator achieved either by the child on the initial observation with the results of each activity. Increases not only occur in every assessment indicator, but every child in POS PAUD Melati 03

The Research aims to Identifying the relationship between the Social Skills and the family climate, Exploring the differences in the Social Skills according to the gender variable and the birth order, in addition to identifying the differences in the family climate according to the economic level of the family. to achieve the research goals, a tool has been applied for measuring the family climate and the social skills on a sample consists of (712) mothers of children aged 3- 6 years in Syria. Research result showed There is a positive correlation between the social skills and the family climate, There are statistically significant differences in the social skills according to the gender variable, no significant differences in the social skills according to the birth order, in addition to there are statistically significant differences in the family climate according to the economic level of the family
