Adolescents development make themprone to conflict. In the juvenile stages happensconfusion between the role of adolescents and the demands of the surrounding community, so itmake adolescents involved in a conflict in their environment. This condition will be difficult whenadolescent do not have the cognitive skills in resolving the conflict. In this study aims to describehow the quality of adolescents in conflict resolution skills after participating in Conflict ResolutionOutbound training. The approach used is a qualitative approach with subjects examined wereparticipants in Basecamp Training TSOT PrigenPasuruan who are following Conflict ResolutionOutbound training. Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. While thetools used are interview, observation and recording devices. Based on the research adolescents whohave followed Conflict Resolution Outbound Training demonstrate a constructive attitude in dealingwith interpersonal conflicts that they feel has a tremendous spirit (has power and energetic), feelmore able to act and act productive, have the ability to describe the strength of himself and others,find it more valuable to himself, feel closer to other people, and have a greater motivation to buildrelationships with others into a deeper relationship. This research entitled Management Planning and Recruitment of Educators by the Education Office of Ternate City. The background of this study explains the human resources planning of the educators is the initial stage of the implementation of management functions. This planning is often overlooked. By doing this plan, all functions of human resources can be implemented effectively and efficiently. In addition, the function and role of educators are professionals in charge of planning and implementing the learning process, assessing the learning outcomes, conducting guidance and training in improving the quality of education.This research uses a naturalistic qualitative approach to describe the management of human resources educators at the official service of Ternate City comprehensively,  naturally and deeply. A naturalistic qualitative approach is used to obtain information and deep interpretation of the meaning of human resource management in accordance with the reality of the field. Techniques data collection in this study is conducted through several techniques, namely observation, interview and documentation. Data collection techniques by conducting interview is to answer the provided research questions. Informants consisted of heads of education offices, principals, teachers and school committees.The conclusion of this study indicates that the planning and recruitment of Education Officers of Education Office of Ternate City has not been optimal in viewing the aspect of equal distribution of teacher placement, administration, management, development, supervision, and technical service to support education process in education unit. In addition there is still a gap of subject teachers in each school. Furthermore, many educators have not yet maximized their capability in performing their obligations as a professional teacher. Kata Kunci: Planning, Recruitment, Educators, and Education Office of Ternate City

The first education for children from an early age is that of the parents. This study aims to describe the role of family education that will affect the quality of children through parenting and parenting. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to obtain information related to family education about children's calories. Children's calories need to be supervised by parents to determine whether or not the child's nutrition intake is sufficient to fulfill nutrition in children so as not to excess calories in early childhood. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that parents assisted children by guiding children in learning and doing assignments from educators, a series of habituation models in speech and behavior.

The people who live in Anggrasmanis village, consist of various kinds of religions. There are Islam, Christian, and Hinduism. The tolerance between religious communities in Anggrasmanis village was maintained even though it was often tinged with tension and suspicion. This encourages religious figure to build communication. This study aims to describe how the pattern of communication inter-religious figures in Anggrasmanis village, so attitude of tolerance is born. The type of research used  is a qualitative description method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers’ finding communication patterns of religious figures in Anggrasmanis village are linear communication patterns and circular communication patterns that occur in direct conversation between religious figures and direct feedback. The role of religious figures to building tolerance at Anggrasmanis village is by participating in activities at the village such as religious holidays.

One of the solutions proposed by Badan Amil Zakat Nasional is to form Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik which has the task of improving the quality of life of mustahik through its programs. So, the purpose of this study is to find out how the role of Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik Badan Amil Zakat Nasional in improving the economic welfare of mustahik. This study uses qualitative research methods that produce descriptive data. Where this research is based on observations made by the author and then explained according to what the author observed in the field. The data collection that the researchers did was using the method of observation, documentary interviews, and other data. When the data has been collected, the researcher conducts an analysis and then draws conclusions from the analysis. The results of this study are Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik BAZNAS plays a role in the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and focuses on potential creative businesses, empowers by providing business development capital assistance, in accordance with the budget draft proposed by mustahik, and approved by LPEM BAZNAS. AbstractTaking into consideration two facts: that the structure of social life forces twins to part and that the presented roles in a pair are not equal, (one of the twins plays the role of a leader (L) and the other, the subordinate (P.)), one can ask the question — what meaning does the moment of parting have and what are its consequences?In order to do that, a survey was conducted, (a sample of 31 pairs of twins above the age of 30), in which every pair was asked the question: “Which one of you made the decision about parting?” The answer had two options: A – I, B – brother/sister. Out of 31 pairs of twins, 16 pairs chose the variant different from his brother or sister – that is A, B, admitting that the interpersonal conflict was the result of the parting. In 7 pairs, both twins chose the B variant – they withdrew from the conflict; and in 8 pairs they chose the A variant – looking for a compromise as the means of agreement.When analyzing the results of the survey, we can state the following:– in the relationship of twins, there is an interpersonal conflict;– the decision about parting is difficult with prevalent feelings of sadness and sorrow;– after parting, at least one of the twins has problems with preserving his identity and integrity of psychological space.Since the moment of parting is necessary and difficult, specialists and mainly parents are required to consciously change their position towards the relationship of twins. It has to be the result of applied educational methods which aim at creating subjectivity and equality of each of the twins before the moment of parting.

