ABSTRAKHipertensi di Indonesia memerlukan perhatian yang serius karena merupakan penyebab kematian nomor 3 setelah stroke dan tuberculosis. Seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya angka penderita hipertensi di Indonesia, pemerintah merumuskan berbagai kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan untuk lansia agar derajat dan mutu kesehatan lansia penderita hipertensi dapat meningkat. Salah satunya yaitu dengan mencanangkan pelayanan kesehatan pada lansia melalui beberapa jenjang. Pelayanan di tingkat masyarakat dilakukan oleh Posyandu Lansia. Uraian situasi di atas merupakan dasar mengapa perlu dilakukan pemberdayaan kader posyandu lansia untuk pencegahan hipertensi dan komplikasinya di Kecamatan Purwosari Kabupaten Pasuruan. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pemberian edukasi tentang hipertensi dan komplikasinya serta, memberikan pelatihan pemerikasaan tekanan darah bagi kader. Subjek dalam kegiatan ini adalah seluruh kader kesehatan di wilayah Kecamatan Purwosari. Lokasi ini dipilih mengingat kasus hipertensi di wilayah ini masih cukup tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapatkan sambutan hangat dari peserta. Hal ini terbukti dengan banyaknya peserta yang aktif dalam diskusi dan mengajukan pertanyaan. Setelah sesi diskusi pemateri malakukan post test secara lisan kepada peserta, dalam post test yang dilakukan 100% peserta mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang disampaikan oleh pemateri dengan benar. Kesimpulan yang bisa ditarik dari kegiatan ini seluruh peserta cukup aktif dalam kegiatan ini dan tidak meninggalkan tempat sampai acara selesai. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan  masyarakat tentang penyakit hipertensi dapat lebih maksimal setelah diadakan kegiatan ini diukur dengan hasil apersepsi dan evaluasi. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Kader, Hipertensi ABSTRACTHypertension in Indonesia requires serious attention because it is the 3rd cause of death after stroke and tuberculosis In line with the increasing number of hypertension sufferers in Indonesia, the government has formulated various health service policies for the elderly so that the degree and quality of health of elderly people with hypertension can increase. One of them is by implementing health services for the elderly through several levels. Services at the community level are provided by the Elderly Posyandu. The description of the situation above was the basis of why it is necessary to empower elderly Posyandu cadres for the prevention of hypertension and its complications in Purwosari District, Pasuruan Regency. The form of this community service activity was in the form of providing education about hypertension and its complications as well as providing training in blood pressure checks for cadres. The subjects in this activity were all Health Cadres in the Purwosari District area. This location was chosen considering that there were still many cases of hypertension in this region. This service activity received a warm welcome from the participants. This is evidenced by the large number of participants who are active in the discussion and asking questions. After the discussion session the speaker performs a post test orally to the participants, in the post test 100% participants were able to answer the questions presented by the speaker correctly. The conclusion that can be drawn from this activity was that all participants were quite active in this activity and do not leave the venue until the event was over. Efforts to increase public knowledge about hypertension can be maximized after this activity was measured by the results of apperception and evaluation. Keywords: Empowerment, Cadres, Hypertension

