The article analyzes the system of material motivation of workers at the enterprise. Measures to improve the system of work motivation have been identified, including: providing employees with professional psychologists who will select staff together with the personnel department, equipping the premises for psychological relief, redistributing work among employees, conducting regular anonymous surveys within each level of the team hierarchy, objectively assess the prospects of each employee hired, professionally analyze the reasons for non-compliance with the sales plan. The requirements to the moral stimulation of employees, which can be carried out at the enterprise, are defined, namely: to provide incentives for specific indicators on which employees have a direct impact and which most fully characterize the participation of each employee in solving problems; establish incentives for success at work so as to apply more significant incentives for higher achievements; to strengthen the interest of each employee in the continuous improvement of its production performance; be simple and clear to employees; take into account the growing socio-political activity and professional and technical skills, the stability of high results in work; preventing the devaluation of moral incentives. It has been established that plaques of honor and similar instruments of recognition are an effective means of moral incentives for staff, because material incentives are not the main thing, every worker needs attention. An effective method of strengthening labor discipline is to encourage conscientious work. The relationship between the motivational type of the employee and his needs is considered. A scale based on the five main labor needs of the company's employees, each of which corresponds to a certain motivational type of the company's employee, was tested on a sample of 126 people (company executives, employees, workers). The construction of the motivational profile of the employee and its change after the implementation of the proposed areas of improvement of the motivation of work at the enterprise will be presented in further research.

The productivity of the workforce in an organization is influenced by an adequate and clear management system in order to regulate each work process. Improved work motivation for workers / employees, such as providing training and development for workers / employees can be done regularly. This needs to be done to improve the quality, attitude, knowledge, and skills, insight and discipline that are effective and effective, for each employee. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with the level of labor discipline in the working areas Of Padang Bulan Health Center In Medan City. This type of research is descriptive analytic research that is to identify and measure variables using Linear Regression analysis by comparing X2 Count with X2 Table, where if X2 Count > X2 Table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the study, it was found that there is a very significant (strong) relationship between the relationship of sanctions with the level of labor discipline, where then obtained X2 Count 17.983> X2 Table 3.841, there was a very significant (strong) relationship between the relationship of motivation and the level of labor discipline, where then obtained X2 Count 17.983> X2 Table 3.841, and there is a very significant (strong) relationship between leadership relationship with the level of labor discipline then obtained X2 Count 17.983> X2 Table 3.841. Health workers, especially for supervision from the Head of public health center, are expected to put forward stricter regulations so that sanctions will be obtained by workers to make workers to work better.

The issues raised in this research is the teacher's performance, variable research is work motivation, work environment, work commitment and performance of teachers Seta Work Discipline As Moderating Variables In MTsN Hall Tuesday. This study aims to disclose (1) the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, (2) environmental effects Work on teacher performance, (3) Effect of Commitment of work on teacher performance, (4) Effect of Work Discipline of the relationship work motivation and teacher performance, ( 5) the impact of labor discipline to the work Environment relationship with teacher performance, and (6) effect of work discipline against Lkomitmen Relationships work on teacher performance.Based on observations and experience studies, researchers found that the majority of teachers' performance MTsN Hall Tuesday, is still relatively low. Researchers speculate that the low performance of teachers caused by many factors, among others, his lack of motivation to work, inadequate competence for the tasks and work discipline is still low.

