This research aims to describe how the values of Pancasila are implemented in community life, elementary schools and students. The research method used a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The information that is used as study material comes from literary sources such as journals, article, and books. The results showed that the implementation in the society of Pancasila Village and MI Hambail Falah has been carried out well and of course can be used as an example for the society and other students. And for the college student environment (campus), the implementation of Pancasila values can be integrated with state defense attitudes such as: love for the homeland, awareness of the nation and state, belief in Pancasila as the state ideology, a sense of willingness to sacrifice, and finally having the basic ability to defend the state

This study aims to describe the manufacture and use of Cuisenaire rod learning media for understanding the concepts of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of integers for elementary school students. The research method used is literature study, which is a series of activities related to the methods of collecting library data, reading and recording, and processing research materials. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data sources and research results in library research in the form of a description. Data sources are bibliographic or come from various literature, including books, journals, newspapers, personal documents, etc. The research results are that the utilization of Cuisenaire rod media is more optimized on learning in elementary schools, especially in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of integers because Cuisenaire rod media can help understand and can concrete the concept of numbers. In addition, it can be used as reference material for research on learning addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of integers by utilizing different learning media.

Abstrak : Pancasila adalah Ideologi dan sumber dari segala pembentukan perturan perundang-undangan yang ada di Indonesia. Undang Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 dan Undang Undang Bela Negara mengisyaratkan agar setiap masyarakat melaksanakan pertahanan negara, demi menjaga keutuhan NKRI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menegtahui dan menganalisis bagaimana kedudukan Pancasila sebagai Ideology Indonesia? dan bagaimana mewujudkan perlindungan anak sebagai cita-cita bela negara. Metode penelitian yaitu metode pendekatan yuridis normatif yang menitik beratkan penggunaan bahan atau meteri penelitian data sekunder dengan di dukung oleh data kepustakaan. Hasil penelitain adalah Nilai-nilai luhur yang terkandung dalam Pancasila sebagai ideologi bangsa seharusnya bukan hanya untuk diketahui saja tetapi harus dimengerti yang kemudian diamalkan dikehidupan sehari-hari dalam berabagai aspek kehidupan. Perlakuan yang sama terhadap setiap warga Negara Indonesia (terkhususnya terhadap perlindungan anak) dalam bidang hukum, juga harus menerapakan nilai-nilai luhur yang terkandung dalam Pancasila dan Melalui bela negara akan terbangun karakter disiplin, optimisme, kerjasama dan kepemimpinan guna turut menjamin kelangsungan hidup bangsa dan negara. Kita sebagai warga negara wajib mengupayakan untuk membela negara. Kesimpulan, kita sebagai generasi penerus mempunyai kewajiban untuk memberi contoh bela negara, sesuai dengan arti atau pengertian bela negara Indonesia yaitu seperti belajar bersungguh-sungguh serta taat terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan. Hal itu diwujudkan dalam bentuk perlindungan anak berkelanjutan. Perlindungan anak berkelanjutan, akan menciptakan generasi penerus bangsa yang mempertahankan dan membela Negara Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Ideologi, Pancasila, Perlindungan, Anak, Bela Negara.�THE LAW PROTECTION OF CHILDREN IN THE PANCASILA� PERSPECTIVE AND STATE DEFENSE�Abstrak : Pancasila is a ideology and the source of any formulation of existing laws and regulations in Indonesian. The 1945 Constitution of the Republic Indonesia and the state defebse act of the Republic Indonesia, in order to maintan the integrety of NKRI. the aims to knows and analyze� how to� position of Pancasila as Ideology Indonesian and how to realize the protection of children as the ideals of satet defense,� This research method used normative juridical approach that emphasizes the use of naterials seconadry data with the support by literature study. The result of research is the noble values contained in Pancasila as the nation's ideology to know, understood which then must be practiced in everyday life in various aspects of life. The equal treatment of every citizen of Indonesia (especially against child protection) in the field of law, the application of values contained in Pancasila in the state defense that will build the character of discipline, optimism, cooperation and leadership, the form of ensuring the survival of the nation and state, we as citizens must strive to defend the country. In conclusion, we as the next generation have an obligation to be an example of defending the country, in accordance with the meaning or understanding of defending the state of Indonesia as in studying seriously and obedient to the laws and regulations. It is manifested in the form of sustainable child protection. The continuous child protection, will create the next generation of nation that defends and defends the State of Indonesia. This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.

This study aims to understand language management for learning in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of literature study. The results show that the State of Indonesia has carried out language management in relation to the recognition of existing languages and is regulating for the government in the context of the state and nation so that there is a triangular relationship between language and the state which is regulated by the government for the benefit of the nation. If the state has guaranteed the existence of a language as a whole, then a number of policies will emerge to guarantee the rights and obligations of each in managing the existing language. Policies are formulated in the form of rules known as regulations, to serve as joint guidelines between the government and speakers of existing languages.