Lanjut usia (Lansia) merupakan kelompok yang paling beresiko terkena Covid-19, dikarenakan lansia umumnya memiliki beberapa penyakit komorbid serta tingginya angka mortalitas pada lansia. Salah satu upaya untuk pencegahan penularan Covid-19 pada lansia ialah dengan langkah promotif dan preventif, antara lain dengan pemberian edukasi pada lansia. Selain itu, perlu juga diperhatikan agar lansia tetap sehat dan bahagia di masa pandemi Covid-19 sehingga kualitas hidup lansia tetap terjaga dan resiko tertular Covid-19 pada lansia dapat dikurangi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap lansia tentang protokol kesehatan dan upaya lansia sehat dan bahagia di masa pandemi Covid-19, dengan jumlah lansia sebanyak 20 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan pendampingan para lansia untuk berkumpul diruang aula, pemberian kuesioner untuk pre-test, penyampaian informasi dilakukan dengan slide power point tentang protokol kesehatan dan upaya lansia sehat dan bahagia, video, kartu SMART, demonstrasi teknik relaksasi nafas dalam serta diakhiri dengan sesi tanya jawab, post-test, dan pemberian makanan tambahan sehat untuk lansia. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan menambah pengetahuan para lansia tentang pencegahan terjadinya infeksi Covid-19, meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap bahaya penularan serta menjadi lansia yang SMART. One of the efforts to prevent Covid-19 transmission in the elderly is by promoting and preventive steps, including providing education to the elderly. In addition, it should also be noted that the elderly remain healthy and happy during the Covid-19 pandemic so that the quality of life for the elderly is maintained and the risk of contracting Covid-19 in the elderly can be reduced. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and attitudes of the elderly about health protocols and efforts for healthy and happy elderly people during the Covid-19 pandemic, with 20 elderly people. The method of implementing this community service activity begins with the assistance of the elderly to gather in the hall, giving questionnaires for pre-test, delivering information with power point slides about health protocols and efforts for healthy and happy elderly people, videos, SMART cards, demonstrations of deep breathing relaxation techniques. and ended with a question and answer session, post-test, and providing healthy supplementary food for the elderly. The results of this community service activity are expected to increase the knowledge of the elderly about preventing the occurrence of Covid-19 infection, increase awareness of the dangers of transmission and become SMART elderly. The number of elderly people is increasing, therefore the government has formulated various health care policies aimed at improving the health status and quality of life of the elderly to achieve a happy and efficient old age in family and community life according to their existence. The purpose of this community service is to increase knowledge about the Elderly Posyandu and to be active in participating in elderly gymnastics. The methods used are lectures, discussions, role play and mentoring. The targets are the elderly in Pagerngumbuk Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency, the implementation of activities from April to June 2018. Data analysis uses frequency distribution. The results obtained, there were 34 participants with the mean pre-test and post-test scores of 87.94. The result is a significant increase in knowledge of 0.000 with a value of t = -16.85, and a 95% CI between -46.81 - -36.72, meaning that the effect is strong because it does not pass 1; giving treatment can increase 3-4x knowledge compared to not given. Meanwhile, for elderly exercise assistance, the number of participants averaged 27 people. The Posyandu Elderly counseling participants were enthusiastic about the material presented. There is an increase in the knowledge of the elderly about the role of the elderly Posyandu and the importance of elderly exercise. Health workers always provide information about the activities of the Elderly Posyandu to cadres, village officials and the community on an ongoing basis.

The Corona Virus (Covid-19) is causing panic everywhere. Hundreds of thousands people were infected and thousands more died. The Indonesian government itself has given appeals to the community in overcoming this epidemic, so that it runs effectively and efficiently. However, in reality there are still many Indonesian people who do not heed this appeal. Therefore, this community service activity aims to assist the government in increasing public knowledge about preventing Covid-19. The method used in community service is carried out through counseling and mentoring. This activity is able to increase public knowledge and understanding about the dangers of Covid-19 and efforts to protect themselves from the implementation of 3M.

Hypertension is one of the main problems in public health in Indonesia and the world. It is estimated that around 80% of cases of hypertension occur mainly in developing countries in the year 2025 from a total of 639 million cases in 2000. Problems faced by partners at this time include people in the village of Prevention rarely conducted health counseling by the Puskesmas especially about Hypertension, none Posyandu for the elderly and the community rarely exercise regularly. This community service activity was carried out in the village of Enforcement which is one of the villages located in Pelawan sub-district, Sarolangun District, Jambi. Time of implementation in February 2018. The target is the elderly.The methods used were survey, lecture, discussion, demonstration / simulation approaches. The results of this program is prevention for parents where they are able to understand of  the management and prevention of hypertension. It is recommended for Health Officers, especially in Puskesmas, to activate posyandu for the elderly so that the elderly can get health services regularly and get more information about health problems.

Pasien Covid-19 dengan diabetes memiliki tingkat kematian yang tinggi, yaitu 7,8% dibandingkan pasien Covid-19 non diabetes. Puskesmas Cilacap Tengah 1 memiliki jumlah pasien diabetes terbanyak di Kabupaten Cilacap. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam dua tahap yaitu edukasi dan pendampingan kader posyandu lansia tentang manajemen diri lansia dengan DM. Sebagai langkah awal, penulis memberikan edukasi tentang manajemen diri DM kepada kader yang dihadiri oleh 19 orang kader perwakilan dari posyandu lansia yang ada di Kelurahan Sidanegara Kecamatan Cilacap Tengah. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan ada peningkatan pengetahuan kader tentang manajemen diri diabetes, dilihat dari nilai rata-rata pre-test 70,4 yang naik menjadi 76,5 pada nilai rata-rata post-test, dimana selisih nilai pre-test dan post-test adalah 6 poin. Kader juga mendapatkan buku manajemen diri DM sebagai buku pedoman. Sedangkan kegiatan pendampingan kader di posyandu lansia masih menunggu ijin dari pemerintah daerah Cilacap, karena selama pandemi Covid-19 kegiatan posyandu masih ditutup. Abstract: Covid-19 patients with diabetes have a high mortality rate, which is 7,8% compared to non-diabetic covid-19 patients. Central Cilacap Health Center 1 has the highest number of diabetes patients in the Cilacap Regency. This community service activity is carried out in 2 stages, namely education and mentoring of elderly posyandu kader regarding elderly self-management with DM. As a first step, the authors provide education about self-management of DM to kader which was attended by 19 kader from the elderly posyandu in Sidanegara Village, Cilacap Tengah District. The results of data analysis showed that there was an increase in kader’s knowledge about diabetes self-management, seen from the pre-test average score 70,4 which rose to 76,5 on the average post-test score, where the difference between the pre-test and post-test scores is 6 point. Kader also receives the diabetes self-management book as a guidebook. Meanwhile, kader assistance activities at the elderly posyandu are still waiting for permission from the Cilacap regional government, because during the covid-19 pandemic, posyandu activities were still closed.

