In this article, two great world religions, Islam and Buddhism, are compared. The purpose is to highlight similarities and differences between the two religions. Additionally, this article aims to project elements and teachings that are deemed important by their followers. A neutral stance on their beliefs is especially important in a multicultural society. The study was conducted to promote the harmony and betterment of Malaysian society, and the nation at large; a value process of understanding of each religion is recommended, which can then lead to acceptance, respect and tolerance among the population, and form the basis for developing a paradigmatic Malaysian society that has unity in diversity. This study adopted document analysis as the research method for data collection and data analysis. The conclusions drawn are that, although the two religions appear rather different in terms of principles and practices, the core values of avoiding evil and doing good are similar. In addition, the study proposes that without prejudice and pride, the basics of all commonly practiced religions in Malaysia should be introduced to all Malaysians, with the objective of all understanding, but not necessarily embracing, each other’s religion.

Abstract:The focus of this study is the translation errors contained in the subtitle film Upin and Ipin Terlajak Laris part one (Malaysian language into Indonesian. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data sources are in the form of documents (translation results). Data collection techniques use document analysis. Data analysis techniques 1. Transcribe the conversations in the movie Upin and Ipin, 2. Group the languages of Malaysia and Indonesian 3. Analyze the incompatibility between Malay and Indonesian languages, 4. Conclude the results of the analysis. The results are 20 words that are not accurate in translation.

The problem in this study is that there are often deviations in student behavior which results in students breaking the rules of discipline at school. Namely skipping school, often late, smoking and fighting. This study aims to determine whether the application of group counseling services in preventing the delinquency of juvenile students in SMA Negeri 9 Palembang effectively. The research method used is a quantitative approach with pre experimental methods with OneGroup Pretest and Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS 1 of SMA Negeri 9 Palembang with a sample of 10 students. From the results of data analysis shows that the total pretest value before treatment was 586 with an average of 58.6 and the results of the posttest after being treated with a value of 842 with an average of 84.2. Hypothesis testing results prove that the results of the t-test calculations where t-count = 5.039≥ t-table = 1.833. thus the application of group guidance services in preventing juvenile delinquency from students is effectively accepted.

This research is motivated by the importance of physical components to the results of the speed of the smash on table tennis including reaction time and arm power. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between reaction time and arm power with the speed of a smash ball in a table tennis game. This study uses a correlational research method. The sample in this study were active members of the Jabung Garut club. A total of 20 samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in this study are the ruler drop test to measure the speed of reaction time and the softball throw test to measure arm power. Data analysis used Statistical Product for Social Science (SPSS) version 22. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between reaction time and the smash ball speed, which was p = 0.000 <0.05 with a value of r = -0.719, while the relationship between arm power and ball speed smash results p = 0.001 <0.05 which means there is a significant relationship, and the relationship between reaction time and arm power together with the ball speed smash results produce a significant relationship with the significance of 0.001 <0.05 and r = 0.547. From these results it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between reaction time and arm power with the speed of the ball smash in table tennis. AbstrakPenelitian kontrastif tentang partikel preposisi bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Korea ini membahas persamaan dan perbedaan kedua bahasa dari beberapa aspek, yaitu (1) bentuk; (2) posisi, (3) fungsi, dan (4) penggunaan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data ini adalah metode deskriptif kontrastif. Metode ini merupakan metode gabungan yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Korea yang dikontraskan. Pengontrasan dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang persamaan dan perbedaan karakteristik gramatikal di antara kedua bahasa tersebut. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) Bentuk partikel preposisi dari kedua bahasa berbeda. Bahasa Indonesia partikelnya berupa kata sedangkan bahasa korea partikelnya berupa satuan yang lekat atau morfem. (2) Posisi partikel preposisi dalam bahasa Indonesia umumnya terdapat di depan kata yang diterangkan sedangkan partikel preposisi dalam bahasa Korea pasti lekat dibelakang kata yang diterangkannya. (3) Fungsi partikel preposisi dalam bahasa Indonesia berjumlah 16 sedangkan fungsi partikel preposisi dalam bahasa Korea berjumlah 11. (4) Penggunaan partikel preposisidalam kedua bahasa sama-sama berperan aktif dalam pembentukan kalimat.Kata Kunci: analisis kontrastif, partikel preposisi, bahasa Indonesia, bahasa Korea�AbstractThe study of contrastive about preposition particles of Indonesian and Korean language discusses the similarities and differences of the two languages from several aspects, namely (1) form; (2) position, (3) function, and (4) usage. The research method used in this data collection process is a descriptive method contrastive. This method is a joint method that aims to describe the Indonesian language and the Korean language that is contrasted. Contrast is performed to obtain information on the similarities and differences in grammatical characteristics between the two languages. The results obtained from data analysis show that (1) Form of preposition particles of two different languages. Bahasa Indonesia partikelnya word while the korean particles in the form of aunit that is sticky or morpheme. (2) The position of the preposition particles in the Indonesian language is generally present in front of the said word whereas the preposition particles in Korean must be attached behind the word it describes. (3) The function of the preposition particles in Indonesian is 16, whereas the function of preposition particles in Korean is 11. This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of Recruitment, Training and Counseling on Employee Productivity at PT. Telkom Medan access both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis.  The population in this study were all totaling 462 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that partially it can be seen that the recruitment variable (X1) has a tcount of 0.837 and a value of 1.663, then the tcount value <ttable (0.837 <1.663) and a sig.0.00 value <0.405. This means the hypothesis is rejected namely: partial recruitment has no positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that the training (X2) had a tcount of 3.254 and a t-table value of 1.663, then a tcount> ttable (3.254> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.002. This means that the hypothesis is accepted: training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity in PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that counseling (X3) had a tcount of 2.974 and a t-table value of 1.663 then the tcount> ttabe l (2.974> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.004. This means that the hypothesis  is accepted: counseling has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan.