Diniyah education has been implemented by all educational institutions in Indonesia, starting from the lowest level, namely SD/MI to SMA/MA. Initially this diniyah education was implemented in Islamic boarding schools during the month of Ramadan. The aim is to foster morals, character, and strengthen worship for students during the month of Ramadan. The purpose of this study was to identify the role of diniyah education carried out in the world of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is a literature study method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the role of diniyah education can be measured through 4 things, namely increasing student religiosity, developing sustainable education and in accordance with the development of the times, being patient with calamities, and increasing husnuzon attitudes in students.

This study aims to describe the representation of sex education in the film Dua Garis Biru by director Gina S. Noer. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research method uses Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis with two-way significance and the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth. The subjects of this study are Dara and Bima, the object of this study is a sign of sex education represented in scenes, dialogues, and characters in films. Methods of data collection by observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The film Dua Garis Biru tells the story of how Dara and Bima, two teenagers, must be responsible for the consequences that they did not think of before due to free sex. This film also illustrates the important role of parents in communicating information about sex to children. The results of this study indicate that there is a picture of sex education in the film Two Blue Lines. It was concluded that the side or form of sex education is displayed in scenes, dialogues, or characters that insert the importance of knowing sex education and knowing the consequences of every action related to sex. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan representasi pendidikan seks  dalam Film Dua Garis Biru karya sutradara Gina S. Noer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes dengan signifikan dua arah dan pemaknaan denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Dara dan Bima, objek penelitian ini adalah tanda pendidikan seks yang direpresentasikan dalam adegan, dialog, dan karakter dalam film. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Film Dua Garis Biru bercerita tentang bagaimana Dara dan Bima, dua remaja harus bertanggung jawab atas konsekuensi yang tidak mereka pikirkan sebelumnya karena melakukan seks pranikah. Film ini juga menggambarkan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengkomunikasikan informasi tentang seks kepada anak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat gambaran tentang pendidikan seks dalam film. Sisi atau bentuk pendidikan seks ditampilkan dalam cuplikan adegan, dialog, atau karakter tokoh yang menyisipkan pentingnya mengenal pendidikan seks dan mengetahui konsekuensi dari setiap perbuatan yang berhubungan dengan seks.

The purpose of this study is to see how the form of empowerment of school committees in improving the quality of education especially in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Research findings The existence of a school committee is an important element in improving the quality of school education services, its existence with all the tasks and functions it has can play a role in realizing better quality education services. Efforts to empower school committees are carried out in various ways although they are still not ideal as stated in the regulations related to school committees. In principle, so far the participation of school committee members and the form of empowerment of school committees is still limited to routine meetings and the fulfillment of supporting facilities for student learning facilities that are done voluntarily by school committees. Based on this, the efforts to empower school committees have been made but are still limited to routine agendas that are not yet optimal as the actual duties and functions of school committees.

This study aimed to determining the positioning of the State Museum of West Nusa Tenggara based on visitor’s perception. The research method used was qualitative approach with data collecting through interview, observation and documentation. Informants is selected by accidental sampling technique. Data  from  interviews  with 20  informants  were  analyzed  using content analysis method. The  results  showed  that  the  State  Museum  of  West  Nusa  Tenggara  hada positioning as edutainment with dimensions of value, uniqueness, credibility, sustainability and conformity. The museum should consider the desire and needs of visitors with the main purpose of the museum, which is to present the mission of education as well as entertainment to the public. Thus, the Museum of West Nusa Tenggara is expected to be a place to gain knowledge and experience as well as recreation that reaches all levels of society. The most important contribution of this study is the positioning model of the State Museum of West Nusa Tenggara based on the perception of visitors i.e. edutainment concept to become a pioneer for further empirical research. It is expected that in the future the managerial of West Nusa Tenggara State Museum can increase visit to the museum. Keywords: Museum, positioning, visitor perceptions, edutainment

The village law has given hope for village communities to have a more prosperous life in terms of village funding which gets greater attention when compared to the above government units, namely sub-districts and districts. This has been encouraged since the assistance of village funds has been carried out in recent years. The research method used in this research is literature study method. The literature studies obtained were sourced from various kinds such as regulations / laws, journals, books and other documentation. The conclusion is that the village law contains hope for the village community for a more prosperous life. This is also supported by the existence of village fund assistance which comes from various aspects of village income. Currently the Government distributes funds sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget for Villages in 2021. The Government distributes Village funds, the amount can reach IDR 1.4 billion per village per year or an increase is given to 416 districts and 74,953 villages throughout Indonesia, but it is still constrained. plagued with a number of problems in use and accountability.