Elderly residents need to be given attention because usually, at old age, there will be many complaints/health problems due to decreased organ function. Therefore it needs various supports from various parties, especially families, in increasing the independence of the elderly in fulfilling daily activities so that the elderly can maintain their health as optimal as possible. The results showed that increased knowledge about good family support and awareness of the elderly in doing their own independent activities would improve the quality of life of the elderly in their old age. There are two evaluations carried out in this community service: pre-test and post-test evaluation. For the pre-test results of 30 participants, 45% are good, and 55% are not good after the activity process is carried out; the post-test gets 90% good and 10% less good. The conclusion from the implementation of community service participants in community service activities can understand and understand the role of the family regarding the independence of the elderly in fulfilling daily activities

ABSTRAKPersonal hygiene saat menstruasi menentukan kualitas hidup remaja puteri dimasa depan. Remaja puteri sangat rentan terkena infeksi pada organ reproduksi terutama saat menstruasi. Kondisi ini menuntut remaja puteri mendapatkan informasi yang tepat dan benar tentang personal hygiene saat menstruasi. Personal Hygiene Education saat menstruasi merupakan suatu kegiatan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang upaya memelihara kesehatan diri terutama saat menstruasi. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang cara membersihkan organ reproduksi ketika menstruasi pada orang tua siswa SDN 05 Marunda Kelas 6, Cilincing, Jakarta Utara. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebelum (pre test), pelaksanaan personal hygiene education saat menstruasi dan sesudah kegiatan (post test) sebagai bentuk evaluasi. Hasil pre test menunjukkan 6,7% orang tua kurang memahami cara melakukan personal hygiene saat menstruasi dan hasil post test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua menjadi 86,7% tentang personal hygiene saat menstruasi. Kegiatan ini sangat didukung untuk dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: personal hygiene education saat menstruasi; sumber informasi; pengetahuan ABSTRACTPersonal hygiene during menstruation determines the quality of life of young women in the future. Teenage girls are very susceptible to infection in the reproductive organs, especially during menstruation. This condition requires young women to get the right and correct information about personal hygiene during menstruation. Personal Hygiene Education during menstruation is an activity to provide health education on maintaining personal health, especially during menstruation. The purpose of this community service is to raise knowledge about how to clean the reproductive organs during menstruation for parents of grade 6 students at SDN 05 Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta. The method used in this community service activity is by distributing questionnaires before (pre-test), implementing personal hygiene education during menstruation, and after activities (post-test) as a form of evaluation. The results of the pre-test showed that 6,7% of parents did not understand how to do personal hygiene during menstruation. Meanwhile, the results of the post-test showed an increase in the knowledge of parents to 86,7% about personal hygiene during menstruation. The Covid-19 pandemic affects all sectors of life. The government has made various efforts to respond to the impact of the pandemic, but the success of government efforts is determined by public perceptions. Communities have an important role in shaping collective behavior in responding to pandemic disasters, there are people who respond well to pandemic disasters and there are people who underestimate pandemic disasters. The formation of public perceptions is caused by the lack of knowledge about the pandemic and the virus itself, so it is necessary to form public perceptions about the Covid-19 pandemic through disaster risk management. This community service activity aims to provide understanding and public awareness as a preventive effort in shaping the public's perception of responding to the Covid-19 pandemic. This community service activity is carried out by means of socialization and training to the community in Suko Sewu District, Bojonegoro Regency. The results of the pre-test and post-test on the practical knowledge of the community showed an average increase of 85 percent. With these results, it can help the public in forming perceptions about the Covid-19 pandemic and can transmit these perceptions to the surrounding community. abstrakPandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada semua sektor kehidupan. Pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai upaya dalam merespons dampak pandemi tersebut akan tetapi keberhasilan upaya pemerintah ditentukan oleh persepsi masyarakat. Masyarakat memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku kolektif dalam merespons bencana pandemi, terdapat masyarakat yang menyikapi bencana pandemi dengan baik dan terdapat masyarakat yang menganggap remeh bencana pandemi. Pembentukan persepsi masyarakat disebabkan oleh minimnya pengetahuan mengenai pandemi maupun virus itu sendiri sehingga perlu untuk membentuk persepsi masyarakat mengenai pandemi Covid-19 melalui disaster risk management. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat sebagai upaya preventif dalam membentuk persepsi masyarakat merespons pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Suko Sewu Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hasil pre-test dan post-test terhadap pengetahuan praktis masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 85 persen. Dengan hasil ini dapat membantu masyarakat dalam membentuk persepsi mengenai pandemi Covid-19 dan dapat menularkan persepsi tersebut kepada masyarakat sekitar.

