This article describes the variation of syariah savings in the institution of the temple al-Maal wa al-Tamwil (BMT) Mitra sadaya. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach and the type of data used in this study is descriptive. The object of this research is the analysis of the opening procedure of sharia savings at the institution of bait al-Maal wa al-Tamwil (BMT) Mitra Sadaya Purwakarta branch. The subject of the research is the source of data asked for the information according to the research problem. This study aims to determine the form of procedures, implementation procedures, the benefits of procedures and factors in running procedures in the opening of syariah savings. The results of this study are: Variations of Islamic savings at the institution of the temple al-Maal wa al-Tamwil (BMT) Mitra sadaya there are three contracts used: (1) principle akad wadi'ah, (2) Mudharabah contract principle, (3) Qard. Then for the opening procedure of syariah savings as follows: (1) Prospective customers / members come to the office or hold an appointment with marketing bait al-Maal wa al-Tamwil (BMT); (2) The prospective customer / member meets with the Customer Service section bait al-Maal wa al-Tamwil (BMT) Mitra sadaya; (3) Prospective customers / members fill out the application form of syariah account opening or savings account; (4) Prospective client / member shall sign the approval for opening of syariah saving account; (5) Entered and checked by the teller section; (6) Print sharia savings book in accordance with customer / member application; (7) The signing of officials related to the institution of al-Maal wa al-Tamwil (BMT) Mitra sadaya; (8) Calculate and give the first deposit money to the teller; (9) Input of initial deposit and deposit of deposit; (10) Re-check the nominal deposit with the amount of balance and stamp teller; (11) Account opening is completed and customers / members are welcome to go home. Shariah-compliant profit sharing of bait al-Maal wa al-Tamwil (BMT) Partners sadaya partner, if the form of ordinary sharia savings (other than deposits) gifts or profits are given equivalent to 35% of office income. However, if included in the category of gift deposits granted equivalent to 9% -13% per year. As well as deposits that fall into the category of capital of the institution of bait al-Maal wa al-Tamwil (BMT). Sadaya Partners that last from 4-5 years, the profits are equal to 30% -110%.

 DOI: 10.12957/rqi.2018.29241  ResumoO presente artigo se propõe a responder ao seguinte problema de pesquisa: deveria o gestor público responder pessoalmente pela ineficiência na prestação dos serviços públicos de saúde? O artigo possui como objetivo a análise da responsabilidade do gestor público, no âmbito do Estado do Ceará, diante do fenômeno da judicialização da saúde, demonstrando seus impactos na Administração Pública e para o próprio burocrata na gestão da pasta. O estudo possui abordagem qualitativa, porque interpreta a relação de causalidade entre fenômenos jurídicos e sociais, e possui suporte em elementos quantitativos, na medida em que utiliza dados mensuráveis e padrões numéricos para a melhor compreensão do assunto. Conclui-se que a ineficiência do Estado na promoção da saúde não poderia ser resolvida apenas por um administrante, que poderá sofrer sanção judicial por fatos anteriores à sua gestão. Verifica-se, ainda, a relevância do contínuo debate acerca dos meios de resolubilidade da judicialização da saúde, considerando a abrangência e importância essencial desse direito fundamental.Palavras-chave: Judicialização da Saúde; Responsabilidade Pessoal; Gestor Público; Ineficiência do Estado; Resolubilidade da Judicialização.AbstractThe present article proposes to answer the following research problem: should the public manager respond personally for the inefficiency in the provision of public health services? This article aims to analyze the responsibility of the public manager, in the context of the State of Ceará, facing the phenomenon of health judicialization, demonstrating its impact on the Public Administration and on the bureaucrat himself in the management of the agenda. The study has a qualitative approach, because it interprets the causal relationship between legal and social phenomena, and has support in quantitative elements, in that it uses measurable data and numerical standards to the better understanding of the subject. It is concluded that the inefficiency of the State in the promotion of health could not be solved only by an administrator, who could suffer judicial sanction for facts previous to his management. It is also verified the relevance of the continuous debate about the means of resolubility of the health judicialization, considering the comprehensiveness and essential importance of this fundamental right.Keywords: Health Judicialization; Personal Responsibility; Public Manager; Inefficiency of the State; Resilubility of the Judicialization.

