This community service aims to empower young women to prevent early reproductive health problems. The methods used in this community service activity are screening, lecture, discussion, simulation and practice. While the stages of problem solving are field observation, problem identification, solution offerings, activity design, implementation, evaluation and monitoring and integration. The results of these activities are age over 14 years (50.0%), menstrual periods up to 4 days (35.5%), changing pads two to 3 times per day (78.9%), height 140 to 150 cm (50.00 %), body weight of 30 to 45 kg (81.6%), the color of milk white mucus (81.6%), the amount of mucus that comes out is small (63.2%) and itching in the genital area is felt occasionally (68.4%). The implementation of community service is expected to produce an outcome in the form of the results of activities in an accredited journal with ISSN.

Abstrak:Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kesehatan reproduksi wanita melalui pendidikan kesehatan dan demontrasi pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI). Metode kegiatan menggunakan (1) metode ceramah dan demonstrasi yakni untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan secara umum tentang kanker payudara dan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) disertai dengan sesi tanya jawab dan (2) metode pembelajaran digunakan untuk alih pengetahuan  atau ketrampilan dan system nilai yang dimiliki oleh nara sumber kepada remaja putri. Masalah yang dihadapi di lapangan adalah kurangnya pengetahuan remaja putri tentang pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI). Pemecahan masalah yang dapat dilakukan dengan pendampingan yaitu memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman, penyuluhan dan demontrasi.Abstract:  This service activity aims to optimize women's reproductive health through health education and breast self-examination demonstrations (BSE). The activity method uses (1) lecture and demonstration methods, namely to convey general knowledge about breast cancer and breast self-examination (BSE) accompanied by question and answer sessions and (2) learning methods used for knowledge transfer or skills and value systems owned by nara resources for young women. The problem faced in the field is the lack of knowledge of young women about breast self-examination (BSE). Problem solving that can be done with assistance is to provide knowledge, understanding, counseling and demonstration

This Community Service (P2M) activity aims to improve young women's health in the health sector, to improve the health of young women, especially reproductive health. One of the problems faced by adolescents is the lack of knowledge about health, especially reproductive health. Efforts to increase understanding of reproduction are by providing education. Counseling on reproductive health and nutrition for young women has given in basic nutrition subjects, which are adaptive in Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Catering expertise. The method used is by providing lectures, discussions, and evaluation of activities. The review has carried out by distributing a satisfaction questionnaire to P2M activities consisting of 10 statements. P2M was conducted at SMK Negeri 33 Jakarta online in the subject of Nutrition Science by involving the principal, vice-principal, 57 female students, three civil servant teachers, and four P2M Faculty members Engineering team. Activities will have held on Monday, 10 August 2020, from 07:30 to 10:00 WIB. The counseling material provided was beautiful to the participants, seen from the whole questionnaire items' average result that they were delighted with 59.4% and 37.5% expressed satisfaction. Thus the P2M activity on improving the degree of reproductive health and nutrition is beneficial for participants.

Puberty is a period of transition from childhood to adolescence. One of the signs experienced by adolescent girls is the presence of menarche. Seeing the current condition of society, many parents, especially mothers, are less than optimal in providing education for their daughters when experiencing the menarche process. In this service activity, an android application will be created that functions to help menarch education. The activity began with the application design process and socialization to young women in the village of Kemuning Lor, Jember Regency. The results of this community service activity are as many as 80% of participants feel helped by the android application. In the future, the android application that is built can be developed by increasing educational content related to menarche.

 Dysmenorrhea is often occurred at the beginning of menstruation, especially in adolescents. If left untreated, pain experienced by adolescents with primary dysmenorrhea could lead to serious problems that ultimately require health services and could also reduce quality of reproductive health and general body health. The aim of gymnastics activity is to improve the reproductive health of adolescent women through the provision of dysmenorrhea gymnastics education. The activity was divided into 2 sessions, lecture and practice. The first session were explanations, questions and answers about the menstrual cycle, dysmenorrhoea and how to prevent or treat dysmenorrhoea pain using dysmenorrhea gymnastics. The second one was gymnastics practice in the same time between community service team and all of the participants, where the service team was divided as gymnastics instructor and the others as facilitator who correct participants' exercise movements that were not right. This activity was carried out on young women at the PSBR dormitory in Blitar City. Implementation was in the March 2021 and followed by 35 teenagers. The results of this activity indicated that all of the participants were able to follow and carry out activities that have been planned properly. Dysmenorrhea gymnastics were an easy, cheap and safe way to reduce and prevent dysmenorrhea pain so that it could be an independent dysmenorrhea therapeutics option for adolescents, especially teenagers in the PSBR dormitory in Blitar City.