This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

Indonesia telah mengatur pembatasan tayangan asing di layar stasiun televisi dalam negeri. Regulasi tersebut tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Penyiaran Nomor 32 Tahun 2002 Pasal 36 ayat 2 yang mewajibkan setiap stasiun televisi untuk menayangkan sekurang-kurangnya 60% tayangan produksi domestik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan tayangan asing di televisi Indonesia dalam perspektif kritis industri budaya. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode kualitatif studi kasus. Pengambilan data dari berbagai studi dokumen dan wawancara. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stasiun televisi swasta melanggar ketentuan mengenai muatan tayangan asing. Ada dua masalah utama tayangan asing di televisi Indonesia. Masalah pertama adalah lemahnya peran negara terhadap penyiaran di Indonesia. Kedua adalah masalah ekonomi media khususnya terkait dengan pekerja media.   Indonesia issued the law regarding the limitation of foreign television programs in 2002. In Article 36, paragraph 2 of Law No. 32/2002 stated that every television station is obligated to broadcast domestic programs at least 60 percent of the total content. This research aimed to analyze foreign programs in Indonesia through a critical thinking perspective. This research adopted a study case, qualitative approach. Data collection was done through interviews, documents study. The collected data were analyzed by data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings showed that  The results showed that private television stations violated the provisions regarding the proportion of foreign programs. There were two main problems that emerge from foreign programs in private TV stations. The first problem was the weak role of the state in broadcasting in Indonesia. The second was the problem of the media economy, especially related to media workers.

This research is done because the number of students of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses semester II and IV academic year 2017 - 2018 have low nationalism.. This was seen from the results of tests that showed that there were still many students of the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017-2018 academic year who did not memorize the Pancasila and Indonesian Raya, and did not understand the meaning of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of the low sense of nationalism of students in the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018 academic year and to find out the role of lecturers of PPKn courses in increasing the nationalism feeling of students in the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018. This study uses a descriptive method of qualitative approach with data collection techniques using test techniques, observation and interviews. Subjects of this study are lecturers of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses and students of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in second and fourth semester of academic year 2017 - 2018. The results of this study indicate that the role of the PPKn lecturer can increase the sense of nationalism of students in the PPKn UNBAJA courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017 - 2018 academic year, such as before the teaching and learning activities are conducted in class, the lecturer always instructed everyone to pray.

EDUCATION AND PEASANT RESISTANCE IN THE PARAENSE AMAZONIAEDUCACIÓN Y RESISTENCIA CAMPESINA EN LA AMAZONIA PARAENSERESUMOEste artigo é fruto dos apontamentos da pesquisa de mestrado desenvolvida no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Agriculturas Amazônicas (PPGAA) da Universidade Federal do Pará – UFPA. Aborda os desafios da luta pela terra no Sudeste Paraense, refletindo sobre o papel da educação nesse processo. Ele aponta a educação que permeia o cotidiano das pessoas, como elemento que fortalece a resistência política dos camponeses, por isso, não está apenas relacionada à conquista da terra, mas também, à permanência na mesma e à mudança da qualidade de vida nos acampamentos e assentamentos. O artigo é resultado de um estudo de caso, desenvolvido no Acampamento Sem Terra, denominado de Dalcídio Jurandir, localizado no Sudeste Paraense e encaminhado por uma abordagem qualitativa. Entende-se que o movimento social busca uma educação que dê conta de compreender as circunstâncias vividas a partir de suas contradições sociais, tendo a mesma lógica de resistência do campesinato, porque é nele que ela tem sua raiz histórica. This paper points out the education that permeates people's daily lives, as an element that strengthens the political resistance of the peasants, therefore, it is not only related to the conquest of the land, but also to the permanence in it and to the change in the quality of life in the encampments and settlements. The article is the result of a case study, developed at the agrarian reform camp, called Dalcídio Jurandir, located in Southeast Pará and guided by a qualitative approach. It is understood that the social movement seeks an education that is able to understand the circumstances experienced from its social contradictions, having the same logic of resistance as the peasantry, because it has its historical roots in it. The leadership of the kiai becomes very important in Islamic boarding school because the development of the quality of pesantren education depends on the competence of the leader, the meaning of the leader here is the kiai or caretaker of the boarding school. This study aims to describe the first role of leadership in improving the quality of education, secondly the leadership of kiai that is effective in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools.This research uses a qualitative method, with a case study in Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation and observation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative methods and inductive thinking patterns. The purpose is to analyze the data obtained from field objects, and then to be related to relevant theories.The results showed: 1) The role of the kiai in improving quality in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang is as a manager, educator, human resource empowerment, decision maker, attainee of the pesantren, motivator and supervisor. 2) Effective kiai leadership is leadership that builds cooperation with kiai or other institutions, regenerates kiai and builds good relations with the community.