The COVID-19 pandemic is still a polemic of life in the world. WHO explains that there are still several countries showing an increase in COVID-19 incident.There are still active case of COVID-19 in Indonesia, which is why Indonesian people should remain vigilant, follow the instruction of the Indonesian Ministry of Health, and do 5M. In addition, the Ministry of Health in Indonesia also recommends using traditional medicine to maintain health, provide adequate nutrition and help overcome health problems. Muslim women groups from various regions in Indonesia can be suitable subjects of community service to assist the government in overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic, one of which is through education about COVID-19 and traditional medicine used during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this community service is through educational webinars and measurement of understanding using an electronic questionnaire. After the educational webinar, the team collected the participant's activity in implementing traditional medicine during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this community service activity increased the knowledge of the community service participants to 85.83%. The participants also implemented traditional medicine by sending photos of the activities of the community service participants. This community service activity aims to overcome the problem of information gaps and increase the knowledge of Muslim women groups from various regions in Indonesia to improve and maintain the quality of life and health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants in this activity look active and enthusiastic during community service activities.

ABSTRAK Vaksianasi Covid-19 menjadi program nasional yang dicanangkan Pemerintah bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesa di ke 34 Provinsi, dimulai sejak 13 Januari 2021 dan ditargetkan rampung pada Desember 2021. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dilakukan pada tanggal 4 Juni 2021 dalam bentuk webinar kesehatan diselenggarakan oleh Fakultas Keperawatan UPH bekerjasama dengan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tangerang, Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Bali. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk mendukung pemerintah dalam capaian vaksinasi Covid-19 melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap positif masyarakat untuk mengikuti vaksinasi. Kegiatan ditujukan bagi masyarakat umum dan diikuti oleh 227 peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1) Karakteristik Peserta: berasal dari berbagai Provinsi (mayoritas dari Banten yaitu sebanyak 22%), beragam profesi (mayoritas adalah mahasiswa sebanyak 62,6%), beragam jenjang pendidikan (mayoritas adalah S1 yaitu sebanyak 67,4%) dan berbagai usia (mayoritas adalah 17-25 tahun yaitu sebanyak 66,5%); 2) Gambaran pengetahuan peserta terkait vaksin COVID-19 sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari rerata nilai pre-test sebesar 7.28 dan Nilai Median 7 yang kemudian meningkat pada post-test dengan rerata nilai 8.29 dan Nilai Median 9; 3) Sebanyak 207 (91,2%) peserta belum pernah terinfeksi COVID-19, sebanyak 220 (96,9%) peserta memiliki sikap positif (menilai penting) pemberian vaksin COVID-19, sebanyak 106 (46,7%) peserta mendapatkan informasi terkait vaksin COVID-19 dari media sosial, dan sebanyak 122 (53,7%) peserta belum pernah mendapatkan vaksin COVID-19; 4) Peserta antusias mengikuti webinar dari awal sampai akhir dan menilai kegiatan baik (memuaskan). Saran untuk lembaga mitra, agar dapat memanfaatkan media sosial secara maksimal untuk sosialisasi dan edukasi terkait vaksinasi COVID-19. Kata Kunci: COVID-19, Imunitas, Masyarakat, Pemerintah, Vaksin  ABSTRACT The Covid-19 vaccination is a national program launched by the government for all Indonesians in 34 provinces beginning January 13, 2021 and expected to be completed in December 2021. The activity was intended for the general public and had 227 participants. The results of the activity showed the following: 1) Characteristics of Participants: came from various provinces (the majority were from Banten, which was 22%), various professions (the majority were students, as many as 62.6%), various levels of education (the majority were Bachelors, namely 67.4%) and various ages (the majority are 17-25 years, which is 66.5%); 2) The description of participants' knowledge regarding the COVID-19 vaccine is good. This can be seen from the average pre-test score of 7.28 and a median value of 7 which then increased in the post-test with an average value of 8.29 and a median value of 9; 3) A total of 207 (91.2%) participants had never been infected with COVID-19, as many as 220 (96.9%) participants had a positive attitude (judged it was important) to administer the COVID-19 vaccine, as many as 106 (46.7%) participants received information related to the COVID-19 vaccine from social media, and as many as 122 (53.7%) participants had never received the COVID-19 vaccine; 4) Participants participated enthusiastically in the webinar from start to finish and rated the activity as good (satisfactory).