Nutritional status in athletes is one of the important factors that affect athlete performance. Athlete's knowledge of nutrition is still lacking. Malnutrition and other health problems are found many in athletes. The purpose of this activity is trained athletes to improve the understanding of nutritional status and measure anthropometry to improve performance. This training contains materials that is needed to improve athlete's knowledge on nutritional status and anthropometric measurements. Further it can be used in the training process or in match conditions. This community service activity was attended by 29 participants consisting of female and male athletes as well as handball trainers. The activity is carried out online. Before and after the training participants fill out a google form for data on body weight, height, and questions about training materials. From the results of data processing, the average height for male athletes was 176 ± 6.33cm and for female athletes 164 ± 5.79cm. Meanwhile, the body weight of female athletes is 60.5 ± 8.3kg and male athletes are 74.02 ± 9.05kg. BMI in female athletes is 22.5 ± 2.2kg / m2 and in male athletes 23.88 ± 1.88 kg / m2. The mean pre-test score for female athletes was 60.35 ± 11.09, while for male athletes it was 60.35 ± 14.69. The average post-test score for female athletes was 67.85 ± 11.90, while for male athletes the average post-test score was 72.5 ± 9.20. Thus, the difference (gain) change in post-test scores to pre-test in female athletes is 12.43% and 20.12% in men. From this training, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the knowledge of handball athletes regarding nutritional status, nutrition, and dietary regulation in athletes. It is hoped that further this community service activity can be carried out in terms of determining the calorie and nutritional needs of athletes as well as athletes can be given knowledge about how to make food menus according to the needs of athletes.

Teenagers generally face problems about sexuality and reproductive health due to limited information and advocacy, no access to friendly services to adolescents, limited institutions in the government that handle adolescents in particular, there is no law that accommodates adolescent rights, and there is no health curriculum reproduction in adolescents. The results of the survey in Karang Kota Village found that there were still many adolescents who did not know about reproductive health, there were incidents of teenagers becoming pregnant outside of marriage and getting married at a young age (˂20 years). The target and outcome of this community service activity are adolescents who obtain appropriate information about reproductive health and understand and can carry out in their daily lives to improve adolescent health, especially reproductive health. The stages carried out in this activity include: 1). conduct a survey to the location (Kota Karang Village, Kumpeh Ulu District), 2). looking for information about adolescent health in Kota Karang Village, Kec. Kumpeh Ulu, 3). do health promotion in Kota Karang Village, Kec. Kumpeh Ulu, and 4). conduct an evaluation of the promotion carried out. Teenagers get the right information about reproductive health and understand and can carry out in daily life to improve adolescent health, especially reproductive health.

<pre>Obesity is a problem that is quite high in Indonesian society, but is most often ignored. Obesity is a global epidemic problem that must be dealt with seriously. The Riskesdas (2013) data stated that the proportion of adolescents (16-18 years) with excess body weight was 7.3%, with obesity category 1.6%, and the remaining 5.7% in the category of overweight, the incidence of obesity experiencing an increasing trend until 2018. The Global School Health Survey (2015) data found that the cause of the high number of obesity is due to the diet of adolescents who often skip breakfast (65.2%), consuming less fiber from vegetables and fruits (93.6%), often consume junk foods that are high in sodium (75.7%) and lack of physical activity (42.5%). This community service activity aims to increase adolescent knowledge of food and the importance of applying a healthy and active lifestyle in daily life. Knowledge will influence a person's attitude and behavior in applying balanced nutrition in their daily lives. Balanced nutrition behavior is expected to reduce nutritional problems among adolescents and this will be seen from the daily diet of teenagers.</pre>In this community service activity participants were found to be obese nutritional status (4%), overweight or overweight (21%) and thin (12%). Participant’s knowledge increased with the category of good knowledge by 28%, increasing to 38% after Nutrition Education. The participant's attitude related to the Balanced Nutrition Guidelines was mostly in the less category (58%), while the participant's behavior in applying the 4 pillars of Balanced Nutrition was still mainly related to maintaining an ideal body weight (58%) and active and exercising lifestyle (83%).