Labor discipline can be seen from the level of attendance and punctuality came to office. Knowing the relationship between work motivation and work discipline of nurses in the inpatient hospital of Yogyakarta. The research method uses observational with cross sectional approach. The research subjects are nurses in the inpatient hospital Jogja with a sample of 87 respondents, the sampling technique nonprobability sampling by purposive sampling. The results obtained the majority of nurses work motivation levels in a category are 50 respondents (57.5%) and the level of discipline of nurses in the inpatient hospital Jogja majority are in good category were 68 respondents (78.2%) , Analysis of test results obtained the value of correlation coefficient between work motivation and discipline of nurses at 0.342 with P = 0,002 (p < 0,05), which means that H0 rejected and Ha accepted. This paper presents the findings of the stability, thermal conductivity and viscosity of CNTs (doped with 10 wt% graphene)- TiO2 hybrid nanofluids under various concentrations. While the usage of cutting fluid in machining operation is necessary for removing the heat generated at the cutting zone, the excessive use of it could lead to environmental and health issue to the operators. Therefore, the minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) to replace the conventional flooding was introduced. The MQL method minimises the usage of cutting fluid as a step to achieve a cleaner environment and sustainable machining. However, the low thermal conductivity of the base fluid in the MQL system caused the insufficient removal of heat generated in the cutting zone. Addition of nanoparticles to the base fluid was then introduced to enhance the performance of cutting fluids. The ethylene glycol used as the base fluid, titanium dioxide (TiO2) and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) nanoparticle mixed to produce nanofluids with concentrations of 0.02 to 0.1 wt.% with an interval of 0.02 wt%. The mixing ratio of TiO2: CNTs was 90:10 and ratio of SDBS (surfactant): CNTs was 10:1. The stability of nanofluid checked using observation method and zeta potential analysis. The thermal conductivity and viscosity of suspension were measured at a temperature range between 30˚C to 70˚C (with increment of 10˚C) to determine the relationship between concentration and temperature on nanofluid’s thermal physical properties. Based on the results obtained, zeta potential value for nanofluid range from -50 to -70 mV indicates a good stability of the suspension. Thermal conductivity of nanofluid increases as an increase of temperature and enhancement ratio is within the range of 1.51 to 4.53 compared to the base fluid. Meanwhile, the viscosity of nanofluid shows decrements with an increase of the temperature remarks significant advantage in pumping power. The developed nanofluid in this study found to be stable with enhanced thermal conductivity and decrease in viscosity, which at once make it possible to be use as nanolubricant in machining operation.

The State of Qatar has implemented several family policies in order to improve the wellbeing of Qatari families and ensure fair distribution of development benefits for both men and women. However, there is a linkage between female employment outside the home and instability in the marriages of Qatari families. This paper investigates the impact of female employment on marital stability, based on the results of primary data collected in Qatar, a questionnaire that consisted of several sections such as challenges in the workplace, supervisor, family and spouse relations, work motivation and performance. Of the 824 questionnaires that were returned, 807 were completed and valid for analysis. Regression analysis and an ANOVA test have been used to test the relationship between the variables. The results of the research have produced mixed findings about how wives’ employment increases marital instability and have yielded few significant differences on mean scores of discuss on work demands, insufficient time together, housework, financial matters, communication, relatives and rearing children. The results indicates that in general Qatar working women face several challenges in relation to their marital life as part of cultural and social constraints.

Agricultural extension agent was the main spearhead in carrying out counseling. A good agricultural extension agent can be reflected in their performance. The purpose of this study were: (1) describe the characteristics of agricultural extension agent, (2) describe the level of competence, level of work motivation, and describe level of performance of agricultural extension agent, (3) analyze the relationship between characteristics of agricultural extention agent and the level of performance of agricultural extension agent, (4) analyze the relationship between the level of competency of agricultural extension agent and the level of performance of agricultural extension agent, (5) analyze the relationship between the level of motivation of agricultural extension agent and the level of performance of agricultural extension agent. Responden in this study were 48 field extension agent who are civil servant in Ciamis Regency West Java and selected by census. Data were analyzed using Rank Spearman correlation test. The results showed that agricultural extension agent in Ciamis Regency were dominated by extension agent who were old, undergraduate educated, had little training, and had a long working period. Agricultural extension agent in Ciamis Regency generally have sufficient competency which tends to be high and generally dominated by the need for achievement motivation. The results also show that there is a relationship between managerial competence and performance, social competence with performance, technical competence with performance, level of competency with performance, and the need for achievement with performance.Keywords: Agricultural Extension Agent,Competence, Motivation, Performance.

Background: Workload may indirectly cause stress. The ability to manage work stress may affect staff’s motivation and performance. The staff performance will affect decision-making in improving the service quality. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between stress management, work motivation and work performance. Method: This was an analytic observational study with a cross sectional approach. A sample of 19 medical record staff, working at Prof. Dr. R Soeharso orthopedic hospital Surakarta, were selected for this study. A set of questionnaires were developed and administered to measure stress management, work motivation and work performance. Data were then analyzed with a bivariate correlation analysis. Results: There were statistically significant correlations between work stress management, work motivation and work performance. The ability to manage stress positively increased the motivation (r= 0,56; p= 0,013), as well as the work performance (r= 0,49; p= 0,036). Moreover, a higher motivation will lead to a higher performance (r= 0,42; p= 0,071). Conclusion: There were positive relationships between work stress management, work motivation and work performance. Key words: work stress management, motivation, performance.