The analysis of historical buildings Ngawen Temple has a purpose of knowing the history of Ngawen Temple and knowing the approach to the Ngawen Temple's geometry. This research type is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the historical building of Ngawen Temple. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews and documentation (observation) directly. The interview was done with the temple officers around the building, and the documentation was taken directly. The data analysis technique is done by analyzing the buildings related to the geometry, such as the building's shape on the Ngawen Temple. The results of this study were obtained; namely, Ngawen Temple set in Buddhism. The Ngawen Temple complex consists of 5 (five) temples that line the parallel from north to south. Temple building facing the east. From the south of Ngawen Temple I, II, III, IV, and V, each temple plans the square. One of Ngawen Temple's uniqueness is the existence of 4 lion statues in every corner of temple II and Candi IV. Another uniqueness is the temple's architecture, found in a lion's statue that supports the four sides of the temple building reconstructed from the five buildings. The lion statue's carved style resembles the lion symbol of Singapore's country and serves the rainwater that comes out through the statue's mouth. The Ngawen Temple's shape resembles the cuboid's geometry, the rectangular pyramidal frustum, and the rectangular pyramid

As a well-known microfinance institution in Sukorejo, BMT Bismillah wants to always maintain its existence, by always providing service excellence to its customers so that customers become satisfied and loyal. For service excellence to be carried out, surely there must be a subject or actor who can deliver excellent service which is the main goal. The subject or actor intended is a customer service. BMT Bismillah certainly has service excellence standards that must be applied by customer service. Therefore, the authors are interested in researching how the service excellence implemented by Bismillah Sukorejo BMT customer service by analyzing it using existing standards. The main problem in this study is how the implementation of service excellence standards for services that actually occur in BMT Bismillah carried out by customer service. This type of research is field research by taking the location of research in BMT Bismillah Sukorejo using a qualitative approach. The data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data obtained using the method of interviews (interviews) with customer service, documentation and observation. The results showed that customer service is able to implement the standards set by BMT Bismillah into services that have become its work, but not just any service but excellent service (service excellence) which includes the basic aspects ofAccountability, Action, Attention, Appearance, Attitude, Ability that is able to satisfy and attract customers to remain loyal to BMT Bismillah.Keyword : Service Excellence, Customer service, BMT Bismillah BMT Bismillah Prime ServicStandards

The problem of fruit street vendors is because they open their trade use the part of fruit street or sidewalk and other places for public’s importance that not for the trade and the place that not belong to them that’s way the street vendors become a difficult problem to solve well.  The research problem are 1)  What is the problem faced by fruiterer when trading in Palangka Raya City?  2) How does the view from the fruiterer about the government’s role in helping the fruiterer when trading?.This research used field research and used qualitative approach.  The object of this research was the problem faced by fruiterers at Palangka Raya City.  The subject of this research was the fruiterers that trade at sidewalk.  The data collection technique used interview, observation and documentation.The result of this research shows that 1) There is no special place for street vendors that make them difficult to trading.  2) The street vendors hopefully for government to gave them a special place for trade especially for the fruiterers.

The book under review is a compilation of the author's articles and lectures that highlight the prominent developments in the literature on the subject of Islamic banking and inform the reader of the current state of debate on it. One of the earliest and main contributors to this topic is the author himself. The focus of this review will mainly be on "Economics of Profit-Sharing", which is the title of the fourth chapter of the book and is among his latest contributions. This chapter is a significant contribution as it is the first attempt to formalise the concept of profit sharing into an analytical model and, therefore, demands closer scrutiny. However, in the remaining chapters of the book, the author has drawn attention to some of the fine points made in the literature on this topic. Since some of these points appear to be controversial to me, I will briefly discuss them before moving on to the analytical chapter of the book.

