For this reason, management effectiveness, efficiency and productivity are needed to improve the quality of education

Education is that thread which ties the society with the discipline and knowledge. Role of education is experienced universally which transforms societies in a fastidious way and leading to the sustainable development. It is essential to development of any nation. It is the backbone of development and is critical for improving the ability of the human beings to handle environmental and development issues for which basic education is a foundation of environmental knowledge and higher education needs to be integrated as an important part of learning. Education sustains the human values which contribute to individual and collective well-being. Education can enhance the effectiveness of each policy instrument by developing information engagement, agency and empowerment among all affected stakeholders. Education can build a drastic change that is sustainable change because it is created by the learner and reaches hearts and minds. Education can also sustain different human values that can collectively contribute to well beings of individuals and the society. It is the basis for increasing confidence for facing challenges and lifelong learning deeds that can achieve every goal of the individual building. The definition of quality education is different from person to person. There are many important factors responsible for quality of education for example teacher pupil ratio, infrastructure of the school, expenditure of the school on various teaching aids and projects, etc. Major problems of quality education are; limited policy relevant knowledge, policies related to quality education are not based on thorough research, Absence of standardized outcome measures and absence of highly skilled researchers and research capacity in general. Present study is supposed to focus on quality parameters of education that can help achieve goal 4 of sustainable development goals therefore the purpose of this study is to give a brief review of quality parameters of education and status of sustainable development goals in Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand.

The true education is education that is capable of humanizing humans beings. It will also continue to be an effective means to educate the nation's life in accordance with the objectives of the Indonesian state. However, in reality, this goal has not been achieved until now.          The reality of oppression through the world of education is still happened now. we can see it in government policies on education, such as: the problem concerns the issue quality of education, equity of educational and management of education. First, this obscure direction of education is very visible from the national curriculum of education which is always changing which is not only aimed at improving the quality of education, but also full of ideology, politic, economic interests. Second, the problem of equity of education, which is related to the condition of Indonesian children who cannot get good quality education. Third, management of education issues include government policies, bureaucracy and transparency of education.  The ideological and capitalistic situations in education like this has become a field criticized by Paulo Freire and Ki Hadjar Dewantara. These two figures see that human beings must reach their humanity. In other words, they must be free: free from injustice, oppression and even duping. These two figures outline the philosophical ideas of education based on knowledge and life experiences that come into contact with oppression, human suffering both those they experience themselves and those around them. Some parts of their educational views can be recommended in the educational context in Indonesia.

In the system of school education of the Kyrgyz Republic, the problem of developing electronic educational material and introducing it into the educational process of schools is becoming urgent. This goal allows the further implementation of the issue of computerization of school education. This article focuses on the quality of education. To achieve high-quality modern training, the use of electronic materials is required. Electronic materials must be designed in accordance with the rules. Therefore, the content of this article is aimed at revealing the importance of e-learning, at developing electronic materials, at characterizing the requirements for compiling electronic materials and the requirements for using electronic educational materials.

Mobile-assisted language learning (MALL) creates more opportunities for learners to access learning resources more easily and selfdirectly without time and place limitation. Thus, this study aimed at developing MALL materials to support the English oral communicative learning of Thai airport immigration police officers based on needs analysis and exploring the quality of MALL materials to support English oral communicative learning of Thai Airport Immigration police officers.The instruments of this study were the semi-structured interviews with the officers in order to conduct needs analysis, and the IOC (Item-Objective Congruence) form for experts to validate the materials developed, and the questionnaire to assess the officers’ opinions after using the materials to explore the quality. ADDIE model was applied to guide the overall process of developing the materials. The findings indicated that the self-instructional MALL materials laded in WeChat public platform that consisted of two units, Arrival and Departure, and ten lessons that were under each unit, both of which were accordance with the airport immigration officers’ needs. Moreover, the evaluation based on the officers’ opinions revealed that the MALL materials had high quality of content, rational organization, pleasant presentation and convenient functions of the platform.

This study examines the influence of the quality of education and skills of prospective Indonesia Labor from West Sumatra on income. Wage income is expected equivalent to the level of wage labor which comes from other countries. Therefore, in order to obtain equal wage, prospective Indonesian labors sent abroad should be a good level of education, skill trained so that labor productivity increased. The method used in this study is Test Crosstab, and, Chi Square test to see the effect between the two variables used. It is shown that Indonesian labors do not able to compete in terms of quality of education and skills, compared to foreign labors, so that the income received by the Indonesian labor is lower. In addition, professional job that has been chosen by the Indonesian labor is the operator, profession which does not necessarily require a high level of educational and skills qualifications.

This study was conducted based on the low of religious practice of students which is the implementation of the learning outcomes of religious knowledge obtained anywhere, especially in SD Plus Al-Islam. Therefore, in the implementation of the school should be able to realize the management of education well, because the success of learning is strongly influenced by management effectiveness formulated. Islamic religious material in SD Plus Al-Islam is a distinctive feature that distinguishes it from other elementary schools. Therefore, the school should really be able to streamline the management of education in Islamic learning to improve the quality or quality of education, especially in religious practice. This study, included in qualitative descriptive research. The author collects data using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of research on the effectiveness of management education in Islamic learning to foster attitudes and religious practices of students, especially in performing prayers sunnah duha every morning, reading or memorizing Al-Quran, charity, and say hello. The overall management implementation process includes organizing, implementing and valuing systems. While the religious practice of the students is very diverse, in addition to the school management that must be considered, motivation, coaching, supervision of teachers, and environmental factors must also be considered. So the effectiveness of management in SD Plus Al-Islam Wanayasa Purwakarta was effective and can improve the attitude of religious practice of students.

The author comes to the conclusion that it was the social state model in Finland that made it possible to create the knowledge-producing sector able either to keep a high quality of education of all levels or to maintain a culture of networking diffusion of knowledge and innovation.

The era of globalization has an impact on the emergence of intense competition in various sectors such as; in the field of science and technology, economics and others. Competition in maintaining or competing for various sectors requires the existence of competent human beings in order to continue to exist in the midst of socio-cultural changes and the rapid development of science and technology. Speaking of the quality of education, the education component is certainly a central point which will affect the quality of education produced. One component of education in question is the existence of teachers or educators.<br />Principals play an important role in increasing teacher motivation and competence in schools. The failure of school principals to create effective and efficient learning conditions will have an impact on the future of students, often educators are also used as "scapegoats", whereas other aspects such as problems in budget constraints, low attention to teachers, supervision of the curriculum, education regulations contribute low quality of education.
