Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan masyarakat di Desa Rumah Galuh Kecamatan Sei Bingai Kabupaten Langkat dalam mengelola pariwisata berbasis masyarakat. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori strategi komunikasi dan teori pariwisata berbasis masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang dipilih untuk menggali informasi di lapangan adalah metode wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Subjek penelitian adalah masyarakat yang menjadi pengelola wisata Desa Rumah Galuh yang berjumlah empat orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengelolaan pariwisata masyarakat menggunakan strategi partisipatori, strategi media dan strategi mulut-ke-mulut   This study aimed to find out the communication strategies carried out by the community in Rumah Galuh Village, Sei Bingai District, Langkat District in managing community-based tourism. The theory used in this research was communication strategy theory and community-based tourism theory. The research method chosen to explore information in the field was the method of in-depth interviews and observations. The research subjects were the four people managing the Rumah Galuh Village. The results of the study indicated that in the management of tourism the community used participatory strategies, media strategies and mouth-to-mouth strategies.

This study attempts to describe the communication strategies used and various kinds of activities carried out by UIN Ar-Raniry public relations in establishing relationships with the press media. The research method used in this study is the qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data sources of this study were obtained from respondents as the primary data source through several stages in the form of observations records, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was performed by using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques through three flows of activities that were carried out simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the study revealed that the role of public relations of UIN Ar-Raniry in establishing relations with the press media has been going well. It can be seen from the communication strategies used and the various forms of activities that is organized by UIN Ar-Raniry public relation in developing relations with the press media. The communication strategy used is a two-way symmetrical and Reciprocity communication strategy that conforms to the principles of media relations. Several kinds of activities carried out by UIN Ar-Raniry public relations in developing relationships with the press media are Press Coverage, Press Conference, Press Release, Press Statement, Press Interview, and Electronics Communications. Meanwhile, the informal activities are Press Reception and Morning Coffee.

Preserving local culture by reflecting it in every organization's activities becomes a challenge for Public Relations in the digital era 4.0. This is due to a shift in local culture which was replaced by foreign cultures that entered Indonesia. Various kinds of communication strategies are carried out, one of them is by the Public Relations of Aston Imperium Purwokerto hotel which maintains the local cultural specialties at the hotel. This study aims to analyze the communication strategy carried out by Aston Imperium Hotel Public Relations in maintaining local diversity in the 4.0 era. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and related literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the Aston Imperium Hotel Public Relations communication strategy is implemented internally and externally. Internally, local culture is included in the forms of food and beverage, Banyumas regional specialties, hotel interiors and rooms by displaying puppet decorations and Banyumas batik motifs, employees inserting Banyumas local language in greeting guests, providing clothing counters and batik decorations in the hotel. Externally, Aston hotel PR cooperates with the local government and tourism office to support maintaining local wisdom.��

ABSTRACT In the development of tourism in NTT Province, NTT Provincial Tourism Office uses a development communication strategy approach. This study aims to explore the use of development communication strategies by the Department of Tourism in the development of tourism in the Province of NTT. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with case study approach. The results show that most of the programs and activities related to development communication are more using the active development communication strategy approach. This strategy approach is considered to make the community as a communicant solely in the continuity of the communication process. Therefore, alternative approaches to participatory development and convergence development strategies should be considered in the planning of development communication by the NTT Tourism Provincial Tourism Office. Keywords: Development of Tourism and Development Communication Strategy   ABSTRAK Dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Provinsi NTT, Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi NTT menggunakan pendekatan strategi komunikasi pembangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan strategi komunikasi pembangunan oleh Dinas Pariwisata dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Provinsi NTT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar program dan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan komunikasi pembangunan lebih menggunakan pendekatan strategi komunikasi pembangunan aktif. Pendekatan strategi ini dinilai menjadikan masyarakat sebagai komunikan semata dalam keberlangsungan proses komunikasi. Oleh karena itu, alternatif pendekatan strategi komunikasi pembangunan partisipatif dan konvergensi sebaiknya dipertimbangkan dalam perencanaan komunikasi pembangunan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi NTT. [STUDENT CHARACTER BUILDING THROUGH VARIOUS LANGUAGES ​​IN INDONESIAN LANGUAGE LEARNING ACTIVITIES]. This study aims to describe character planting through the variety of languages used in Indonesian language and literature learning activities in schools. Learning activities are activities that are dominated by the delivery of material by the teacher. In delivering the material, the teacher uses a variety of languages. Therefore, the use of various languages can also be used as a way to instill student character. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The location of this research is Triguna Utama Senior High School with the research subjects of class XA on Indonesian Language and Literature learning. The method of data collection was carried out by direct observation in learning activities and in-depth interviews with students and teachers as well as several parties involved in learning activities. Based on the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that in learning activities, the use of formal (formal), consultative, relaxed, and familiar modes are found. The use of various languages by the teacher is able to create various situations and contexts that take place in learning. The variety of languages used can also be used to instill student character both in the classroom environment and outside the classroom. When the teacher uses language with a polite choice of words, students will also follow. Likewise in other contexts when the teacher chooses to use a variety of familiar languages, students will also follow the familiar language choice.