В статье представлены материалы о взаимосвязи продолжительности продуктивного использования коров с характеристикой устойчивости к деградации, с возрастом отела и удоем. В исследованной, разнородной по происхождению, группе животных для прогноза продуктивного периода коров, обусловленного устойчивостью к деградации и возрастом первого отела, пригодно уравнение регрессии, аргументами в котором являются индекс устойчивости, возраст первого отела в первой и второй степенях. Коэффициент корреляции межу предсказанными значениями продуктивного периода и его фактическими величинами в I группе составляет 0,502, во II - 0,604. При этом крайние варианты прогнозируются со статистическими ошибками 5 мес при оценке индекса устойчивости по 2 лактациям и 4,1 мес по 3, а средние варианты, соответственно, 1,6 и 1,51 мес. Индекс устойчивости к процессу старения является важной характеристикой биологических особенностей коров, определяющий их продуктивное долголетие. Его оценка по первым 2 и 3 лактациям имеет прямолинейную связь с продуктивным периодом (r=0,4109 и r=0,5270), соответственно. Зависимость продуктивного периода от возраста первого отела криволинейная — с увеличением возраста первого отела сокращается срок продуктивного использования, при возрасте первого отела более 1400 дней срок продуктивного использования колеблется от 1,33 до 1,41 лактации. Коэффициент корреляции между этими характеристиками коров составляет - 0,2164 в I и - 0,2620 во II группах. The article presents materials about the relationship of the duration of productive use of cows with the characteristic of resistance to degradation, with the age of calving and milk yield. In the studied group of animals, which is heterogeneous in origin, the regression equation is suitable for predicting the productive period of cows due to resistance to degradation and the age of the first calving, the arguments of which are the stability index, the age of the first calving in the first and second degrees. The correlation coefficient between the predicted values of the productive period and its actual values in group I is 0.502, in group II - 0.604. At the same time, the extreme variants are predicted with statistical errors of 5 months when evaluating the stability index for 2 lactations and 4.1 months for 3, and the average variants, respectively, are 1.6 and 1.51 months. The index of resistance to the aging process is an important characteristic of the biological characteristics of cows, which determines their productive longevity. Its estimate for the first 2 and 3 lactations has a direct relationship with the productive period (r=0.4109 and r=0.5270), respectively. The dependence of the productive period age at first calving curvilinear with increasing age at first calving reduces the time to productive use, while age at first calving of more than 1400 days, the period of productive use ranges from 1.33 to 1.41 lactation. The correlation coefficient between these characteristics of cows is-0.2164 in I and-0.2620 in II groups.

This study aims to determine and understand the relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership with the work behavior of the Functional Staff of the Education and Culture Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province because the Province of East Nusa Tenggara is one of the provinces whose development and growth is relatively slower compared to other provinces in Indonesia. The study population was the functional staff who did not have a structural position of 94 people. Samples were taken as many as 75 people. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument.Based on hypothesis testing, this study found: (1) there was a relationship between work motivation and work behavior in which work motivation contributed 49.29% to work behavior, (2) there was a positive relationship between participative leadership and work behavior in which participative leadership contributed 51.49% of work behavior, and there is a positive relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership together with work behavior. Where work motivation and participatory leadership together contribute 67.01% to work behavior. From the three findings, the conclusions of this study are stated that: (a) Work behavior provides a good relationship to increase work motivation, (b) Work behavior can be improved by considering participatory leadership, by involving employees in every decision making, respecting opinions and proposals employees, and enhance collaboration.

Purpose. Increasing the uniformity of distribution of mineral fertilizers and other bulk materials due to the stability of their feed from the body to the spreading working bodies using the top feeder. Methods. The following methods are used to achieve this aim: the method of comparing the differences between individual groups of fertilizers, the method of analyzing the properties of a new technical system, the method of functional inventiveness, and the methods of theoretical and analytical mechanics. Results. The traction body of the conveyor of the upper feed of the body fat body machine for mineral fertilizers and other bulk materials was substantiated and the relationship between the height of its scrapers and the distance between them was established, as well as the nature of the mineral fertilizer pressure on the curvilinear wall of the body. In addition, the design of the advanced body fertilizer spreader is justified, which ensures a stable flow of fertilizers from the body due to the improvement of the top feeder. Conclusions. Because of the conducted researches, the advantages of machines equipped with top feeder are found. They create the conditions for the forced feeding mineral fertilizers and other loose materials from the container to the distribution bodies, which is a prerequisite for their evenness on the surface. With this, the imperfection of known machines with the top feeder constrains their introduction into agricultural production. On this account, a more thoroughly constructed solution of the body feeder of the top feed is substantiated, in which the conveyor provides a stable supply of fertilizers from the body with reduced energy consumption during operation.