Abstrak Bahasa IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mendiskripsikan pelaku ekonomi masyarakat melalui metode inquiri pada siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus setiap siklus terdiri dua kali pertemuan, dengan empat tahap penelitian: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo  tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Dengan jumlah  32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif.  Hasil penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar mendiskripsikan pelaku ekonomi masyarakat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I siswa yang berhasil mendapat nilai KKM, meningkat dari 18 siswa (56,25%) menjadi 22 siswa atau 68,75% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 12,50%. Sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 28 siswa yang mendapat nilai diatas KKM atau 87,50% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 18,75% dari sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan metode inquiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mendiskripsikan pelaku ekonomi masyarakat pada siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, pelaku ekonomi masyarakat, metode inquiriAbstrak Bahasa InggrisThis study aims to improve learning outcomes to describe economic actors of society through the method of inquiri on students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Lesson Year 2017/2018. The research method using Classroom Action Research which is carried out in two cycles each cycle consists of two meetings, with four stages of research: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is the students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo academic year 2017/2018. With 32 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study is to improve the learning outcomes to describe the economic actors of society. This is evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes in the first cycle of students who managed to get KKM scores, increased from 18 students (56.25%) to 22 students or 68.75% or an increase of 12.50%. While in the second cycle increased to 28 students who got a value above the KKM or 87.50% or an increase of 18.75% from the previous. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that with the application of inquiri method can improve learning outcomes to describe the economic community in the students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Lesson Year 2017/2018.Keywords: learning outcomes, community economic actors, inquiry methods

This study is aiming to discuss the contrastive analysis of noun affixes of Banten Javanese Language and Indonesian Language. The research method used in this research was qualitative. The technique used in data collection is document study from Indonesian Language and Banten Javanese textbooks used in elementary schools. The data analysis technique used was contrastive analysis by comparing these two languages. This result shows that both Banten Javanese and Indonesian Language have their similarities and differences in terms of noun. The similarities are reflected on prefixes, suffixes, and simulfixes; the differences are reflected on infixes. The result also concludes that the differences may hinder the process of teaching and learning Indonesian Language as L2; the similarities, on the contrary, may serve the facilities to learn Indonesian Language as L2.

This study aims to conduct a multidimensional analysis of the 2017 Science Curriculum taking the previous three curricula into account. The document analysis technique, which is a qualitative research method, was used. The Science curricula of 2000, 2005, 2013 and 2017 were analyzed in detail for this purpose. The 2017 Science Curriculum, which is one of the last four curricula, was described and interpreted by discussing its important qualities as well as the similarities and differences between this curriculum and the other curricula. In addition, it was found out that the Science curricula used between 2000 and 2017 were in line with the Ohio Competency-Based Science Model. The skills included in these four curricula, the contents used to have skills acquired, the materials used to equip students with the skills, and the conditions where the acquisitions are expected to be used are pointed out in this study taking into account the key elements included in the Competency-Based Science Model. We think that the findings of this study are important as they reveal the general points of view and consistency of the curricula rather than showing their superiorities or shortcomings in relation to each other.

The low level of student learning is the core problem in this study. The final score of students who have not reached the Minimum Completion Criteria in the School is an indication of the problems studied. This article aims to reveal the results of study on teachers’ profesionalism effects towards X class students’ learning achievement, Office Administration Expertise Program at one of vocasional school at Lembang. This study applied eksplanatory survey research method and questionnaire as technique for collecting the data. The questionnaires were distributed to 81 students. The results of data analysis indicate that teachers’ profesionalism is at fairly good level and students’s learning achievement is at medium level. In relation to this point, teachers’ profesionalism affects positively and significantly towards students’ learning achievement simultaneously and partially. To gain students’ learning achievement, teachers’ profesionlism needs to be  developed and improved.ABSTRAKRendahnya prestasi belajar siswa menjadi inti permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Nilai akhir siswa yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) di Sekolah merupakan indikasi terhadap permasalahan yang diteliti.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh profesionalisme guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) swasta di Lembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplanatory survey, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang diberikan kepada responden sebanyak 81 orang siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa profesionalisme guru berada pada kategori cukup baik dan prestasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Namun demikian, profesionalisme guru berpengaruh   positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Maka, untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa perlu diadakannya peningkatan dan pengembangan dalam profesionalisme guru.

Anatomy is indeed the core of scientific knowledge that has been crucial in medical education for decades. Without its discernment way thoroughly and enormously, the medical student would get to rocky on diagnosing the patient's disease or other clinical cases. Conceivably, studying anatomy has been very tangled for most of the medical students, and for that reason, it is needed a require to produce compatible anatomy textbook. General anatomy textbook or commonly entitled as RAUL (Rangkuman Anatomi Umum Lengkap), is an anatomy learning textbook that was well-produced by the Anatomy Departement of Faculty of Medicine, Sebelas Maret University. This book has been one of a kind and has become the main source for the student to learn anatomy material. Furthermore, even though this book has been at the bits of students for the last few years, it still needed some evaluations. This research aim is to analyze the content advisability from the general anatomy textbook "RAUL" in chapter two, the fourth edition, 2019. This research encompasses qualitative techniques with data-analysis approaches. Content advisability is being judged based on three indicators, such as (1) the suitability of the material description with KI and KD, (2) the accuracy of the material, and (3) supporting learning material. Given data shows that this textbook is compatible as a main source of anatomy learning with a value of 91,7% according to twelve indicators that represent the competence of the textbook. It is hoped that this study provides measurable benefits and evaluations for subsequent anatomy textbooks and can contribute to anatomical learning.