Objective: To analyze the communication strategy of the parliament of the Republic of Indonesia in providing good government education through social media.Methods: Case studies are used as a method in this research, and data collection techniques using in-depth interviews. The basis for selecting informants used a purposive technique by looking at the criteria for informants.Results:The results showed that the communication strategy implemented by the DPR-RI has shown success in educating the public regarding good govenment. The strategy of the parliament's news bureau to absorb the information needed by the public regarding the performance of the parliament is an important key to success.Conclusion: The good governance through Instagram social media was very effective in publishing the performance of leaders and members of the parliament.

This study aims to determine community participation in the Community-Based Total Sanitation Program (STBM) in changing healthy living behavior in the Kasunyatan Village, Serang City, Banten Province. The qualitative research method is the approach used in this study, namely by collecting data through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that the community-based total sanitation program had the benefit of changing people's behavior from the aspect of clean environmental awareness and disposing of water not indiscriminately. Community involvement is a necessary aspect to be able to control locally in realizing a quality environment. Community involvement in sanitation development, starting from planning, implementation to utilization. The community-based total sanitation program is welcomed by the community, but in terms of the amount of assistance, it still does not meet all community needs.

<p>The aim of this research is to determine the principal's management strategy in dealing with teacher work stress. The research method using <a href="https://www.formpl.us/blog/quantitative-qualitative-research">qualitative method</a> with a descriptive approach. This research uses observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to gather the data. Research subjects are the principal and teachers of Faza Islamic Elementary School Palembang. The results of research showed that the principal can implement three strategies in dealing with teacher work stress, so it does not interfere with teacher performance, the comfort of students, and does not hinder the school to achieve its goals. The strategies applied by the principal are 1) recognizing the symptom of teacher work stress, 2) identifying the emergence of work stress, 3) solve the problem as a result of work stress, then the principal deal with teacher work stress. This problem solving consist of three approaches,  1) through a personal approach, 2) a religious approach, 3) an official approach.</p>

This study aims to explain the implementation of the family’s religious functions in instilling the Islamic values to the children. The study was conducted in February - June 2018. The research method employed was the descriptive qualitative method. The data were collected using in-depth interviews and observations. The collected data were analyzed using the qualitative data analysis methods. The research subjects were 30 families whose parents had children aged 7-12 years and residing in the South Tangerang area. The research subjects were chosen using the purposive sampling procedures. The findings showed that 67.29% of the families had carried out their religious functions in instilling the Islamic values including the aspects of reading the stories of the prophets which done by the 60% of families, telling the family of the Messenger of Allah and the story of the Prophet’s companions which done by the 67% of families, teaching the names of the angels and their duties, and introducing the names of the scriptures which done by the 53% of the families, and the rest 32.71% of the family had not embedded the Islamic values in those aspects yet. Instilling the Islamic values as parts of the implementation of the family’s religious function was carried out in various ways according to the values which were implemented. Thus, the suggestion given is that parents as the implementers of the family’s religious functions have to learn continuously to improve their knowledge as well as to provide the sufficient time to instill the Islamic values in those aspects to their children.   References Al Qur’anul Karim. Marketing Communication Strategy is a planning to consume products to targeted markets to achieve the company goals. Through marketing communication strategies, companies try to disseminate information, influence, persuade or remind the target market about a message of the company and its products to be accepted, buy the products offered by the company. This research used descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at Hotel Kartika Graha Malang, with a purposive sampling technique with data collection techniques. While the technique of data collection was done by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion withdrawing. The results of this study showed that Kartika Graha Hotel Malang used the IMC theory which implemented Marketing Commucation, Sales Promotion, and Marketing Event and also used the Kotler theory included the marketing mix with four P (4P) namely Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. While the supporting factors in marketing communication strategies were the solid and also the application of elements of marketing communication  maximally  and adequate products and facilities. The inhibiting factors in implementing the marketing communication strategy were the lack of human resources such as driver and technicians that caused clashes with other departments and also budget problems such as the late disbursement from the specified date.

Dharmarini Public Health Center has a high number of COVID-19 cases and there are COVID-19 epidemiological surveillance activities that are not in accordance with those stated in the guidelines, specifically in health monitoring and in terms of Community-Based Surveillance that vulnerable populations have not been recorded and reported. Based on a preliminary study, Dharmarini Public Health Center only has a surveillance officer and experienced obstacle in cross-sectoral coordination. This study aims to analyze the management aspects of COVID-19 epidemiological surveillance at Dharmarini Public Health Center include planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. This is a qualitative research with analytical descriptive approach. Primary data collection was done by in-depth interviews and research subjects were selected by purposive sampling. The result shows that management aspects in COVID-19 epidemiological surveillance activities at Dharmarini Public Health Center have been carried out from planning, organizing, actuating, to controlling, but there are still shortcomings including in actuating that not all officers involved have received training, there is obstacle in cross-sectoral coordination, the implementation of health monitoring can still be improved, there are refusals in tracing, Community Based Surveillance has not been fully implemented, supervision has only been held once, and in controlling aspect that the evaluation carried out is still not comprehensive. Dharmarini Public Health Center is suggested to optimize the actuating and controlling aspects in COVID-19 epidemiological surveillance.