ABSTRACT   Anemia is a condition where the hemoglobin (Hb) level in the blood is less than normal. Young women have ten times greater risk of anemia. Anemia can cause fatigue, learning concentration decreases so learning achievement is low, if not handled properly it will continue into adulthood and can increase maternal and infant mortality. The purpose of this community service is to train female students to avoid anemia which can endanger women's reproductive health, especially during pregnancy. Community service was carried out on Maret 1and 16  2018. The method in this service at the first meeting conducted counseling and training on how to deal with anemia, as well as HB examinations to participants. At the second meeting with an interval of 1 week an evaluation of how to treat anemia and Hb examination was conducted. The results of this activity are 99% of students able to repeat how to properly manage healthy eating patterns, and 100% of students who have anemia are no longer anemic. Anemia is still a health problem in Indonesia, this anemia can be caused by the habit of frequently consuming less nutritious foods. Prevention of anemia by regulating diet and a healthy lifestyle is very helpful to overcome anemia. The faster the precaution is taken, the anemia will not worsen the health condition of adolescents in the future.   Keywords: Response, Prevent, Anemia   ABSTRAK   Anemia adalah suatu keadaan dimana kadar hemoglobin (Hb) dalam darah kurang dari normal. Remaja putri memiliki risiko sepuluh kali lebih besar untuk menderita anemia. Anemia dapat menyebabkan lekas lelah, konsentrasi belajar menurun sehingga prestasi belajar rendah, jika tidak ditangani dengan baik akan berlanjut hingga dewasa dan dapat meningkatkan angka kematian ibu, dan bayi. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk melatih siswi agar terhindar dari anemia yang dapat membahayakan kesehatan reproduksi wanita, khususnya saat kehamilan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada tanggal 1 dan 16 Maret 2018. Metode dalam pengabdian ini pada pertemuan pertama melakukan penyuluhan dan pelatihan cara mengatasi anemia, serta pemeriksaan HB kepada peserta. Pada pertemuan kedua dengan selang waktu 1 minggu dilakukan evaluasi cara mengatasi anemia dan pemeriksaan Hb. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalh 99% siswa mampu mengulangi cara mengatur pola makan yang sehat dengan benar, dan 100% siswa yang mengalami anemia sudah tidak mengalami anemia lagi. Anemia masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di Indonesia, anemia ini dapat disebabkan oleh kebiasaan sering mengkonsumsi makanan yang kurang bergizi. Pencegahan anemia dengan cara pengaturan pola makan dan pola hidup sehat sangat membantu mengatasi anemia. Semakin cepat tindakan pencegahan dilakukan maka anemia tidak akan  memperburuk kondisi kesehatan remaja dimasa yang akan datang.   Kata Kunci: Tanggap, Cegah, Anemia

The government has determined that PAUDs established must meet Holistic PAUD, in accordance with Presidential Regulation (PERPRES) No. 60 of 2013 concerning Holistic PAUD. Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Education is a comprehensive handling of early childhood which includes nutrition and health services, education and care, and protection, to optimize all aspects of child development carried out in an integrated manner by various stakeholders at the community, local government and central levels . Every PAUD is required to become a H-I PAUD, including KB / TK Binarrahman. Entering the 12th academic year, with several developments that have been achieved, Binarrahman has several problems to achieve this that must be immediately given a solution to achieve Holistic PAUD. Of the several problems faced by Binarahman above, several problems need to be addressed immediately, namely monitoring nutritional status and planting early reproductive health education for toddlers. The purpose of this community service activity is to help partners achieve H-I PAUD standards in terms of health and nutrition. The solutions offered are assistance in understanding nutrition for toddlers and assisting in planting early reproductive health for toddlers. The implementation of these service activities is divided into 3 stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation monitoring. The final result is obtained statistically significant increase in the knowledge of PAUD teachers

Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan risiko peningakatan prevalensi stunting pada balita. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya stunting melalui edukasi yang terus menerus. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap kader posyandu mengenai pesan gizi seimbang yang diberikan secara berseri melalui media sosial di wilayah Kecamatan Caringin, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah melalui media sosial (whatsapp group) dengan cara memberikan pesan secara berseri sesuai dengan 4 (empat) pilar gizi seimbang  yang mencakup 1) konsumsi makanan beraneka ragam, 2) Perilaku Hidup Bersh dan Sehat (PHBS), 3) pemantauan berat badan, dan 4) aktivitas fisik.  Pesan diberikan kepada 42 kader yang berasal dari Desa Tangkil dan Desa Pasir Buncir, masing-masing 21 orang kader untuk setiap desa yang dilakukan selama Bulan Juli-Agustus tahun 2020. Hasil edukasi menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan mengenai gizi seimbang terkait pencegahan terjadinya stunting pada balita dari 77,52±10,82 SD saat pre-test menjadi 82,19±9,93 SD saat posttest. Selain itu, rata-rata skor sikap juga meningkat dari 40,21±6,67 SD menjadi 44,48±5,44 SD. Kader posyandu diharapkan dapat menjadi agen perubahan perilaku pencegahan stunting melalui edukasi kepada orang tua balita untuk mencegah terjadinya stunting di masa pandemi Covid-19.---The Covid-19 pandemic causes an increased risk of stunting prevalence in children under five. One of the efforts that can be made to prevent stunting is through continuous education. The purpose of this community service activity (PKM) is to increase the knowledge and attitudes of posyandu cadres regarding the message of balanced nutrition given in series through social media in the Caringin District, Bogor Regency. The method used in this PKM activity is through social media (Whatsapp group) by giving messages in a series according to the 4 (four) pillars of balanced nutrition which includes 1) consumption of a variety of foods, 2) Behavior of Clean and Healthy Living (PHBS), 3) monitoring of body weight, 4) physical activity. Messages were given to 42 cadres from Tangkil Village and Pasir Buncir Village, every 21 cadres conducted during July-August 2020. PKM results show that there is an increase in the average knowledge score of 77.52 ± 10, 82 SD (before) became 82.19 ± 9.93 SD. In addition, the average attitude score increased from 40.21 ± 6.67 SD to 44.48 ± 5.44 SD. Posyandu cadres are expected to become agents of behavior change in preventing stunting by educating parents of toddlers to prevent stunting during the Covid-19 pandemic.