Objetivos: identificar e discutir a produção do conhecimento da enfermagem sobre a influência da precarização no processo de trabalho e a saúde do trabalhador de enfermagem. Metodologia: estudo bibliográfico com abordagem qualitativa, de revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada nas bases BVS, portal de periódicos CAPES, PubMed e Science Direct, no período de 2010 a 2016 e submetidos a análise de conteúdo Resultados: identificou-se a baixa produção da literatura acerca do tema. Na análise qualitativa obteve-se as seguintes categorias: o processo de precarização do trabalho da enfermagem e repercussões da precarização ao processo de trabalho da enfermagem e a saúde do trabalhador. Conclusão: identificou-se a incipiência da produção da enfermagem sobre o tema. Como repercussão da precarização verificou-se o desgaste e sobrecarga de trabalho, assim como impactos negativos na saúde física e psíquica dos trabalhadores.Descritores: Enfermagem do Trabalho; Saúde do Trabalhador; Riscos Ocupacionais.NURSING WORK AND PRECARIOUSNESS: AN INTEGRATIVE REVIEW.Objectives: to identify and discuss the production of nursing knowledge about the influence of precariousness in the work process and the health of the nursing worker. Results: low production of Literature on the subject. In the qualitative analysis, the following categories were obtained: the process of precariousness of nursing work and repercussions of the precariousness to the nursing work process and the health of the worker. Conclusion: the incipience of nursing production on the theme was identified. RESUMOObjetivo: Identificar o significado para o enfermeiro em prestar cuidados para pacientes com Depressão.  Materiais e métodos: Estudo exploratório e descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, a amostra foi de 12 enfermeiras, o cenário de estudo foram Unidades Básicas de Saúde e Estratégias de Saúde da Família, urbanas da cidade de Itajubá-MG. A coleta de dados foi por meio do roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada composta por questionário contendo uma pergunta inerente ao assunto. Resultados: Encontramos oito categorias como estigma da depressão, suicídio, dificuldade em lidar, tempo escasso, envolvimento familiar, aceitação da doença, acolhimento e dar medicamento, de acordo com os discursos dos sujeitos coletados na entrevista. Conclusão: Os enfermeiros não estão em contato direto com portadores de depressão no seu trabalho, não entendem que é sua tarefa identificar e encaminha-los para tratamento especializado. Sugerimos que outros estudos sejam desenvolvidos sobre essa temática.Palavras-chave: Depressão. Relação Enfermeiro-Paciente. Assistência de Enfermagem. ABSTRACTObjective: To identify the meaning for nurses when providing care for patients with depression. Materials and Methods: exploratory and descriptive study with qualitative approach, the sample consisted of 12 nurses, the study scenario was the urban Unidades Básicas de Saúde e Estrategia de Saúde da Família, in the city of Itajubá. Data collection was done through semi-structured interview guides consisting of a questionnaire containing a question related to the subject. Results and Discussion: we found eight categories as stigma of depression, suicide, coping difficulties, scarce time, family involvement, acceptance of the disease, host and give medicine, according to the speeches of the subjects collected in the interview. Conclusion: nurses are not in direct contact with individuals with depression in their work, do not understand that it is their job to identify and refer them to specialized treatment. Abstract The financialization of everyday life has received considerable attention since the 2008 global financial crisis. Financialization is thought to have created active financial subjects through the ability to participate in mainstream financial services. While the lived experience of these mainstream financial subjects has been the subject of close scrutiny, the experiences of financial subjects at the financial fringe have been rarely considered. In the UK, for example, the introduction of High-Cost, Short-Term Credit [HCSTC] or payday loan regulation was designed to protect vulnerable people from accessing unaffordable credit. Exploring the impact of HCSTC regulation is important due to the dramatic decline of the high-cost credit market which helped meet essential needs in an era of austerity. As such, the paper examines the impact of the HCSTC regulation on sixty-four financially marginalized individuals in the UK that are unable to access payday loans. First, we identify the range of socioeconomic strategies that individuals employ to manage their finances to create a typology of financial subjectivity at the financial fringe. Second, we demonstrate how the temporal and precarious nature of financial inclusion at the financial fringe adds nuance to existing debates of the everyday lived experience of financialization.

The Mojokerto City Infaq Development Institute (LPI) is a non-profit organization that manages zakat, infaq, and sadaqah funds. During competition between similar institutions, they compete to be more active and creative in designing donor-attraction strategies. Because it focuses on marketing activities, delivering products to donors, fostering trust, and maintaining good relations of donors, the marketing corporate communications strategy is important choice for donors' best interest. This is a qualitative design with a qualitative approach. According to the discussion on the subject, the application of marketing public relations strategy at LPI Mojokerto City also include promotion, advertising, creating an innovation, event, and sponsorship; public relations marketing strategy plays an important role in maintaining and maintaining donor loyalty, as evidenced by data on the increase in the number of regular donors every year.Keywords : Infaq Development Institute, Strategy, Marketing, Marketing Public Relations, Donor Loyalty

In each historical period, light played an important mystical role in the creation of the sacred space of the temple, and was and is an integral part of religious ritual. Light is an architectural phenomenon, the formative and communicative element of the spatial structure of the temple, the most important factor in the perception of space and layout of the temple. The subject of the analysis contained in the article is the light environment in the space of modern churches of Ukraine. An analysis of the functions of light in churches is made on the example of recently built iconic Greek Catholic temples. The peculiarities of the distribution of natural and artificial light in the space of modern churches, the similarities and differences in the organization of the light environment, as compared to the historical temples, have been revealed. The influence of the light on the architectonics of temples and the visual perception of their object environment, on the formation of the corresponding mystical mood and sacred atmosphere is defined. The values and functions of electric lighting in the structure of the light environment of the temple, the directions of development of electric lighting systems due to the expansion of their utilitarian and decorative functions are determined.
