The growth and development of children under five is very important to be monitored, considering that this period is the golden age period during the child's development. Some children experience developmental delays or disorders. One of the developmental disorders that is often encountered is a delay in speech. Early detection of language and speech disorders will greatly help parents to describe whether their children have speech delays or other disorders. However, many parents do not have sufficient knowledge about language and speech disorders. Based on this condition, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of early detection of language and speech disorders at Anyelir Posyandu and Sekar Asih Posyandu to raise awareness about the importance of early detection for toddlers. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection through the technique of interview, observation, and documentation study. The results of the study show that the level of awareness among parents increases towards the growth and development of their child's language after parents get information about early detection of language and speech disorders. By doing early detection on the problems experienced by their children, parents can get further information and treatment if needed.

Abstract: All children experience the process of growth and development in life. In order to reach optimal development, the child needs to get the appropriate stimulation provided with the right method. At the age of 0 to 7 years, children learn to use limbs so that the most appropriate stimulation for children aged 0 to 7 years is to use limbs as a medium of learning. This is in line with the techniques performed on sensory integration programs. But unfortunately not many parents know this. This issue often creates problems in child development. The purpose of this community service is to raise the awareness of parents to conduct teaching and learning process in ways appropriate to the age and stages of development owned by children so that children can be optimally developed. This activity is done by making activity planning, determining the location of activities and doing psychoeducation program on the parents of children at Darul Syifa Wal Aitam Foundation that located at Kranji, Bekasi. This activity is an attempt to improve parental knowledge about the importance of sensory integration and the impact it gains when the child's sensory is not well integrated. The benefit of this community service is the increased knowledge of parents about the use of sensory integration methods so that it can be used to optimize the growth of their children.

Child Development Accounts (CDAs) are subsidized savings or investment accounts to help people accumulate assets for developmental purposes and life course needs. They are envisioned as universal (everyone participates), progressive (greater subsidies for the poor), and potentially lifelong national policy. These features distinguish CDAs from most existing asset-building policies and programs around the world, which are typically regressive, giving greater benefits to the well-off. With policy innovation in recent years, several countries now have national CDA policies, and four states in the United States have statewide programs. Some of these are designed to be universal and progressive. Evidence indicates that true universality can be achieved, but only with automatic account opening and automatic deposits. In the absence of automatic features, advantaged families participate and benefit more. Today, momentum for universal and automatic features is gradually gaining traction and accelerating. At this stage in the emergence of inclusive asset-based policy, this is the most important development.

The role of universities in motivating their undergraduate graduates to become a young entrepreneur is very important in growing the number of new entrepreneurs. With the increase in youth entrepreneurship will reduce the increase in the number of unemployed even increase the number of jobs. Pekanbaru City is an area with abundant natural resource potential. For this reason the phenomenon of unemployment among young people, apart from being caused by limited employment, is also due to the synchronization of graduates' qualifications with the needs of the labor market / business (link and match). However, this also explains the low level of entrepreneurship that can be generated from the world of education. To that end, efforts to develop entrepreneurship, especially at the age of youth through training and community service activities must continue to be encouraged. This effort needs to be done as an effort to create young and strong young entrepreneurs. Based on this, a community service program was designed with the title "Growth and Development of New Entrepreneurs in the Digital Era for Young Generation in Agrowisata Village, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province

This study examines the problem most basic health problem for children in Indonesia today is in their growth and development, in other words, it is a problem of stunting. The government has made various efforts to prevent stunting, one of which is specifically intervening in child nutrition. In order to support government programs, we carry out a community service activity with the aim of detecting and detecting children's nutritional development. The Banjarnegara City Government has detected that 29% of children are still affected by stunting. By involving local health workers totaling 35 cadres in these activities. In the process of implementing the activity, it is divided into 3 terms in one day, while the methods used are counseling, discussion and practice. Based on the results of the activity, the cadres experienced an increase in quality. Previously, knowledge of health cadres was only in the range of 37.14%, but after participating in the activity, there was a significant increase of 80%. Likewise, there was an increase (p = 0.000; α <0.05) since this intervention. The recommendation is that there should be activities like this on an ongoing basis and if necessary, early detection of stunting.
