The data collected from the data Primary and Secondary Data. Based on the results of testing statistical analysis obtained by value Multiple R of 86.6%. The value of F table at the level of 0.05 is thus calculated F 2,76 = 18.801> F table = 2.76 at 95% confidence level. Furthermore, in testing T test, to see the effect of demand factors partially on the request of orchids, the value of the T-table 2.045 with a confidence level of 86.6%. X2, X3 and X4 real impact While real variables X1 No Effect on Demand (Y). Analysing the value of Elasticity, Elastic Retrieved much as 3.395> 1. Demand level of sensitivity to the independent variable (tastes, income, and location) of 3.395.

The research will look at the impact of credit restructuring on the income of banks in Indonesia. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach, with reference to the data used is secondary data, in the form of financial reports of all banking issuers (45 issuers) which are reported and summarized on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The results of hypothesis testing using the t test show a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 with a coefficient value of -1.260, which means that credit restructuring has a negative effect on bank income, it can be concluded that the credit restructuring variable (X) partially has a negative effect on the income variable. (Y). The higher the credit restructuring, the lower the income of banking companies listed on the IDX. The result of the coefficient of determination shows the ability of the independent variable to explain the variation of the dependent variable of 0.945 or 94.5%, which means that the effect of credit restructuring (X) on income (Y) is 94.5% and the remaining 5.5% is influenced by other variables outside of this research model.

This research aimed to know the rate of return credit from costumers of Pagar Agung UPKD and to know the factors which influence the rate of return credit from the costumer of Pagar Agung UPKD by using primary and secondary data. Data was taken from 35 sample of costumers by using “purposive”. The statistic analisis which been used in this research was multiple linier regression by using one tail of t-test with confidence level of 95 % (? = 0,05) and f-test with confidence level 95 % (? = 0,05). The result of research showed that the rate of return credit highly varied according to the costumers ability and willingess The result of research by using multiple linier regression showed that on the confidence level of 95 % the long term to be costumers, household income, amount of family respon sibility,  education, level of credit were influential significantly, whereas the variable of, age, consumtion and work status were not influential significantly toward the credit rate ot return. Key word : Credit, Rate of Return, Costumers.
