The existing legislation determines the education as "an integral and focused process of teaching and upbringing, which represents a socially important value and shall be implemented so as to meet the interests of the individual, the family, the society and the state". However, even in this part, the meaning of the notion ‘socially significant benefit is not specified and allows for a wide range of interpretation [2]. Yet the more inconcrete is the answer to the question – "who and how should determine the interests of the individual, the family and even the state?" The national doctrine of education in the Russian Federation, which determined the goals of teaching and upbringing, the ways to attain them by means of the state policy regulating the field of education, the target achievements of the development of the educational system for the period up to 2025, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 4, 2000 #751, was abrogated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2014 #245 [7]. The new doctrine has not been developed so far. The RAE Academician A.B. Khutorsky believes that the absence of the national doctrine of education presents a threat to national security and a violation of the right of citizens to quality education. Accordingly, the teacher has to solve the problem of achieving the harmony of interests of the individual, the family, the society and the government on their own, which, however, judging by the officially published results, is the task that exceeds the abilities of the participants of the educational process.  The particular concern about the results of the patriotic upbringing served as a basis for the legislative initiative of the RF President V. V. Putin, who introduced the project of an amendment to the Law of RF "About Education of the Russian Federation" to the State Duma in 2020, regarding the quality of patriotic upbringing [3]. Patriotism, considered by the President of RF V. V. Putin as the only possible idea to unite the nation is "THE FEELING OF LOVE OF THE MOTHERLAND" and the readiness for every sacrifice and heroic deed for the sake of the interests of your Motherland. However, the practicing educators experience shortfalls in efficient methodologies of patriotic upbringing, which should let them bring up citizens, loving their Motherland more than themselves. The article is dedicated to solution to this problem based on the Value-sense paradigm of upbringing educational dynasty of the Kurbatovs [15].

The paper deals with issues connected with the motivation of high school students to participate in activities aimed at professional creative activity and, in this context, issues of environmental influences, especially from school and the family. It is responding to some of the growing efforts of neoliberalism to over individualize creative expression and activities and completely ignore social influences. It also takes into account the cultural legacy of past generations and the sources of creative power that have taken root in society and from which individuals draw and process their inspiration. Presented within are the results of an empirical probe focused on the influence of the social environment on the creative activity of teenagers. The paper follows the relations to the existing body of knowledge on the relationship between social environment and creativity, with an effort to capture the social conditionality of creative performances—to capture their roots. The results of the probe have confirmed the initial hypothesis that the creative efforts of secondary school students taking part in vocational training is based on the social background of the family and school. However, the family influence on the students’ creativity is not as significant as one would expect. It is the indirect effect of the family environment that has a larger influence.

THE POET John Donne wrote that no man is an island. Never was this more apt than when applied to the person who is suffering with a crippling disease. For him isolation is disastrous. If intelligent and left too much alone, he becomes embittered, sullen and perhaps an enemy of society. If unintelligent, he deteriorates slowly and steadily into a parasitic, vegetable-like existence, which may eventually sap the lives of all about him. The modern approach to the problem emphasizes adjustment of the handicapped person to the family, the community, and even the nation. All these forces are brought to bear from the social, economic and psychologic points of view, so that such a person is able to live an existence as nearly normal as possible. He contributes to rather than lives upon the society that encompasses him. This consideration of the social aspects of rheumatic heart disease is concerned with these problems and with the extent to which the individual, the family, the community and the nation are able to solve them. On July 29, 1789, Edward Jenner, who first introduced vaccination against smallpox, reported to the medical society in Gloucestershire, England, on "Disease of the Heart Following Acute Rheumatism." The case was illustrated by dissection. This was probably the first reference to rheumatic fever in scientific medical reports. Unfortunately neither the paper nor any record other than its title has ever been found. Perhaps the first physician who pointedly called attention to the association of acute rheumatism and heart disease was David Pitcairn, born in 1749.

The social skills structure of behaviorally disordered adolescents was investigated in relation to their family climate and school competence and adjustment. The sample consisted of 109 male adolescents — 53 behaviorally disordered and 56 nondisabled students. The instruments were the Hebrew adaptations of the Social Skills Checklist, the Family Environment Scale, and the Classroom Behavior Inventory. The comparison between the factorial structure of the behaviorally disordered and the nondisabled responses show that the behaviorally disordered adolescents reported a global social skills concept, whereas their controls revealed a more differential concept. A significant difference was found between the two groups' perceptions of family climate: The behaviorally disordered adolescents viewed their families as more cohesive and organized, more emphasizing of the achievements and independence of the family members, and less enabling the expression of emotions. Teachers' perceptions of their behaviorally disordered students' social skills were also compared with the behaviorally disordered adolescents' self-reports, and significant differences were found. The teachers perceived a differential structure of skills, whereas the adolescents reported a global profile of higher functioning. Aspects of classroom behavior style and family climate were the best predictors of the social skills. Intervention planning should attend to the multivariate nature of social skills.

Palabras Clave: Cuidadores, enfermedad crónica, hemofilia A, madresSignifi cance of being a hemophilia carrierAbstractObjective: Analyzing the meanings that mothers of people with hemophilia, build about being carriers of the disease. The purpose of this study is to analyze Moroccan TIMSS 2011 data using the multi-level approach in order to detect the entanglement of factors that influence the academic performance of students in the second year of college secondary education (grade eight ). The main question is, what is the influence of factors related to the individual characteristics and characteristics of the school attended on the performance of students in mathematics? This question can be answered in many ways: 1. Does student achievement in mathematics vary by school? 2. Is there a significant relationship between the socioeconomic and cultural characteristics of the students and their performance in mathematics? the main question is whether the effect of socio-cultural variables linked to the family context (in particular family educational resources) tends to worsen when they interact with the contextual variables of the school. This raises the question of both the efficiency of schools and the equitable distribution of performance in mathematics. The question can be formulated in the following way: Does the effect of socio-cultural variables at the individual level increase with contact with socioeconomic variables at school level? 3. To what extent do the contextual variables of the school (school climate, educational resources available to schools, etc.) have a moderating or amplifying effect on the relationship between the socio-cultural variables linked to the family context of students and academic performance in math? 4. And what are the determinants of the quality of academic performance defined according to TIMSS standards? Added to this is the question of what has been the impact of the educational reform on the dynamics of school organizations and on the quality of academic performance.

Suddenly in March 2020 we found ourselves confined and isolated in our homes, due to a global health crisis arising from a pandemic, caused by the contamination of a virus called COVID-19. This health crisis also generated a crisis in the social determinants of health, especially those related to the economy, education and culture. But it also generated another crisis, the psychosocial crisis, where populations affected by the effects of mental damage caused by the pandemic and isolation, showed important signs of stress. It is in this scenario that the Integrative Community Therapy, previously carried out in person, is renewed and reinvented. This article reports on the experience of implementing the Integrative Community Therapy online in Brazil and presents the results of the Afinando Vidas Pole in the contribution of improving the quality of life and the individual and collective mental health of the Brazilian population.
